Purpose: Formal concept analysis(FCA) and concept lattice theory(CLT) are introduced for constructing a network of IDR topics and for evaluating their effectiveness for knowledge structure exploration.Design/methodology/approach: We introduced the theory and applications of FCA and CLT, and then proposed a method for interdisciplinary knowledge discovery based on CLT. As an example of empirical analysis, interdisciplinary research(IDR) topics in Information & Library Science(LIS) and Medical Informatics, and in LIS and Geography-Physical, were utilized as empirical fields. Subsequently, we carried out a comparative analysis with two other IDR topic recognition methods.Findings: The CLT approach is suitable for IDR topic identification and predictions.Research limitations: IDR topic recognition based on the CLT is not sensitive to the interdisciplinarity of topic terms, since the data can only reflect whether there is a relationship between the discipline and the topic terms. Moreover, the CLT cannot clearly represent a large amounts of concepts.Practical implications: A deeper understanding of the IDR topics was obtained as the structural and hierarchical relationships between them were identified, which can help to get more precise identification and prediction to IDR topics.Originality/value: IDR topics identification based on CLT have performed well and this theory has several advantages for identifying and predicting IDR topics. First, in a concept lattice, there is a partial order relation between interconnected nodes, and consequently, a complete concept lattice can present hierarchical properties. Second, clustering analysis of IDR topics based on concept lattices can yield clusters that highlight the essential knowledge features and help display the semantic relationship between different IDR topics. Furthermore, the Hasse diagram automatically displays all the IDR topics associated with the different disciplines, thus forming clusters of specific concepts and visually retaining and presenting the associations of IDR topics through multiple inheritance relationships between the concepts. 展开更多

Purpose: Based on the weak tie theory, this paper proposes a series of connection indicators Acof weak tie subnets and weak tie nodes to detect research topics, recognize their connections, and understand their evolution.Design/methodology/approach: First, keywords are extracted from article titles and preprocessed. Second, high-frequency keywords are selected to generate weak tie co-occurrence networks. By removing the internal lines of clustered sub-topic networks, we focus on the analysis of weak tie subnets’ composition and functions and the weak tie nodes’ roles.Findings: The research topics’ clusters and themes changed yearly; the subnets clustered with technique-related and methodology-related topics have been the core, important subnets for years; while close subnets are highly independent, research topics are generally concentrated and most topics are application-related; the roles and functions of nodes and weak ties are diversified.Research limitations: The parameter values are somewhat inconsistent; the weak tie subnets and nodes are classified based on empirical observations, and the conclusions are not verified or compared to other methods.Practical implications: The research is valuable for detecting important research topics as well as their roles, interrelations, and evolution trends. Originality/value: To contribute to the strength of weak tie theory, the research translates weak and strong ties concepts to co-occurrence strength, and analyzes weak ties’ functions. Here we report on a study that combined a scoping review with co-occurrence analysis to assess the current state of publications and research topics in the area of international research collaboration measurement(IRCM).Our study found that IRCM studies have been published in source titles of diverse subject areas and that there are two core research topics that have been commonly discussed across different subject areas in the IRCM domain-scientific productivity measurement and scientific impact measurement.The appearance of papers about IRCM in venues beyond those concerned only with bibliometric measures indicates the broad importance of IRCM for diverse research subjects,and that studies of IRC within particular fields should draw on diverse venues to provide a holistic and interdisciplinary picture of IRCM. 展开更多

In order to support scientific evaluation and decision-making,this paper characterizes and identifies core researchers and their research topics by modeling the portrait of core researchers in technical fields.In this paper,we constructed a portrait model of core researchers,explained the information attributes and their label data in each dimension of the portrait.Selected six identification indicators that can be measured,used the CRITIC method and gray correlation method to determine the weight coefficient and comprehensive score of the index,and designed quantitative identification methods for core researchers using Price's calculation formula and golden section coefficient.Took the field of artificial intelligence as an example for empirical analysis and result verification,selected representative core researchers to track the changes of research topics at the two levels of their teams and individuals,and characterize them based on the portrait model. 展开更多

Dam removal has been increasingly reported globally and is becoming an important approach for river management, restoration and environmental conservation in damming rivers. However, current limited knowledge of global trends in dam removal and related research may be potentially biased in terms of the geographic distribution and organisms studied. Such bias could mislead dam removal planning and management in different areas and ecological conservation for different taxa. In this study, we quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed datasets of dam removal and publications of dam removal research using bibliometric methods. A total of 1449 dam removal documents were published from 1953 to 2016. Trends, current hotspots and future directions of dam removal research were identified. The results from this study reveal that dam removal largely occurred in the North America and Europe, and most of the removed dams were small and old dams. With respect to the topic analysis, more dam removal studies should focus on the responses of a wide range of organisms, not only fish, as well as the interspecies relationships, food webs and ecosystem structures and functions. Based on our findings, we also provide some suggestions for future dam removal planning and analysis. 展开更多

识别学科交叉研究的前沿主题,并对演化趋势进行分析,有助于揭示学科交叉融合的方向,为未来创新性、突破性研究提供参考。首先,基于引文视角构建测度论文学科交叉性的指标,识别具有学科交叉性的研究论文;其次,通过BERT-LDA模型识别研究主... 识别学科交叉研究的前沿主题,并对演化趋势进行分析,有助于揭示学科交叉融合的方向,为未来创新性、突破性研究提供参考。首先,基于引文视角构建测度论文学科交叉性的指标,识别具有学科交叉性的研究论文;其次,通过BERT-LDA模型识别研究主题,利用余弦相似度计算主题之间的相似度,构建主题演化路径;最后,基于新颖度、增长性、关注度、影响力构建前沿主题识别指标体系,识别具有前沿性的学科交叉研究主题。以图书情报学(Library and Information Science,LIS)为例展开研究,研究结果显示,2004—2023年该学科领域的交叉研究主题呈现出逐渐细化和深入的特点,主要集中在信息挖掘与知识发现、互联网信息行为、医疗信息学3个方面;现阶段学科交叉研究前沿主题为医疗数据模型、舆情治理与情感分析、机器学习与深度学习;基于信息技术的研究方法和其在不同领域的应用研究具有良好的应用前景,有可能成为未来LIS领域的核心研究主题。 展开更多

[目的/意义]随着我国数据要素市场从无序自发的探索阶段进入有序规范的正式探索阶段,在此过程中,数据安全问题尤为突出,并已上升至国家战略层面,而探究我国数据安全政策与科研的协同情况,能够为推动我国数据安全科学研究和完善我国数据安全政策提供重要的参考与借鉴。[方法/过程]本文以我国数据安全领域的547部政策和2466篇科研论文为样本,结合NMF主题模型和Word2vec模型,分别对政策文本和科研论文进行主题识别,并通过相似度计算方法探究我国数据安全政策和科研主题演进与协同的情况。[结果/结论]数据分析发现,我国数据安全政策与科研主题呈现出协同一致、协同演进的关系,并且在数据要素和跨境数据流动主题中出现了明显的科研推动政策的协同趋势。 展开更多

以中国知网数据库中2012—2024年期间双碳研究领域公开发表的学术论文为研究样本,采用CiteSpace软件从研究机构、高频关键词、关键词聚类、关键词突显等方面开展可视化分析研究。结果表明:我国关于双碳研究的文献发表量增长势头强劲,且... 以中国知网数据库中2012—2024年期间双碳研究领域公开发表的学术论文为研究样本,采用CiteSpace软件从研究机构、高频关键词、关键词聚类、关键词突显等方面开展可视化分析研究。结果表明:我国关于双碳研究的文献发表量增长势头强劲,且热度还将持续,说明该领域具有重要科学研究价值;该领域研究已形成较明显的机构间合作趋势,碳排放、气候变化和碳减排成为现阶段研究热点;学者围绕清洁能源发展、能源供给安全、碳达峰预测、绿色GDP核算、碳排放因子识别、碳配额等展开研究,为我国实现碳达峰、碳中和提供理论依据。未来应重点关注新型能源和低碳产业的技术原理探索,碳捕集、利用和封存技术的研发与应用,以及碳汇的形成与运行机制等方面研究。 展开更多
