Intelligent Student Mental Health Assessment Model on Learning Management System

A learning management system(LMS)is a software or web based application,commonly utilized for planning,designing,and assessing a particular learning procedure.Generally,the LMS offers a method of creating and delivering content to the instructor,monitoring students’involvement,and validating their outcomes.Since mental health issues become common among studies in higher education globally,it is needed to properly determine it to improve mental stabi-lity.This article develops a new seven spot lady bird feature selection with opti-mal sparse autoencoder(SSLBFS-OSAE)model to assess students’mental health on LMS.The major aim of the SSLBFS-OSAE model is to determine the proper health status of the students with respect to depression,anxiety,and stress(DAS).The SSLBFS-OSAE model involves a new SSLBFS model to elect a useful set of features.In addition,OSAE model is applied for the classification of mental health conditions and the performance can be improved by the use of cuckoo search optimization(CSO)based parameter tuning process.The design of CSO algorithm for optimally tuning the SAE parameters results in enhanced classifica-tion outcomes.For examining the improved classifier results of the SSLBFS-OSAE model,a comprehensive results analysis is done and the obtained values highlighted the supremacy of the SSLBFS model over its recent methods interms of different measures.

Discussion on the Impact of“Shift System”Teaching Model of Physical Education on Students’Mental Health

The“shift system”teaching model of physical education is an emerging education model that aims to improve students’independent choice and personalized development.However,there are also some challenges in the practical application of this model.For example,there are mental health issues for some students including difficulty in adaptation,social interaction,high psychological pressure,etc.Based on this,this article analyzes the impact of the“shift system”teaching model of physical education on students’mental health and explores the optimization path of the physical education“shift system”teaching model in order to promote students’mental health and all-round development.

A Study on the Role of Tourism in Enhancing Personal Mental Health in the Post-Epidemic Era

With the advent of the post-epidemic era,a great wave of tourism has been ushered in everywhere.The relationship between tourism and mental health has become a hot topic in society.This paper investigates the enhancement of people’s mental health after tourism through social survey.Using Hangzhou as the sample collection site,this paper conducted a study on the role of tourism in enhancing personal mental health through descriptive analysis,factor analysis and structural equation modeling,and further specifically analyzed the role of mediating variables.The results showed that:(1)The purpose of tourism is to relax and relieve stress,and the effectiveness of tourism is mainly reflected in the alleviation of emotional conditions;(2)Factor Analysis reduced the dimensionality of personal mental health indicators,and finally obtained four factors,among which the comprehensive behavioral ability and physiological manifestation had the best improvement effect after tourism;(3)The structural equation model shows that the enhancing effect of tourism on mental health originates from the factor of inner psychological characteristic,and this factor works through two paths:Inner Psychological Characteristic-Social Adaptability-Physiological Manifestations-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism,and Inner Psychological Characteristic-Comprehensive Behavioral Ability-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism;(4)Tourism has an enhancing effect on personal mental health,and the enhancing effect is most significant among the middle-aged and young people who are unmarried and do not have children yet.These results have been reasonably analyzed and explained,and relevant suggestions are put forward.

Study on Influencing Factors of Mental Health of Mobile Young White-Collar Workers in China

Mobile young white-collar workers not only have the characteristics of mobile young people,but also have the characteristics of general white-collar workers.Under the influence of both,their mental health may be suffering from“double disadvantage”.So,based on an ecological model of the stress process,this paper tries to use the data of the questionnaire on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in Zhejiang Province to explore the influence of some factors in the middle workplace and residence place on the mental health of micro individuals.The results show that:(1)The working environment with high control and low freedom and the workplace discrimination against the mobile status will have a negative impact on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers;(2)Financial anxiety in daily life will lead to a decline in the mental health level of mobile young white-collar workers;(3)Good organizational support and neighborhood social relations can significantly relieve life pressure,so as to effectively improve the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers.It can be seen that we also need to pay more attention to the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in order to improve their situation.

Optimization of nursing interventions for postoperative mental status recovery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

BACKGROUND Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH),the most common chronic diseases,has become a topic of global public health discussions.AIM To investigate the role of rehabilitative nursing interventions in optimizing the postoperative mental status recovery phase and to provide clinical value for future rehabilitation of patients with HCH.METHODS This randomized controlled study included 120 patients with cerebral HCH who were contained to our neurosurgery department between May 2021–May 2023 as the participants.The participants have randomly sampled and grouped into the observation and control groups.The observation group received the rehabilitation nursing model,whereas the control group have given conventional nursing.The conscious state of the patients was assessed at 7,14,21,and 30 d postoperatively.After one month of care,sleep quality,anxiety,and depression were compared between the two groups.Patient and family satisfaction were assessed using a nursing care model.RESULTS The results showed that the state of consciousness scores of the patients in both groups significantly increased(P<0.05)after surgical treatment.From the 14th day onwards,differences in the state of consciousness scores between the two groups of patients began to appear(P<0.05).After one month of care,the sleep quality,anxiety state,and depression state of patients were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction with nursing care was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The rehabilitation nursing model has a more complete system compared to conventional nursing,which can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve the efficiency of mental state recovery;however,further analysis and research are needed to provide more scientific evidence.

The Criticism and Amendment for the Dual-Factor Model of Mental Health: From Chinese Psychological Suzhi Research Perspectives

Aiming at the limitations of psychopathology (PTH), the dual-factor model of mental health (DFM) was proposed as a new mental health concept and methodology under the background of positive psychology trend. In this paper we propose giving an overview of DFM, and doubt, criticize, and modify DFM from the perspective of Chinese psychological suzhi research. The available literature from 1983 to 2012 that is related to DFM and concerning psychological suzhi research in the past 20 years has been reviewed. In addition, we also absorbed the idea of positive psychology and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Constitution theory to develop theoretically the relationship model between psychological suzhi and mental health. The relationship model between psychological suzhi and mental health modifies and transcends PTH and DFM. It will be the new research area of mental health research.

Shared ecological mental model and ecological development of counties:Taking Anji as an example

This paper takes the County of Anji as an example and analyzes the ecological development system of counties based on the theory of mental model and complex ecosystem based on the theory of mental model and complex ecosystem. Anji ecological development system consists of ecological management subsystems, eco-industry subsystems, ecological environment subsystems, and ecological lives of the residents subsystems by shared ecological mental model as its foundation and motive power. These subsystems affect and promote each others, which eventually help people in Anji to achieve the goals of building a harmonious society, creating a beautiful countryside, and enjoying a happy life in overall. This study finds that a county's ecological development should emphasize the establishment, consolidation, externalization, and promotion of the shared ecological mental model, and follow the basic principles of "ecocentrism", "government-led" and "public participation".

Using IQA to Extract Mental Models Concerning Quality Evaluation Factors for Social Networking Services on Smartphones

Although today’s users of mobile phones are afforded increasing control as the popularity and richness of information provided by smartphones increases, how these users make choices and evaluations cannot be explicitly expressed. This study uses an acute observation of designers of technology and aesthetics to conduct a mental-model analysis of smartphones with the purpose of explicitly identifying the differences in the schemas of users. This study also modifies the mental model to evaluate the practicability of the mental model. Hence, this study investigates groups of subjects, comparing freshmen and graduating students froma college of design, and adopts a schematized data collection and analysis approach, Interactive Qualitative Analysis (IQA), to ascertain the relationships between factors and establish a complete user mental model. The study results present 11 primary affinity factors: “Pricing,” “Advertisement,” “User Interface,” “Innovation Functions,” “System Maintenance,” “Privacy,” “Utility Functions,” “Personalization,” “Network Performance,” “Customer Service,” and “Multimedia Contents.” The primary driver in evaluating smartphones is found to be “Pricing” for graduating students and “Privacy” for freshmen. The two groups share the same final effect factor, “Multimedia Contents.” This study has successfully identified differences between the different mental models of the two groups, supporting the method that using IQA to perform a quality evaluation of social networking for smartphones is effective. Consequently, platform developers can understand user demand through a mental model and can design good platform functions to effectively improve users’ experience of smartphones.

Recent advances in anxiety disorders:Focus on animal models and pathological mechanisms

Anxiety disorders have become one of the most severe psychiatric disorders,and the incidence is increasing every year.They impose an extraordinary personal and socioeconomic burden.Anxiety disorders are influenced by multiple complex and interacting genetic,psychological,social,and environmental factors,which contribute to disruption or imbalance in homeostasis and eventually cause pathologic anxiety.The selection of a suitable animal model is important for the exploration of disease etiology and pathophysiology,and the development of new drugs.Therefore,a more comprehensive understanding of the advantages and limitations of existing animal models of anxiety disorders is helpful to further study the underlying pathological mechanisms of the disease.This review summarizes animal models and the pathogenesis of anxiety disorders,and discusses the current research status to provide insights for further study of anxiety disorders.

Living Model Based on Changing Physical and Mental Characteristics and Needs of the Elders

The ageing of society has been considered as one of the three major social problems in the twentyfirst century. Since 2000, China has entered the ageing society formally, and become one of the earliest developing countries that witness the population ageing, and also the countries with the largest ageing population in the world. Problems for supporting the aged have become crucial social problems of China. This paper, on the basis of analyzing changing physical and mental characteristics and needs of the elders, proposed different living models such as living together, living alone, living close, and social nursing facilities.

Computer Assisted Alerts Using Mental Model Approach for Customer Service Improvement

Warning alerts are specially designed to protect user rights and safety to avoid serious damage caused by overlooking the essence of warning alerts. Today’s world of Information Communication Technology (ICT) needs improvement and to review the decisions of security experts in terms of improving warning designs and dialogues, and timely inform the authorities to take quick action at the right time and choice. Human behaviour is deeply involved in most of the security failures and its poor response. If we are able to check and monitor human behaviour in any organisation, we can achieve quality assurance and provide best services to our customers. We have arranged a study in the Center of Post Graduate Studies, International Islamic University, Malaysia (CPS-IIUM), department of Hajj Services-Makkah, and Hospital Management System-Makkah comprised of Observation, Interviews, Questionnaire and discussion based on organizational structure and job activities of people involved in different scenarios and positions under one umbrella of organizational objectives in order to trap the human error in order to take rapid action and response from the management team. Human behaviour is deeply observed and checked while performing different job activities in order to identify the serious errors at the right time during job performance at various levels. We have applied the concept of Brahm’s Language for the simulation of human behaviour which proves an opportunity to simulate human behaviour while performing job activities. Customer service can be improved easily if necessary measures and decisions are taken at the right time and place in any organisation.

Explore of English reading strategies based on mental model pragmatic inference

With the continuous advance education reform and improvement of the quality of English teaching reform, it has become an important content to meet the needs of social development, and promote the comprehensive development of students＇ comprehensive quality and ability. In this paper, the mental model of pragmatic reasoning and English reading give an overview of the psychological impact of the model, they were analyzed using the language to English reading brings reasoning, mental models proposed Pragmatic Inference in English reading, and it can effectively improve English reading efficiency, and promote English Reading level rise.

Theoretical and exploratory research on sustainability mental model of the public in China:based on a typical survey in Guangdong province

This article aims to investigate the public's sustainability mental model(SMM), which can reveal the sustainability dilemma from the public respective, other than enterprise or government. In this article, SMM is defined as one's cognitive structure, thinking mode, and behavior tendency when someone deals with sustainability issues. After theoretical analysis, the authors developed reliable and valid measures systematically and conducted a typical survey with 581 participants from college students' families in Guangdong province in China. Based on those samples, the author used the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to construct a measurement model of SMM, which includes three dimensions, i.e. sustainable cognition, sustainable thinking, and sustainable behavior intention. According to SMM survey and clustering analysis, the results indicate that SMM of those participants is inactive. Even though those samples do not represent the whole country comprehensively, but this survey was sampled typically and they came from around China. So, the authors consider the SMM scores can reflect Chinese people to some extent, leading to the assumption that SMM of Chinese people is not active presently.

我国精神卫生政策执行困境研究

通过模糊-冲突理论分析我国精神卫生政策执行困境,为推进精神卫生政策的有效实施提供理论依据。发现我国精神卫生政策的模糊性较低,但冲突性显著,政策执行的冲突性主要表现在观念差异、职业认同冲突、利益协同冲突三方面。因此,我国精神卫生政策执行属于政治性执行,其支配性因素为“权力”,政策执行过程存在一定程度的“形式主义”和“变通执行”。建议从完善政策设计、建立健全配套措施、保障政策执行资源等方面促进精神卫生政策有效实施。

高职院校体育运动促进学生心理健康模式探究

为了更好地响应健康中国战略号召,打造全民健康生活方式,探寻高职院校大学生体育运动与心理健康创新融合模式。该文通过问卷调查法和个别谈话法,基于新时代大学生运动现状与特点、心理健康状况,一方面发现学校现有的体育硬件设施、运动氛围、组织管理和思维理念都难以满足当代大学生的多元体育运动需求;另一方面发现体育运动与心理健康教育的融合度不够。因此,提出了“S(刺激)—R(反应)—I(反思)—P(完善)”全面健康守护模式,希望在此模式下,充分调动全员参与意识,共同守护青年大学生的身心健康,全力推进健康中国战略建设。

基于精神情感状况导向的照护模式在重症颅脑损伤术后恢复期患者中的应用

目的 探讨基于精神情感状况导向的照护模式在重症颅脑损伤术后恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年2月至2023年2月湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院100例重症颅脑损伤恢复期患者,以奇偶数法分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组于术后恢复期给予常规护理干预,干预组在对照组的基础上给予基于精神情感状况导向的照护模式干预,干预1个月。比较两组干预前后负面情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、日常生活活动能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)]及认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)]。结果 干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组MBI、Mo CA评分高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于精神情感状况导向的照护模式可改善重症颅脑损伤术后恢复期患者的负面情绪,提高日常生活活动能力和认知功能。

亲子关系和环境敏感性对青少年心理健康的共同作用

目的从青少年人格-家庭环境交互作用的视角,考察亲子关系及环境敏感性对青少年心理问题的共同作用。方法2023年3月-5月在陕西省西安市6个地区随机选取12所中学开展横断面研究,以7010名青少年为研究对象,采用高敏感儿童量表(Highly Sensitive Child Scale,HSC),病人健康问卷(Patient Health Questionnaire-9,PHQ-9),长处和困难问卷(Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire,SDQ)和幸福指数量表分别评估青少年的环境敏感性及心理健康水平。结果①女生与男生相比,对环境更加敏感(t=-7.504,P<0.01);②在预测青少年抑郁情绪和外化问题时,亲子冲突、支持和环境敏感性主效应显著(b=-0.263、0.237、0.332,P<0.001;b=0.201、0.220,P<0.001),同时亲子冲突与环境敏感性的交互作用显著(b=-0.072,P<0.05;b=0.092,P<0.05);③Widaman’s的验证和竞争分析发现,亲子冲突与环境敏感性对抑郁情绪和外化行为的交互作用分别支持差异敏感和素质-压力模型(BIC=2170.98、2162.6)。结论高环境敏感性的青少年更易受与父母更多冲突关系的负面影响,也更易从低水平冲突关系中获益,环境敏感性可能是一种易感因素而非脆弱因素。

基于大数据的高校学生心理危机智能预警模型构建

目的本研究基于大学生心理健康测评数据,综合学生基本信息及日常行为数据,利用大数据、人工智能技术,探索建立大学生心理危机智能预警模型。方法采用整群抽样法,选取某高校部分在校大学生作为测试样本;采取大数据技术,分析提取影响大学生心理健康问题的特征量;采取神经网络技术,构建大学生心理危机预警模型。结果1)成功提取大学生心理健康问题的有效特征量,其中心理健康症状特征因子4个,分别是强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁等3个单症状因子,1个多症状因子;学生基本信息特征量4个,分别是母亲教养方式、父亲教养方式、家庭经济条件、有无心理治疗(咨询)史;学生日常行为特征量2个,分别是学生学业情况和出勤情况。2)实现特征量归一化处理,通过数据对比分析及特征量的影响大小,分别对3个方面的10个特征量赋予权重并进行归一化处理。3)完成大学生心理危机预警模型构建。结论本研究提取了影响大学生心理健康问题的主要特征,建立了大学生心理危机预警指标体系,并结合心理危机预警等级,利用神经网络技术,搭建了大学生心理危机预警模型,为及时有效干预大学生心理危机提供了新的解决方案。

基于用户心智模型强化与再构的界面设计流程研究

为了进一步探索心智模型理论,将其作为工具应用到界面设计中,试图探索出一种在用户心智模型引导下的界面设计流程。以心智模型理论为基础,探讨了用户心智模型强化的设计程序与方法、用户心智模型再构的设计程序与方法,并且论述了在界面设计中如何运用用户心智模型强化与再构提升产品界面可用性。总结出基于用户心智模型强化与再构的界面设计流程。通过对3个方面的研究,总结出一种基于用户心智模型强化与再构的界面设计流程,为提升界面信息呈现与用户心智的匹配提供新的设计思路,为产品界面设计提供了新的理论支持。
