Study on Application of Landscape Plants in Residential Area—A Case Study of "Senqiao Yinxiang" Residential Area in Chizhou City

With ecological theory followed during disposition and application of landscape plants in residential area as the guidance,ecological landscape concept was established.It emphasized that landscape plants disposition should aim at making the nature reappear,ameliorating and maintaining ecological balance in residential area,with harmonious coexistence between human and nature as the goal,and with systematicness of landscape greening,diversity of biological development and sustainability of plant landscaping as the mission,so as to achieve plane systematicness,spatial hierarchy and temporal relevance.

Suitability Evaluation of Garden Landscape in Chizhou Residential Area

Through the field survey of construction of garden landscape in residential areas,combined with the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),this paper established a reasonable and feasible suitability evaluation system for garden landscape in residential areas. Researches indicated that the environment of garden landscape in residential areas of Chizhou City in Anhui province remains at the level of intermediate and lower level,and there are great differences between different areas. In the later period of the construction,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of soft physical environment for new residential areas,and speed up the improvement of the physical environment of the residential areas already built and under construction,so as to create a livable space with beautiful environment,excellent ecology,deep community culture,and outstanding regional characteristics.

Winter Waterscape Design for Residential Areas in Northeastern Cities of China——A Case Study of Waterscape Design of “Riverbank House” in Yingkou City of Liaoning Province

The paper has proposed the design concept of "solid waterscape". It considers that in waterscape design, it should select a design style suitable for local climate, traditional culture and folk customs; respect the nature and be close to nature; and approach the life and fit in with the reality. In terms of flowing water and solid water, it should make a reasonable and comprehensive design in terms of time, space and pattern, develop new landscape factors, and enrich winter landscape; set indoor waterscape; and enrich color design. By taking waterscape design of the residential area "Riverbank House" for example, it has stressed the solid character of water to highlight snow and ice culture and northeastern style, so as to create a natural and vivid snowy and icy landscape. Snow and ice have been the lead of winter landscape. Finally, waterscape can provide two different patterns of beauty throughout the year.

On Waterscapes in Urban Residential Area from the Perspective of Rain Garden and Eco-pool Designs

Due to the high cost for operating and maintaining waterscapes, waterscapes in many residential areas have been laid aside and even become pollution sources. Taking MCC Beiluyuan (Residential Area) in Chongqing Municipality for example, concrete strategies of using natural terrains to design rain garden and eco-pool, collect rainwater, construct bottom of the bath, and combine plants were introduced, so as to explore a new approach of creating green and ecological modern residential landscapes.

Study on Conceptual Planning of Group Landscapes in Urban Core Areas—A Case Study of Conceptual Landscape Planning of the Core Area in Shuangsong Group,Wanzhou District of Chongqing City,China

The planning site was divided into a spatial structure of"one center,one corridor,two axes,two belts and three communities"and traffic system designed to a 3-grade road system of"artery,secondary artery and by-pass".Meanwhile,a 3-ring structure of the planning site was constructed:diffusion waterfront landscape belt,waterfront pathway and core eco-green island.Finally,the planning concepts for major ecological constructions were given.This study tried to explore the group eco-landscape pattern in urban core areas so as to provide a strategic instruction for the regional sustainable development.

Optimization of Urban Ecological Network Based on MSPA-MCR Model: A Case Study of Jingzhou City

As a key carrier supporting urban ecological health and living environment quality,urban ecological network is a key focus of current urban green space research.Jingzhou City of Hubei Province is taken as the research object.Relying on GIS technology platform,MSPA method is used to analyze the landscape pattern of Jingzhou City.On this basis,the landscape connectivity evaluation method is used to accurately identify and extract the source areas with important ecological value in Jingzhou City.Then,the normalization method and weighting method are combined to create a resistance factor evaluation system to construct the resistance surface.Based on the MCR model,the ecological network of Jingzhou City is successfully constructed,and targeted spatial optimization strategies and development suggestions are proposed.

Design of Residential Environment Based on the Ideal Model——About the Design of Yijing Residential Quarter in Hefei City,Anhui Province

By combining with the design concepts of communication spaces,living rooms and landscape ecology in Yijing Residential Quarter,Hefei City,Anhui Province,this study analyzes the particularity of residential environment design,and elaborates the author's design concepts,to create a comfortable and ideal living space.

三明市区景观格局时空演变及生态网络构建研究

生态网络的构建充分利用了山地型城市所具备的良好生态环境,减弱了快速城市化带来的负面影响,提升了区域生态系统服务能力和生物多样性。以三明市区为研究区域,对比分析了2000、2010和2020年3个时期的景观格局、生态源地和生态阻力面的变化,运用形态学空间格局分析(morphological spatial pattern analysis,MSPA)方法、电路理论和重力模型等判定重要生态源地,构建生态廊道,并提出相应的优化策略。结果表明:(1)2000—2020年三明市区核心区面积占研究区域总面积的比例均超过50%,但呈现逐年下降趋势。(2)三明市区有11个重要生态源地,构建了24条生态廊道。(3)运用重力模型将廊道分为3类,其中1级廊道2条,2级廊道5条,3级廊道17条。(4)识别出22个踏脚石、47个生态夹点、54个障碍点和114个断裂点。(5)提出修复生态断裂点、建设踏脚石、保护生态夹点、去除生态障碍点的优化策略来提升生态网络稳定性,增强区域景观连通性。研究结果可为山地城市的生态网络构建提供参考。

高密度居住区背景下的社区绿道建设实践与思考:以上海市甘泉社区绿道为例

高密度居住区是亚洲许多城市广泛采用的一种居住模式,但普遍存在诸多社会与环境问题。社区绿道在高密度城市居住区内扮演着重要角色,它将居民与开放空间、基础设施相连接,为居民提供日常休闲活动场所,在缓解社会与环境问题中起着重要作用。首先,辨析高密度居住区背景下社区绿道的内涵和特点,总结社区绿道在提升邻里聚居环境、完善绿色基础设施、激活社区文化空间等方面的作用;其次,以上海市甘泉社区绿道为例,探讨城市高密度居住区中的社区绿道实践;最后,总结思考未来城市高密度居住区社区绿道建设的实践方向。

高密度城区居住用地附属绿地对生态连通性影响——以深圳市福田区为例

文章通过识别生态源地、提取居住用地附属绿地,基于最小阻力模型,分析居住用地附属绿地支持与阻隔生物流通情景下的生态网络,探讨居住用地附属绿地对高密度城区生态连通性的影响,提出保护建议。结果表明:1)福田区中部莲花山公园、东部荔枝公园、南部皇岗公园生态连通性受其周围居住用地内连片或连续分布的带状附属绿地影响较大。2)居住用地附属绿地对生态连通性的影响体现在减小廊道阻力,其中对中阻力廊道的影响最大(单位成本距离下降29.2%);使具有重要生态保护价值的区域连片;能缓解在高密度建成区中的狭窄低阻力通道处形成夹点的情况。3)不同居住用地附属绿地连通情景下、不同阻力阈值下生态网络中重复出现的生态夹点被定为是最具有保护价值的一级夹点。根据不同情景下重复出现的生态夹点位置的重要性等级分类,针对性提出支持城市生态连通性的保护措施。建议加强新洲路福民路交汇处等一级夹点4处,优先保护靠近源地且位于源地间拓扑连接上的、规模超过平均规模5920.22 m^(2)的居住用地附属绿地。

基于韧性城市理念下的蓄滞洪区景观设计策略

全球气候变化导致洪涝等自然灾害,使城市面临诸多挑战,为解决城市的水文灾害等问题,改变传统蓄滞洪区防洪建设思路,将韧性城市理念引入蓄滞洪区景观设计,是蓄滞洪区景观建设在城市防洪方面的一种创新性探索。以韧性城市蓄滞洪区为研究对象,简单介绍了韧性城市概念与理念和蓄滞洪区概念与现有问题,并将韧性城市理念与蓄滞洪区景观设计结合进行关联分析,提炼出基于韧性城市理念下的蓄滞洪区景观设计原则与景观生态韧性设计策略和景观雨洪韧性设计策略,促进城市蓄滞洪区景观生态和雨洪的韧性建设,以期为今后的蓄滞洪区建设在提升生态韧性和雨洪韧性方向上提供新的思路和设计策略。

基于海绵城市理念的老旧小区景观设计实践研究——以大邱小区为例

随着城市化进程的加速,老旧小区的海绵改造已成为城市可持续发展的重要方向。介绍了海绵城市的概念和海绵改造的意义,分析了老旧小区海绵改造的现状和存在的问题,提出了良好的景观及绿化所形成的复愈环境,对老龄化日渐严重的居住环境具有积极正向的影响。根据社区内不同区域的绿地特征及功能需求,将绿地分为5种不同的绿地类型:新建下沉式绿地、绿化恢复区域、新建雨水花园、绿化提升区域及其他绿地,分别提出了基于景观设计的老旧小区海绵改造方案,并结合实际案例进行了详细阐述。总结了景观设计在老旧小区海绵改造中的难点,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。旨在为老旧小区的海绵城市改造的实践提供参考和借鉴,同时也为景观设计在城市可持续发展中的应用提供了新思路。

城镇老旧小区景观微更新设计及工程技术研究——以杭州市古荡湾社区为例

老旧小区景观微更新设计已成为改善生活环境、提升城市形象的重要途径。为提高老旧小区环境,提升居民生活品质,以杭州市古荡湾老旧社区改造实践案例为例,通过前期实地调研、问卷调查、数据分析、中期方案设计、后期工程建设等一系列做法,实践总结出了设计策略和工程技术方法。结果表明:设计施工需从建筑提升、道路提升、基础设施提升、海绵城市景观提升等多角度展开,并结合智能化与节能化技术。多角度的设计与新兴技术的应用,满足了居民室内需求与户外需求,可为类似老旧小区的改造提供参考。

耕地景观生态安全评价方法及其应用

耕地作为重要战略资源,其生态安全关系到区域稳定及社会可持续发展。该研究以秦皇岛东北部低山丘陵及东部沿海耕地景观为研究对象,以景观生态学及生态安全理论为依据,构建耕地景观生态安全评价模型,利用1990年、2000年和2010年3期TM(ETM+)遥感影像,对研究区耕地景观生态安全进行综合评价,并对生态安全格局、重心演变及其驱动力进行分析。结果表明:研究区耕地景观生态安全不断降低,耕地景观生态安全指数从1993年的0.63下降为2000年的0.50,低山丘陵区的耕地破碎化更为严重,其生态安全低于沿海区域;研究区域耕地景观生态安全格局变化明显,1993-2000年,Ⅰ级区基本无变化,ⅡⅢ级区相互转化,2000-2010年,Ⅰ级区和Ⅱ级区均出现了扩展,大部分由Ⅲ级区转化而来;近20 a来,耕地景观生态安全重心逐渐向秦皇岛市相邻区域靠近,沿海地区耕地景观生态安全明显增强。降雨量及径流量的减少、人口及经济增长以及土地利用政策是耕地景观生态安全格局变化主要驱动因素。

近20年黄河三角洲典型地区农村居民点景观格局

以1985年、1995年土地利用类型专题图和2003年TM影像作为信息源,结合野外实地调查,应用景观生态学的原理和定量分析方法,对黄河三角洲近20年来农村居民点的景观格局进行了研究,结果表明: ①近20年来农村居民点景观格局发生了很大的变化,总的趋势是农村居民点在规模、数量、占用土地面积上是增加的,在空间分布上则呈现集中、密集的趋势,在形状上没有很大的变化,呈现出形状的不规则发展状态; ②农村居民点景观格局表现出一定的空间差异,农村居民点的规模、数量、分布的密集程度、占用土地多少等,在农业自然条件较好、开发历史悠久的南部山前倾斜平原区均大于农业自然条件较差、开发历史短暂的现代黄河三角洲地区; ③农村居民点景观格局最初与农业自然条件、开发历史密切相关,在其后的变化过程中,较多的受到经济发展、国家政策、人类活动、城市发展等的影响。

东南沿海经济发达地区农村居民点景观格局变化研究

以我国东南沿海地区农村工业化典型地区晋江市为研究区,利用1985年、1995年、2000年、2005年4期的Landsat TM影像及1997年、2001年的1∶5万土地利用现状图作为数据源,通过影像目视解译提取晋江市农村居民点用地空间信息,然后运用景观生态学原理和定量分析方法,对晋江市20a来农村居民点景观格局动态变化及其驱动因子进行分析。结果表明:(1)从1985到2005年间,晋江市农村居民点用地增加了5325.93hm2,年均扩展率为266.30hm2·a-1;(2)20a来农村居民点规模不断扩大,平均规模增长了77.74%;在空间形态上,农村居民点边界越来越破碎;在空间分布上,斑块间邻近距离不断缩短,平均最邻近距离缩短了37.44%,呈现出集中连片、密集分布的特点;(3)驱动力分析结果表明,20a来晋江市农村居民点景观格局动态变化主要受到区域经济发展、农村工业化、农村居住环境、国家政策制度等因素共同影响。

基于AHP的柳州市居住区植物景观评价体系构建

以柳州市居住区为研究对象,选取其中30个植物景观单元作为评价样方,运用层次分析法（AHP法）进行评价,以构建居住区植物景观评价体系。结果表明,准则层权重值排序为生态功能Y1（0.539 6）＞美学功能Y2（0.297 0）＞服务功能Y3（0.163 4）。指标层前四位权重值排序为植物间的协调共生性X4（0.244 1）＞植物生活型多样性X3（0.172 6）＞植物色彩与季相变化X6（0.119 4）＞植物观赏特性多样性X5（0.088 6）。30个样方的综合评分值均在6.7～7.9分之间,这表明柳州市居住区植物景观总体较好。基于评价结果,推荐了8个优秀的植物景观配置模式,具有一定的实践指导意义。

生态脆弱区土地利用格局变化及其驱动机制分析——以陕西榆林市为例

榆林市地处北方毛乌素沙地向陕北黄土丘陵区的过渡地带,是典型的农牧交错生态脆弱区。20世纪80年代中期以来,随着特大型神(木)府(谷)煤田、靖边天然气田的开发建设,区内人口快速增长,工矿业规模日益增大,经济活动对土地环境的压力不断增强。本文将现代遥感和GIS技术与景观生态学的研究方法相结合,以1985年、1995年和2000年的3期LandsatTM遥感影像为基本信息,通过计算多样性指数、优势度、破碎化指数、分离度等指标,进行土地利用格局变化分析,并借助多元线性回归模型方法,揭示了榆林市土地利用格局变化的主导人文驱动机制。

三生空间重构视角下的镇域农村居民点整治分区——以湖北省荆门市沙洋县官垱镇为例

农村居民点用地整治适宜性评价是农村居民点整治分区规划的基础。以湖北省荆门市沙洋县官垱镇为例,基于三生空间格局重构的视角,采用GIS空间分析法和农户调查法对农村居民点土地整治进行适宜性评价和整治类型划分,为农村土地整治、新农村建设政策提供支持。研究结果表明:(1)运用GIS叠加分析的方法,对农村居民点整治适宜性进行合理评价,并将适宜性结果划分为高度适宜、中度适宜、低度适宜和不适宜4种类型。4种类型的面积分别为226.15,282.16,537.53,228.92 hm2。(2)根据适宜性评价结果,采用农户调查法,将土地整治类型划分为城镇吸纳型、挖潜型、保留型、迁弃型,并在空间上做出具体的时序安排。

山区农村居民点还耕可行性研究——以北京市门头沟区为例

研究目的:研究山区农村居民点还耕的可行性。研究方法:依据研究区统计年鉴,利用ArcView和FRAGSTATS软件分析研究区土地利用类型特别是居民点用地分布特征和景观指数。根据研究区耕作半径和农户抽样调查问卷分析农户耕地种植意愿和效益。从景观生态和农户行为的角度探讨居民点整理成耕地的可行性。研究结论:从景观生态学的角度和农户行为的角度出发,山区农村居民点都不适宜整理成耕地;应该因地制宜地对农村居民点采用多样的开发利用方式。
