Distribution Characteristics of Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crust Resources on Submarine Seamounts in the Western Pacific 被引量:6

Based on the survey data of five submarine seamount provinces (chains) in the Western Pacific, the distribution characteristics of cobalt-rich ferromanganese crust resources have been researched in this paper by using the relative reference data and applying the theories of hotspot and seafloor spreading. The main research results obtained are as follows: The Co-rich crust thickness in the study area is gradually increasing from east to west and from south to north having a negative correlation (r = -0.59) with longitude and a positive correlation (r = 0.48) with latitude. The crust thickness varying along longitude and latitude is influenced by the hotspot and seafloor spreading. The oceanic crusts and seamounts in the northwest part of the study area are older, and the crust resources are superior to those in the southeast part. In the depth of 〈1500 m, 1500-2000 m, 2000-2500 m in the study area, the cobalt crust thickness is respectively 5.45 cm, 4.34 cm and 3.55 cm, and in the depth of 2500-3000 m and 3000-3500 m, it drops respectively to 2.84 cm and 3.37 cm. The Co-rich crust resources are mainly concentrated in the seamount summit margins and the upper flanks in the depth of 〈2500 m. There is a strong negative correlation (r = -0.67) between the cobalt crust abundance and the slope of the seamount, 75 kg/m^2 and 50 kg/mz at the slopes of 0°-20° and 20°-34° respectively. Cobalt crusts are mainly distributed in the parts whose slopes are less than 20°. It is consistent with the fractal result that the slope threshold of cobalt crust distribution is 19°, and slopes over 20° are not conducive to the crust growth. The cobalt crusts of high grade are mainly enriched in the region within 150°E-140°W and 30°S-30°N in the Pacific, where there are about 587 seamounts at the depth of 3500- 6000 m and over 30 Ma of the oceanic crusts. The perspective area rich in cobalt crust resources is about 41×104 km^2 and the resource quantity is approximately 27 billion tons. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the existence of developmental views and compares the results of previous studies for underdeveloped regions. In view of the limitations of previous studies, this study details regional unit, expands index system, applies factor-analysis to structure index system, uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to improve analytic hierarchy process, and identifies the economic developmental levels of 384 regions, including 4 municipalities, 333 cities at prefecture level, and 47 counties under the jurisdiction of province. The levels of the 47 counties are identified by dividing the rank of comprehensive values of more than 337 regions unit into five equal graduations and then matching the 47 counties with the five-graduation results. This study provides the distribution of resources-rich region in China qualitatively and quantitatively in terms of coal, oil gas and other 14 kinds of metal mineral resources. Finally, by matching the two parts of results, this study identifies the distribution of underdeveloped resource-rich regions (URRRs). URRRs are mainly distributed in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, He’nan, Shandong, Guangxi and Gansu provinces, which accounts for 78.57% of the total in China. To a certain degree, the result of this paper proves that “resources curse” existing in the national stratification plane in later 20th century still takes places in some cities in China, especially in the counties of these cities’ jurisdiction. 展开更多

Under the water resources perspective,coupling coordination of economy-ecology-society system in Xinjiang was taken as the research object. By building the coupling evaluation index system of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system,quantitative evaluation and analysis of the coupling coordination of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system from 2001 to 2014 were conducted. The results showed that benefit indexes of economic system and social system grew rapidly,while benefit indexes of water resources system and ecosystem fluctuated smoothly from 2001 to 2014; coupling state of the whole system was at rival stage,and coupling coordination was reluctant coordination type,and the coupling index was slightly higher than the coupling coordination index. Moreover,it showed that the more the coupling systems,the lower indices of coupling and the coupling coordination. 展开更多

The crowdsourcing, as a service pattern in cloud environment, usually aims at the cross-disciplinary cooperation and creating value together with customers and becomes increasingly prevalent. Software process, as a kind of software development and management strategy, is defined as a series of activities implemented by software life cycle and provides a set of rules for various phases of the software engineering to achieve the desired objectives. With the current software development cycle getting shorter, facing more frequent needs change and fierce competition, a new resource management pattern is proposed to respond to these issues agilely by introducing the crowdsourcing service to agile software development for pushing the agility of software process. Then, a user-oriented resource scheduling method is proposed for rational use of various resources in the process and maximizing the benefits of all parties. From the experimental results, the proposed pattern and resources scheduling method reduces greatly the resource of project resource manager and increases the team resource utilization rate, which greatly improves the agility of software process and delivers software products quickly in crowdsourcing pattern. 展开更多

Eco- nomic appraisal, bringing together multidisciplinary project data and information and providing likely economic outcomes for various development scenarios, forms the core of business decision-making. This paper uses a dis- counted cash flow (DCF) model to evaluate the economic outcome of shale gas development in the Horn River Basin, northeastern British Columbia, Canada. Through numerical examples, this study demonstrates that the use of a single average decline curve for the whole shale gas play is the equivalent of the results from a random drilling process. Business decision based on a DCF model using a single decline curve could be vulnerable to drastic changes of shale gas productivity across the play region. A random drilling model takes those drastic changes in well estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) and decline rates into account in the economic appraisal, providing more information useful for business decisions. Assuming a natural gas well-head price of S4/MCF and using a 10 % discount rate, the results from this study suggest that a random drilling strategy (e.g., one that does not regard well EURs), could lead to a negative net present value (NPV); whereas a drilling sequence that gives priority to developing those wells with larger EURs earlier in the drilling history could result in a positive NPV with various payback time and internal rate of return (IRR). Under a random drilling assumption, the breakeven price is S4.2/MCF with more than 10 years of payout time. In contrast, if the drilling order is strictly proportional to well EURs, the result is a much better economic outcome with a breakeven price below the assumed well-head price accompanied by a higher IRR. 展开更多

Unconventional hydrocarbon resources, which are only marginally economically explored and developed by traditional methods and techniques, are different from conventional hydrocarbon resources in their accumulation mechanisms, occurrence states, distribution models, and exploration and development manners. The types of unconventional hydrocarbon are controlled by the evolu- tion of the source rocks and the combinations of different types of unconventional reservoirs. The fundamental dis- tinction between unconventional hydrocarbon resources and conventional hydrocarbon resources is their non- buoyancy-driven migration. The development of the micro- to nano-scale pores results in rather high capillary resis- tance. The accumulation mechanisms of the unconven- tional and the conventional hydrocarbon resources are also greatly different. In conventional hydrocarbon resources, oil and gas entrapment is controlled by reservoir-forming factors and geological events, which is a dynamic balance process; while for unconventional hydrocarbon resources, the gas content is affected by the temperature and pressure fields, and their preservation is crucial. Unconventional and conventional hydrocarbons are distributed in an orderly manner in subsurface space, having three distribution models of intra-source rock, basin-centered, and source rock interlayer. A Hybrid Dynamic Programming Method for Concave Resource Allocation Problems

Concave resource allocation problem is an integer programming problem of minimizing a nonincreasing concave function subject to a convex nondecreasing constraint and bounded integer variables. This class of problems are encountered in optimization models involving economies of scale. In this paper, a new hybrid dynamic programming method was proposed for solving concave resource allocation problems. A convex underestimating function was used to approximate the objective function and the resulting convex subproblem was solved with dynamic programming technique after transforming it into a 0-1 linear knapsack problem. To ensure the convergence, monotonicity and domain cut technique was employed to remove certain integer boxes and partition the revised domain into a union of integer boxes. Computational results were given to show the efficiency of the algorithm. 展开更多

【背景】我国油气需求缺口大、供给制约多、煤炭绿色低碳转型任务艰巨,富油煤作为集煤、油、气属性于一体的煤炭资源,具有立足国内增加油气供给的巨大潜力。【进展】富油煤原位热解技术已在陕西榆林成功实施工程试验,目前仍处于探索阶... 【背景】我国油气需求缺口大、供给制约多、煤炭绿色低碳转型任务艰巨,富油煤作为集煤、油、气属性于一体的煤炭资源,具有立足国内增加油气供给的巨大潜力。【进展】富油煤原位热解技术已在陕西榆林成功实施工程试验,目前仍处于探索阶段。其具备两大战略价值:一是弥补我国油气需求缺口,提高油气自主保障能力;二是变革煤炭开采技术,推动煤炭产业绿色、低碳转型发展。富油煤原位热解包括钻孔式和矿井式两种实践途径,目标是持续高效提取煤中油气资源,主要面临热解选区、加热技术与高效传热传质等难题。【展望】“四性”是原位热解技术研发的关键,包括地质条件适宜性、加热技术匹配性、传热传质有效性和热解安全稳定性。主要内容为:(1)从富油煤资源条件、地层封闭条件、水文地质条件和构造条件等方面阐明适宜富油煤原位热解的地质基础,揭示热辐射范围内围岩封闭动态稳定性的约束条件,为原位热解选址和工程设计提供地质依据。(2)深刻认识富油煤在温度、应力约束下的热物理性质演化行为,基于地质−工程条件论证原位加热技术适宜性,并针对煤层低导热特性开展高效加热工艺设计,通过风、光、电多种供能方式互补实现供热能源经济性。(3)地应力、大尺度煤体、焦油高黏度是制约原位热解油气运移、产出的主要因素,煤层致裂、载热介质优化与温压调控、焦油降黏轻质化是改善煤层传热传质性能和提高热解油气可产出性的潜在方法。(4)原位热解持续稳定运行依赖于全过程监测与动态预警,需要监测手段立体化、地质信息反演精准化、多相多场环境模型化、突变阈值预测预警等技术予以支撑。进一步探索与地质条件相匹配的富油煤原位持续高效热解关键技术,破解煤炭资源开发与地质环境之间的制约矛盾,是推动富油煤原位热解技术深入发展的关键。 展开更多

废电路板有色金属资源化回收利用过程中,会产生大量冶炼炉渣。针对《国家危险废物名录》(2021年版)实施后有色金属资源化回收冶炼炉渣的下一步安全处置方式、危险特性不明等问题,选取国内某典型电子危险废物治理企业富氧侧吹冶炼炉渣为... 废电路板有色金属资源化回收利用过程中,会产生大量冶炼炉渣。针对《国家危险废物名录》(2021年版)实施后有色金属资源化回收冶炼炉渣的下一步安全处置方式、危险特性不明等问题,选取国内某典型电子危险废物治理企业富氧侧吹冶炼炉渣为研究对象,通过采集100个样品进行元素种类和腐蚀性、毒性特性测试,得出该冶炼炉渣不具有危险废物鉴别标准规定的危险特性,可按照一般工业固体废物进行管理的结论。该结论有助于冶炼炉渣的危险特性判断和环境监管,也为冶炼炉渣类无害化处理和资源化利用提供了技术指导。 展开更多
