The Dynamics Mechanism of Vulnerability for Resource-based Enterprise Communities in China

This paper has analyzed the dynamics mechanism of resource enterprises community vulnerability,selected the key factor of resources to establish a nonlinear dynamical model.The model reveals the constrained relationship between the number of vulnerable enterprises and resource shortage rate,and the same relationship between t vulnerable enterprise numbers and the owning rate of resource market by the biggest enterprise in resource-type enterprises community of China.The results showed that,the shortage rate of resources take up more percentage than the occupancy of resource rate of the strongest enterprises in Enterprise community when D>q.the characteristics and patterns of the Chinese enterprise evolution are as follows,(1)The strongest enterprises n1 will decline or transform in the enterprise community.(2)The enterprises which survived after the shortage of resources will go through three stages:①resistance stage;②recovery stage;③stable stage.We believe that there are three movements that can make sure the resource-based enterprises community keep growing continuously in the competitive market for resources,(1)understand the enterprise resources shortage rate and the strongest enterprises share in resource rate in enterprise community,(2)follow the even-odd symmetry or odd-even symmetry laws based on the familiarity of a resource economy,(3)put the enterprises in the suitable position.

Study on Correlative Issues about State-owned Enterprises Restructuring in Resource-based Cities in China

The ＂sediment＂ formed in the process of long-term development of the resource-based cities not only restricts the economic structure trans/brmation, but also increases the difficulties for restructuring the state-owned enterprises. Furthermore, it makes current ways of reforming staffs＇ identity replacement and managers＇ shareholding mode inefficient in state-owned enterprises reformation in resource-based cities. According to the characteristics of resource-based cities and property right reform theory, cash and share right compensation for the different staffs in the process of staffs＇ identity replacement have been identified. In addition, different profitable investment policies have also been suggested. For managers＇ share holding, the stimulant share ownership should be adopted principally, at the same time corresponding restrictions should be set up for managers＇ investment share ownership due to share ownership structure.

Comparison of Online Distribution Channels of the Thailand Community Enterprise Products

This research aims to study an online distribution of community enterprise products,to design the management system for an e-commerce distribution channel,and to compare the efficiency of distribution channels through a developed e-commerce system and ready web.A personal interview survey method was used to collect data on the production,marketing,and online selling issues.In total 150 community enterprise entrepreneurs in five product categories(food,appliance/home decoration,beverage,garment/ornament and non-food herb)and 50 consumers were equally selected by judgment sampling method.The e-commerce channel that was developed is our website and social network website that was selected to compare the efficiency of distribution channels is Facebook.The research found that only 14.67%of community enterprise entrepreneurs sell products through online channel.The product which was sold through the developed website and maximized gross profit is food(35.53%of total revenue).The others,are beverage,non-food herb,appliance/home decoration,and garment/ornament,earn gross profit 31.50%,22.39%,9.78%and 0.80%of total revenue,respectively.The result of distribution channels comparison between our website and webpages on Facebook found that Facebook has the ability to reach customers 2,811 times more than the website 64.75%,which has only 991 times.Regarding to sales,it is found that revenue from Facebook is higher than the website in all product categories.

Critical Evaluation on the Role of Creative Enterprises in Community Development

Creative enterprises can bring new opportunities to the development of the industry and are new engines for promoting regional development. Creative enterprises play an active role in promoting regional economic development, solving employment problems, strengthening cultural education, and improving the ecological environment. But at the same time, there are still many problems in the process of developing creative enterprises. For example, who are the real beneficiary, and what price are paid when developing creative enterprises. What are these problems and how to avoid them are the main content of this article.

Green transformation path of resources-based enterprises in the western region:A case study of Panjiang Group Co.,Ltd.

With the exploitation of non-renewable natural resources in the traditional resource-based enterprises,the resources-waste,environmental pollution and ecological destruction are becoming more and more serious.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the green transformation of resource-based enterprises in the western region is extremely urgent.Through the review of related literatures,based on sustainable development theory and dynamic capability theory,the paper study the basic characteristics and difficulties of western resource-based enterprises,and analyze the ecological network and basic path of enterprise.Combined with the actual case,this study analyzes the motivation,conditions,restrictive factors and transition path of resource-based enterprises green transformation in the western regions and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the realization of resource-based enterprises green transformation.

Analysis of CO2 Emissions and the Mechanism of the Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size（IEDS） in Resource-based Cities by Application of Geographical Detector Technology

Resource-based cities are the most important players in responding to climate change and achieving low carbon development in China.An analysis of relevant data(such as the energy consumption)showed an inter-city differentiation of CO2 emissions from energy consumption,and suggested an influence of the Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size(IEDS)in resource-based industrial cities at the prefecture level and above in different regions.Then by geographical detector technology,the sizes of each influencing mechanism on CO2 emissions from energy consumption of the IEDS were probed.This analysis showed that significant spatial differences exist for CO2 emissions from energy consumption and revealed several factors which influence the IEDS in resource-based cities.(1)In terms of unit employment,Eastern and Western resource-based cities are above the overall level of all resource-based cities;and only Coal resource-based cities far exceeded the overall level among all of the cities in the analysis.(2)In terms of unit gross industrial output value,the Eastern,Central and Western resources-based cities are all above the overall level for all the cities.Here also,only Coal resource-based cities far exceeded the overall level of all resources-based cities.Economic scale and energy structure are the main factors influencing CO2 emissions from energy consumption of the IEDS in resource-based cities.The factors influencing CO2 emissions in different regions and types of resource-based cities show significant spatial variations,and the degree of influence that any given factor exerts varies among different regions and types of resource-based cities.Therefore,individualized recommendations should be directed to different regions and types of resource-based cities,so that the strategies and measures of industrial low carbon and transformation should vary greatly according to the specific conditions that exist in each city.

"Co-construction"to"Symbiosis":Research on the Integrated Governance Mechanism of Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges

Industrial colleges are the connection point between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to carry out in-depth collaborative education.At present,there are three forms of industrial colleges:surface cooperative industrial college focusing on order cooperation,middle-level industrial college relying on industry development,and deep cooperative industrial college with integrated development.There are several common problems among the three forms of industrial colleges,such as vague positioning,unclear division of responsibilities and rights between both parties,and "free riding"at all levels.In order to establish symbiotic industrial colleges,there is a need to change the concept first,then establish and improve the system,and finally,establish a cross-border teacher pool.
