Spatial Structure of China's E-commerce Express Logistics Network Based on Space of Flows

The intermediate link compression characteristics of e-commerce express logistics ne tworks influence the tradition al mode of circulation of goods and economic organization,and alter the city spatial pattern.Based on the theory of space of flows,this study adopts China Smart Logistics Network relational data to build China's e-commerce express logistics network and explore its spatial structure characteristics through social network analysis(SNA),the PageRank technique,and geospatial methods.The results are as follows:the network density is 0.9270,which is close to 1;hence,indicating that e-commerce express logistics lines between Chinese cities are nearly complete and they form a typical network structure,thereby eliminating fragmented spaces.Moreover,the average minimum number of edges is 1.1375,which indicates that the network has a small world effect and thus has a high flow efficiency of logistics elements.A significant hierarchical diffusion effect was observed in dominant flows with the highest edge weights.A diamond-structured network was formed with Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chongqing,and Beijing as the four core nodes.Other node cities with a large logistics scale and importance in the network are mainly located in the 19 city agglomerations of China,revealing the fact that the development of city agglomerations is essential for promoting the separation of experience space and changing the urban spatial pattern.This study enriches the theory of urban networks,reveals the flow laws of modern logistics elements,and encourages coordinated development of urban logistics.

Delivery Invoice Information Classification System for Joint Courier Logistics Infrastructure

With the growth of the online market,demand for logistics and courier cargo is increasing rapidly.Accordingly,in the case of urban areas,road congestion and environmental problems due to cargo vehicles are mainly occurring.The joint courier logistics system,a plan to solve this problem,aims to establish an efficient logistics transportation system by utilizing one joint logistics delivery terminal by several logistics and delivery companies.However,several courier companies use different types of courier invoices.Such a system has a problem of information data transmission interruption.Therefore,the data processing process was systematically analyzed,a practically feasible methodology was devised,and delivery invoice information processing standards were established for this.In addition,the importance of this paper can be emphasized in terms of data processing in the logistics sector,which is expected to grow rapidly in the future.The results of this study can be used as basic data for the implementation of the logistics joint delivery terminal system in the future.And it can be used as a basis for securing the operational reliability of the joint courier logistics system.

Improvements of City Logistics Methods in Thriasio Area, Greece

Urban freight transport is a very important part of the logistics chain. Creating the right conditions for the economic and commercial development of urban transport is extremely important. The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of city logistics while presenting the situation in Greece, a country lagging in the implementation of good practices, and some suggestions for improving the existing reality of urban transport. In order to achieve the objectives of the present work, a review of the relevant literature and primary research, was conducted through personal interviews for the implementation of urban freight transport. The results, according to the literature, have shown that designing the right way and organizing an appropriate route for the product increases the quantities produced that are shipped for sale, either directly from the producers, through traders, suppliers, or logistics companies, which simply carry the products. Wrong design, on the other hand, leads to a complex system with significant losses, both in cost and quality. Also, according to primary research, businesses now active in the Thriasio area report the importance and positive impact they have had on the wider local community, as well as that urban shopping centers play a very important role, organizing and coordinating freight transport in the city centers. Moreover, the establishment of businesses in the center of Thriasio gives a positive impact on their establishment as their business has evolved and increased.

Exploring the drivers of urban expansion in a medium-class urban agglomeration in India using the remote sensing techniques and geographically weighted models

Rapid urbanization urges the immediate attention of policymakers to ensure sustainable city development.Under-standing the urban growth drivers is essential to address effective strategies for urbanization-related challenges.This work aims to study Raiganj’s urban development and the factors associated with this expansion.This study employed global logistic regression(LR)and geographical weighted logistic regression(GWLR)to explore the role of different factors.The results showed that the role of the central business district(covariate>-1),commercial market(covariate>-3),and police station(covariate>-4)were significant to the development of new built-up areas.In the second period,major roads(covariate>-2)and new infrastructures(covariate>-4)became more relevant,particularly in the eastern and southern areas.GWLR was more accurate in assessing the different fac-tors’impact than LR.The results obtained are essential to understanding urban expansion in India’s medium-class cities,which is critical to effective policies for sustainable urbanization.

Themes and Challenges in Making Urban Freight Distribution Sustainable

The purpose of this article is to explore and classify themes and challenges in making urban freight distribution sustainable.The study has a cross sectional design which started by a narrative literature review and analysis of a sample of related literature(like peer-reviewed articles and EU(European Union)documents).It ended with complementary discussion and recommendation for tackling the challenges.The results of the study illustrate eight and seven emerged categories of themes and challenges,respectively.It is concluded that there is great need for a packet of mixed strategies as well as a more holistic perspective where all actors together analyse and design future set-ups and operation of urban freight distribution.Such a holistic view is essential in order to:understand how different actors of the chain look upon sustainable urban freight distribution,avoid sub-optimal policies/governing rules,and suggest close-to-reality solutions for tackling the challenges.Freight distribution in urban areas is the main focus of this article.In addition,the study is demarcated to eco/environmental aspect of sustainability although it is impossible to completely exclude its interaction with economic and social aspects.The results offered in this paper provide a systematic structure for classifying issues related to sustainable urban freight distribution;something which will be beneficial for managers and policy-makers when they approach sustainable supply chain management challenges.This study provides a synthesized classification of themes and challenges which can guide researchers,industries,authorities,and policy-makers in future sustainability efforts.

公交辅助无人机的城市物流配送模式研究

电子商务迅猛发展倒逼物流行业不断转型升级,针对各地政府鼓励公共交通发展,倡导绿色低碳的物流配送方式,研究了一种公交辅助无人机的配送模式。对问题做出说明后,构建了以配送成本最小的数学模型,并设计了智能通用变邻域搜索算法对问题求解,同时为提高算法求解效率,引入K-means分簇与贪婪算法生成初始解。针对不同规模算例,进行多种局部搜索策略、多种算法对比实验,验证了算法有效性;选取标准CVRP算例,将单卡车配送、卡车无人机协同配送与公交辅助无人机配送模式进行对比,证明其成本、时间优势;选取北京快速公交2号线及周边客户点,通过改变公交站点间距、发车间隔做出敏感度分析,实验结果证明增大站点间距的影响大于发车间隔的改变。

中国城市物流发展潜力评价及空间自相关演化

对于中国城市物流发展潜力的充分认识有助于优化我国物流发展布局,提高物流效率。但是在现有的研究中缺乏对于中国城市物流发展潜力的认识。基于此,通过对2009-2021年中国284个地级及以上城市的物流发展潜力进行评价,并运用空间自相关的研究方法,对2009-2021年中国城市物流发展潜力的变化情况以及空间自相关的演化情况进行了分析,得到以下研究结论:目前我国城市物流发展潜力现状表现为东高西低,京津冀、成渝、长三角、珠三角表现优异,总体呈现十字型布局,以武汉、郑州为代表的中部城市正在崛起;在此期间,中国城市物流发展潜力总体处于缓慢增长的态势,但是城市之间的差距依然非常大;中国城市物流发展潜力总体呈现集聚情况,这种集聚总体呈现出先增高再减小的趋势;中国城市物流发展潜力集聚情况总体变动较小,并且大多数城市处于LL(低低)集聚之中,HH(高高)集聚型城市数量有所增加。

灵活就业人员参加城镇职工养老保险问题与对策研究——以石家庄为例

灵活就业人员在国民经济发展中发挥着重要的作用,但是我国的基本养老政策并未对灵活就业人员缴费提出刚性要求,有相当数量的灵活就业人员在被纳入城镇职工养老保险政策范围的过程中面临着诸多困难。研究从微观角度入手,将影响灵活就业人员是否参加城镇职工养老保险的因素分为个人特征、政策环境、工作环境三个维度和13个指标进行分析。得出工作满意度与选择城镇职工养老保险成正向关系;政策环境可以促进灵活就业人员选择城镇职工养老保险;个人特征的四个因素通过不同方面对灵活就业人员的行为进行影响。最终提出提升灵活就业人员的工作满意度,营造参加基本养老保险的社会氛围,完善基本养老保险相关法律法规来提高灵活就业人员的参保率。

新型城镇化、乡村振兴与物流业动态关系研究

探究新型城镇化、乡村振兴与物流业的互动关系,对构建经济发展新格局、促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。因此,基于中国1998—2021年的时间序列数据,利用VAR构建三元估计模型,通过脉冲响应以及方差分解动态分析三者之间的交互关系。研究发现:新型城镇化、乡村振兴与物流业三者之间并未形成良性互动局面;新型城镇化与乡村振兴建设是促进物流业高质量发展的关键,但物流业无论是对新型城镇化还是乡村振兴的带动效果都不明显;城乡协调一体化是新型城镇化与乡村振兴的内在要求,物流业亟需变革自身发展模式,实现高质量转型,才能发挥其促进城乡融合发展、畅通经济循环的积极作用。

受突发事件影响的城市应急物流中心选址模型及其实证

主要研究受突发事件影响下的城市应急物流中心选址问题。结合城市应急物流中心选址的多目标规划方法,建立考虑灾前配置及灾后配送的应急物流中心多目标选址模型。介绍了遗传算法(GA)基本原理,并针对城市应急物流的特点,考虑求解多目标规划模型,在遗传算法的基础上加入免疫算法(IA)的特性,使用一种组合的遗传算法——免疫遗传算法(IGA)。使用MATLAB免疫遗传算法对该模型进行求解,由结果可知该算法适用于多目标的城市应急物流中心选址问题,并通过实例验证模型及算法的合理性和有效性。

基于有向图规划的城乡物流配送路径优化研究

为了解决当前的城乡物流配送路径优化方法存在的路径利用率和需求点满意度低、配送成本高的问题,提出基于有向图规划的城乡物流配送路径优化方法。将城乡物流配送路径优化转化为配送路线合理安排问题,设计城乡物流配送路径问题表达式和约束条件,以此提出配送路径优化假设,建立城乡物流配送路径优化模型,并制定模型约束。采用有向图规划计算最短路径和最早配送时间,并获取该范围内的需求点,得到优化后的城乡物流配送需求点和路径。实验结果表明,研究方法的配送成本较低,路径利用率和需求点满意度较高。

长三角城市群物流业高质量发展水平测度研究及评价

以长三角城市群物流业为研究对象,采用熵权TOPSIS法和核密度估计分析方法,测度2010—2021年长三角城市群物流业高质量发展水平并分析区域发展差异。研究发现:长三角城市群物流业高质量发展水平向好趋势明显,但仍然有待提高。有18个城市的物流业高质量发展水平低于均值。其中上海的物流业高质量发展水平最高,居于第2位的苏州相比于上海还有较大差距。从各区域来看,区域发展不均衡的特征较明显,各区域物流业高质量发展水平存在一定差距,上海物流业高质量发展水平显著高于其他区域,物流业高质量发展水平排名靠后的城市主要集中在安徽,该区域内发展差距呈现缩小趋势。

长三角一体化城市群数字经济对物流业高质量发展的影响研究

以长三角一体化城市群为研究样本,运用2011-2020年长三角一体化城市群的数据实证检验该区域数字经济对物流业高质量发展的影响,并在此基础上进一步探讨其作用机制。研究结果表明:(1)长三角一体化城市群数字经济的发展能够推动物流业高质量发展,在进行稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;(2)从作用机制研究可以发现,长三角一体化城市群数字经济的发展能够直接推动物流业高质量发展,并且可以通过物流业全要素生产率间接推动物流业高质量发展;(3)异质性结果显示,经济越发达地区其数字经济的发展对于物流业高质量发展的推动作用越明显。根据上述研究结论提出三点政策建议:一是大力发展长三角一体化城市群数字经济与物流业,加强产业与城市间的交流合作;二是通过提高物流业全要素生产率来推动物流业高质量发展;三是根据不同城市的不同经济情况因地制宜地发展数字经济。

基于增强回归树和Logistic回归的城市扩展驱动力分析

研究城市扩展驱动力对于准确判断城市发展规律,剖析演化过程和预测城市未来扩展趋势具有重要意义,同时也能为制定合理的调控政策提供指导。以沈阳市1997—2010年城市建成区变化作为因变量,选取三大类10种驱动因子,利用增强回归树(BRT)和Logistic回归两种方法分析影响城市扩展的主要驱动力。结果表明:(1)BRT分析得到影响沈阳城市扩展的驱动因子从大到小依次是:距1997年城区距离、距河流距离、数字高程模型DEM、距高速公路和铁路距离、土地利用类型、开发区规划、GDP、人口密度、坡向和坡度;(2)Logistic回归分析得到影响沈阳城市扩展的前8位驱动因子依次是:开发区、距1997年城区距离、DEM、距高速公路和铁路距离、人口密度、距河流距离、农村居民点和坡度;(3)距1997年城区距离、DEM、距高速公路和铁路距离是影响沈阳城市扩展的主要驱动力,均位于主要因子的前四位;(4)总体来说,沈阳城市扩展受邻域因子影响最大,而自然因子的影响相对较小,社会经济因子则只有开发区和农村居民点对城市扩展影响较大。

基于Logistic模型的我国城镇化演进轨迹分析

伴随着经济增长的步伐,我国城镇化进程逐步推进。文章基于《中国统计年鉴》1949~2011年城镇化率数据,依据Logistic模型推演出中国城镇化率的非线性拟合曲线,进而对中国城镇化进程进行预测。Logistic模型分析表明,曲线拟合优度高,中国城镇化进程可以分为四个阶段：孕育阶段（1982年前,期末的城镇化率达21%）、成长阶段（1982~2010年,期末的城镇化率达50%）、成熟阶段（2010~2050年,期末的城镇化率达78.9%）、衰退阶段（2050年后,期末城镇化率达到极值100%）,这种阶段划分与2011年以前的中国社会经济发展现状基本吻合,同时可以为我国新型城镇化过程中进行阶段性合理布局、制订相应发展战略提供理论依据。

基于LOGISTIC模型的城市扩展时空模拟——以深圳龙岗区为例

龙岗区是深圳市面积最大的市辖区,在深圳城市扩展中占有重要地位.在综述国内外采用LOGISTIC模型进行土地利用时空模拟的基础上,改进原始模型,将动态交通数据和空间滤波引入模拟流程.以龙岗区为例,基于改进模型尝试对中小尺度的单个城区进行城市扩展的时空模拟.结果显示,模型在中小尺度城市扩展模拟方面具有较好效果.

本文探讨了Logistic模型描述城市化过程中的合理性．提出模型参数估计的新方法．计算和预测了我国的城市化水平及其发展趋势。新方法简单实用，预测精度高。

城市化Logistic过程的阶段划分及其空间解释——对Northam曲线的修正与发展

城市化过程在宏观意义上是一种Logistic过程,可以采用S形曲线描述。Northam注意到城市人口比重变化的Logistic曲线特征,并且将其分为三个演化阶段。Northam曲线在国内城市地理学研究中具有较大的影响,但其划分结果不尽准确,前因后果也未澄清。借助系统论的有关思想,从城市—乡村人口的异速生长关系出发,导出城市化水平的Logistic方程,揭示城市化过程的理论基础;进而运用导数原理、Logistic曲线的内禀特征尺度以及城市化水平与经济发展水平的关系模型修正并且改进了Northam曲线,得到一个四阶段的划分结果,最后对重新分段的结果进行了地理空间解释。

基于Logistic模型的中国城镇化演进对耕地影响前景预测及分析

为揭示中国城镇化演进对耕地影响,该文基于Logistic模型对此进行了探索。运用SPSS软件及1978-2011年中国城镇化水平数据,采用曲线回归的拟合优度最大估算方法,对中国城镇化水平饱和值进行了估算,并构建了刻画中国城镇化演进的Logistic模型,据此模型对中国城镇化未来发展水平进行了预测;运用STRIPAT(stochastic impacts by regression on population,affluence and technology)模型及1996-2011年中国经济社会发展相关数据,借助SPSS软件,采用偏最小二乘回归方法,揭示了城镇化进程及人口、经济发展水平、技术因素对耕地变化的边际贡献;依据中国未来城镇化演进趋势及城镇化对耕地边际影响,测算了中国未来城镇化演进对耕地影响,结果表明:中国城镇化水平饱和值为83%;2020年、2030年中国城镇化水平将分别达到57.68%、65.73%,2020年前,城镇化年平均增速为0.97个百分点,2020-2030年,年平均增速为0.81个百分点;城镇化对耕地变化的边际弹性系数为-0.007391,人口、经济发展水平、技术因素对耕地变化的边际弹性系数分别为-0.007133、-0.009343、-0.002952;2012-2020年,城镇化演进将导致耕地面积净减少13.81万hm2,年均减少1.53万hm2,2020-2030年,净减少10.87万hm2,年均减少1.09万hm2。基于研究结果,适度把握城镇化发展速度,注重城镇化发展质量;科学编制分年度土地供应计划,采取差别化土地供应策略;摒弃土地财政错误理念,严格执行国家耕地保护的各项政策,严控房地产及低水平或重复生产项目用地;严肃查处土地利用违规行为,强化土地监管等方面提出了政策建议。研究结果可为管理层把握城镇化适度发展速度、节奏,科学编制土地供应计划及制定耕地保护政策提供参考,也可为省域尺度的同类研究提供方法借鉴。
