Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management Outsourcing in China’s Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Objective To explore the current situation of human resource management outsourcing in China’s pharmaceutical enterprises,and to put forward some suggestions for enterprises and the government.Methods The current situation of human resource management outsourcing in China’s pharmaceutical enterprises was analyzed through the method of literature research.Results and Conclusion At present,the status of human resource management outsourcing in China’s pharmaceutical companies is that the level of human resource outsourcing companies is not high,and there are no relevant industry norms and laws.The information asymmetry between pharmaceutical enterprises and outsourcing companies results in adverse selection and moral hazard.Besides,the different culture of pharmaceutical enterprises and outsourcing companies leads to inefficient communication between enterprises and employee.To solve these problems,the government should promote and improve industry norms and laws to regulate the market.In addition,enterprises should clarify the motivation for outsourcing and make good decision on the outsourcing content.Meanwhile,enterprises should strengthen communication with employees to eliminate employees’concerns.

Defining an open access resource strategy for research libraries:Part Ⅰ—The coming main streamlization of open access resources?

Open access(OA) resources are becoming a main part of scholarly information. The paper summarizes the fast growth of OA journals and OA repositories, the outstanding OA journal impact increase, the rise of mega-OA journals like PLoS ONE, the overwhelming support of research communities to open access of publicly funded research, and the quick building up of OA support structures. These forces work together to push scholarly communications toward a turning point where OA resources occupy a major and increasing share of scholarly research resources and when management of OA resources becomes a strategic, yet unfamiliar, and potentially disruptive task for research libraries. This paper is composed of two parts. The first part will focus on the development of OA resources, while the second part will analyze the challenges in management of OA resources and develop an OA resource strategy exemplified by some of NSL's initiatives.

Germplasm Resources and Quality Research of Three Species of Chrysanthemums in Bozhou

[Objective]The paper was to preliminarily study the pharmacognosy of three species of chrysanthemums cultivated in Bozhou,and to compare their similarities and differences.[Method]Organs of three species of chrysanthemum samples were dissected and made into integral slices,and surface morphology of each part was observed microscopically.Powder slices were developed in the same way and observed under a microscope.According to thin layer chromatography(TLC)test(Part I,Appendix VIB,2005 edition),2μL of sample solutions and reference solutions were absorbed respectively,and dripped on the same piece of silica gel G thin layer plate.With petroleum ether-acetone(2∶1)as the developing solvent,samples were developed and then dried.Slices were sprayed with chromogenic agent 2%aluminum trichloride,and examined under UV light at the wavelength of 365 nm.Whether fluorescent spots of the same color were displayed in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of reference solutions were observed.[Result]Non-glandular hairs were found in bract microstructures of three species of chrysanthemums.There were many T-shaped hairs and few multicellular sessile non-glandular hairs.The epidermal cell walls of bracts were parallel straight,and some were rectangular;stomas could be seen everywhere.Only Dendranthema morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Boju’cv.nov.and Dendranthema morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Da maya’cv.nov.displayed fluorescent spots of the same color in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of reference sample acacetin in TLC test,and the spots of D.morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Da maya’cv.nov.were light in color;there were no spots observed in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.[Conclusion]The external characters,internal forms and internal components of D.morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Boju’cv.nov.,D.morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Da maya’cv.nov.and C.morifolium Ramat are all related to germplasm resources of chrysanthemum species.The contents of acacetin,one of the components of D.morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Boju’cv.nov.and D.morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.‘Da maya’cv.nov.,remain to be further studied.

Resources,innovation,globalization,and green growth are interconnected pillars that shape societies and economies.By effectively managing resources,fostering innovation,embracing globalization,and embracing green growth,countries can achieve sustainable development,economic prosperity,and a better future for future generations.In this paper,we examine the nexus of natural resources,innovation,globalization,and green growth in BRICS countries from 1990 to 2021 in light of financial development’s role in promoting green growth.We use dynamic system panel data estimations and robust random effect GLS regression for long-run estimates.BRICS countries experience green growth due to natural resources,globalization,financial development,and research and development.There is a negative relationship between globalization and green growth in the BRICS countries.Policymakers need to consider the policy implications discussed in this document to ensure a greener and more sustainable future for the BRICS countries.To mitigate the negative impacts of globalization on green growth,BRICS countries should enhance their environmental regulations.Stricter standards can help control pollution,promote sustainable resource management,and encourage the adoption of clean technologies.The BRICS countries should prioritize sustainable trade practices by integrating environmental considerations into trade agreements and policies.This could include promoting eco-labeling,supporting eco-friendly supply chains,and reducing trade barriers for environmentally friendly products.

Research on the resource utilization of Baosteel steel slag as concrete material

The utilization of steel slag has been a worldwide issue for a long time. Attention is increasingly being paid to the technological innovation and development of steel slag. Aiming at the development of environmentally friendly steel slag concrete materials and their use in a recyclable economy ,Baosteel has recently been conducting research on and using many new building materials, including steel slag powder concrete, steel slag pervious concrete, steel slag counter weight concrete and so on. In this way, steel slag has been turned from a kind of solid waste into a value-added material. The technology of steel slag utilization has been enriched and developed,while a new model of using Baosteel steel slag in a recyclable economy has also been explored and practised.
