There are components with multi-fault modes in repairable systems. It is a problem to use the existing GO method to make reliability analysis of such repairable systems. A new GO method for reliability analysis of such repairable systems with multifault modes was presented. Firstly, calculation equations of reliability parameters of operators which were used to describe components with multi-fault modes in reparable systems were derived based on Markov process theory. Then, this new GO method was applied in reliability analysis of a hydraulic transmission oil supply system( HTOSS) of a power-shift steering transmission at low and high speeds. Finally,Compared with fault tree analysis( FTA) and Monte Carlo simulation,the results show that this new GO method is correct and suitable for reliability analysis of repairable system with multi-fault modes. 展开更多

This paper uses CT to gain the energy directly from the high-voltage transmission line, to address the problem of power supply for monitoring system in high voltage side of transmission line. The draw-out power coil can induce voltage from the transmission line, using single-chip microcomputer to analog and output PMW wave to control the charging module, provides a stable 3.4 V DC voltage to the load, and solve the problem of easy saturating of core. The power supply based on this kind of draw-out power coil has undergone the overall testing, and it is verified-showing that it can properly work in a non-saturated status within the current range of 50 - 1000 A, and provide a stable output. The equipment also design protection circuit to improve the reliability to avid the impacts of the impulse current or short-circuit current. It effectively solves the problem of power supply for On-line Monitoring System of Transmission. 展开更多

However, it has caused overvoltages in the distribution network, and which is even worse for the switching overvoltage such as isolated network operation, changing power supply path. Based on the idea of risk evaluation, the existing lightning damage risk assessment methods are reviewed and summarized in this paper. And the power grid lightning damage risk assessment system is established on the basis of lightning flashover risk evaluation methodology for transmission lines, and adopts the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process as the core algorithm. It can comprehensively evaluate the risk for transmission lines of regional grid, various sections of a line and each tower of the section, considering much more impact factors, including the running time of line, importance of grades, equipment damage, and the success rate of lightning stroke reclosing and so on. According to the calculation results of the risk assessment of the analytic hierarchy process and lightning flashover risk evaluation, the principles and methods of grade classification for power grid lightning damage risk map are studied, and give typical examples in the paper. It can describe the lightning withstanding ability much more scientifically and provide important references for the manage department of power system. 展开更多

Inertial piezoelectric actuators are widely applied in precision devices with simple structure and accurate movement.However,existing inertial piezoelectric actuators still face the challenges of rollback motion and bulky power supply.In this work,an alternate excitation strategy and a customized small power supply for a bimorph rotary piezoelectric actuator(BRPA)are proposed to solve the problems.The BRPA prototype is designed with a bipedal symmetrical structure,measuring 35 mm in height and 32 mm in diameter,which has a maximum rotation velocity of 0.247 rad/s and a resolution of 0.66μrad.Thanks to the bipedal symmetrical structure,the friction directions between the driving feet and the rotor can be coordinated to suppress the rollback.The rollback ratio is almost zero when the phase difference of the exciting signal is set as 180°.The customized power supply is designed and manufactured,whose size is 58 mm×56 mm×46 mm.It can output signals for the single step mode and the continuous mode,and they are adopted to excite BRPA to achieve a small stroke with one single step and a large stroke with continuous step,respectively.Then,an experimental system for optical fiber alignment is developed based on the BRPA and the customized small power supply,the experiment has verified the practicability of this work in the precision fields,especially in the miniaturized precision systems. 展开更多

The online detection of metal shaft parameters,such as torque,power and deformation,is widely applied in engineering projects.The power supply of metal shafts is the key to the detection reliability and practicality.However,traditional slip ring and battery power supply are limited in reliability and service life.In this paper,a side-mounted inductive power supply system for the rotating metal shaft is designed by using a Utype core.The equivalent reluctance and circuit models of the system are analyzed,and the methods of improving the coupling coefficient and transmission efficiency are proposed from theoretical analysis.Through the finite element simulation analysis of the system,the general relationships between the transmission power and efficiency of the system and the number of coil turns,the working frequency and the load are analyzed.The accuracy of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis is verified by the practical power transmission experiments.This paper provides a novel and reliable power supply method for inductive power supply of rotating equipment,and enriches the solutions of rotating power supply. 展开更多

随着5G技术的发展,小基站的需求逐渐增加,但供电问题限制了小基站的布置。为了解决复杂环境下小基站的供电问题,设计了一种光伏供电逆变电源,其主要由控制电路、全桥逆变电路、滤波电路、升压电路、保护电路等组成。STM32作为控制器输... 随着5G技术的发展,小基站的需求逐渐增加,但供电问题限制了小基站的布置。为了解决复杂环境下小基站的供电问题,设计了一种光伏供电逆变电源,其主要由控制电路、全桥逆变电路、滤波电路、升压电路、保护电路等组成。STM32作为控制器输出互补的PWM波经IR2101芯片驱动之后全桥电路,互补的PWM波分别控制两个桥臂的导通与关断,将直流电转变为方波信号,经滤波之后输出正弦交流电,经升压之后供给基站。搭建了一套光伏逆变电源实验平台并进行实验,结果表明所设计的电路可行,光伏逆变电源体积小,性能良好,具有一定的应用价值。 展开更多

A three-phase to single-phase modular multilevel converter based advanced co-phase traction power supply(MMC-ACTPS) system is an effective structure to address the concerns of phase splitting and poor power quality of the conventional electrified railway. Due to the large number of MMCACTPS system modules, I/O resources and computing speed have high requirements on processors. Moreover, the module capacitor balance is challenging because the sorting time is too long when the traditional sorting algorithm for voltage balance is used. To solve the above issues, a digital implementation scheme of flexible power control strategy for three-phase to single-phase MMC-ACTPS system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA), which has sufficient I/O resources, has been proposed. Due to the parallel execution characteristics of the FPGA, the execution time of the controller and the modulator can be greatly reduced compared with a digital signal processor(DSP) + FPGA or DSpace. In addition, an improved sorting algorithm is proposed to reduce the sorting time and the implementation steps are analyzed. Finally, simulation and experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed control strategy. 展开更多

In the research of green communication,considering the base station(BS)power allocation from the perspective of energy efficiency(EE)is meaningful for heterogeneous cellular networks(HCNs)optimization.The EE of two-tier HCNs was analyzed and a new method for the network EE optimization was proposed by adjusting the small BS transmitting power.First,the HCNs ware modeled by homogeneous Poisson point processes(PPPs),and the coverage probability of BSs in each tier was derived.Second,according to the definition of EE,and the closed-form of EE was given by deriving the total power consumption and total throughput of HCNs respectively.At last,the analytical performance of the EE of HCNs on the small BS transmission power was analyzed,and a small BS power optimization algorithm was proposed to maximize the EE.Simulation results show that,the transmission power of small BS has a significant impact on the EE of HCNs.Furthermore,by optimizing the transmission power of small BS,the EE of HCNs can be improved effectively. 展开更多

An oil and gas pipeline monitoring platform uses internet of things(IoT)to ensure safe operation in remote and unattended areas,through automatic monitoring and systematic control on equipment such as the cut-off valves and cathodic protection systems.The continuity and stability of power supplies for various equipment of an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform is crucial.There is no single universal off-grid power supply method that is optimal for an oil and gas pipeline IoT monitoring platform in all different contexts.Therefore,it is necessary to select a suitable one according to the specific geographical location and meteorological conditions.This paper proposes an off-grid power supply system comprised of a reversible solid oxide fuel cell(RESOC),photovoltaic(PV)and battery.Minimum operating costs and the reliability of system operations under constraint conditions are the key determining objectives.A“PV+battery+RESOC”system operational optimization model is established.Based on the model,three types of off-grid power supply schemes are proposed,and three geographical locations with different meteorological conditions are selected as practical application scenarios.The Matlab Cplex solver is used to solve the different power supply modes of the three regions.And finally,the power supply scheme with the best reliability and economy under different geographical environments and meteorological conditions is obtained. 展开更多

针对现有无线电能与反向信号同步传输(simultaneous wireless power and reverse signal transmission,SWPRST)系统存在较大无功功率、负载电压易受信号传输发生波动或需要额外增加高频信号源等问题,提出一种基于谐波通讯的SWPRST技术,... 针对现有无线电能与反向信号同步传输(simultaneous wireless power and reverse signal transmission,SWPRST)系统存在较大无功功率、负载电压易受信号传输发生波动或需要额外增加高频信号源等问题,提出一种基于谐波通讯的SWPRST技术,通过利用逆变器输出方波电压中的基波分量传输电能,三次谐波分量传输信号。不需要外加高频信号发射电路,实现了可靠的电能与反向信号同步传输。首先,给出基于谐波通讯的SWPRST系统结构,对其工作模式和基本原理进行分析;接着,建立系统等效数学模型,分析系统参数取值对信号与电能传输之间的互扰影响;然后,对信号的调制解调电路进行设计,分析信号检测通道参数对信号传输速率的影响;最后,搭建实验平台对理论分析进行验证,实验结果表明,该方法在有效实现了无线电能与反向信号同步传输的同时,信号无误码率传输速率可达5 kbps,同时系统具有无功小,输出负载电压几乎无波动(电压波动率0.33%)等优点。该方法采用谐波作为信号载体,为多频利用式实现电能与反向信号同步传输系统提供一种新的思路,具有较好的理论意义与实际工程应用价值。 展开更多

针对月球表面探测器将经历的长达14天的月夜期间的供电需求,在对月球探测特点及激光无线能量传输系统分析的基础上,考虑月球极轨可以实现对于南北极及附近区域每圈轨道均覆盖一次的特点,提出利用运行于月球极轨的激光无线供电系统为极... 针对月球表面探测器将经历的长达14天的月夜期间的供电需求,在对月球探测特点及激光无线能量传输系统分析的基础上,考虑月球极轨可以实现对于南北极及附近区域每圈轨道均覆盖一次的特点,提出利用运行于月球极轨的激光无线供电系统为极区的月表探测器进行供电的方式。环月轨道器运行轨道选取500 km月球极轨,配置大功率太阳电池阵、大功率激光器、激光发射及光束指向控制装置等。月表探测器安装激光接收装置(激光电池阵),在阴影期通过与环月轨道器可见的弧段利用激光传输获得电能。根据分析,轨道器配置12kW激光器和800mm口径发射光学系统、月表探测器配置4m直径激光电池阵情况下,激光能量传输弧段平均供电功率约为2.7kW,月表探测器平均供电功率可以达到300W,将满足探测器的生存和部分工作需求。 展开更多

“双碳”目标背景下,新能源较大规模接入牵引网可能成为铁路运输新趋势。为对意外失电的列车紧急牵引并打破铁路领域传统用能壁垒,实现铁路能源自给型低碳供电并与电网互为备用,各系统能量互联互通,首次提出一种应急供电方案灵活利用牵... “双碳”目标背景下,新能源较大规模接入牵引网可能成为铁路运输新趋势。为对意外失电的列车紧急牵引并打破铁路领域传统用能壁垒,实现铁路能源自给型低碳供电并与电网互为备用,各系统能量互联互通,首次提出一种应急供电方案灵活利用牵引网侧接入的光储装置牵引列车并对“光-储-车网”耦合系统的低频稳定性展开研究。首先,制定RPC双模式单相全桥逆变器的控制方法结合光储运行状态协调控制策略划分工作模态;然后,利用小信号及状态空间平均法建立光储、客车(CRH3型动车)以及投影到dq坐标系下铁路功率调节器直流侧阻抗模型;最后,利用所得“光-储-车网”3个子系统的导纳模型,引入一种适应多工况的无源判据,揭示控制器参数及多源对牵引供电系统电气稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:所提方案通过新能源及储能装置在昼夜多工况下均能长时持续稳定牵引列车,当新能源或电网供电出现意外二者可互补切换,故障条件下机车仍可受电稳定行走。此外,光储电压环比例增益对该系统阻抗匹配性稳定性有较强的电气敏感性,所建模型结合无源判据指导调参接入不同供电源补偿系统阻抗可治理部分失稳现象,该方案下储能系统具有良好的补偿特性。在Starsim半实物实验平台验证了“光-储-车网”耦合系统应急供电方案的可行性及稳定性研究的正确性。 展开更多
