An approach to solving the nonlinear model of an aeroengine by use of the genetic algorithm (GA) is developed. By comparison with N R algorithm, the accuracy of the values of initial guesses is not required for GA. Especially, the approach developed can be used when no priori knowledges of the values of initial guesses are availabe, and the convergence is improved significantly. The simulation results indicate that this technique provides greater flexibility and suitability than the existing methods. It is very easy to modify the nonlinear transducer on line. Thus the method improves the transducer's accuracy. In this study,the design of a computational heuristic based on the nonlinear Liénard model is presented using the efficiency of artificial neural networks(ANNs)along with the hybridization procedures of global and local search approaches.The global search genetic algorithm(GA)and local search sequential quadratic programming scheme(SQPS)are implemented to solve the nonlinear Liénard model.An objective function using the differential model and boundary conditions is designed and optimized by the hybrid computing strength of the GA-SQPS.The motivation of the ANN procedures along with GA-SQPS comes to present reliable,feasible and precise frameworks to tackle stiff and highly nonlinear differentialmodels.The designed procedures of ANNs along with GA-SQPS are applied for three highly nonlinear differential models.The achieved numerical outcomes on multiple trials using the designed procedures are compared to authenticate the correctness,viability and efficacy.Moreover,statistical performances based on different measures are also provided to check the reliability of the ANN along with GASQPS. 展开更多

Aiming at the difficulty of accurately constructing the dynamic model of subtropical high, based on the potential height field time series over 500 hPa layer of T106 numerical forecast products, by using EOF(empirical orthogonal function) temporal-spatial separation technique, the disassembled EOF time coefficients series were regarded as dynamical model variables, and dynamic system retrieval idea as well as genetic algorithm were introduced to make dynamical model parameters optimization search, then, a reasonable non-linear dynamic model of EOF time-coefficients was established. By dynamic model integral and EOF temporal-spatial components assembly, a mid-/long-term forecast of subtropical high was carried out. The experimental results show that the forecast results of dynamic model are superior to that of general numerical model forecast results. A new modeling idea and forecast technique is presented for diagnosing and forecasting such complicated weathers as subtropical high. 展开更多

For a type of high⁃order discrete⁃time nonlinear systems(HDNS)whose system models are undefined,a model⁃free predictive control(MFPC)algorithm is proposed in this paper.At first,an estimation model is given by the improved projection algorithm to approach the controlled nonlinear system.Then,on the basis of the estimation model,a predictive controller is designed by solving the finite time domain rolling optimization quadratic function,and the controller’s explicit analytic solution is also obtained.Furthermore,the closed⁃loop system's stability can be ensured.Finally,the results of simulation reveal that the presented control strategy has a faster convergence speed as well as more stable dynamic property compared with the model⁃free sliding mode control(MFSC). 展开更多

The present investigations are associated with designing Morlet wavelet neural network(MWNN)for solving a class of susceptible,infected,treatment and recovered(SITR)fractal systems of COVID-19 propagation and control.The structure of an error function is accessible using the SITR differential form and its initial conditions.The optimization is performed using the MWNN together with the global as well as local search heuristics of genetic algorithm(GA)and active-set algorithm(ASA),i.e.,MWNN-GA-ASA.The detail of each class of the SITR nonlinear COVID-19 system is also discussed.The obtained outcomes of the SITR system are compared with the Runge-Kutta results to check the perfection of the designed method.The statistical analysis is performed using different measures for 30 independent runs as well as 15 variables to authenticate the consistency of the proposed method.The plots of the absolute error,convergence analysis,histogram,performancemeasures,and boxplots are also provided to find the exactness,dependability and stability of the MWNN-GA-ASA. 展开更多

This paper aims to develop an approach to investigating the effect of a particular parameter on the output accuracy of transformer thermal models,i.e.sensitivity analysis,which can not only reveal the most sensitive parameter of a thermal model but also improve model output accuracies.For the first time,the nonlinear time constant(NTC)of transformer oil is proposed to reshape three practical top-oil temperature models based on an expression of nonlinear thermal conductance:the modified IEEE clause 7 model,Swift’s model,and Susa’s model.Then,the multi-parametric sensitivity analysis(MPSA)is undertaken to reveal the effect of each parameter on the model output accuracy.Through onsite data validation,the results show that the accuracy performance of the proposed NTC thermal models are improved significantly by considering the nonlinear effect of oil time constant.Moreover,the derived sensitivity performances can clearly reveal the most dominant parameter of the model,so as to simplify the model parameter identification process by reducing the number of insensitive parameters.Finally,the heat-run test data is used as a reference to validate parameters optimized through a genetic algorithm(GA),which demonstrates that the proposed NTC IEEE model has not only one sensitive parameter but also superior accuracy performance. 展开更多

The multi-stream heat exchanger network synthesis (HENS) problem can be formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programming model according to Yee et al. Its nonconvexity nature leads to existence of more than one optimum and computational difficulty for traditional algorithms to find the global optimum. Compared with deterministic algorithms, evolutionary computation provides a promising approach to tackle this problem. In this paper, a mathematical model of multi-stream heat exchangers network synthesis problem is setup. Different from the assumption of isothermal mixing of stream splits and thus linearity constraints of Yee et al., non-isothermal mixing is supported. As a consequence, nonlinear constraints are resulted and nonconvexity of the objective function is added. To solve the mathematical model, an algorithm named GA/SA (parallel genetic/simulated annealing algorithm) is detailed for application to the multi-stream heat exchanger network synthesis problem. The performance of the proposed approach is demonstrated with three examples and the obtained solutions indicate the presented approach is effective for multi-stream HENS. 展开更多

This model reconstructs the time series of traffic flow in the phase space firstly, and the correlative information in the traffic flow is extracted richly, on the basis of it, a predicted equation for the reconstructed information is established by using chaotic theory, and for the purpose of obtaining the optimal predicted results, recognition and optimization to the model parameters are done by using genetic algorithm. Practical prediction research of urban traffic flow shows that this model has famous predicted precision, and it can provide exact reference for urban traffic programming and control. 展开更多

在磨削力模型求解问题中,目前大多使用分段计算法或列方程组直接计算各个待求系数,不仅计算量大且其精度也无法保证。另外,传统的回归模型容易陷入局部最优,难以描述非线性关系。为此,将遗传算法引入到非线性优化函数参数优化中,基于外... 在磨削力模型求解问题中,目前大多使用分段计算法或列方程组直接计算各个待求系数,不仅计算量大且其精度也无法保证。另外,传统的回归模型容易陷入局部最优,难以描述非线性关系。为此,将遗传算法引入到非线性优化函数参数优化中,基于外圆横向磨削力模型、平面磨削力模型、外圆纵向磨削力模型等现有的模型数据,开展磨削力理论模型的系数优化方法研究。相关性分析结果表明:通过计算得到的3种模型磨削力的预测精度提高了14.69%~42.54%,且3种模型所预测的法向磨削力的平均误差分别为5.9%、9.13%、3.23%,切向力平均误差分别为6.78%、8.36%、3.69%。经对比知,优化后的模型拟合度较好,模型预测精度显著提高。遗传算法优化后的非线性优化函数GA-LSQ算法更适合磨削力模型的求解,可对磨削力的预测及实际加工生产中的参数优化提供参考。 展开更多

针对单一控制算法无法同时满足无人驾驶车辆对路径跟踪精度和控制器求解速度需求的问题,提出一种基于线性二次型调节器(LQR)和模型预测控制(MPC)的混合控制策略。该策略在低速工况下使用线性二次型调节器、在高速工况下使用模型预测控... 针对单一控制算法无法同时满足无人驾驶车辆对路径跟踪精度和控制器求解速度需求的问题,提出一种基于线性二次型调节器(LQR)和模型预测控制(MPC)的混合控制策略。该策略在低速工况下使用线性二次型调节器、在高速工况下使用模型预测控制算法进行路径跟踪控制,在此基础上设计基于有限状态机(FSM)的控制算法切换机制,并通过遗传算法(GA)对控制参数进行优化,基于CarSim和MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台对混合控制策略进行仿真验证,并进一步完成了实车试验。试验结果表明,所设计的混合控制策略能够在提高跟踪精度的基础上缩短计算时间,与单一控制算法相比,平均横向误差和平均航向误差分别减小了26.3%和39.6%,平均计算时间缩短了10.9%。 展开更多

Semi-active landing gear can provide good performance of both landing impact and taxi situation, and has the ability for adapting to various ground conditions and operational conditions. A kind of Nonlinear Model Predictive Control algorithm (NMPC) for semi-active landing gears is developed in this paper. The NMPC algorithm uses Genetic Algorithm (GA) as the optimization technique and chooses damping performance of landing gear at touch down to be the optimization object. The valve's rate and magnitude limitations are also considered in the controller's design. A simulation model is built for the semi-active landing gear's damping process at touchdown. Drop tests are carried out on an experimental passive landing gear systerm to validate the parameters of the simulation model. The result of numerical simulation shows that the isolation of impact load at touchdown can be significantly improved compared to other control algorithms. The strongly nonlinear dynamics of semi-active landing gear coupled with control valve's rate and magnitude limitations are handled well with the proposed controller. 展开更多

目的考虑聚氨酯材料非线性的影响,建立一种简单高效的柔性立管限弯器设计方法。方法首先确定限弯器的初始尺寸,在此基础上进行参数分析,并根据分析结果绘制设计图谱,然后通过插值获得最佳的设计尺寸。结果针对深水与浅水2种典型环境,分... 目的考虑聚氨酯材料非线性的影响,建立一种简单高效的柔性立管限弯器设计方法。方法首先确定限弯器的初始尺寸,在此基础上进行参数分析,并根据分析结果绘制设计图谱,然后通过插值获得最佳的设计尺寸。结果针对深水与浅水2种典型环境,分别采用本方法与基于遗传算法的优化设计方法进行限弯器设计,通过结果对比验证了方法的有效性。同时发现,深水环境条件设计出的限弯器相对短粗,而浅水条件设计出的限弯器则较为细长,且考虑材料非线性后,2种环境下限弯器的设计尺寸均有所减小。结论本文建立的限弯器设计方法具有广泛的适用性,且能够在确保得到理想设计方案的前提下,显著提高设计效率。与基于遗传算法的优化设计方法相比,采用线性材料和考虑材料非线性时的设计效率可分别提高约10倍和20倍。 展开更多

目的通过一组单线性梯度洗脱实验获取线性溶剂强度模型的参数值,为色谱图的预测提供所必须的参数值。方法首先,在实验中固定流动相组成的起始和结束值,通过改变梯度洗脱的时间,从而改变梯度的斜率(B)。测定溶质在这些梯度条件下的保留时... 目的通过一组单线性梯度洗脱实验获取线性溶剂强度模型的参数值,为色谱图的预测提供所必须的参数值。方法首先,在实验中固定流动相组成的起始和结束值,通过改变梯度洗脱的时间,从而改变梯度的斜率(B)。测定溶质在这些梯度条件下的保留时间,计算其流出色谱柱时所对应的流动相组成(φR)。然后,将描述φR与B之间关系的数学公式对实验数据进行非线性拟合,从而获取线性溶剂强度模型的参数值。拟合基于Levenberg-Marquardt算法,通过Excel中的Visual Basic for Applications(VBA)语言编程实现。结果计算机程序的可靠性通过实验进行验证。以12种芳环化合物为分离的对象,以C18柱为固定相,含1%乙酸的甲醇-水溶液为流动相,应用所编写的程序对单线性梯度洗脱实验数据进行处理,获取溶剂强度模型的参数值。然后,根据所得到的参数值预测多线性梯度洗脱条件下的色谱图,得到的理论色谱图与实验色谱图吻合。结论所建立的方法可快速准确地获取线性溶剂强度模型的参数值,具有良好的实用价值。 展开更多

为有效提高信号接收系统前端截获概率并加快系统调试进度,提出了一种基于遗传算法和分选识别需求的频段驻留时间优化设计方法。该方法首先基于窗口函数模型获得前端截获概率计算公式,其次将优化频段驻留时间最大值问题抽象为约束条件下... 为有效提高信号接收系统前端截获概率并加快系统调试进度,提出了一种基于遗传算法和分选识别需求的频段驻留时间优化设计方法。该方法首先基于窗口函数模型获得前端截获概率计算公式,其次将优化频段驻留时间最大值问题抽象为约束条件下的非线性优化问题,并基于遗传算法进行迭代优化,最后结合辐射源信号正确分选和识别需求优化频段驻留时间最小值,从而得到最优频段驻留时间范围。结果表明,该优化设计方法可实现频段驻留时间范围的最优化,在提高系统前端截获概率的同时可解决现场调试费事费力问题,加快系统调试进度,适用于实际工程应用。 展开更多

目的针对冷链运输中的生鲜打包及装载优化问题,提出一种允许货物以体积恒定为前提进行尺寸变化的包装装载方案,以最大化集装箱的空间利用率。方法基于上述问题,构建非线性混合整数规划模型,为了方便CPLEX或LINGO等求解器对该非线性混合... 目的针对冷链运输中的生鲜打包及装载优化问题,提出一种允许货物以体积恒定为前提进行尺寸变化的包装装载方案,以最大化集装箱的空间利用率。方法基于上述问题,构建非线性混合整数规划模型,为了方便CPLEX或LINGO等求解器对该非线性混合整数规划模型进行求解,采用一种分段线性化方法,将该非线性模型进行线性化处理。由于所研究问题具有NP-hard属性,无论是CPLEX还是LINGO都无法有效求解大规模算例,因此设计一种有效结合遗传算法与深度、底部、左部方向优先装载(Deepest bottom left with fill,DBLF)的算法。结果大小规模算例实验验证结果表明,混合遗传算法能够在合理时间内获得最优解或近似最优解。结论所提出的可变尺寸包装方案有效提高了装载率,有益于客户和物流公司。 展开更多
