某新能源汽车企业采用高耐蚀钢S450AW冲压右门板零件,出现四个拐角凸台高度明显偏低的问题,无法满足产品要求。为快速解决生产实际问题,根据产品数模制作拉延及整形分析模型,采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)模拟完成右车门板冲压全工序模拟分析...某新能源汽车企业采用高耐蚀钢S450AW冲压右门板零件,出现四个拐角凸台高度明显偏低的问题,无法满足产品要求。为快速解决生产实际问题,根据产品数模制作拉延及整形分析模型,采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)模拟完成右车门板冲压全工序模拟分析,将仿真分析结果与ATOS I 350&TRITOP三维光学测绘仪逆向扫面实际冲压模具上下模的模面进行对比研究,确定了冲压问题的产生原因并制定模具优化方案。实施优化方案并冲压验证,解决零件凸台高度不足问题,为今后解决此类问题提供了可供选择的技术方案。展开更多
