Objective:To analyze the clinical research literatures of TCM syndromes and treatment of Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy(IgAN)on data-mining technology,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication.Method...Objective:To analyze the clinical research literatures of TCM syndromes and treatment of Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy(IgAN)on data-mining technology,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication.Methods:By searching the clinical literatures about TCM syndromes and treatment of IgAN had published in China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI Database,Wanfang Database,and Chongqing Weipu Database from January 2000 to September 2019.Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,included documents and established the databases.Applicated of statistical software for frequency analysis of TCM syndromes,Chinese herbal medicines,and analyzed the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines by factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results:292 literatures were finally included,involving 28 syndromes.A total of 479 prescriptions and 254 Chinese herbs were used.The rules of syndromes in IgA nephropathy are as follows:the syndromes are mainly composed of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,followed by the Spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome,Spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.The blood-stasis syndrome,damp-heat syndrome and wind-heat disturbance syndrome are accompanied by other syndrome.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines for IgA nephropathy is mainly composed of tonic deficiency medicines,supplemented by blood-activating and stasis-eliminating medicines,heat-clearing medicines,inducing diuresis and excreting dampness medicines and astringent medicines to combine with formulas.Conclusion:Through Data-mining method systematically summarized the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication in treating IgAN and provided scientific theoretical guidance for the treatment of IgAN.展开更多

Methods: The CNKI, WANFANG, and VIP were taken as data sources, and "restless legs syndrome, RLS" as the key words, and "Chinese medicine, Chinese materia medica, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), traditional Chinese and Western medicine" as sub key words, the data was extracted from the journals and literature related to the treatment of RLS by TCM from the establishment of the database to 2020, and data mining techniques(frequency analysis, cluster analysis, association rules) were used to analyze the core drugs and drug pair(group) rules. Results: A total of 87 prescriptions met the requirements of this study, involving 142 Chinese herbal medicines. The top 5 Chinese herbal medicines with a higher frequency of use were Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Fructus Chaenomelis and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari. The four Qi(气) of the medicine were mainly warm and neutral, the five flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent. The main channels of the meridian were mainly the liver meridian, spleen meridian and heart meridian. The medication categories were mainly tonifying deficiency herbs, blood activating and removing blood stasis herbs, and eliminating wind and dampness herbs. The association rule analysis yielded 24 Chinese medicine combinations with high support, and the hierarchical cluster analysis yielded a total of 5 clusters. Conclusion: TCM treatment of RLS is based on tonifying deficiency herbs, especially to replenish Qi and blood throughout the course of the disease, supplemented by herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and herbs for eliminating wind and dampness, as well as combined with herbs for reliving superficies and herbs for calming the liver to stop the wind.展开更多

Objective:Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,through visual observation of internal medicine thoracoscope,comprehensive observation of pleural cavi...Objective:Guided by the theory of syndrome differentiation of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,through visual observation of internal medicine thoracoscope,comprehensive observation of pleural cavity and immunohistochemistry of biopsy tissue,to classify malignant pleural effusion according to syndrome differentiation,and to explore the scientific nature of its theory.Methods:From March 1,2014 to February 28,2015,40 cases of malignant pleural effusion were treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University.According to the proposed TCM diagnostic criteria for yin and yang syndrome differentiation,and collect age,gender,course of disease,clinical symptoms,tumor primary focus,histomorphological manifestations and immunohistochemical results and other related information,and carry out statistical data processing.Results:The positive syndrome was mainly metastatic lung adenocarcinoma,which accounted for the majority of all MPE cases,up to 75%.The immunohistochemical results of biopsy tissues were mainly CEA and TTF-1 positive;While pleural effusion caused by pleural mesothelioma was the main type of yin syndrome,and the results of immunohistochemistry combined with biopsy were mainly positive for D2-40,Calretinin,WT-1 and CK5/6.Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation of MPE based on internal thoracoscopy combined with biopsy immunohistochemical results has sufficient theoretical basis and certain scientific nature,and further clinical research is needed to verify its effectiveness and practicability in the future.展开更多

Materials and Methods: The characteristics of frequency, clustering, four properties, and five flavors were analyzed, and new prescriptions were predicted through an artificial intelligence(AI)-based method. The potential pathways of new prescriptions were explored through network pharmacology-based analysis. Results: The top 16 medicinals used by Professor Wang Yu-Ying in the treatment of CLS included Danggui, Longgu, Muli, Fuling, Chuanxiong, Gancao, Xiangfu, and Tusizi. The AI method was applied to predict the basic prescription for treating CLS: Danggui 15 g, Duanlonggu 30 g, Duanmuli 30 g, Fuling 28 g, Chuanxiong 10 g, Gancao 6 g, Xiangfu 12 g, Tusizi 14 g, etc., Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses showed that the pathogenesis of CLS might be related to the estrogen pathway, involving typical steroid responses. Conclusions: This study summarized Professor Wang's medication experience in the treatment of CLS based on the data mining of clinical diagnoses and treatment cases. Objective This study aimed to examine and propagate the medication experience and group formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Master XIONG Jibo in diagnosing and treat-ing arthralgia syndrome(AS)through data min...Objective This study aimed to examine and propagate the medication experience and group formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Master XIONG Jibo in diagnosing and treat-ing arthralgia syndrome(AS)through data mining.Methods Data of outpatient cases of Professor XIONG Jibo were collected from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018,along with cases recorded in A Real Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor:XIONG Jibo's Clinical Medical Record 1,which was published in December 2019.The five variables collected from the patients’data were TCM diagnostic information,TCM and western medicine diagnoses,syndrome,treatment,and prescription.A database was established for the collected data with Excel.Using the Python environment,a custom-ized modified natural language processing(NLP)model for the diagnosis and treatment of AS by Professor XIONG Jibo was established to preprocess the data and to analyze the word cloud.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and visual analysis of AS cases were performed based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)and RStudio(V4.0.3).Results A total of 610 medical records of Professor XIONG Jibo were collected from the case database.A total of 103 medical records were included after data screening criteria,which comprised 187 times(45 kinds)of prescriptions and 1506 times(125 kinds)of Chinese herbs.The main related meridians were the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.The properties of Chinese herbs used most were mainly warm,flat,and cold,while the flavors of herbs were mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main patterns of AS included the damp heat,phlegm stasis,and neck arthralgia.The most commonly used herbs for AS were Chuanniuxi(Cyathu-lae Radix),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma).The most common effect of the herbs was“promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis”,followed by“supple-menting deficiency(Qi supplementing,blood supplementing,and Yang supplementing)”,and“dispelling wind and dampness”.The data were analyzed with the support≥15%and con-fidence=100%,and after de-duplication,five second-order association rules,39 third-order association rules,39 fourth-order association rules,and two fifth-order association rules were identified.The top-ranking association rules of each were“Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)→Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)”“Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)+Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)→Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)”“Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)+Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)+Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)→Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix)”and“Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)+Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)+Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)+Huangbo(Phello-dendri Chinensis Cortex)→Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix)”,respectively.Five clusters were obtained using cluster analysis of the top 30 herbs.The herbs were mainly dry-ing dampness,supplementing Qi,and promoting blood circulation.The main prescriptions of AS were Ermiao San(二妙散),Gegen Jianghuang San(葛根姜黄散),and Huangqi Chongteng Yin(黄芪虫藤饮).The herbs of core prescription included Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Mugua(Chaenomelis Fructus),Qinjiao(Gentianae Macro-phyllae Radix),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),and Yiyiren(Coicis Semen).Conclusion Clearing heat and dampness,relieving collaterals and pain,and invigorating Qi and blood are the most commonly used therapies for the treatment of AS by Professor XIONG Jibo.Additionally,customized NLP model could improve the efficiency of data mining in TCM.展开更多

目的:利用R语言数据挖掘技术分析脓毒症的中医证型及用药规律,为脓毒症临床中医诊疗方案提供参考。方法:通过检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集从建库至2023年12月31日收录的符合纳入标...目的:利用R语言数据挖掘技术分析脓毒症的中医证型及用药规律,为脓毒症临床中医诊疗方案提供参考。方法:通过检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集从建库至2023年12月31日收录的符合纳入标准的中医药治疗脓毒症临床研究文献,建立相关处方数据库。运用Excel整理并分析方药信息,包括中医辨证分型、治法治则,中药的使用频次、性味、归经、功效等;并利用R语言进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果:共检索出文献10345篇,纳入分析280篇,涉及中药215味,其中排名前10的中药分别是大黄、甘草、赤芍、厚朴、黄芪、芒硝、黄芩、丹参、地黄、枳实;四气以寒、温为主,五味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以脾、胃、肺为主,功效以清热、补虚、泻下为主,证型以热毒内盛证、瘀毒内阻证为主。关联规则分析得到核心组方为大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、当归、川芎、赤芍、桃仁、地黄、红花。高频药物聚类分析得到4个聚类群,适用于不同证型。结论:治疗脓毒症的用药规律以清热、泻下、化瘀、补虚为主,核心证型-处方有4类,临床上应根据患者的证候特点进行辨证论治,在核心证型-处方的基础上随证加减。展开更多

文摘Objective This study aimed to examine and propagate the medication experience and group formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Master XIONG Jibo in diagnosing and treat-ing arthralgia syndrome(AS)through data mining.Methods Data of outpatient cases of Professor XIONG Jibo were collected from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018,along with cases recorded in A Real Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor:XIONG Jibo's Clinical Medical Record 1,which was published in December 2019.The five variables collected from the patients’data were TCM diagnostic information,TCM and western medicine diagnoses,syndrome,treatment,and prescription.A database was established for the collected data with Excel.Using the Python environment,a custom-ized modified natural language processing(NLP)model for the diagnosis and treatment of AS by Professor XIONG Jibo was established to preprocess the data and to analyze the word cloud.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and visual analysis of AS cases were performed based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)and RStudio(V4.0.3).Results A total of 610 medical records of Professor XIONG Jibo were collected from the case database.A total of 103 medical records were included after data screening criteria,which comprised 187 times(45 kinds)of prescriptions and 1506 times(125 kinds)of Chinese herbs.The main related meridians were the liver,spleen,and kidney meridians.The properties of Chinese herbs used most were mainly warm,flat,and cold,while the flavors of herbs were mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main patterns of AS included the damp heat,phlegm stasis,and neck arthralgia.The most commonly used herbs for AS were Chuanniuxi(Cyathu-lae Radix),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),and Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma).The most common effect of the herbs was“promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis”,followed by“supple-menting deficiency(Qi supplementing,blood supplementing,and Yang supplementing)”,and“dispelling wind and dampness”.The data were analyzed with the support≥15%and con-fidence=100%,and after de-duplication,five second-order association rules,39 third-order association rules,39 fourth-order association rules,and two fifth-order association rules were identified.The top-ranking association rules of each were“Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)→Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)”“Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma)+Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)→Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)”“Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)+Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)+Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)→Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix)”and“Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix)+Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)+Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)+Huangbo(Phello-dendri Chinensis Cortex)→Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix)”,respectively.Five clusters were obtained using cluster analysis of the top 30 herbs.The herbs were mainly dry-ing dampness,supplementing Qi,and promoting blood circulation.The main prescriptions of AS were Ermiao San(二妙散),Gegen Jianghuang San(葛根姜黄散),and Huangqi Chongteng Yin(黄芪虫藤饮).The herbs of core prescription included Cangzhu(Atractylodis Rhizoma),Chuanniuxi(Cyathulae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Mugua(Chaenomelis Fructus),Qinjiao(Gentianae Macro-phyllae Radix),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),and Yiyiren(Coicis Semen).Conclusion Clearing heat and dampness,relieving collaterals and pain,and invigorating Qi and blood are the most commonly used therapies for the treatment of AS by Professor XIONG Jibo.Additionally,customized NLP model could improve the efficiency of data mining in TCM.
文摘Liu Chunying is a famous old Chinese medicine doctor for more than 30 years.He has rich experience in the understanding and treatment of Sjogren's syndrome(SS).Liu Shi systematically discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of SS from the angle of liver depression.In the treatment,it is emphasized that"Muyu Da Zhi"is the first,with the addition and subtraction of the disease,to provide a new idea for the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome from liver depression,and to attach a test case.
文摘目的:利用R语言数据挖掘技术分析脓毒症的中医证型及用药规律,为脓毒症临床中医诊疗方案提供参考。方法:通过检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集从建库至2023年12月31日收录的符合纳入标准的中医药治疗脓毒症临床研究文献,建立相关处方数据库。运用Excel整理并分析方药信息,包括中医辨证分型、治法治则,中药的使用频次、性味、归经、功效等;并利用R语言进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果:共检索出文献10345篇,纳入分析280篇,涉及中药215味,其中排名前10的中药分别是大黄、甘草、赤芍、厚朴、黄芪、芒硝、黄芩、丹参、地黄、枳实;四气以寒、温为主,五味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以脾、胃、肺为主,功效以清热、补虚、泻下为主,证型以热毒内盛证、瘀毒内阻证为主。关联规则分析得到核心组方为大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、当归、川芎、赤芍、桃仁、地黄、红花。高频药物聚类分析得到4个聚类群,适用于不同证型。结论:治疗脓毒症的用药规律以清热、泻下、化瘀、补虚为主,核心证型-处方有4类,临床上应根据患者的证候特点进行辨证论治,在核心证型-处方的基础上随证加减。

文摘Objective:To explore the characteristics of intelligent syndrome diagnosis and intelligent syndrome differentiation of pediatric sweat syndrome by retrospectively studying the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-based diagnosis and rule of drug use on pediatric sweat syndrome in China Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database(WF)and VIP database.Methods:Modern literature on pediatric sweat syndrome was collected with Endnote software,and the collected data were input into The Microsoft Excel 2010 table.TF-IDF relative entropy quantitative analysis was used to extract the intelligent diagnosis and intelligent medication rule of pediatric sweat syndrome in modern literature.Results:TF-IDF was used to obtain the syndrome’s type-symptom fuzzy matrix and syndrome’s type-TCM fuzzy matrix of qi-yin deficiency and qi-deficiency.Conclusion:The intelligent syndrome diagnosis and intelligent syndrome differentiation law of modern data mining in the treatment of children sweat syndrome accord with the basic theory of TCM,and can provide clinical reference to a certain extent.
