The Reliability of the 300-Yard Shuttle Run in High School Girls Basketball Players

The 300-yard shuttle run is a field test commonly used to assess anaerobic capacity. There is limited documentation regarding the reliability of the shuttle run for various populations. The purpose of this study was to assess the reliability of the 300-yard shuttle run in High School girls basketball players. Thirty nine High School girls basketball players performed two separate sessions of the 300-yard shuttle run. During each session, the participants completed two trials of the 300-yard shuttle run separated by a 5-minute rest period. The trial 1 and 2 scores were 66.2 - 4.9 and 69.1 - 6.0 seconds, respectively. The interclass and intraclass reliability coefficients were r = 0.84 and ICC = 0.83. The standard error of the measure was SEm = 2.2 seconds with 90% confidence limits Of UL： 2.6, LL： 1.9. The typical error expressed as a coefficient of variation percent was CV% = 3.2 with 90% confidence limits Of UL： 3.7, LL： 2.8. Within the parameters of this study, the 300-yard shuttle run is a sufficiently reliable field test for measuring anaerobic capacity.

Rule of law education in primary and secondary schools is an educational process to popularize legal knowledge,establish legal awareness,and cultivate the ability to respect,abide by,and use the law for the special group of primary and secondary school students.The research found that rule of law education in primary and secondary schools in Chaoshan has yielded positive outcomes.However,there exist problems such as uneven synergy,incomplete inclusion of teachers and students,shortage of adequately trained professional teachers,and the need for enhanced organizational support.The relevance and effectiveness of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools will be enhanced by clarifying the target tasks,enhancing the effectiveness of the classroom,creating an atmosphere of the rule of law,and strengthening organizational support.

新时代中小学法治教育的法理基础、现实检视与未来展望

新时代加强中小学法治教育不仅是响应国家依法治国战略的必然要求,更是培育法治意识、规则意识和权责意识相统一的未来公民的关键举措。社会契约精神、当代中国人权观、公民教育与道德发展理念等共同构筑了新时代中小学法治教育的法理基础。现阶段中小学法治教育总体发展良好,但在法治信仰、法律知识、法治情感与法治实践的教育方面还存在引导不深入、系统性不足、效果不显著、平台不完善的问题。建议:筑牢中小学法治教育的思想根基,凝聚中小学法治教育的情感共识,推进中小学法治教育一体化路径,汇聚社会合力,提升中小学法治教育实效。

我国中小学法治教育的政策脉络、实践问题与发展对策

中小学法治教育是为社会培育新一代法治公民的基本工作。我国中小学法治教育政策经历了出台有关法制宣传教育纲领性文件、明确法治教育是德育工作的重要内容、在中小学设立法治知识课程三个重要阶段。深入实践层面发现,中小学法治教育存在重视程度不足、师资力量薄弱、教学理念与形式落后、家庭和社会参与度低的问题。建议健全中小学法治教育体系,强化政策、研究和实践的整体推进;加强中小学法治教育师资力量,完善岗位培训激励;更新中小学法治教育理念,创新法治教学手段;提高中小学法治教育的家社参与度,推动家校社联动。

分类管理背景下民办学校举办者的法律地位

党的二十大报告明确指出,坚持以人民为中心发展教育,加快建设高质量教育体系,引导规范民办教育发展。以法治思维和法治方式推进民办教育领域改革和发展是新时代教育强国建设的重要组成部分。在民办教育法律法规的分类管理深入实施阶段,新《民促法》关于非营利性与营利性民办学校的基本分类为举办者法律地位的探讨奠定了重要基础,也为举办者法律地位的重构和分类提供了重要契机。新《民促法》及《民促法实施条例》并未直接明确民办学校举办者的法律地位及合法权益的主要外延。当前,立足于民办学校举办者法律地位的概念界定和文献回顾,从民办学校举办者法律地位的实践逻辑入手,对非营利性、营利性民办学校的主要权利与义务以及过渡阶段民办学校的比照原则进行梳理阐述,为民办学校举办者法律地位的规范再造奠定基础,助力推动民办教育高质量发展。

法学十个二级学科的十年发展:知识生产的视角

构建具有中国特色的自主法学学科体系和学术体系,首先需要对十个二级学科的发展状况进行梳理,从而勾勒出中国法学学科体系的整体图景。本文以中国人文社会科学综合评价资源库的数据为基础,以知识生产能力为观察视角,以知识生产的机构、作者、作品及其影响力等视角,展示了中国法学在2009—2018年间的发展情况。从整体上看,法学十个二级学科在这十年间都积极参与高层次的论文发表与知识生产,但在学术资源配置、论文产出数量、学术共同体规模、人才梯队建设、学术作品影响力等方面,不同二级学科之间存在一定的差异。以五院四系和几个新兴法学院为代表的头部法学院可以做到十个二级学科的协调发展,而更多的法学院则在不同方面存在学科短板。一所大学的发展或许可采用差异化竞争策略,但法学学科体系的建设不宜有短板,因为法学是一门实践性的学问,十个二级学科的知识联动才能推动整体意义上的法治。因此,在充分把握不同二级学科发展现状的基础上补齐短板、优化人才梯队、坚持学术导向、构建良好的学术竞争机制,将有助于提升法学知识生产的整体质量与效率,也是构建中国自主法学学科体系和学术体系的基础所在。

TOPSIS法和灰色关联法在广州市自来水厂出厂水水质综合评价中的应用

目的由于迄今还没有一个被大家公认的通用的具有可比性的水质评价模型，为了得到比较好的综合评价结果，现采用TOPSIS法和灰色关联法对广州市自来水厂出厂水进行综合评价，为水质管理决策提供依据。方法根据广州市7个自来水水厂的出厂水水质实测资料，应用TOPSIS法和灰色关联法分别进行评价，比较两种方法所得结果的一致性。结果G、D、F自来水厂出厂水水质较优。结论TOPSIS法和灰色关联法得出的结果比较接近，均认为G、D、F三家水厂的出厂水水质较优．

当前我国中小学生法治教育已初步构建起涵盖组织领导机制、制度保障体系、课程结构设置、教学策略优化以及社会实践活动等多维度内容的实施框架,但仍存在教育形式化、课程无序化、实践活动虚浮化等问题。为此,应在整体上探索中小学法治教育新的范式与路径:依托社会力量,组建中小学法治教育联盟,应对教育形式化问题;通过一体化设计法治教育课程内容与方式,应对法治教育课程无序化问题;挖掘法治教育课外活动价值内涵,解决法治教育实践活动虚浮化问题。
