Nowadays,English education in rural areas draws more attention in the society.However,the current situation of English teaching is worrying.Visit and investigated Limeizhuang primary school in Taigu County,Shanxi province and found some problems,so as to promote English teaching in rural primary schools.

Psychological Problems and Countermeasures of Boarding Students in Rural Primary Schools——Based on the Investigation of County L in Shaanxi Province

With the implementation of the school relocation policy in the 1990s,the number of rural primary schools has dropped sharply. In order to better solve the problem of schooling for rural students,the development of boarding schools has become a realistic choice. However,for pupils lacking self-reliance,premature boarding can have an adverse effect on their mental development. In the investigation of county L in southern Shaanxi,the physical and mental development of boarding students is influenced by such factors such as the family's economic status,the supervision of primary boarding schools,and the isolation of social contacts under the boarding system. Therefore,trying to make recommendations to care for boarding students from the duties and responsibilities of the family,the school and the government is of positive significance in advancing education equity.

Existing Problems and Solutions on Rural Primary School Language Education

At present,there are still many problems in language teaching in rural primary schools,which will affect the quality of teaching if we don't pay much attention to them.This article focuses on the existing flaws in current language teaching and provides some solutions.

The Construction and Application of Digital Resources in Rural Primary School English Teaching and Learning

To arouse rural primary school students’ English learning interest, broaden their horizon and promote their critical thinking, we construct a series of dig-ital education resources which include not only language points of phonetics, vocabulary, language skills of English teaching and learning but western and Chinese cultures. The results show teachers and students’ roles and discourse power changed by using the digital education resources in the process of rural primary school English teaching and learning.

Analysis of English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Rural Primary Schools Taking the Surrounding Areas in Linyi as an Example

This thesis tries to explore the problems of the rural English teachers＇ professional development and aims to give some hints on teachers＇ professional development and future teacher training. This thesis makes a survey to 20 rural English teachers from 10 primary schools in the surrounding areas of Linyi City. The survey mainly focuses on the following four aspects： basic situation of the teachers, knowledge of English language and teaching skills, teachers＇ motivation, and self-analysis of their development. With an analysis of the results of the investigation, the author wants to evoke teachers＇ and researchers＇ awareness for improving English language teachers＇ professional development in rural primary schools

A Study on the Professional Development Strategies of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects.

乡村小学教师编制困境及对策

近年来,乡村教师队伍建设取得了很大的成绩,但受多方面因素影响,一些乡村小学的教师编制难以满足学校教育教学需求,而且还存在教师学科结构性缺编问题,尤其是音体美学科教师。针对乡村小学教师编制存在的困境及其影响因素,提出进一步完善乡村小学教师编制核定标准、实施乡村教师编制动态化管理、充分利用信息技术等对策,以期解决小学教师编制紧缺难题,促进乡村小学教师队伍建设高质量发展,提高乡村小学教学质量。

指向核心素养的乡村小学课堂话语互动分析

小学生核心素养的养成需要与之相适应的课堂话语互动。根据小学课堂师生对话分析框架,采用观察法、访谈法对乡村小学6节新授课课堂话语互动的现状进行考察,运用Braun和Clarke的主题分析框架并辅以Nvivo 11质性研究分析软件对资料进行整理分析。研究发现,乡村小学课堂话语中不利于学生核心素养养成的问题包括师生话语机会差距大,学生简单应答比重大,教师反馈以简单话语为主等方面。可以采取扩大学生的话语机会、注重学生回应话语的深度、发挥教师反馈话语的作用等策略改进乡村小学课堂话语互动,促进学生核心素养的发展。

乡村教师培训课程的精准设计与实施——以上饶师范学院“国培计划(2021)”小学数学学科送教下乡培训项目为例

对上饶师范学院“国培计划(2021)”江西省原国贫县小学数学学科送教下乡培训项目进行整体规划和科学设计,并将“精准培训”理念贯穿于课程设计和项目实施的全过程。通过对参训教师(乡村小学数学教师)的基本信息、参训意愿和动机及其参训期待等进行调研,并对调研结果进行数据统计和相关性分析,确立了“专题讲座”“优质课示范”和“研课议课”三种培训形式,实现了培训需求的精准匹配;通过研读和对照《中小学幼儿园教师培训课程指导标准(义务教育数学学科教学)》,并结合项目县参训教师“能力诊断”的调研结果,设计了“立德树人”“数学核心素养”“‘双减’提质增效”和“教学设计与实施”等四个培训主题(下设9个培训子主题和17个培训专题),实现了培训主题的精准设计;通过创新培训方法、拓宽培训路径、丰富培训内容,采用了“两阶段四模块”模式(两阶段是指“学”“用”两阶段,两模块是指“学”“用”两个阶段各有两个模块,“学”阶段有“专题讲座、更新理念”“观摩示范、专业引领”两模块,“用”阶段有“集体教研、研课议课”“活学活用、汇报展示”两模块)对参训教师进行培训,实现了培训模式的精准实施。上饶师范学院“国培计划(2021)”小学数学学科送教下乡培训项目结束后,通过参训教师对项目培训进行“评价”,谈“收获”,提“意见和建议”。结果表明,参训教师对上饶师范学院“国培计划(2021)”小学数学学科送教下乡培训项目三种培训形式、四个培训主题和“两阶段四模块”培训模式的评价满意率高,培训效果达到了预期目标,实现了培训效果的精准评估。

乡村小学附设幼儿园幼小衔接课程方案的构建——以贵州省为例

乡村小学附设幼儿园是我国农村学前教育的重要组成部分,其幼小衔接课程影响着我国学前教育质量的整体提升。本研究以贵州省乡村小学附设幼儿园为例,基于贵州乡村小学附设幼儿园绝大部分“混龄编班”的实际,结合贵州乡村小学附设幼儿园拥有的自然资源,基于系统论,从目标的制定、内容的选择、课程的实施及评价等方面对幼小衔接课程进行了初步探讨,以期在一定程度上引发人们对乡村小学附设幼儿园幼小衔接课程的思考。

乡村振兴背景下乡村中小学教师胜任力测评模型构建

本研究采用扎根理论的编码方法对湖南省不同县市区的18名乡村教师胜任特征展开质性研究,结果发现:乡村振兴背景下乡村中小学教师胜任力模型包括知识素养、专业技能、人格魅力和与时俱进4个主范畴,教育学科知识、专业学科知识、通识文化知识、教学能力、教育科研能力、乡土情怀、责任感、意志坚毅、成就感、团队意识、自信专注、职业认同、前瞻性、终身学习意识、信息搜索能力、创新能力和开放性17个胜任特征,乡村中小学教师胜任力模型对精准选拔、精准培训乡村中小学教师具有重要的实践价值。

农村中小学寄宿生亲子关系对抑郁的影响:基于变量中心和个体中心的分析

为考察亲子关系对农村中小学寄宿生抑郁的影响及其作用机制,研究基于资源保存理论对1773名农村中小学寄宿生的亲子关系、归属需要、心理资本及抑郁进行测量。基于变量中心的分析发现:农村中小学寄宿生亲子关系负向预测其抑郁水平,心理资本在其中发挥部分中介作用,且归属需要在亲子关系与心理资本的关系间发挥调节作用;基于个体中心的分析发现:农村中小学寄宿生按亲子关系与归属需要可划分为“优关系高需要型”、“中上关系高需要型”、“中下关系高需要型”、“差关系低需要型”四类;以“优关系高需要型”为参照,发现其他三个类别均显著正向预测其抑郁水平,且心理资本在其中发挥部分中介作用。这表明亲子关系、归属需要及心理资本在预防农村中小学寄宿生抑郁中具有重要作用,且其亲子关系与归属需要存在不同匹配模式。

高质量发展视域下农村中小学家校社协同育人的困境与突破路径

目前,建设高质量教育体系已成为新时代教育发展的目标。农村中小学家校社协同育人是乡村教育高质量发展的必由之路。本研究基于对校长、班主任、家长的访谈,依据扎根理论原则,通过NVivo12.0Plus软件进行资料整理,分析农村中小学家校社协同育人的困境,发现家庭、学校、社会主体在参与意愿及参与能力方面存在农村家庭教育缺失、学校育人片面化、社会教育“缺位”等问题。为了进一步做好农村中小学家校社协同育人工作,形成协同联动的共振效应,其突破路径是:资源是动力,能力是关键,机制是保障。

数字转型视野下乡村教师对国家中小学智慧教育平台的持续使用意愿研究

作为教育数字化战略行动的重要抓手,国家中小学智慧教育平台为促进乡村教师发展提供了新的契机,而乡村教师能否持续、高效地使用平台,影响着平台赋能乡村教育数字转型的效果。因此,文章首先提出了乡村教师平台持续使用意愿模型。随后,文章基于7761份乡村教师样本数据,探究了乡村教师对平台持续使用意愿的影响因素,结果表明:社会影响、感知有用性和满意度正向影响持续使用意愿;信息质量、期望确认、感知有用性和场景-技术匹配度正向影响满意度;感知自主性和期望确认正向影响感知有用性;信息系统质量和自我效能感正向影响期望确认。最后,文章从平台应用场景、平台资源、课堂教学模式、乡村教师数字素养、城乡教师专业发展共同体等维度提出推进平台赋能乡村教育数字化转型的建议,以期为乡村教育高质量发展提供实证支持和策略指导。

西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源现状

数字化教学已成为教育事业发展的必然趋势和常态化教学手段。为进一步提高西部乡村小学教师的数字化教学能力,采用问卷调查方式了解西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源现状。数据结果显示,多数教师能够合理利用数字化教学资源进行备课和教学,对数字化教学资源持肯定态度。西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源应用效果较好,能够在一定程度上解决教育资源不均衡问题,但教师授课观念和教师设备使用维度的提升水平相对偏慢。西部乡村小学教师数字化教学资源应用效果在年龄上不存在显著性差异,但教师授课观念维度在年龄上存在显著性差异。

“互联网+教育”背景下提升乡村小学英语写作课程教学质量研究——以焦作市乡村小学为例
