High-quality Development Path of Henan Agriculture and Rural Areas Empowered by Digital Inclusive Finance

By studying high-quality development process of Henan agriculture and rural areas empowered by digital inclusive finance,it is found that the construction of digital financial infrastructure in Henan Province is relatively complete,and the level of deposit and loan of rural enterprises and farmers is constantly improving,and the market and government are constantly upgrading the financial risk insurance compensation mechanism.At the same time,there are also problems such as insufficient demand and supply of digital finance,single digital financial products,and weak market supervision.Based on this,some implementation paths are proposed,such as continuing to strengthen the construction of rural financial infrastructure in Henan Province,improving farmers’financial literacy,and enriching digital financial products and services.The government should continue to improve the construction of market system,and broaden the market supervision and management,to actively promote the digitalization of agricultural finance to enable the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas in Henan Province.

Considerations on Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development in Dryland Areas

Drylands of the world cover 41%of the Earth＇s land surface and are a direct source of livelihood for 6.5 billion people, especially in developing countries. However, nearly all drylands are at risk of land degradation as a result of human activities. Poverty and desertification in dryland areas are major problems threatening sustainable agriculture and rural development in dryland areas. Several topics that are significant for sustainable agriculture and rural development for food security and environmental rehabilitation in dryland areas were stressed in this paper.

Development Situation and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Huizhou

In this paper,the development status,advantages (such as superior natural conditions,rich subtropical agricultural resources,and excellent location conditions) and existing problems (such as insufficient safeguard,homogeneous competition and lack of features) of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou City were analyzed,and then some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou were put forward.

Issues of "Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers" from the Perspective of Economy and Ideological System : Based on the Background of All-round Well-off Society

Based on CNKI core journals and CSSCI database, "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" were used as the key words to summarize 20 core articles and CSSCI articles with "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" as the key words from 2015 to 2020, so as to let more researchers have a deeper understanding and grasp of China s current problems of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Through the method of comparative analysis of studies, the problems that need to be solved in the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" were discussed, so that other scholars can further clarify the research results and experience of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", so as to deepen the reform of rural land system and steadily promote the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in the future. This study can provide thinking and reference for deepening the reform of rural land system and steadily promoting the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".

Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching Construction for Biochemistry Course in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Key issues in promoting rural revitalisation in China

Since the rural revitalisation strategy was first introduced in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,government agencies and scholars have put forward a series of indicators to measure its implementation.However,such a large number of indicators complicate the process.The rural revitalisation strategy aims to boost agricultural labour productivity,reduce the urban–rural income disparity,and promote the equalisation of basic public services,thereby accelerating the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas.This paper puts forward five indicators to evaluate the progress of implementing the rural revitalisation strategy.The indicators,though simple,underscore the key issues in promoting rural revitalisation in China.This paper also suggests that the rural revitalisation policy should aim to improve the quality of life of the rural population and promote the equalisation of basic public services rather than to reverse the population flow brought by industrialisation and urbanisation.

Promoting agricultural and rural modernization through application of information and communication technologies in China

China has obtained remarkable major achievements of agricultural and rural development in the past five years,such as advance in agricultural supply-side structural reform,breakthroughs in rural reform,headway in urban-rural integration development,improvement in rural public services and social undertakings,progress in poverty alleviation,a new level in agricultural trade.Specifically speaking,China is witnessing the following development in Information and Communication Technology(ICT)application in rural areas:Internet infrastructure is strengthened;E-commerce in rural areas is thriving;rural information service is upgraded;A solid progress has been made in Agricultural Internet of Things and rapid deployment of big-data technology.This paper summarizes the experiences gained in the development of agricultural and rural informatization in China.Based on this review,some suggestions were presented:Firstly,improving policy systems through innovation;secondly,strengthening ICT infrastructure;thirdly,giving full play to the primary role of market;fourthly,carrying out pilot demonstration and trainings.At the same time,the problems faced by rural e-commerce development were also pointed out.
