Relationship between Rural Industry Revitalization and Land Resource Utilization and Its Practice in Ganning Town, Wanzhou District of Chongqing

[Objectives]To explore the relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization.[Methods]Starting from the connotation of rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization,this study explores the relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization,Taking Ganning Town with typical mountain industry as the research area,this paper analyzed the relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization through a combination of field research and literature analysis,found out the existing problems and came up with pertinent recommendations.[Results](i)Rural industry revitalization is both mutually reinforcing and mutually restrictive.(ii)In this study,the land use types of Ganning Town were divided into nine categories,including farmland,garden land,forest land and grassland,and their industrial functions and development models were identified,and the corresponding framework of land resource utilization and rural industry revitalization in Ganning Town was constructed.(iii)In view of the problems existing in Ganning Town,this paper proposed to change the ideological concept and enhance understanding,improve the utilization rate of idle land and promote rural industry revitalization,and accelerate land consolidation and restoration,and promote sustainable development.[Conclusions]It is necessary to correctly understand the two-way role and dynamic change relationship between rural industry revitalization and land resource utilization,solve the problem from the perspective of development,adopt development strategies according to local conditions,and take the road of sustainable development.

Development of Rural Tourism Industry under the Background of New Rural Construction : A Case Study of Henghe of Boluo County in Huizhou City

Henghe Town in Boluo County of Huizhou is taken as the research object for analysis.The research and analysis on the tourism industry in Henghe Town of Boluo County are conducted,and the basic situation of rural tourism construction in Henghe Town is sorted out.The forms of tourism industry in Henghe Town and the problems in rural tourism development are identified,and some targeted suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.It hopes to provide ideas and references for the construction of beautiful rural areas in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province,and theoretical reference and practical significance for the development of rural tourism in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province.

Protection and Rural Tourism Development of Ancient Wuji Town in Hengdong County of Hunan Province,China

Wuji Town,which is located by the east of Mt.Hengshan(one of the Five Mountains in China),and the side of Mishui River(a principal east-west water transport in ancient central and southern regions of Hunan),once was an important commercial town and a political,economic and cultural center in the lower and middle reaches of Mishui River due to the particular historical opportunities.Its tourist resources are characterized by "integrated natural scenery and ancient town,highly concentrated scenic spots,prosperous business in the history,row upon row of stores and workshops,numerous temples and ancestral halls,and various festivals".It was proposed that the protection and rural tourism development of Wuji Town should be based on consciousness raising,unification of concepts,scientific planning,application of integrated protection means,and development of regional clusters on the basis of famous mountain and city.

Suitability Evaluation of Rural Settlements Based on Accessibility of Production and Living： A Case Study of Tingzu Town in Hubei Prov- ince of China

Rural settlements are the main carriers of agriculture, rural areas and farmers; thus, optimizing the production and living space of rural settlements is highly significant to rural development. Taking the effective allocation of resources as the starting point, a suitability evaluation system of rural settlements, based on accessibility of production and living, was proposed in this study to provide scientific basis for the optimization of production and living space. The accessibility of production and living was measured by an im- proved two-step floating catchment area method, which considered proximity and availability based on the inclination of rural residents. The suitability evaluation system consisted of traditional suitability evaluation and newly proposed limiting factor identification based on the loss score proportion of suitability. Tingzu Town of Hubei Province, China, was chosen as the case study area. Based on the re- suits of the suitability evaluation system, corresponding suggestions on rural land consolidation, industry division, as well as the layout of health care and education facilities were proposed to optimize the production and living space of rural settlements in Tingzu Town. It is found that the suitability evaluation based on accessibility of production and living is more scientific and accurate than the traditional ones which significantly overestimate production and living convenience. Moreover, the limiting factor identification can help us put forward suggestions according to local conditions and bring about the highly targeted optimization of production and living space of rural settlements.

New Attempt for Building Rural Water Environment Management System Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Water Environment in Xianxia Town, Yudu County

Water environment is a part of ecological environment, and conservation of water environment has always been a focus of public attention in China, but water environment management in the vast countryside has been stuck in bottleneck. Based on the fi eld investigation in Xianxia Town, Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, this paper explored the current situation of local water environment and the management diffi culties, then introduced the holistic view to integrate the linkage of government, market and society, proposed the universality of the individual case, and the new attempt centering on urban-rural integrated water environment management system with public participation mechanism, management subjects' benefit balance and coordination system, marketing operation mechanism and economic incentive mechanism as the extension.

Problems Facing the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Luocun Town of Shandong Province

According to the requirements of the national rural revitalization strategy and the construction of new countryside, the current situation of rural construction in Luocun Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City was taken as the entry point, the problems occurred in the local revitalization and construction were analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.

The Livability Perception of Residents in Rural Areas and Its Influencing Factors: A Case Study of Doumen Town of Zhuhai

Abstract The rural region is an important spatial unit for rural revitalization and urban-rural integration in the new era, strengthening the livability study has important practical significance for guiding the hard environment construction of rural regions. The evaluation index system of livability perception of residents in rural regions was constructed. Based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of Doumen Town of Zhuhai City, this paper revealed the livability characteristics of rural residents and its influencing factors. The research showed that:① Residents of rural regions were quite satisfied with natural environment and built environment, but less satisfied with public service and infrastructure, and showed the social differentiation in livability perception;② The livability perception evaluation of rural residents was significantly affected by livable factors, showing the decreasing characteristics of “public service factors>social and humanistic environment factors>infrastructure factors>built environment factors>natural environment factors”;③ Individual and family attributes of rural residents were also important factors affecting their livability perception, but less important than the livable factors.

Development Strategies of Rural Vacation in Puqian Town, Heyuan City

Puqian Town, Heyuan City has beautiful natural environment and agricultural landscape and unique hot spring resources, so it is very suitable for the development of rural vacation industry. At present, there were only two vacation projects of Bavaria Manor and Ketianxia Hot Spring Resort in the town, and the radiation driving effect is not obvious. In this paper, literature research and interview methods were used to collect data. After 15 interviewees were effectively interviewed and hundreds of data were collected, the PEST theory model and balanced points card theory were used to measure the development factors of rural vacation in Puqian Town, Heyuan City. SWOT matrix matching analysis method was adopted to determine the development strategies of local rural vacation industry.

Analysis on the Layout of Villages and Towns and the Characteristics of Residential Buildings from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization in Liaoning Province

Rural houses in Liaoning Province have a long history and distinctive regional characteristics.Rural houses are designed in combination with family agricultural production habits to meet their production and living functions,and the building materials are mostly local materials.With the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the countryside of Liaoning Province has become the main battlefield for rural revitalization.Based on a large number of field investigations,the layout of villages and towns and residential buildings in Liaoning Province were analyzed from three levels of villages,courtyard forms to residential functions,aiming to provide a basic theoretical reference for the renovation and renewal of rural residential buildings in Liaoning Province.

Positive Analysis Of Income Disparity between Towns＇ Residents and Rural Residents in Hebei Province

With the economic development, the income disparity between towns＇ residents and rural residents in China shows an enlarging trend. This phenomenon becomes a hot issue of the whole society. The income disparity between towns＇ residents and rural residents in Hebei province also shows an enlarging trend. The authors study this problem with the positive analysis method from the situation, the developing trend in the future, the reasons of the income disparity between towns＇ residents and rural residents in Hebei, and put forward proposals about how to reduce the income disparity.

赋能型增长与嵌入式发展:脱贫地区特色小镇何以从帮“扶贫”转向助“振兴”——基于陕西省石泉县“金蚕小镇”的实地调查

精准扶贫时期,在产业扶贫政策推动下,中西部地区兴起特色小镇建设热潮。随着脱贫攻坚任务胜利完成,这些特色小镇的角色能否从帮“扶贫”转向助“振兴”,关系着巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接。从调研来看,大多数特色小镇在脱贫攻坚结束后并未实现可持续发展。一方面,是因为其长期依赖外部扶持,自身发展能力严重不足;另一方面,是由于其未能真正融入乡土社会,难以适应乡村振兴的要求。陕西省石泉县“金蚕小镇”的实践经验表明,赋能型增长与嵌入式发展能够有效应对当前脱贫地区特色小镇面临的“只能帮扶贫,难以助振兴”的发展困境。其中,赋能型增长主要通过对特色小镇的制度、经济、服务、人才方面进行赋能,为其从帮“扶贫”转向助“振兴”奠定基础;嵌入式发展则为特色小镇参与主体、产业协同、文化创新、数字技术等融入乡村社会建立起沟通桥梁,为其从帮“扶贫”转向助“振兴”提供了实现路径。

共同富裕背景下被撤并乡镇驻地集镇打造城乡融合节点思路研究——以浙江省为例

被撤并乡镇原政府驻地集镇作为“由镇变村”逆向城镇化发展的特殊类型,分布量大面广,是城乡融合、差异互动的重要节点。通过对浙江省不同地区50个被撤并乡镇原政府驻地集镇发展情况的实地调查研究,发现其面临美丽城镇和美丽乡村“两不靠”的尴尬困境,未能发挥在特色产业、居住功能、文化价值、资源利用等方面的应有价值,发展严重滞后。在浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区战略背景下,发挥好老集镇城乡融合节点作用,加快推动转型发展,对于消除新型城镇化发展盲区、优化城乡发展格局,实现乡村振兴共同富裕具有重要意义。

古田镇发展旅游业推进乡村振兴的成效与启示——基于扎根理论的研究

上杭古田镇依托当地丰富的红色文化、生态旅游、客家文化等资源,发展特色旅游,推动了乡村振兴。为深入研究古田镇旅游发展与乡村振兴的关系,利用扎根理论,根据收集的资料和实地调研获取的资料,具体分析古田镇旅游业发展在思想、组织、文化、生态、产业、设施、人才等七方面对于乡村振兴的推动作用。古田镇旅游业推动乡村振兴的案例为其他革命老区发展提供了启示:创新旅游管理模式、塑造乡村新型组织,深入挖掘文化资源、培育区域特色,优化基础设施建设、改善农村人居环境,完善人才培养制度、培育乡村旅游型人才。

中国式现代化进程中的乡村人口:问题、挑战及应对——与城市、镇的比较分析

乡村人口问题给中国式现代化带来五大挑战:劳动年龄人口减少可能造成乡村产业发展劳动力资源不足,教育水平与城市的差距扩大可能导致乡村高质量发展人才短缺,男性婚姻挤压日渐突出可能引发乡村婚姻与家庭建设问题,老龄化进程加快可能加剧乡村养老困境,文化建设人才不足可能影响乡村精神文明建设。应对这些挑战,可从以下方面着手:有序引导外出农民工回流、稳步推进农业现代化,提高乡村人口教育水平、盘活用好现有人才,促进乡村性别平等、提升婚姻家庭幸福感,扩大乡村养老服务供给、提升养老服务质量,动员多方资源、推进乡村精神文明建设。其政策启示是:中国式现代化任重道远,其短板是农业农村现代化;推进中国式现代化,需要探索和创新乡村的省域实践,也需要关注镇这一区域层级。

特色小镇建设与高质量就业协同发展路径研究——以内蒙古特色小镇为例

特色小镇的出现,为小城镇的发展开创了新的发展模式,推动了人才、技术、金融、信息等要素在乡村地区的延伸,拉动了乡村产业融合和高级化发展,对促进乡村振兴、新型城镇化和共同富裕具有重要作用。实现特色小镇高质量发展,就必须推动小镇居民高质量就业和高品质生活同步发展。以内蒙古为例,从理论层面与实际层面系统地剖析了特色小镇建设与高质量就业的协同发展关系。研究发现,内蒙古特色小镇建设与高质量就业的协同效应不强,在分布上存在明显的空间异质性,同时探究了特色小镇与高质量就业协同发展的路径,以期为特色小镇的可持续发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

乡村振兴战略背景下河南省体育旅游小镇发展路径研究

黄土高原河谷城镇“川—沟”融合单元发展路径研究

通过分析黄土高原河谷城镇独特的城乡关系与发展困境,认为川道与次沟空间结构一体化、功能结构差异化发展是振兴黄土高原丘陵沟壑区的重要突破口,由此提出“川—沟”融合单元的概念内涵与划定方法。以榆林市绥德县为例,打破镇域行政边界和小流域镇村体系,基于川道城镇和次沟乡镇的空间关联关系划定10个融合单元,并从用地形态结构、产业经济地理、服务设施配置等方面对融合单元的空间构型、功能类型和服务水平进行剖析,探讨川道与次沟协同视角下以融合单元为抓手推动黄土高原河谷城镇高效发展和管控治理的新路径。

乡村振兴背景下民族特色小镇旅游发展研究--以贵州省镇远古镇为例

特色小镇是集文化、产业等多功能为一体的经济发展平台,高度契合乡村振兴发展战略。镇远古镇具备资源类型多样、设施相对完善、项目初见成效、多元主体协同发展等比较优势,但同时存在科旅融合成效不佳、营销渠道亟待优化、旅游项目感知度低、服务水平有待提升等问题。基于此,从加快科旅融合步伐、不断完善营销渠道、提高旅游感知度、提升旅游服务水平等方面提出相应的措施,在加快镇远旅游业赋能乡村振兴的同时也为其他区域发展提供参考借鉴。

工艺文化助力乡村振兴的行动路径研究——以从化罗洞工匠小镇为例

对于集经济与文化于一体的乡村建设而言,在经济、文化与社会发展紧密联系的背景下,传统手工艺再生产的视角介入到农村的经济、文化建设,对于民生经济的促进和文化重构的意义重大。在乡村文化传承出现断层、乡村文化日渐式微的情况下,形成合理的文化成长机制是促进非遗手工艺的传承、推动城乡之间的交流互动的有效路径。该文以从化罗洞工匠小镇为例,通过梳理传统工艺文化对乡村旅游及乡村文化和经济发展的影响,对手工艺文化如何实现创新型转变和经济价值,如何融入时代发展路径进行探索。

基于公共服务设施可达性的村镇建设格局评价及优化策略研究——以常州市金坛区为例

村镇建设格局是城乡统筹发展的重要空间载体。该文以地处苏南的常州市金坛区为研究对象,构建金坛区公共服务设施可达性测度指标体系,诊断公共服务设施可达性存在的问题,评价村镇建设格局的发展现状并提出优化策略。结果表明:①研究区内各类公共服务设施点主要围绕主城区、城镇中心及交通主干道分布,整体呈现出“一个大中心、多个小中心”的放射状空间格局,不同公共服务设施之间可达性分异较大;②金坛区居民点分形特征较强,居民点分布呈现出多区域片状集聚的空间特征,基本沿主要交通线路扩张;③金坛区村镇建设存在村镇空间形态复杂、村镇公共服务设施配置不均衡、村镇规模等级不合理的问题,据此提出提高村镇空间结构稳定性等村镇建设格局空间优化建议。研究结果可为“苏南洼地”破除城乡二元结构、推动城乡融合发展及地区高质量发展提供科学依据。
