As an essential infrastructure,the rural power grid is vital in promoting agricultural and rural carbon sequestration and improving rural energy electrification.It is necessary to carry out in-depth research on its comprehensive efficiency.Based on the requirements of“double carbon”and rural revitalization strategy for the rural Power Grid,this paper focuses on the modernization and low-carbon transformation of the rural Power Grid.It constructs an input-output index system for the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China under the new situation.It uses the primary data of the rural Power Grid of 30 prefecture-level cities in China from 2019 to 2021 to evaluate the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China through a three-stage DEA model.The empirical results show that:considering the regional differences,the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid in backward areas is significantly improved;that is,the three-stage DEA method can more objectively evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid.In the context of the continued promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid,it is necessary to improve the technical level of the rural Power Grid further and appropriately expand the scale of investment in the rural Power Grid. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of the principal component, the paper forecasted the demands of power load with the method of the multivariate linear regression model prediction. Took the rural power grid load for example, the paper analyzed the impacts of different factors on power load, selected the forecast methods which were appropriate for using in this area, forecasted its 2014-2018 electricity load, and provided a reliable basis for grid planning. 展开更多

To solve the problems, the interval algorithm was used to modify the initial search method of uncertainty load mathematics model in rural network planning. Meanwhile, the genetic/tabu search combination algorithm was adopted to optimize the initialized network. The sample analysis results showed that compared with the certainty planning, the improved method was suitable for urban medium-voltage distribution network planning with consideration of uncertainty load and the planning results conformed to the reality. 展开更多

With the acceleration of agricultural electrification,a lot of nonlinear and shock loads appear in the rural power grid,and the resulting harmonic and reactive currents pollute the rural power grid more and more seriously.To solve the above problem,three-level neutral point clamped(NPC)inverters have been widely used,but their development is greatly restricted by the defect of neutral point voltage imbalance.In this paper,an improved virtual space vector pulse width modulation(VSVPWM)was proposed.Firstly,the mathematical models of various space vectors were established,and the influence of various space vectors on neutral point voltage was analyzed.The sum of the vector current at the neutral point was zero and the voltage control at the neutral point was completed by.introducing the time offset into different switching times of the redundant small vector.This method was simple in design and avoided the redundant calculation of the traditional VSVPWM method and tedious switch sequence design.This balancing control strategy could greatly reduce the influence of virtual vectors on neutral point voltage and effectively control the low-frequency oscillation of neutral point voltage.The validity of the method was verified by establishing a matlab simulation model. 展开更多

The low voltage problems were highlighted in the rural power grid due to the characteristics of rural power grid. Using the distribution network flow calculation method, we evaluated the low voltage problems of the rural power grid which belongs to Chongqing Jiangbei Power Company. In addition, we collected the data of distribution transformers in electricity consumption peak period. Some practical management strategies were proposed by the analysis and evaluation of potential and appeared low voltage problems. 展开更多

With the reform of rural network enterprise system,the speed of transfer property rights in rural power enterprises is accelerated.The evaluation of the operation and development status of rural power enterprises is directly related to the future development and investment direction of rural power enterprises.At present,the evaluation of the production and operation of rural network enterprises and the development status of power network only relies on the experience of the evaluation personnel,sets the reference index,and forms the evaluation results through artificial scoring.Due to the strong subjective consciousness of the evaluation results,the practical guiding significance is weak.Therefore,distributed data mining method in rural power enterprises status evaluation was proposed which had been applied in many fields,such as food science,economy or chemical industry.The distributed mathematical model was established by using principal component analysis(PCA)and regression analysis.By screening various technical indicators and determining their relevance,the reference value of evaluation results was improved.Combined with statistical program for social sciences(SPSS)data analysis software,the operation status of rural network enterprises was evaluated,and the rationality,effectiveness and economy of the evaluation was verified through comparison with current evaluation results and calculation examples of actual grid operation data. 展开更多

The state of Cameroon, faced with the situation the electricity deficits, is promoting the development of renewable energies in general and to meet rural electrification needs in particular. The purpose of this work is to study the feasibility of the MHP of Batcheu, to show its contribution to sustainable development in this locality and to prove that it is a profitable project. After study, it appears that the waterfall of Batcheu is favourable to the establishment of a MHP with an installed power of 260 kW with an operating diagram corresponding to a Francis turbine. Given that it is a renewable energy that can supply more than 800 households in rural areas, its contribution to sustainable development is obvious. Its investment cost is estimated at 171,465,396 FCFA. It is a profitable project with a payback time of 7 years and 2 months. 展开更多

为更好支持乡村振兴战略实施,从马克思地租理论出发阐释土地出让收入的双重属性和本质内涵,描述激励约束机制下土地出让收入用于农业农村发展的情况。结合《乡村振兴战略规划(2018—2022)》和《关于调整完善土地出让收入使用范围优先支... 为更好支持乡村振兴战略实施,从马克思地租理论出发阐释土地出让收入的双重属性和本质内涵,描述激励约束机制下土地出让收入用于农业农村发展的情况。结合《乡村振兴战略规划(2018—2022)》和《关于调整完善土地出让收入使用范围优先支持乡村振兴的意见》说明土地出让收入支持乡村振兴的应然领域。采用规范分析法,选取2010—2019年国有土地出让面积、土地出让收入和用于农业农村的支出的相关数据,分析土地出让收入对乡村发展的影响。土地出让收入用于农业农村发展的支出在总额上逐年增加,但相较于城市支出比例偏低,且存在收益分配不均的问题。通过对土地出让收入的制度属性的分析,发现分税财政体制、政绩考核制度和低土地财政依赖度三方面是土地出让收入支持乡村振兴的外生动力,为可持续内生动力的产生创造外部环境;土地出让收入的合理分配格局、精准投入、政策引导人才流向乡村三方面是内生动力。厘清土地出让收入支持乡村振兴内在和外生动力来源及其机理,有助于形成土地出让收入合理分配格局,减少对土地财政的依赖度,缩小城乡发展差异。 展开更多

农业设备、传感器和监控系统与网络的连接日益紧密,给农村配电网带来了新的网络安全挑战。其中,分布式拒绝服务(DDoS)攻击是一种常见的网络威胁,对农村配电网的安全性构成了严重威胁。针对农村配电网的特殊需求,提出一种基于多模态神经... 农业设备、传感器和监控系统与网络的连接日益紧密,给农村配电网带来了新的网络安全挑战。其中,分布式拒绝服务(DDoS)攻击是一种常见的网络威胁,对农村配电网的安全性构成了严重威胁。针对农村配电网的特殊需求,提出一种基于多模态神经网络流量特征的网络应用层DDoS攻击检测方法。通过制定网络应用层流量数据包捕获流程并构建多模态神经网络模型,成功提取并分析了网络应用层DDoS攻击流量的特征。在加载DDoS攻击背景下的异常流量特征后,计算相关系数并设计相应的DDoS攻击检测规则,以实现对DDoS攻击的有效检测。经试验分析,所提出的方法在提取DDoS攻击相关特征上表现出色,最大提取完整度可达95%,效果明显优于对比试验中基于EEMD-LSTM的检测方法和基于条件熵与决策树的检测方法。 展开更多
