Geological Environmental Adaptability of Qingdao Rural Urbanization Based on Fuzzy Mathematical Method

Fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the geological environment suitability of rural urbanization in Qingdao City,China.A total of 5 first-level evaluation factors are selected,including environmental geological condition,geological resources,engineering geological condition,geological disaster and environmental geological problem,and human engineering activity.And there are 27 second-level evaluation factors,such as topography,land type and vegetation,nature reserve,water source protection area,groundwater quality division,and major engineering project.Qingdao City is divided into four districts of suitable area,relatively suitable area,moderately suitable area and relatively unsuitable area of ecological environment.And their characteristics are introduced.Suggestions for the developing direction of urban construction are put forward.Region of Laoshan District lying to the west of the Shilaoren is suitable to set up high-rise building;west Hongshiya may establish a waste landfill site;Jiaozhou Bay,the downstream of Dagu River,and Jihongtan Reservoir should be built as the key geological environment protection area and water source protection area.And the north Hongdao should be strictly monitored in order to control the expansion of urban construction to Jihongtan Reservoir.Mocheng District and the area north of it,Jiaozhou District and the area east of it are the ideal urban construction development areas in Qingdao City in the future.

Empirical Analysis on the Rural Urbanization Development in Luoyang City,China

Development status of rural urbanization in Luoyang City is introduced.A total of 6 indices are selected,such as total households in townships,total population in townships,total grain output,financial budget income,balance of savings deposits at the end of the year,and per capita net income of farmers.According to the data in 2009 Luoyang Statistical Yearbook,cluster analysis of 53 designated towns is carried out.Result shows that 53 designated towns are divided into 4 types according to the economic strength.Problems in the development of rural urbanization in Luoyang City are analyzed,such as imperfect management system,lack of effective economic measures,irrational town layout,unbalanced regional development,inadequate urban infrastructure,limited population absorption,lack of main industry in small towns,insufficient development capital,serious environmental pollution,and great pressure on environmental protection of towns.Countermeasures for the development of rural urbanization in Luoyang City are put forward.For instance,judging from the dynamic mechanism,Luoyang City should gradually change its dynamic mechanism of urbanization into socialist market system.Judging from the scale of town,Luoyang City should actively develop the central city and cultivate strong counties and key towns.Judging from the function of town,Luoyang should select a special urban development mode with its own characteristics for its development of rural urbanization.

How to Develop Chinese Rural Tourism in the Context of New Urbanization?

With economic development,the type and form of tourism products are constantly innovated,and rural tourism has become one of the main travel choices of contemporary Chinese people. In 2014,China formulated National New Urbanization Plan,providing a new opportunity for development of rural tourism. In this paper,we first summarize the development situation and connotation of new urbanization and rural tourism,then discuss the mutually reinforcing interaction between the two,analyze the main problems in Chinese rural tourism under new urbanization,and finally put forth the recommendations,in order to better meet the needs of new urbanization,and strive to create a new model of tourism urbanization.

An Analysis of the Consumer Demand Structure of Rural Residents in Chongqing City in the Context of New Urbanization

Using ELES model and econometric methods,in the context of new urbanization,we use the time series data on the consumer spending of rural residents in Chongqing City to perform an empirical analysis of the consumer demand structure of rural residents,reveal the characteristics,differences and changes concerning the consumption structure of rural residents in Chongqing City,and set forth some policy recommendations such as carrying out the new rural construction,optimizing the consumption structure,establishing sound social security system and income growth mechanism,and stabilizing the price level.

Reform of Rural Land System from the Perspective of New Urbanization

In view of artificially high urbanization rate of China and possible causes,survey and data analysis methods were used to discuss reform of household registration system,and path for promoting rural land system reform. Results show that it is required to eliminate bottlenecks of land system in the advance of new urbanization process. In line with land system bottlenecks of new urbanization,it is recommended to take following measures.( i) Promoting land right confirmation centered land system reform.( ii) Weakening rural land ownership and stressing land use right.( iii) Establishing urban and rural integrated land market and putting an end to low cost urbanization road.( iv) Realizing asset value of rural construction land and tackling the problem of insufficient construction land.( v) Reforming the land expropriation system and increasing the share of gain in land value to farmers.( vi) Implementing different land policies to promote coordinated development of regional social economy.( vii) Establishing land circulation access system to ensure unchanged land use purpose and high efficient use.

Urban-rural Coordinated Development in China from the Perspective of New Urbanization:A Case Study of Jinan City

New urbanization has important and practical significance and profound historical significance to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,acceleration of the socialist modernization process and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. And new urbanization emphasizes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and it provides new idea for constructing new relationship between urban and rural areas and solving issues of agriculture. This paper sees new urbanization as background,takes Jinan City as an example to study the constraints on coordinated development of urban and rural areas,path choice,urban and rural primary missions. The strategies and measures are finally put forward. This paper will help to solve the problem of the uncoordinated development of urban and rural areas,enrich the research content of urban and rural areas,and provide a reference for other cities.

Research on the Development of Housing Industrialization under the New Urbanization

Based on the national strategy of"new urbanization",from the perspective of urban and rural integration,industrial interaction,economy and intensification,this paper proposes to vigorously promote the industrialization planning of urban and rural housing based on SI system,do a good job in the production of building structural parts from the perspective of building industrialization,extend to the internal filling parts,and do a good job in the internal filling system from the perspective of housing industrialization.At the moment of"Rural Revitalization"strategy,we should first develop the SI system multi-storey industrialized housing to meet the needs of rural areas.At the same time,we put forward the development path of China's urban and rural housing industrialization.

Study on New Urbanization and Urban Ecological Security Assessment

Taking the relationship between new urbanization and urban ecological security protection as research object, based on pressure -status - response model, taking Gaochun （Gucheng Lake basin） and Zhangjiakou （Guanting Reservoir basin） as the examples, basin ecological security in its new urbanization process was evaluated. Based on the principle of comprehensiveness, representativeness and data availability, evaluation indexes were selected, and index system was established. Mathematical function of evaluation indexes was established, and security index of each evaluation indicator in index layer was determined. Using weighted average method, ecological security indexes in the two areas were obtained. On the basis of comparison and analysis, it is proposed that we must deal with urban ecological security problem in new urbanization process, thereby truly achieving ultimate value orientation of new urbanization construction oriented by people.

The Current Situation and Planning Strategy of Police Station Facilities in Megacities Under the Background of New Urbanization:A Case Study of Changping District in Beijing

In the process of new urbanization,the population of megacities is increasing rapidly,the scale of cities is expanding,and the supply of service facilities has been unable to meet the demand.As an important carrier of urban governance and urban management,the police station should properly deal with the existing problems in the urban police stations,and improve the quality of life of residents by optimizing urban service facilities,which is of great significance for the implementation of people-oriented new urbanization.Taking Changping District of Beijing as an example,this study pointed out that there were many problems in police stations in Changping District.For example,the area of land is not up to the standard,the service capacity is not up to the demand,and the facilities are not up to the demand.Then,three planning strategies:adjusting the planning standards of facilities,optimizing the spatial layout of facilities,and strengthening the later guarantee of facilities were put forward,so as to improve people’s satisfaction with life,promote the high-quality development of new urbanization,and provide reference for the supplement of service facilities in megacities.

Regional coupling coordination degree between new urbanization and water ecological civilization in China,2009-2018

New urbanization is closely related to the construction of aquatic ecological civilization,and it promotes and restricts each other.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new urbanization and water ecological civilization,determines the weight by using entropy method,and comprehensively analyzes and judges the development status and coupling coordination of new urbanization and water ecological civilization by constructing the coupling coordination model of new urbanization and water ecological civilization.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and water ecological civilization in most provinces and cities is in the state of barely coordination and primary coordination,and is at the level of medium coupling coordination;the overall trend is increasing,and the gap between provinces is gradually narrowing with the advance of time;In terms of regional distribution,the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions.Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and other places in the eastern region have realized the high-level coupling of new urbanization and water ecological civilization,while Henan,Anhui,Hunan and other places in the central region still have a large space for improvement.

Coupling and coordination of provincial new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development in China, 2004-2018

The construction of a new type of urbanization is a necessary path for the development of modern cities,and a powerful support for coordinating the balanced development of urban and rural areas and promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018,the article constructs a new urbanization and agricultural high-quality development evaluation system;then using the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial correlation analysis method,the paper empirically tests the coupling coordination of the two systems degree and its spatial relevance.The results of the study show that the average level of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development in the period under study is at a barely coordinated level,with the highest level being moderately coordinated.There are significant inter-regional differences,with a higher level of coupling and coordination in the eastern regions and more room for improvement in the central and western regions.At this stage,the trend of"club convergence"is remarkable,with highhigh agglomeration and low-low agglomeration coexisting,and the polarization is serious.Therefore,comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,adhering to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and enhancing inter-regional collaborative governance are powerful measures to promote the joint progress of new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development.

Tourism Marketing Strategies for Satellite City against the Background of New Urbanization

Considering the development features of new urbanization, and tourism development conditions of Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, this paper explored the inner integrated point of new urbanization and tourism industry, and on this basis proposed strategies for tourism marketing of satellite city by innovating traditional marketing, and applying new marketing methods, so as to build a high-efficiency, high-coverage marketing network, to promote the development of urban tourism, the integration of industries, and economic strength of satellite city, and to push forward the further implementation of new urbanization.

Theories and Practices of Remembering Nostalgia in New Urbanization

As the National Conference on New Urbanization proposed, "(new urbanization) should enable residents to see mountains and waters, and remember nostalgia". Nostalgia is a kind of memories and yearning deep in the heart for one's homeland or the place once lived in, it is the softest emotion and also a spiritual need. To keep nostalgia in new urbanization is to preserve history, culture, memories, and humanistic spirits of the homeland, and also to maintain local cultural genes and carry forward rural civilization. The foundation of remembering the nostalgia is to intensify culture protection. And by means of protecting cultural heritage and style of the traditional settlement practically, preserving cultural gene, inheriting cultural memory, creating cultural brand and characteristic landscape etc., the nostalgia can meet the spiritual demands of the residents, such as homesickness, life emotion, historical emotion and cultural emotion in the process of new urbanization. The key of remembering nostalgia is to promote the construction of small characteristic towns. Relying on on-site urbanization, the signifi cant ways of achieving new urbanization are star-studded layout of small towns and the construction of small characteristic tourism town. The construction of Hunan-style Tourism Town is a positive attempt and exploration of remembering nostalgia, and it contributes to the construction of a beautiful and poetic homeland for the human-centered new urbanization.

Construction of Eco-livable Communities in the New Urbanization:A Case Study of Zhangzhou Green Lake Eco-park

Taking the construction of Green Lake Eco-park for example, this paper introduced the achievements and experience of this project in rural land expropriation, ecological conservation, humanistic development, and commercial development via field investigation, literature consultation and resident interview, and also problems in the current construction. Then suggestions were put forward to provide references for the further improvement of the Green Lake Eco-park.

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of New Urbanization Level in Qinghai Province

The new type of urbanization has always been regarded as an important force to promote economic and social development and an important means to realize agricultural modernization.In order to analyze the problems existing in the process of urbanization in Qinghai Province,5 second-level indexes and 17 third-level indexes were constructed to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization development level,and the entropy method was used to analyze the urbanization level of Qinghai Province from 1999 to 2018.The results show that the urbanization of Qinghai Province can be divided into three stages:in the first stage(from 1999 to 2005),the urbanization of Qinghai Province was basically in a stage of slow development;in the second stage(from 2006 to 2011),the urbanization of Qinghai Province was in the stage of slow growth;in the third stage(from 2012 to 2018),urbanization in Qinghai Province was in the stage of rapid and high-quality development.

Construction of Xi'an ecological old-age care community in the new urbanization

The new urbanization is an important carrier of ecological civilization construction, and ecological old-age care is the concrete manifestation of the perfect combination of the two, the proper meaning of the new urbanization connotation and an inevitable trend of its development. Based on the analysis of the connotation and relationship between the new urbanization and ecological old-age care, together with the current situation and existing problems of the current nursing institutions and ecological old-age care in Xi'an area, this paper discusses the major issues that should be noticed when constructing the ecological old-age care community in Xi'an and three main construction modes.

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Building a Beautiful Countryside Under the New Urbanization

In order to implement the“Rural Revitalization”policy and speed up the construction of beautiful villages,the development of new urbanization must be carried out to promote the coordinated development of rural agricultural modernization and industrial informatization.In order to explore an effective path for the construction of beautiful villages in the context of new urbanization,this study proposes several strategic ways for the construction by analyzing the overall relationship between new urbanization and the construction of beautiful villages as well as the current situation of the construction of beautiful villages in the context of urbanization,hoping to provide reference and guidance for the exploration of the rural revitalization strategy implementation.

Existing Problems in Financial Support for New Urbanization and Recommendations

Firstly,this paper discussed differences between traditional urbanization and new urbanization. Then,from current situations of financial support for new urbanization,it analyzed existing problems in financial support for new urbanization. The problems include difficulty in infrastructure financing,shortage of funds for small and medium sized enterprises,narrow scope of financial services,and uneven industries of financial support. Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations,including implementing diversified infrastructure financing modes,solving financing difficulty of small and medium sized enterprises through many channels,strengthening service level and expanding service scope of financial institutions,and changing the situation of uneven industry of financial support,in the hope of providing helpful references.

"Hollow Village" Evolution and Policy Control from the Perspective of Rural Urbanization: A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

From the perspective of the process of urbanization,this paper puts forward the corresponding public policy control by analyzing the characteristics of " hollowing" at different stages of urbanization. Moreover,the paper focuses on the stage of China's current urbanization.Based on the survey of migrant workers,this paper evaluates China's current policies,and argues that the rural " hollowing" is an objective that accompanies urbanization. At different stages of the process of urbanization,the rural " hollowing" presents different characteristics. Local governments should make policy and plan based on the different stages of local urbanization and local conditions,because of the extent of regional differences in economic and social development. This paper aims to guide the rural " hollowing" to develop toward the right direction.

Empirical Analysis on the Role Rural Urbanization in Promoting Economic Growth by Expanding Consumption

Urbanization construction is a historical mission of China's modernization construction,and is also the largest potential for expanding domestic demand. Actively promoting rural urbanization is favorable for expanding consumption and boosting economic growth. Through building VAR model using data of urbanization level and consumption in 1978- 2012,this paper made Granger causality test,impulse response analysis,and variance decomposition analysis on the relation between urbanization and economic growth. In addition,from comparing the effect of urbanization on expanding rural consumption and urban consumption,it is known that the effect of growth of urbanization rate on urban consumption is lower than rural consumption in short term,but urbanization level has a greater contribution to growth of urban consumption in the long run.
