A new approach towards the sustainability of urban-rural integration:The development strategy for central villages in the Abbasiya District of Iraq using GIS techniques

The development of rural areas usually has a positive impact on the urban-rural integration. This study explores an innovative approach to stimulate rural development by proposing qualified villages as central villages that can provide basic urban services for their residents and residents of neighboring villages. This approach can contribute to overcoming the various problems that rural areas faced at the social, economic, and environmental levels. It seeks to achieve spatial sustainability of rural areas, representing a new approach by integrating urban development methods to revitalize rural villages. The study analyzed 15 villages belonging to Abbasiya District of AL Kufa City in the Najaf Governorate of Iraq. Based on the GIS techniques and the analysis of urban service indicators(village population, percentage of urban building materials used in villages, distance between village and health centers, distance between village and main roads, nature of economic activity, distance between village and educational institutions, distance between village and drinking water sources, number of communication towers, and distance between village and urban administrative center), this study proposed that Abu Gharb and Albu Ghraib can served as central villages in Abbasiya District in the future. This study establishes a new rural spatial structure to achieve rural sustainable development, improves the development status of rural areas, and provides a theoretical basis for the government and relevant institutions to use urban service indicators, achieving rural sustainable development and formulating relevant development policies in Abbasiya District.

Coupling Relationship between Integrated Land Consolidation and Farmland Scale Management in Villages over Coal Resources:A Case Study of Zezhou County in Shanxi Province

Through field sampling survey of 18 villages over coal resources in 3 townships and towns in Zezhou County,Jincheng City,Shanxi Province,this paper analyzed the favorable conditions and obstacles for villages over coal resources to carry out farmland scale management.On this basis,combined with the integrated land consolidation measures in villages over coal resources and their effectiveness,and using the principles of system dynamics,it studied the coupling relationship between integrated land consolidation in villages over coal resources and farmland scale management and built a coupling model.It found that the integrated land consolidation system of villages over coal resources has a coupling relationship with the external and internal conditions of the farmland scale management system at the regional and project scales.The two systems interact with and influence each other through the"bridge"of"agricultural modernization condition".The study indicates that at the same time of integrated land consolidation of villages over coal resources caring about the improvement of internal conditions,it is also necessary to improve the external conditions of farmland scale management through regional scale measures such as laws and policies,to support the implementation of land consolidation projects,and realize farmland scale management.

Beautiful Village Planning from Perspective of Industry and Village Integration

Beautiful village construction is import for new rural construction, farmers＂ environment and livelihood. Industry-village integration would be an effective way for constructing livable rural areas as well as the areas welcomed by industries. The research analyzed restriction factors for industry-village integration, and proposed ru- ral comprehensive planning from determining development goal, creating good loca- tion, improving public facilities and sustainable development, in order to help beauti- ful village construction with well-interplayed villages and industries.

Satisfaction of Village Doctors with the Township and Village Health Services Integration Policy in the Western Minority-inhabited Areas of China

Township and Village Health Services Integration Management（TVHSIM） is an essential form of China＇s two-tiered health service integration plan at the township and village level. Its main purpose, also one of the target goals in China＇s new healthcare reform, is to gradually integrate rural health services and appropriately allocate rural health resources. This study aims to assess the village doctors＇ satisfaction with the TVHSIM and provide scientific base to further improve TVHSIM. A cross-sectional study was carried out in which 162 village doctors from Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang in western China were interviewed. Descriptive analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Spearman rank correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the difference and relevance between village doctors＇ personal characteristics and their satisfaction with TVHSIM and six subscales. Village doctors with different years of practice, social insurance status and essential medical knowledge level showed statistically significant differences in their satisfaction levels（all P〈0.05）. Age（P〈0.05） and years of practice（P〈0.01） were negatively correlated with Drug and Medical Device Management and Financing Management. Essential medical knowledge level（P〈0.05） was negatively correlated with Operations Management as well. However, social insurance status（P〈0.05） was positively correlated with Human Resources Management and Drug and Medical Device management. Gender, age and years of practice respectively had significant influence on village doctors＇ satisfaction with TVHSIM（P〈0.01）. In conclusion, in order to further promote TVHSIM policy in rural China, a well-rounded social insurance model for village doctors is urgently needed. In addition, the development of TVHSIM is regionally imbalanced. Efficient and effective measures aiming at rationalizing gender and age structure and enhancing essential medical training should be carefully considered.

Construction of a Beautiful Village under the Concept of “the Integration of Scenic Spots and Villages”:A Case Study of Nanmen Branch in Wanli District,Nanchang City

Under the background of building a beautiful China,the integration of beautiful rural construction and rural tourism is one of the effective ways to build a sustainable village that is livable,suitable for industry and suitable for tourism.Nanmen branch in Wanli District,Nanchang City is based on the development concept of "the integration of scenic spots and villages",and carries out comprehensive regulation and develops complex tourism in six aspects:defining functional orientation,optimizing spatial distribution,deepening the theme image,innovating tourism products,creating advantageous industries,and improving service packages,so as to promote the beautiful rural construction.

Village Centre Internal Resources Used for New Development

Villages historically have been founded around agriculture but farm land has greatly changed, mainly in the areas of the centralised conception of agriculture from the 1950s. Original parcelling, homestead composition and functional layouts have stopped being useful for current village inhabitants. The Czech Republic is an example of an area where this problem has appeared. According to the Czech Statistical Office, the number of inhabitants working in agriculture is now only 1%. Therefore, we need to concentrate on the village historic centre： the possibilities of restructuring and the definition of its potential and possibilities for new development. The internal resources of the village mentioned in this paper refer to the buildings, structures and land of the village centre core. The case studies worked out by the students of architecture in the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague from the 1990s were used for the research. Comparing designs can define these basic approaches to the new historic centre＇s use： a spatial solution--urban （non-invasive and invasive） and architectonical （reconstruction, traditional form with modern detail or completely modern design） and a functional solution. The research shown in the original historic village core offers enough opportunities for new usages and non-agricultural functions which are suitable for this area.

Path Choice on Rural Industrial Upgrading in the Process of Rural-urban Integration in Binhai New Area

With methods of reference research and field research, the current situations of rural industrialization in the process of rural-urban integration in Binhai new area are analyzed and some problems in the process of integration in the new area are pointed out, such as difficulties in breaking dual economic structure in urban and rural areas, imbalanced economic development in the area and inadequate development of the third industry. And relevant countermeasures are proposed: optimizing agriculture industrial structure and promoting agricultural industrialization to form urban agricultural model of Binhai new area focusing on facility agriculture, park agriculture and high-end agriculture and to realize the intensive growth of agriculture; rationally distributing rural industrial structure to form regional leading industry and playing the guiding role of industry to achieve industrial adjustment improvement; quickening the construction of the third industry centering on service to form the service system of modern countryside and the leading role of modern service industry so as to achieve rapid development of the third industry.

Study on the Folk Costume Symbolization in Waterside Villages of Southern Yangtze in China

The folk costume in waterside villages of Southern Yangtze in China was notonly daily consumer goods, but also a symbol system of folk-custom culture. This symbol system was directly conveyed by a series medley shape signs, many-faceted color signs and decorated craft signs of pleated skirt. Its origination, accumulation, continual process and development were greatly associated with the life style and paddy culture of waterside villages, such as the folk religion, social life, artistic philosophy, regional culture, the landform of waterside villages and the humanity environment. So the folk costume was the significant sign of practical function and also the significative sign of folk traditional culture, both of which composed the costume cultural symbol system of waterside villages of Southern Yangtze called ＂ integration of aesthetic and practical function＂.

Thoughts on the Village Planning in the Context of Land Spatial Planning:A Case Study of Wentang Village,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province

Village planning is an important part of land spatial planning and an important measure to implement rural strategy.At present,the preparation of village planning is not complete,and the establishment of technical guidelines is not systematic.Therefore,the course of the development of domestic village planning and the common problems are analyzed.Taking Wentang Village,Yichun City,Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper considers the contents of land use,industrial development,residential layout,ecological environment renovation and historical and cultural inheritance from the perspective of multi-plan integration.This paper discusses the establishment method of the new round of village planning,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the planning,so as to provide reference for the establishment of the new round of village planning.

数字乡村促进云南县域农村产业融合发展的机制研究——基于云南111个县域面板数据

随着数字经济发展,通过数字乡村建设促进云南县域农村产业的融合发展对于实现乡村振兴目标具有重要意义。研究数字乡村促进农村产业融合发展的影响因素和机制建设,构建农村产业融合发展评价模型,采用北大《县域数字乡村指数报告》评价指数,以2018—2020年云南省111个县域面板数据为样本进行实证研究。研究表明:云南县域农村产业融合发展水平不高;数字乡村建设提高农业经营规模化和农民现代信息化素养,可以有效促进农村产业融合发展;分区域来看,滇中、滇西地区促进效应明显,而滇东和边境地区尚不显著。提出树立农业农村数字化转型观念、抓住数字乡村建设机遇、探索现代农村和新型农业新形态、统筹数字乡村均衡发展的对策建议。

城乡融合型乡村振兴的实践探索、认识思考与对策建议

推进不同类型乡村振兴是全面落实乡村振兴战略和实现中国式农业现代化的重要途径。在城郊融合类村庄的基础上延伸出的“城乡融合型乡村”,具有独特的内涵、特征和功能价值。作为城乡融合型乡村的典型案例,成都市新津区在城乡要素互通、产业融合、空间重塑、农博引领、共建共治、数字赋能等方面积极探索,城乡融合引领乡村振兴取得显著成效。在此基础上必须进一步深化对城乡融合型乡村振兴的认识并进行理论概括,在实践中应注意政府的参与要适时适度,提高乡村居民的参与度,激发乡村人才和集体经济组织的内生动力,激活资源要素和破解金融困境,着力提高人口双向流动程度等。

国家力量的双重进入与村规民约的重塑——基于215份优秀村规民约的文本分析

国家权力主要通过国家的“村规民约化”和村规民约的“国家化”两种方式进入到乡土社会中。国家力量与地方非正式规范的遭遇中,嵌入地方知识的同时将其纳入到国家的规则体系之下规范化地运行。当代村规民约在承担更多的国家政策的转译与国家规范化要求的同时也面临着治理资源不足的困境,因此当代村规民约需要以治理有效为目标引入多元复合的治理手段,以交错配置的方式来完成其治理内容。村规民约的性质也从传统时期的非正式制度转向“自治、法治、德治”相融合的制度载体。

城乡融合进程中村落共同体秩序变迁及重建的实践逻辑

城乡融合进程中村落共同体秩序变迁的多元动力机制及多样实践样态,使得村落共同体秩序重建呈现出过渡性、动态性、复合性等实践特征。本研究基于新发展社会学理论启示,构建内生力、政府力、市场力三维一体分析框架,以贵州省H市S镇L村为例,从生产生计、社会生活、文化习俗、村落治理四个维度系统阐释村落共同体秩序变迁及重建的实践逻辑。研究发现,居住空间集聚化和社会空间社区化转型过程中,伴随着生计结构、治理模式、社会关系以及文化心理等不同维度的嬗变和重塑。新发展社会学视角下的村落共同体秩序重建,是内生力、政府力和社会力等多元主体辩证互构的过程,其实践形态表现为经济共同体、生活共同体、文化共同体和治理共同体“四体同构”的动态实践;其间涉及生计方式、组织结构、治理模式及文化心理等不同维度的动态演化,势必会引发价值冲突、利益博弈甚至社会稳定风险。

倾斜摄影与激光点云融合建模在城中村精细化测绘的探索应用

城中村通常建筑密集且视野狭小,导致测量环境复杂,限制了传统工程测量尤其是建筑物精细测绘的作业精度与效率,本文以广州市城中村为例,探索了联合倾斜摄影与激光点云建模在精细化测绘的应用。无人机倾斜摄影测量通过多角度空基观测捕捉密集建筑群落立体信息;激光扫描通过连续设置地基站获取点云数据,进行去噪、配准、分割等处理。利用Iterative Closest Point算法将点云与倾斜摄影数据配准,通过激光点云弥补倾斜摄影模型近底部遮挡区域并细化其几何细节,得到高精度城中村实景三维模型。试验结果表明,融合倾斜摄影与激光点云的三维模型可满足城中村精细化测绘要求,具有一定的应用价值。

肇兴传统侗寨聚落群整体性保护与发展研究

传统村寨聚落群较之单一的村落更能反映一定区域的传统文化、传统经济、传统习俗、传统伦理、传统艺术和传统生态等要素,以及由诸多要素构建而成的传统社会。肇兴侗寨聚落群有着“侗都”的美誉,对其保护与发展对其他侗族聚居区有着一定的借鉴和启发作用。

基于四素同构的哈尼族传统村落声景特征及保护策略--以阿者科为例

哈尼族传统村落因其独特的文化和生态布局,声景资源丰富且特色鲜明,但缺乏系统性研究。以“森林-村寨-梯田-水系”四素同构的哈尼族传统村落阿者科为例,对四素空间的声环境进行主客观评价分析。发现多数空间的声压级在50dBA左右,且以低频为主。村落以水为径,串联起自然生态,水声还能为游客提供较高的情绪价值;文化与自然空间相互作用后的声景舒适度为最高;村民生长于斯,赋予了村落丰富的声景资源。最后提出了3个声景保护策略,即保护村落的原真性,实现特色声景的有机呈现;促进生态保护与水源保育的正向循环,构建自然和谐的声景;激活人的活态属性,延续村落空间的声景活力。

媒体融合时代我国主流媒体“村赛”报道的跨媒介叙事研究——兼论体育新闻跨媒介叙事的实践路径

在媒体融合作为国家战略的背景下,体育新闻成为了新闻跨媒介传播的重要实践场域。采用跨媒介叙事的理论视角,通过语料库辅助的内容分析和语义网络分析方法,研究我国主流媒体“村赛”报道的跨媒介叙事特征、机制和价值。发现主流媒体基于各类媒介平台的媒介性建构了从乡村到世界的故事世界;其跨媒介叙事的机制是通过以时间、空间和人物为逻辑的内容拓展,以嵌套、转换和协同为手段的媒介拓展,以及体育迷的叙事参与,不断拓展故事世界的边界;其跨媒介叙事的价值在于国家战略的响应,以及主流媒体对民间话语的收编与再主流化。由此提出体育新闻跨媒介叙事的路径:打造“互媒性”的叙事生态;确立具有包容和开放性的体育故事核;建构以时间、空间和人物为坐标轴的叙事扩展体系;提供和体育迷进行协作性新闻“策展”的渠道。最后,研究提出跨媒介叙事视域下体育新闻为构筑人类命运共同体提供了路径,同时细化了跨媒介叙事理论的分析维度。

乡村收缩的内涵界定与测度研究

乡村收缩是我国城乡结构转化进程中呈现的新现象。文章首先从概念层面阐释了乡村收缩的内涵,梳理了我国乡村收缩需要重点把握的逻辑线索,进而通过文献调查和实地调研,以甘肃省为例从县域尺度对乡村收缩程度进行测度,从乡村人口、经济和社会三个维度揭示其形成机理。研究发现:(1)乡村收缩在不同语境其内涵可能存在差异,但其本质均是青壮年劳动力的过度流失;(2)2000年、2010年、2020年甘肃省乡村收缩指数均值呈现动态大幅度上升趋势,分别为26.11%、38.97%、49.98%,且上升趋势具有比较显著的空间差异性;(3)城乡二元结构下,资源禀赋和地理区位、经济发展与要素流动、历史基础与社会文化、政策安排与治理能力都对乡村收缩有影响。新时代我国应从振兴县域经济出发,依靠产业聚集、人才引进、资金筹措、城乡融合的政策组合来回应乡村收缩现象。

基于代际共融的铁西区工人村更新设计策略研究

随着城市的发展与变迁,老旧小区面临着空间不足、无法满足社区居民使用需求的问题,老旧小区老龄化日趋严重,代际之间的差异性导致居民活动空间不足,工人村作为典型的老旧小区亟需更新。基于代际共融理念,对工人村老幼活动空间进行了调研分析,设置适合不同人群的公共活动空间,使不同代际友好融合,解决社区公共空间不足、空间功能缺失的问题,以棋盘式的方格布局,提出了满足老人和儿童行为需求的公共空间的更新活化策略,为老旧小区的保护与更新、激发小区活力提供借鉴。

艺术融合多元参与村庄规划的逻辑与路径探索——以益阳市富民村为例

艺术设计能够提升村庄本底建设环境质量,促进村庄规划落实和实施。多元参与村庄规划能够进一步为村庄提供更多有益的社会因素和发展思路,艺术设计背景下多元参与的村庄规划能更高效、更全面地促进乡村振兴。以“启蒙—发展—提质—振兴”的规划目标为导向,在理论层面建构艺术融合多元参与村庄规划设计逻辑,以益阳市富民村村庄规划设计为例,探索村庄规划设计路径。从艺术家视角下村庄艺术赋能、村民主体响应下艺术化村庄发展、企业和高校等主体创作下村庄整体统筹以及村“两委”/地方政府保障下村庄振兴推进等四个层面探讨艺术融合多元参与的村庄规划设计路径,以期为我国传统农业型村庄规划设计提供一些发展思路。
