However, the role and importance ofwomen in the family is mostly neglected. Thirty-three percent of women state that their primary duties are child care and domestictask. Besides duties of women in the house, the participation of women to both agricultural production and activities outside thehouse is quite high. On the other hand, only 5% of women accept income generating activities as the main duty of women. Thepercentage of women who accept all above-mentioned responsibilities as women’s duty is 60%. This high ratio shows that agreat deal of women can participate indoor or outdoor activities depending on the family needs, however, their responsibilitiesstemming from being a mother or wife always have thepriority. However, in rural areas women are involved in agriculturalproduction activities as a labor, in adition to housework, care for children and the elderly. In small and medium-sized enterprises,labor-intensive work is mostly undertaken by women, and workloads are often higher than men. In this study, face-to-face surveyswith 84 women in small-scale livestock farming in villages in the central province of Diyarbakır yielded results. It has beenunderstood that women do not make decisions on domestic affairs in their own family, that they can not decide on their own behalf, they give more opinions on decisions taken, and even some families do not even report opinions on decisions. It may be possible toimprove and increase the living standards and social and economic structures of women living in rural areas by increasing theirknowledge of animal care.展开更多

Subjective sleep evaluation was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI), and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS). It was found that poor sleep quality(77.11%) and excessive daytime sleepiness(32.34%) were commonly seen in PD patients and positively correlated with disease severity. Then 70 out of the 201 PD patients and 70 age- and sex-matched controls underwent a polysomnographic recording. The parameters were compared between PD group and control group and the influencing factors of sleep in PD patients were analyzed. The results showed that sleep efficiency(SE) was significantly decreased(P〈0.01), and sleep latency(SL) and the arousal index(AI) were increased(P〈0.05) in the PD group as compared with those in the control group. SE and total sleep time(TST) were positively correlated with the Hoehn and Yahr(H&Y) stage. There was significant difference in the extent of hypopnea and hypoxemia between the PD group and the control group(P〈0.05). Our results indicate that PD patients have an overall poor sleep quality and a high prevalence of sleep disorder, which may be correlated with the disease severity. Respiratory function and oxygen supply are also affected to a certain degree in PD patients.展开更多

To a large extent, the problem can be traced back to the "power-property" system established by Ivan IIL That is to say, the possession of power is equivalent to the possession of property, and property becomes certain functions of power. For a long time, this system has been accepted as a natural state of society by the Russian people. Rapid economic growth under the Putin administration is characterized by the return to and strengthening of a "power- property "system dominated by the state and an abandonment of "institutional transplantation" from the Western liberal market economic model in the Yeltsin era under which power and property were separated Mr. Putin's reelection in 2012 means that the "long-Putin era" that started from 2000 will last at least until 2018. However, with the solidification of the "power- property" system, the Putin administration has been confronted with new challenges, and the prospects for Russia's economic modernization still face great uncertainties.展开更多
