Coal mining-induced surface subsidence poses significant ecological and infrastructural challenges, necessitating a comprehensive study to ensure safe mining practices, particularly in underwater conditions. This project aims to address the extensive impact of coal mining on the environment, infrastructure, and overall safety, focusing on the Shigong River area above the working face. The study employs qualitative and quantitative analyses, along with on-site engineering measurements, to gather data on crucial parameters such as coal seam characteristics, roof rock lithology, thickness, water resistance, and structural damage degree. The research encompasses a multidisciplinary approach, involving mining, geology, hydrogeology, geophysical exploration, rock mechanics, mine surveying, and computational mathematics. The importance of effective safety measures and prevention techniques is emphasized, laying the foundation for research focused on the Xingyun coal mine. 超效率SBM-Malmquist模型在燃气管道完整性管理效能评价中的应用

为解决燃气管道完整性管理效能评价时,无法准确对比各评价单元完整性管理水平的差异,以及无法动态测算同一评价单元完整性管理效能的问题,提出了一种基于超效率松弛值测算(Slacks-Based Measure, SBM)的模型和Malmquist模型相结合的方法... 为解决燃气管道完整性管理效能评价时,无法准确对比各评价单元完整性管理水平的差异,以及无法动态测算同一评价单元完整性管理效能的问题,提出了一种基于超效率松弛值测算(Slacks-Based Measure, SBM)的模型和Malmquist模型相结合的方法,对管道完整性管理效能评价进行研究。首先,综合考虑完整性管理实施过程、效果与效益,并结合专家意见和相关规范标准,构建效能评价指标体系,该指标体系由3项一级指标和14项二级指标进行表征。其次,采用考虑非期望产出的超效率SBM模型解决各评价单元的比较与排序问题,再将Malmquist模型与超效率SBM模型相结合,测算各评价单元效能的动态变化趋势。最后,针对5家燃气公司在2019—2022年的完整性管理效能,采用所提出的效能评价模型开展评价。结果表明,超效率SBM模型和Malmquist模型相结合是实现管道完整性管理效能客观定量评价的有效方法,通过横向对比和动态测度发现短板并提出针对性的改进意见,其分析结果与实际工程相吻合,证明该方法能够有效评估完整性管理效能,为管道完整性管理提供了一种评价思路。 展开更多

In the process of green and smart mine construction under the context of carbon neutrality,China's coal safety situation has been continuously improved in recent years.In order to recognize the development of coal production in China and prepare for future monitoring and prevention of safety incidents,this study mainly elaborated on the basic situation of coal resources and national mining accidents over the past five years(2017-2021),from four dimensions(accident level,type,region,and time),and then proposed the preventive measures based on accident statistical laws.The results show that the storage of coal resources has obvious geographic characteristics,mainly concentrated in the Midwest,with coal resources in Shanxi and Shaanxi accounting for about 49.4%.The proportion of coal consumption has dropped from 70.2%to 56%between 2011 and 2021,but still accounts for more than half of the all.Meanwhile,the accident-prone areas are positively correlated with the amount of coal production.Among different levels of coal mine accidents,general accidents had the highest number of accidents and deaths,with 692 accidents and 783 deaths,accounting for 87.6%and 54.64%respectively.The frequency of roof,gas,and transportation accidents is relatively high,and the number of single fatalities caused by gas accidents is the largest,about 4.18.In terms of geographical distribution of accidents,the safety situation in Shanxi Province is the most severe.From the time distribution of coal mine accidents,the accidents mainly occurred in July and August,and rarely occurred in February and December.Finally,the"4+4"safety management model is proposed,combining the statistical results with coal production in China.Based on the existing health and safety management systems,the manage-ments are divided into four sub-categories,and more specific measures are suggested. 展开更多

智能站采用光纤传递数字和模拟信号,使常规站基于“短电流、断电压、拆跳闸”方式的二次安全措施理论不再适用于智能站。为解决传统人工拟票方式编制效率低、错误率高等问题,提出基于知识图谱与智能变电站配置描述文件(substation confi... 智能站采用光纤传递数字和模拟信号,使常规站基于“短电流、断电压、拆跳闸”方式的二次安全措施理论不再适用于智能站。为解决传统人工拟票方式编制效率低、错误率高等问题,提出基于知识图谱与智能变电站配置描述文件(substation configuration description, SCD)的二次检修安全措施自动生成技术。首先,基于SCD文件和知识图谱构建配置数据库,并按照设定规则实现虚回路与软压板的半自动关联。其次,依据智能站规范中的二次安措编制准则,构建安措规则库并引入安措执行优先级编码字段。最后,由二次安措自动生成技术基于配置数据库与安措规则库完成检修设备二次信息的规则匹配,用于自动生成二次安措票。仿真结果表明,该技术能够根据现场检修任务自动正确生成二次安措票,提高智能变电站技改、消缺和校验的工作效率,降低人工编制错误率,为实现智能化运检一体提供参考。 展开更多

For example, they... Safety assessment of offshore platforms is an urgent task. Such assessments are now focusing on the structure, maintenance, and retirement of a platform. Some methods employed have many shortcomings. For example, they cannot make the reliability adequately explicable. Therefore, a mathematical tool, the unascertained measure, was introduced. First, the basic knowledge of the unascertained sets was introduced briefly. Second, the unascertained measure was defined and credible identification was set up. The method has been introduced into the fields for safety assessment of a jacket loadout procedure. Engineering practices showed that it can complete the safety assessment systematically and scientifically without any assumption. The work should have significance in theory and practice for offshore engineering. 展开更多

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is believed to be caused by various factors,including abnormalities in disease susceptibility genes,environmental factors,immune factors,and intestinal bacteria.Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)are the primary drugs used to treat acid-related diseases.They are also commonly prescribed to patients with IBD.Recent studies have suggested a potential association between the use of certain medications,such as PPIs,and the occurrence and progression of IBD.In this review,we summarize the potential impact of PPIs on IBD and analyze the underlying mechanisms.Our findings may provide insights for conducting further investigations into the effects of PPIs on IBD and serve as an important reminder for physicians to exercise caution when prescribing PPIs to patients with IBD. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of the 2544 alert cases from “Safety Gate” (the EU rapid alert system for dangerous non-food products) of toys exported to the EU market from China in the past five years (2017-2021), this study focuses on the chemical hazards as the key research object, investigates and identifies categories of toy products and related chemicals with high notification rate. The research results have shown that the most seriously and frequently alerted toy products due to chemical hazards from China exported to the EU are plastic dolls, slimes, rubber toy balloons, toy guns and squeezable toys, while the high failure rate of chemicals in sequence are phthalates, boron element, N-Nitrosamines and N-Nitrosatable substances, and bis(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl) ether. This study aims to improve the efficiency of inspection and test of export toys, and provide decision-making references for Chinese toy export enterprises to respond to EU technical trade measures. 展开更多

不同中医证型Wilson病患者肝脏纤维化差异及其与弹性硬度值的关系

目的:探讨不同中医证型Wilson病(WD)患者肝脏硬度值(LSM)及纤维化指标差异及两者的关系。方法:回顾性收集2021年2月至2023年4月住院确诊的110例WD患者的临床资料,中医证型采用指标聚类分析,绘制聚类图。采用简单对应分析中医证型与ADL... 目的:探讨不同中医证型Wilson病(WD)患者肝脏硬度值(LSM)及纤维化指标差异及两者的关系。方法:回顾性收集2021年2月至2023年4月住院确诊的110例WD患者的临床资料,中医证型采用指标聚类分析,绘制聚类图。采用简单对应分析中医证型与ADL分级的相关性。比较不同中医证型的一般临床资料、LSM及肝纤维化相关指标,从而探讨LSM与肝纤维化及中医证型分布的关系。结果:WD患者中医证型以湿热内蕴证(59例,53.64%)居多,痰瘀互结证(43例,39.09%)次之,肝肾阴虚证(5例,4.54%)、脾肾阳虚证(3例,2.73%)较少;痰瘀互结证偏向0~Ⅰ级,湿热内蕴证偏向Ⅱ级,肝肾阴虚证偏向Ⅲ~Ⅳ级,脾肾阳虚证在二维投影图中间,并未偏向WD病变程度某一分级;痰瘀互结证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证患者肝脏LSM均高于湿热内蕴证(P<0.05);肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证患者血清透明质酸(HA)和Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平高于湿热内蕴证、痰瘀互结证组(P<0.05),4组患者Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)、层黏连蛋白(LN)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。湿热内蕴证、痰瘀互结证、肝肾阴虚证中LSM与HA、Ⅳ-C均呈不同程度的正相关。结论:LSM联合血清学指标能更好地评估不同证型WD患者肝纤维化程度。 展开更多

The present study was conducted in four districts of Punjab Province to examine the attitude of milk producers and milk collection agents toward compliance of milk quality and safety parameters. In current scenario, the attitude of consumers for safe food in accordance to quality standards is ever increasing. The dairy industry in Pakistan is confronting many challenges to adapt these food safety and quality measures. This study was purposely conducted in the south region of Punjab Province, as this region has rich population of livestock and milk production. To collect essential data, field study was carded out in selected four districts of Punjab Province. Field survey for dairy farmers and milk collection centers was performed in two phases. The analysis of primary data was carried out by calculating the Likert scale mean value, analysis of variance (one-way) and other descriptive statistics tools. The results showed that 76.4% milk producers had no awareness about Punjab food quality laws; as Likert-scale mean value was 1.93. The compliance level for the management practices such as Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point (HCCAP), Good Animal Practices (GAP) and Good Veterinary Practices (GVP) etc. was also very poor. Approximately, 32.57% milk collectors (very frequently) applied milk quality testing parameters whereas 50.72% milk collectors merely used sensory quality inspection methods at the time of milk purchase from dairy farmers. For a sustainable supply of good quality raw milk to the dairy industry in Pakistan, it was recommended that the departments for hygiene and food inspection should be vigilant. The prescribed food safety laws relating to milk production and marketing activities should be enforced properly to improve the situation. 展开更多

CO、CO_(2)、H_(2)S是燃煤锅炉炉内气氛重要组成部分,其浓度不仅能够反映燃烧工况,还可作为水冷壁高温腐蚀程度判断依据,因此实现CO、CO_(2)、H_(2)S浓度的准确测量意义重大。首先采用波长调制-直接吸收(WM-DAS)方法结合约40 m长光程Herriott池,在室温低压下,开展不同CO/CO_(2)浓度配比下三种气体吸收率同步测量实验,结果表明三种气体的吸收率测量值与理论计算值相近,相对误差在6.82%以内,测量结果可靠性较高;然后对不同浓度CO/CO_(2)(0~2000μL·L^(-1))、H_(2)S(0~20μL·L^(-1))进行动态测量,结果表明,测量系统对三种组分浓度变化的响应具有较好的线性度。 展开更多
