The safety production is critical to stable development of Chinese electric power industry. With the development of electric power enterprises, the requirements of its employees are also becoming higher and higher. In this paper, an optical motion capture system based on the virtual reality technology is proposed to meet the requirements of the power enterprise for the qualified business ability. Electric power equipment, power equipment model entitative operating environment and the human model are established by electric power simulation unit, ZigBee technology and OpenGL graphics library. The problem of missing feature points is solved by applying the human model driven algorithm and the Kalman filtering algorithm. The experimental results show that it is more accurate to use Kalman filtering algorithm to extract the feature point in tracking process of actual motion capture and real-time animation display. The average absolute error of 3D coordinates is 1.61 mm and the average relative error is 2.23%. The system can improve trainees’ sense of experience and immersion. 展开更多

The national standard--Safety Specifications for Power Driven VehiclesOperating on Roads--is the most basic technical regulation for safety and technical management ofmotor vehicles in China. It is the safety and technical basis for the Public Security TrafficControl Dept. to register new vehicles, periodic inspection of vehicles under operation andinspection of vehicles involved in traffic accidents. It is also one of the important technicalbases of our country for compulsory inspection of new vehicles on fi-nalization of its model,ex-works inspection of new vehicles and the inspection of imported motor vehicles. Since the formalcountrywide implementation of GB7258-1997 Safety Specifications for Power Driven Vehicles Operatingon Roads on Jan. 1, 1998, the standard has played a very active role in strengthening the operatingsafety management of motor vehicles, improving the operating safety level of motor vehicles, and insafeguarding road traffic safety, etc. However, along with the rapid and sustainable growth of ournational economy, the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly, especially privately-ownedautomobiles, so that the incidence of road traffic accidents rises yearly and the road trafficsafety situation is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, the General Administration of QualitySupervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and theStandardization Administration of China (SAC) have issued the revised standard GB725 8-2004 SafetySpecifications for Power Driven Vehicles Operating on Roads, which will be put into effect onOctober 1, 2004. The timely revision of this standard is very necessary for upgrading the safety andtechnical requirements for motor vehicles in China. 展开更多

This paper proposes a voltage source converter (VSC) -based AC-DC hybrid distribution system (HDS) resilient model to mitigate power outages caused by wildfires. Before a wildfire happens, the public-safety power shutoff (PSPS) strategy is applied to actively cut some vulnerable lines which may easily cause wildfires, and reinforce some lines that are connected to critical loads. To mitigate load shedding caused by active line disconnection in the PSPS strategy, network reconfiguration is applied before the wildfire occurrence. During the restoration period, repair crews (RCs) repair faulted lines, and network reconfiguration is also taken into consideration in the recovery strategy to pick up critical loads. Since there exists possible errors in the wildfire prediction, several different scenarios of wildfire occurrence have been taken into consideration, leading to the proposition of a stochastic multi-period resilient model for the VSC-based AC-DC HDS. To accelerate the computational performance, a progressive hedging algorithm has been applied to solve the stochastic model which can be written as a mixed-integer linear program. The proposed model is verified on a 106-bus AC-DC HDS under wildfire conditions, and the result shows the proposed model not only can improve the system resilience but also accelerate computational speed. 展开更多

This paper discusses the results obtained during an investigation of WWER-1000 Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) behavior at shutdown reactor during maintenance. For the purpose of the analysis is selected a plant operating state with unsealed primary circuit by removing the MCP head. The reference nuclear power plant is Unit 6 at Kozloduy NPP (KNPP) site. RELAP5/ MOD3.2 computer code has been used to simulate the transient for WWER-1000/V320 NPP model. A model of WWER-1000 based on Unit 6 of KNPP has been developed for the RELAP5/MOD3.2 code at the Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy-Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (INRNE-BAS), Sofia. The plant modifications performed in frame of modernization program have been taken into account for the investigated conditions for the unsealed primary circuit. The most specific in this analysis compared to the analyses of NPP accidents at full power is the unavailability of some important safety systems. For the purpose of the present investigation two scenarios have been studied, involving a different number of safety systems with and without operator actions. The selected initiating event and scenarios are used in support of analytical validation of Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) at low power and they are based on the suggestions of leading KNPP experts and are important in support of analytical validation of EOP at low power. 展开更多

Safety accidents in the operation field of the distribution network often occur, which seriously endanger the safety and lives of operators.Existing identification methods for safety risk can identify static safety risks, such as no-helmet,no-safety gloves, etc.,but fail to identify risks in the dynamic actions of operators. Therefore, this paper proposes a skeletonbased violation action-recognition method for supervision of safety during operations in a distribution network,i.e.,based on spatial temporal graph convolutional network(STGCN)and key joint attention module(KJAM),which can implement dynamic violation behavior recognition of operators. In this method, the human posture estimation method,i.e.Multi-Person Pose Estimation,is utilized to extract the skeleton information of operators during operations, and to construct an undirected graph, which reflects the movement and posture of the human body. Then, the STGCN is utilized to identify actions of operators that can lead to dynamic violations. In addition, the KJAM captures important joint information of operators. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified in comparison to other action recognition methods. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher recognition accuracy for common violations collected at the actual operation site of the distribution network and shows a strong generalization ability, which can be applied to the video monitoring system of field operations to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. 展开更多
