To explore the mechanism of Yigong San anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation

BACKGROUND Yigong San(YGS)is a representative prescription for the treatment of digestive disorders,which has been used in clinic for more than 1000 years.However,the mechanism of its anti-gastric cancer and regulate immunity are still remains unclear.AIM To explore the mechanism of YGS anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.METHODS Firstly,collect the active ingredients and targets of YGS,and the differentially expressed genes of gastric cancer.Secondly,constructed a protein-protein interaction network between the targets of drugs and diseases,and screened hub genes.Then the clinical relevance,mutation and repair,tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity of the hub gene were analyzed.Finally,molecular docking was used to verify the binding ability of YGS active ingredient and hub genes.RESULTS Firstly,obtained 55 common targets of gastric cancer and YGS.The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes screened the microtubule-associated protein kinase signaling axis as the key pathway and IL6,EGFR,MMP2,MMP9 and TGFB1 as the hub genes.The 5 hub genes were involved in gastric carcinogenesis,staging,typing and prognosis,and their mutations promote gastric cancer progression.Finally,molecular docking results confirmed that the components of YGS can effectively bind to therapeutic targets.CONCLUSION YGS has the effect of anti-gastric cancer and immune regulation.

Decadal Forecasts of Large Earthquakes along the Northern San Andreas Fault System, California: Increased Activity on Regional Creeping Faults Prior to Major and Great Events

The three largest earthquakes in northern California since 1849 were preceded by increased decadal activity for moderate-size shocks along surrounding nearby faults. Increased seismicity, double-difference precise locations of earthquakes since 1968, geodetic data and fault offsets for the 1906 great shock are used to re-examine the timing and locations of possible future large earthquakes. The physical mechanisms of regional faults like the Calaveras, Hayward and Sargent, which exhibit creep, differ from those of the northern San Andreas, which is currently locked and is not creeping. Much decadal forerunning activity occurred on creeping faults. Moderate-size earthquakes along those faults became more frequent as stresses in the region increased in the latter part of the cycle of stress restoration for major and great earthquakes along the San Andreas. They may be useful for decadal forecasts. Yearly to decadal forecasts, however, are based on only a few major to great events. Activity along closer faults like that in the two years prior to the 1989 Loma Prieta shock needs to be examined for possible yearly forerunning changes to large plate boundary earthquakes. Geodetic observations are needed to focus on identifying creeping faults close to the San Andreas. The distribution of moderate-size earthquakes increased significantly since 1990 along the Hayward fault but not adjacent to the San Andreas fault to the south of San Francisco compared to what took place in the decades prior to the three major historic earthquakes in the region. It is now clear from a re-examination of the 1989 mainshock that the increased level of moderate-size shocks in the one to two preceding decades occurred on nearby East Bay faults. Double-difference locations of small earthquakes provide structural information about faults in the region, especially their depths. The northern San Andreas fault is divided into several strongly coupled segments based on differences in seismicity.

融合多尺度通道注意力的开放词汇语义分割模型SAN

随着视觉语言模型的发展,开放词汇方法在识别带注释的标签空间之外的类别方面具有广泛应用。相比于弱监督和零样本方法,开放词汇方法被证明更加通用和有效。文章研究的目标是改进面向开放词汇分割的轻量化模型SAN,即引入基于多尺度通道注意力的特征融合机制AFF来改进该模型,并改进原始SAN结构中的双分支特征融合方法。然后在多个语义分割基准上评估了该改进算法,结果显示在几乎不改变参数量的情况下,模型表现有所提升。这一改进方案有助于简化未来开放词汇语义分割的研究。

Combination of Shengmai San and Radix puerariae ameliorates depression-like symptoms in diabetic rats at the nexus of PI3K/BDNF/SYN protein expression

Background:Hyperglycemia is a characteristic feature of diabetes that often results in neuropsychological complications such as depression.Diabetic individuals are more vulnerable to experience depression compared to the normal population.Thus,novel treatment approaches are required to reduce depressive symptoms among diabetic individuals.Traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)such as Shengmai San(SMS)and Radix puerariae(R)are usually widely used to treat ailments such as neurological com-plications since ancient time.Methods:In this study,SMS was combined with R to prepare an R-SMS formulation and screened for their antidepressant activity in diabetic rats.The antidepressant po-tential of the prepared combination was evaluated behaviorally using open field test,novelty-induced hypophagia,and forced swim test in diabetic rats with biochemical and protein expression(PI3K,BDNF[brain-derived neurotrophic factor],and SYN[pr-esynaptic vesicle protein])analysis.Results:Diabetic rats(streptozotocin,45 mg/kg)showed elevated fasting blood glu-cose(FBG)>12 mM with depressive symptoms throughout the study.Treatment with R-SMS(0.5,1.5,and 4.5 g/kg)significantly reverted depressive symptoms in diabetic rats as evinced by significantly(p<0.05)reduced immobility time with an increased tendency to eat food in a novel environment.Treatment with R-SMS also significantly increased the protein expression of PI3K,BDNF,and SYN protein,which play a crucial role in depression.Conclusion:This study showed that R-SMS formulation antagonized depressive symptoms in diabetic rats;thus,this formulation might be studied further to develop as an antidepressant.

SAN反应系统中单体竞聚率的测定及应用的研究

通过对SAN反应釜中苯乙烯、丙烯腈瞬时组成与聚合物中粒子的组分之间的关系进行研究,实验测定SAN反应釜在固定转化率下不同单体组成形成共聚物组分,通过计算确定各单体在现有反应条件下的竞聚率,根据研究结果,修正反应釜内单体组成与聚合物组分函数曲线,并分析不同反应条件对所得曲线造成的影响,以达到新牌号SAN开发时反应釜进料组成制定及优化的目的。

Metabolomics characterization of Qingwei San on oral ulcer in db/db mice with stomach heat pattern

Objective:To characterize the effects of Qingwei San(QWS)on diabetic oral ulcer(OU)mice with stomach heat pattern through metabolomic analysis.Methods:A stomach heat pattern mouse model was established by treating C57BLKS/J Leprdb/db(db/db)mice with dried Zingiber officinale Rosc.rhizome(Z.officinale,Gan Jiang)decoction by gavage.All model mice had blood glucose levels of≥11.1 m M.Subsequently,OU was induced by Na OH cauterization.After 1 week of administration of QWS,non-targeted metabolomic analysis of serum was conducted using ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS).Results:The non-targeted metabolomics results indicated that tryptophan metabolism,2-oxocarboxylic acid metabolism,serotonergic synapses,amino sugar and nucleotide sugar metabolism,and amino acid biosynthesis were involved in the therapeutic effects of QWS,with tryptophan metabolism playing a predominant role.Conclusion:QWS treatment can significantly improve the pathological status of diabetic OU mice with stomach heat pattern.QWS may regulate the release of inflammatory factors through the tryptophan metabolism pathway.

IP-SAN的研究与设计

FC-SAN存在着传播距离有限、成本高、管理困难等不足,IP-SAN的出现解决了FC-SAN的不足.通过对IP-SAN的体系结构和性能的研究,发现沿用FC-SAN体系结构的IP-SAN存在共享冲突、系统和数据不安全等问题.由于IP-SAN中的用户网与存域网在逻辑上属于不同的网络,但在物理上是同一网络.采用三方传送协议实现IP-SAN可以解决这些问题,实验表明这种方法是可行的.

The active mechanism of the Sheng Yang San Huo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy on network pharmacology

Objectives:To discuss the mechanism of Sheng Yang San Huo decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy using the network pharmacology method.Methods:The BATMAN-TCM database,TCM-ID database,Chinese Natural Product Chemical Composition Database,and TCMIP database were employed to screen the chemical active ingredients of each herb in Sheng Yang San Huo decoction based on the“Libinsky Drug Rules”.SwissTargetPrediction was used to screen effective action targets for each herb in the prescription.Additionally,Cytoscape 3.7.0 was utilized to construct a“drug-target”network.GeneCards,OMIM,and MaLaCards databases were utilized to gather targets related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy.VENNY 2.1 online platform was employed to match drug and disease targets,draw a Venn diagram,and construct a“drug-active compounds-common target”network using Cytoscape 3.7.0.gene ontology biological process analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis for the targets were conducted using the DAVID 6.8 database.Enrichment analysis results were visualized using the OmicShareTool online platform.Molecular docking was performed using CB-Dock2.Results:Following screening,a total of 217 active compounds and 132 potential targets were identified in Sheng Yang San Huo decoction.The effects are primarily enriched in pathways such as Lipid and Atherosclerosis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,and the IL-17 signaling pathway.The binding energy of the key active ingredients to the core protein targets of DPN was favorable.Conclusion:The study reveals the characteristics of multiple targets and pathways of Sheng Yang San Huo decoction,providing new insights for the clinical application of this prescription.

SKALAR San++连续流动分析仪测定水中总氮的方法研究

利用SKALAR San++连续流动分析仪测定了水中的总氮含量,结果表明:此方法具有自动化程度高、分析速度快、试剂用量少等优点。该方法的线性范围为0~5.00 mg/L,线性相关系数达到0.99994,检出限为0.04 mg/L,加标回收率为90%~107%。对比传统行业标准分析法,连续流动分析法可实现全过程自动化处理、大大节省人力,并提高了检测效率,且两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异,而连续流动分析法更适合于大批量样品和复杂样品的批量检测与分析。

PB-g-SAN弹性体对SAN树脂的增韧

采用种子乳液聚合法在聚丁二烯 (PB)乳胶粒上接枝共聚苯乙烯和丙烯腈 ,合成了PB含量为 40 %的PB g SAN共聚物粉料。将其与SAN树脂熔融共混制得了一系列不同组成的ABS树脂 ,研究了共混物的力学性能、加工性能和形态结构。结果表明 ,在SAN树脂中随着PB g SAN含量的增加 ,共混物的冲击韧性和断裂伸长率不断提高 ,而拉伸强度和熔融指数出现下降的趋势。形态结构研究结果表明 ,PB橡胶粒子均匀地分散在SAN基体中 ,其粒径约为 0 3μm ,在橡胶粒子中含有大量的包容结构 SAN次级粒子。
