The main research results obtained are as follows: The Co-rich crust thickness in the study area is gradually increasing from east to west and from south to north having a negative correlation (r = -0.59) with longitude and a positive correlation (r = 0.48) with latitude. The crust thickness varying along longitude and latitude is influenced by the hotspot and seafloor spreading. The oceanic crusts and seamounts in the northwest part of the study area are older, and the crust resources are superior to those in the southeast part. In the depth of 〈1500 m, 1500-2000 m, 2000-2500 m in the study area, the cobalt crust thickness is respectively 5.45 cm, 4.34 cm and 3.55 cm, and in the depth of 2500-3000 m and 3000-3500 m, it drops respectively to 2.84 cm and 3.37 cm. The Co-rich crust resources are mainly concentrated in the seamount summit margins and the upper flanks in the depth of 〈2500 m. There is a strong negative correlation (r = -0.67) between the cobalt crust abundance and the slope of the seamount, 75 kg/m^2 and 50 kg/mz at the slopes of 0°-20° and 20°-34° respectively. Cobalt crusts are mainly distributed in the parts whose slopes are less than 20°. It is consistent with the fractal result that the slope threshold of cobalt crust distribution is 19°, and slopes over 20° are not conducive to the crust growth. The cobalt crusts of high grade are mainly enriched in the region within 150°E-140°W and 30°S-30°N in the Pacific, where there are about 587 seamounts at the depth of 3500- 6000 m and over 30 Ma of the oceanic crusts. The perspective area rich in cobalt crust resources is about 41×104 km^2 and the resource quantity is approximately 27 billion tons.展开更多

In addition, the relationships between the numerical characteristics of the cloud model of temporal and spatial distributions of water resources and precipitation were also studied. The results show that, using a cloud model, it is possible to intuitively describe the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water resources in cloud images. Water resources in Guangdong Province and their temporal and spatial distribution characteristics are differentiated by their geographic locations. Downstream and coastal areas have a larger amount of water resources with greater uniformity and stronger stability in terms of temporal distribution. Regions with more precipitation possess larger amounts of water resources, and years with more precipitation show greater nonuniformity in the spatial distribution of water resources. By introducing the time variable, resource conversion rate and the geological variable, resource density, such model can describe not only different types of basins, but also any exploration samples at different phases of exploration, up to the parent population. It is a dynamic distribution model with profound geological significance and wide applicability. Its basic principle and the process of resource assessment are described in this paper. The petroleum accumulation system is an appropriate assessment unit for such method. The hydrocarbon resource structure of the Huanghua Depression in Bohai Bay Basin was predicted by using this model. The system architecture is designed in a compositional manner using the elements of agent technology and knowledge technology. A combination of generic agent models, ontology and knowledge provides an effective approach to address the dynamic, distributed and knowledge-intensive characters of the HR management. In the system, the broker agent acting as intermediary provides matchmaking services to the domain agents, and the individual domain agents communicate directly with each other. The HR ontology provides the semantic match of the surplus task and the surplus resource. Finally, an application example is presented to illustrate the achieved solution for a concrete scenario. This novel way offers a comprehensive HR exchange solution and is snitablc for both intra-organizational and inter-organizational HR management.展开更多

How reasonably common resources are distributed among the threads significantly determines the throughput and fairness performance in SMT processors. Existing resource distribution methods either mainly rely on the front-end fetch policy, or make distribution decisions according to the limited information from the pipeline. It is difficult for them to efficiently catch the various resource requirements of the threads. This work presents a spatially triggered dissipative resource distribution (SDRD) policy for SMT processors, its two parts, the self-organization mechanism that is driven by the real-time instructions per cycle (IPC) performance and the introduction of chaos that tries to control the diversity Of trial resource distributions, work together to supply sustaining resource distribution optimization for changing program behavior. Simulation results show that SDRD with fine-grained diversity controlling is more effective than that with a coarse-grained one. And SDRD benefits much from its two well-coordinated parts, providing potential fairness gains as well as good throughput gains. Meanings and settings of important SDRD parameters are also discussed.展开更多

Howevery the two-way QKD has its own unique advantages, which means the two-way QKD has become a focus recently. To improve the practieM performance of the two-way QKD, we present a security analysis of a two-way QKD protocol based on the decoy method with heralded single-photon sources (HSPSs). We make use of two approaches to calculate the yield and the quantum bit error rate of single-photon and two-photon pulses. Then we present the secret key generation rate based on the GLLP formula. The numerical simulation shows that the protocol with HSPSs has an advantage in the secure distance compared with weak coherent state sources. In addition, we present the final secret key by considering the statistical fluctuation of the yield generation rate of the LM05 protocol with finite resources and the error rate.展开更多

Due to finding solution which is closer to realistic characteristics, load forecasting, market price errors and the uncertainties related to the variable output power of wind based DG units are put in consideration. This work employs NSGA-II accompanied by the fuzzy set theory to solve the aforementioned multi-objective problem. The proposed scheme finally leads to a solution with a minimum voltage deviation, a maximum voltage stability, lower amount of pollutant and lower cost. The cost includes the installation costs of new equipment, reconfiguration costs, power loss cost, reliability cost, cost of energy purchased from power market, upgrade costs of lines and operation and maintenance costs of DGs. Therefore, the proposed methodology improves power quality, reliability and security in lower costs besides its preserve, with the operational indices of power distribution networks in acceptable level. To validate the proposed methodology's usefulness, it was applied on the IEEE 33-bus distribution system then the outcomes were compared with initial configuration.展开更多

Among them, food crop germplasm have 161 574 accesions, making up 83% of the total number. The maps of germplasm graphical distribution of main food crops, fibre plants and oil crops are presented. The crop germplasm in China are distributed widely in the whole country. With regard to provinces, crop germplasm resources are more bountiful in Shanxi, Guangxi, Sichuan, Shandong, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Hebei,Henan, Guangdong and the total germplasm resources in these provinces are 112 185 accessions, making up 57. 6% in the whole country. With regard to agricultural ragions, crop germplasm resources at the middle and lower reaches of the Huanghe (Yellow) River are the most bountiful, which have 52 325 accessions, making up 26. 9% in the whale country. The number of crop germplasm per million mu (1 ha = 15mu) of cultivated land is obviously different in different regions. The more bountiful the heat resources, the heat resources, the more complicated the terrain and the longer the history of agricultural planting, the richer the crop germplasm races per million mu cultivated land will be.展开更多

The survey results revealed cash gifts to be the second-largest expenditure(1,330 Yuan) for rural households, far beyond the average spending on health(854.1 Yuan) or education(890.8 Yuan). The amount of cash-gift expenditures indirectly reflects a family's social relations level, and our developed Social Relations Extent Coefficient—based on cash-gift and food expenditures—can directly reflect the extent or level of these relationships. Different types of farmers or farming families have different coefficients. The coefficient also shows how social station affects a family's water resource utilization, and how water is distributed among different types of farmers. Despite the current inequities, however, promotion of better agricultural techniques and large-scale cultivation in this area could help distribute water resources more equitably and effectively.展开更多

The HR ontology provides the semantic match of the surplus task and the surplus resource. Finally, an application example is presented to illustrate the achieved solution for a concrete scenario. This novel way offers a comprehensive HR exchange solution and is snitablc for both intra-organizational and inter-organizational HR management.

文摘Programs take on changing behavior at nmtime in a simultaneous multithreading (SMT) environment. Meanings and settings of important SDRD parameters are also discussed.

文摘The quantum key distribution (QKD) allows two parties to share a secret key by typically making use of a one-way quantum channel. In addition, we present the final secret key by considering the statistical fluctuation of the yield generation rate of the LM05 protocol with finite resources and the error rate.
文摘This research develops a comprehensive method to solve a combinatorial problem consisting of distribution system reconfiguration, capacitor allocation, and renewable energy resources sizing and siting simultaneously and to improve power system's accountability and system performance parameters. To validate the proposed methodology's usefulness, it was applied on the IEEE 33-bus distribution system then the outcomes were compared with initial configuration.

文摘The part of China, east of the Hu Huanyong Line,is commonly referred to as eastern China. It is characterized by a high population density and a well-developed economy;it also has huge energy demands. This study assesses and promotes the large-scale development of geothermal resources in eastern China by analyzing deep geological structures, geothermal regimes, and typical geothermal systems. These analyses are based on data collected from geotectology, deep geophysics, geothermics, structural geology, and petrology.Determining the distribution patterns of intermediate-to-deep geothermal resources in the region helps develop prospects for their exploitation and utilization.Eastern China hosts superimposed layers of rocks from three major, global tectonic domainsd namely Paleo-Asian,Circum-Pacific,and Tethyan rocks. The structure of its crust and mantle exhibits a special flyover pattern, with basins and mountains as well as well-spaced uplifts and depressions alternatively on top.The lithosphere in Northeast China and North China is characterized by a thin, low density crust and mantle, whereas the lithosphere in South China has a thin, low density crust and a thick, high density mantle. The middle and upper crust contain geobodies with high conductivity and low velocity, with varying degrees of development that create favorable conditions for the formation and enrichment of geothermal resources.Moderate-to-high temperature geothermal resources are distributed in the MesozoiceCenozoic basins in eastern China, although moderate temperature geothermal resources with low abundance dominate.Porous sandstone reservoirs, karstified fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs, and fissured granite reservoirs are the main types of geothermal reservoirs in this region.Under the currently available technical conditions, the exploitation and utilization of geothermal resources in eastern China favor direct utilization over large-scale geothermal power generation. In Northeast China and North China, geothermal resources could be applied for large-scale geothermal heating purposes;geothermal heating could be applied during winter along parts of the Yangtze River while geothermal cooling would be more suitable for summer there;geothermal cooling could also be applied to much of South China.Geothermal resources can also be applied to high value-added industries,to aid agricultural practices, and for tourism.
文摘This paper describes the characteristics and rules of geographical distribution of main crop germplasm resources, totally 194 634 accesions of germplasm of 73 crops. The more bountiful the heat resources, the heat resources, the more complicated the terrain and the longer the history of agricultural planting, the richer the crop germplasm races per million mu cultivated land will be.

文摘Face-to-face interviews(n=860) were conducted to determine cash-gift behavior, cognition and complexity of social relations, and family water consumption for agricultural production in a typical oasis area in Northwest China. Despite the current inequities, however, promotion of better agricultural techniques and large-scale cultivation in this area could help distribute water resources more equitably and effectively.
文摘The overlapping generation models the western scholars have designed from various perspectives to address different kinds of issues do not reflect Chinese emerging political and economic problems, and cannot be entirely and blindly applied to Chinese practical situation. In this paper the authors endeavor to incorporate some western scholars' research results into their own research findings to present overlapping generations model theory in a new perspective through establishing an overlapping generations theory on population including articulation of concepts and theorems of biological generation, economic generation and social generation and the overlapping periods in biological generation and two overlapping periods in economic generation among three generations. This management model with equilibrium distribution of resource wealth includes overlapping generations length model (6), equilibrium transfer model (θ) and a complete model on equilibrium distribution among generations (δ-θ). The model

文摘In this paper, we study the problem of resource allocation in small cell networks with distributed caching, that is, how to divide the spectrum resources for backhaul and access in order to improve network performance. We formulate our concerned problem by using multi-dimensional Markov model. Our problem considers that each user may access multiple small cell base stations. We conduct simulation experiments to evaluate the performance of our proposed resource allocation scheme. Our simulation results show that the appropriate spectrum resource allocation is important to improve network performance.
