Discussion and Practice of Exam-oriented Skills in Landscape "Quick Design"

Landscape quick design is an important approach to test students' scheme performance ability,and also a vital issue in current landscape design teaching.The study has discussed methods to improve ability for quick design in short time and employment competition of students of landscape major.By taking landscaping skill competition training in higher vocational schools of Zhejiang Province for example,from the perspective of characteristics of quick design,quick design training has been divided into six modules which are basic quality,schematic design,design theme,plants disposition,drawing effect and exam-oriented strategies;key points of training and exam-oriented strategies of each module have been illustrated at length;and finally five stages of training process have been listed,providing new thought for teaching of landscape quick design.

新时期高职院校文化建设的实践样态和发展导向——基于2018-2021年职业院校校园文化建设“一校一品”入选案例分析

借鉴政策文本分析范式,对2018-2021年职业院校校园文化建设“一校一品”入选的74个案例予以研究,初步厘清新时期职业院校文化建设的实践样态和发展导向。职业院校文化建设能体现职业特征、专业特色、地域特点,但在地域分布、省域分布、院校层次分布等方面存在失衡现象。新时期职业院校文化建设要坚持以生为本,以学生成长成才回应文化建设关切,以社会主义核心价值观作为文化建设的价值引领,以中华民族优秀传统文化厚实文化自信之力。在建设路径上要凸显校本特色、立足职教特征,以多维举措赓续校园文脉,以多元活力激发构建文化育人联合体。

南美洲Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块构造-岩性复合油藏成藏模式及有利区预测

通过岩心观察、地震解释、储层反演、原油地化分析、油源对比、油气运移示踪分析等对南美洲Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块典型构造-岩性复合油藏的成藏规律进行了分析,并指出了下一步的有利勘探方向。研究结果表明:①Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块构造-岩性复合油藏整体为西倾和西南倾单斜构造,局部发育鼻隆,油藏目的层为白垩系Napo组M1ss段,砂体呈北西—南东向,储层厚度大、物性好。②研究区河口湾砂坝控制有利储层分布,W区块平稳的西倾和西南倾单斜鼻隆构造背景与NW—SE走向的泥岩条带配合控制圈闭形成,有效油气运移通道的空间展布控制成藏。③构造-岩性油藏为三阶段成藏模式,早期常规原油充注,中期原油遭受降解,晚期常规原油混合降稠。④W区块南部地区2个泥岩条带的西南部位是W区块构造-岩性复合圈闭的有利发育区。

Transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films constructed by oblique oriented nano-flake crystals

In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The in-situ sol–gel process was implemented by coating the precursor sols for the synthesis of AlPO4-5 on the glass substrates successively using the spin-coating method.The films and powders scribed from the films were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The unique films were composed of oblique oriented nanoflake AlPO_(4)-5 crystals with the thickness of about 20 nm.The formation of nano-flake crystals can be ascribed to the high concentration of the precursors,resulting in the formation of a supersaturation system.The obtained films showed high antifogging performance due to the superhydrophilicity with a water contact angle of lower than 1.0°.The silicone oil contact angle was also low about 8.2°.In addition,heteroatom-substituted AlPO_(4)-5 films showing different colors can be obtained easily by simply adding transition metal ions in the phosphate acid solution during the preparation that can extend the application of the method for different coating demand.

2013 Curriculum Reflected in an International Oriented Senior High School, Yogyakarta

Curriculum is one of important factors which contribute to improving learner＇s ability and potency in education. Curriculum used in school has a purpose to make learners be active and creative persons. It is an education plan that emphasizes the competency of learners. Indonesia, through its Ministry of Education, implements 2013 Curriculum officially that reflects the competency of learners. This curriculum is actually similar with competence-based curriculum which concentrates on learners. In senior high school level, English becomes one of the subjects of final national examination and also this is the last level for learners before they continue their study to university. International oriented school is a school that applies English as a second language and also a school cooperates with or uses international standard curriculum. Reflecting learning and teaching English in senior high school especially in the international oriented school is very important and needs special attention. This research investigates the implementation of curriculum in the international oriented senior high school in Yogyakarta. From the research, it is known that the school officially does not implement 2013 Curriculum. However, ACT （Assessment Certificate Test） curriculum and the values of the school automatically reflect the 2013 Curriculum because the school empowering implementation of competency-based curriculum in learning process that focuses on learner-centered learning, facilitating assessments of process of learning and fostering learners＇ autonomy through the curriculum is reflected in the school essentially in the programs and activities.

Is Business School Performance Impacted by Market Orientation Toward Students, Employers of Students, and Parents of Students？ Views from Accounting Department Chairpersons, Business School Deans, and Academic Vice-Presidents of AACSB Business Schools

This paper is part of a continuing research stream dealing with organizational behavior and performance in higher education, specifically within AACSB-Intemational business schools. Using responses to a national survey sent to AACSB-International members schools located in the United States, we report market orientation levels toward students, parents of students, and employers of students as well as levels of organizational performance reported by accounting department chairpersons, business school deans, and academic vice-presidents. Theory and empirical research suggest that higher levels of market orientation result in higher levels of organizational performance. Comparisons of the various input scores for each customer group （students, parents of students, and employers of students） submitted by the survey respondents are made against a benchmark established for businesses in the marketing literature and then scores are compared by administrative groups against one another. Finally, regression analysis is used to determine if the reported levels of organizational performance are impacted by the levels of reported market orientation. Altogether, 101 accounting department chairpersons, 130 business school deans, and 110 academic vice-presidents responded. The paper presents details of the research process, findings, statistical inferences, and discusses the implications of the research for schools of business and academic accounting departments.

Photo-polymerization of liquid crystalline monomer in oriented liquid crystal phase

A new approach to synthesize liquid crystalline polymer with narrow polydispersity index（PDI） was developed.Photopolymerization of 4-cyanophenyl-4＇-（6-acryloyloxyhexyloxy）benzoate（RM23） in nematic liquid crystals with macroscopic orientation was studied.The effects of the monomer concentration on the molecular weight and PDI of the resulting polymers were studied through gel permeation chromatography（GPC） and polarized optical microscopy.The low PDI of 1.19 and 1.22 was obtained in the reverse and normal modes,respectively.The PDI and molecular weight increased with monomer concentration.

高中生物生活化教学现状调查与分析--以广西玉林市为例

随着我国基础教育课程改革和高中生物课程标准的落实,高中生物教学越来越重视课程内容与实际生活的联系。当前,生活化教学在落实过程中仍存在一些阻碍因素,文章以玉林市为例,采用文献研究法和问卷调查法对生物课程生活化教学的现状及存在问题进行整理分析,并从学校、教师、学生三个方面提出了相应建议,为进一步优化玉林市高中生物生活化教学提供理论指导,为改进教学现状提供参考。

The enlightenment of the development of New Oriental School on Chinese educational system

In modern society, the essence of social competition is the competition of talents who are in need of education, and the education＇s quality can decide a nation＇s future and destiny. With the continuous development of China, Chinese educational system is also facing a new stage of development. Starting with analyzing the case of New Oriental School, a very popular training institution in China, this paper finds its sponsoring characteristics and the current situation of education in China by surveying and comparing some data. It is found that New Oriental School＇s success is the integration of Chinese and western culture. On the one hand, New Oriental School pays attention to training teachers and learning advanced teaching ideas and methods of western countries, on the other hand, its education is directed towards Chinese examination-oriented education, which results from the current situation that China has a large population and sharp competitions and the examination-oriented education can not be replaced in this moment. Chinese education can get a lot of inspirations from New Oriental School＇s successful experience. This paper makes a suggestion that China can benefit from the mode of New Oriental School, learning the advanced concepts and teaching methods of western countries, and doing some improvements to explore a suitable way for Chinese educational development.

应用型本科高校物流管理专业产教融合协同育人模式探究--以晋中信息学院为例

随着经济高速发展和全球化趋势日益突出,现代物流理论和技术已在发达国家得到了空前应用和发展,并产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。随着我国物流服务需求的快速增长,引进和发展现代物流理论和技术,培养现代物流经营管理的高级人才,已成为当务之急。应用型本科高校物流管理人才的培育仍然存在专业设置与社会需求匹配程度低、教育模式与应用模式融合不够等问题。文章以晋中信息学院为例,在应用型本科高校产教融合的原则指导下,挖掘晋中信息学院管理专业产教融合实践过程中存在的问题,探究应用型本科高校产教融合协同育人新模式。

研究型大学校院联动有组织科研的实践与探索——以上海交通大学为例

基于上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院开展有组织科研以及和涉海单位协同开展“大海洋”行动计划专项的实践,从职能定位、管理方式、组织形式等维度探究了研究型大学校院联动有组织科研运行的机制。二级学院采用闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式,探索形成了科研区域协同创新管理模式,并探索融入上海临港进行有组织的科研合作,为研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研提供了最佳实践标杆案例。“大海洋”行动计划聚焦国家重大战略需求,有组织地从多学科交叉创新、创新基地建设、优势资源导入、组织机制建设等方面,以需求导向和平台化布局开展协同攻关,形成一种产学研用融通全链条生态体系科研发展模式。研究结论可为我国研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研实践提供参考。

校企合作背景下应用型高校体育专业实践教学评价模式研究

以校企合作视角为切入点,探讨了校企合作在应用型高校体育专业人才培养中的作用,分析了校企合作中的实践教学形式、存在问题,以及评价模式和评价维度等内容。通过分析校企合作在推动应用型高校体育专业人才培养中的价值及当前存在的问题,提出了基于校企合作实践教学效果的多维度评价模式。研究结果表明,校企合作为实践教学提供了丰富的资源和机会,根据当前存在问题和改革发展需要,可以采用多维度评价模式来促进实践教学质量的提升,更好地促进学生的实践应用能力和综合素质的发展。

小学数学“教—学—评”一致性的教学行动模型

“教—学—评”一致性具有重大的价值意蕴,但在实践教学中面临着要素缺失、要素脱节等现象。“教—学—评”一致性是在目标统领下一致性地思考教学、学习和评价的问题,即“教—学—评”所指向结果的一致性和“教—学—评”过程的协同性。在此基础上,构建素养导向的小学数学“教—学—评”一致性的教学行动模型,其实施要点如下:建立学习内容与素养表现的关联;制订并评估素养导向的单元学习目标;目标指引下开展“教—学—评”一体化设计。
