Construction and Implementation of Multi Collaborative Service Platform Based on Industrial Competitive Intelligence

With the economic globalization and the increasingly fierce industrial competition at home and abroad, the importance of industrial competitive intelligence service is becoming increasingly prominent. Under the policy background of cooperation and sharing, pluralistic coordination has become a new trend in regional economic development. The multi collaborative online service platform of industrial competitive intelligence is jointly constructed by all service subjects. The platform is guided and promoted by the government. Colleges and universities provide support for industrial competitive intelligence theory and professionals, scientific research institutes provide talent and advanced technology support, industry associations are responsible for dynamic monitoring of industrial development, and profit-making institutions are responsible for supplementing industrial competitive intelligence achievements. All service subjects integrate and explore existing intelligence resources and services through the unified online industrial competitive intelligence sharing platform, so as to realize benign cooperation, collaborative management, resource integration, user integration and service integration among subjects, so as to realize multiple collaborative services of industrial competitive intelligence.

Multiple Collaborative Service Model and System Construction Based on Industrial Competitive Intelligence

This paper constructs a multiple collaborative service model of industrial competition intelligence with the main purpose of promoting the development of regional industries. The multiple service subjects include enterprises, governments, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, industry associations and for-profit institutions. This article starts from the overall development of regional industrial economy, weighs the mutual relationship between the elements of the service model, and promotes multiple service subjects such as enterprises, governments, universities, research institutes, industry associations, and profit-making organizations to realize the collaborative service of resource intelligence, demand intelligence and data intelligence provides linkage intelligence service for the development and innovation of regional industries. This service model can improve the efficiency of industrial competitive intelligence services and the overall competitiveness of regional industries.

Self-surveillance in French Colonial West Africa： French Intelligence Services and the Hamallist Information Network （1910-1943）

In this article, with the use of the Agency mode, I try to shed light on the resilient capacity of African societies to the foreign inroad in the 20th century. In 1910-1940, the success of Hamallist Information Networks to beat the French imperial machinery in the Nioro of the Sahara located in the French Sudan （known as Mali nowadays）, leads to reconsidering the power relationship organizing the authority and the challenge to establish the authority relation during colonial period. That calls into question the idea of a sole and unique domination by French imperialism during colonization and at the same time, it indicates that indigenous people were very active in the historical processes, which determined their existence.

Artificial Intelligence Model for Software Reusability Prediction System

The most significant invention made in recent years to serve various applications is software.Developing a faultless software system requires the soft-ware system design to be resilient.To make the software design more efficient,it is essential to assess the reusability of the components used.This paper proposes a software reusability prediction model named Flexible Random Fit(FRF)based on aging resilience for a Service Net(SN)software system.The reusability predic-tion model is developed based on a multilevel optimization technique based on software characteristics such as cohesion,coupling,and complexity.Metrics are obtained from the SN software system,which is then subjected to min-max nor-malization to avoid any saturation during the learning process.The feature extrac-tion process is made more feasible by enriching the data quality via outlier detection.The reusability of the classes is estimated based on a tool called Soft Audit.Software reusability can be predicted more effectively based on the pro-posed FRF-ANN(Flexible Random Fit-Artificial Neural Network)algorithm.Performance evaluation shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms all the other techniques,thus ensuring the optimization of software reusability based on aging resilient.The model is then tested using constraint-based testing techni-ques to make sure that it is perfect at optimizing and making predictions.

Unmanned aerial vehicle based intelligent triage system in mass-casualty incidents using 5G and artificial intelligence

BACKGROUND:Rapid on-site triage is critical after mass-casualty incidents(MCIs)and other mass injury events.Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have been used in MCIs to search and rescue wounded individuals,but they mainly depend on the UAV operator’s experience.We used UAVs and artificial intelligence(AI)to provide a new technique for the triage of MCIs and more efficient solutions for emergency rescue.METHODS:This was a preliminary experimental study.We developed an intelligent triage system based on two AI algorithms,namely OpenPose and YOLO.Volunteers were recruited to simulate the MCI scene and triage,combined with UAV and Fifth Generation(5G)Mobile Communication Technology real-time transmission technique,to achieve triage in the simulated MCI scene.RESULTS:Seven postures were designed and recognized to achieve brief but meaningful triage in MCIs.Eight volunteers participated in the MCI simulation scenario.The results of simulation scenarios showed that the proposed method was feasible in tasks of triage for MCIs.CONCLUSION:The proposed technique may provide an alternative technique for the triage of MCIs and is an innovative method in emergency rescue.

With the intensification of population aging and the implementation of the three-child policy,the elderly care pressure of Chinese families continues to rise.Therefore,accelerating the construction of a new intelligent elderly care service model is an important measure to actively respond to population aging,ease the burden of family elderly care and promote high-quality economic development.In view of this,this study analyzed the intelligent elderly care service to explore the relevant countermeasures of the intelligent elderly care service in the context of fewer children.

As the global demand for healthcare services continues to grow,improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare ecosystem has become a pressing concern.Information systems are transforming the healthcare delivery process,shifting the focus of healthcare services from passive disease treatment to proactive health prevention and the healthcare management model from hospital-centric to patient-centric.This study focuses on reviewing research in IS journals on the topic of e-health and is dedicated to constructing a theoretical model of intelligent health to provide a research basis for future discussions in this field.In addition,as the innovation of intelligent healthcare services has led to changes in its elements(e.g.,an increase in the number of stakeholders),there is an urgent need to sort out and analyze the existing research.

Key technologies of artificial intelligence in electric power customer service

As the demand for customer service continues to increase,more companies are attempting to apply artificial intelligence technology in the field of customer service,enabling intelligent customer service,reducing customer service pressure,and reducing operating costs.Currently,the existing intelligent customer service has a limited degree of intelligence and can only answer simple user questions,and complex user expressions are difficult to understand.To solve the problem of low accuracy of multi-round dialogue semantic understanding,this paper proposes a semantic understanding model based on the fusion of a convolutional neural network(CNN)and attention.The model builds an“intention-slot”joint model based on the“encoding–decoding”framework and uses hidden semantic information that combines intent recognition and slot filling,avoiding the problem of information loss in traditional isolated tasks,and achieving end-to-end semantic understanding.Additionally,an improved attention mechanism based on CNNs is introduced in the decoding process to reduce the interference of redundant information in the original text,thereby increasing the accuracy of semantic understanding.Finally,by applying the model to electric power intelligent customer service,we verified through an experimental comparison that the proposed fusion model improves the performance of intent recognition and slot filling and can improve the user experience of electric power intelligent customer services.

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Urban Community Intelligence Service for the Elderly

The problem of aging population is a major trend in the twenty-first Century. As a new way of old-age pension, intelligent endowment service has been implemented in China, and gradually extended. Intelligence service binding architecture for interoperability between home network devices

Existing home devices in home network provides only independent services limited on a homogeneous protocol and/or do not fully support an intelligent service provided by cooperating among heterogeneous protocol devices. This paper proposes an intelligent and integrated service binding architecture which allow the users to figure out the status of devices and to cooperate among home network devices regardless of supported protocols or operational characteristics.

Intelligent emergency service system based on wireless sensor and actuator networks

An intelligent emergency service（ IES） system is designed for indoor environments based on a wireless sensor and actuator network（ WSAN） composed of a gateway, sensor nodes, and a multi-robot system（ MRS）. If the MRS receives accident alarm information, the group of robots will navigate to the accident sites and provide corresponding emergency services.According to the characteristics of the MRS, a distributed consensus formation protocol is designed, which can assure that the multiple robots arrive at the accident site in a specified formation. The prototype emergency service system was designed and implemented, and some relevant simulations and experiments were carried out. The results showthat the MRS can successfully provide emergency lighting and failure node replacement services when accidents happen. The effectiveness of the algorithm and the feasibility of the system are verified.

研究了分布式并行遗传算法的智能组卷问题。设计了在校园网范围内的分布式Web服务的组卷系统,通过多线程的软件结构实现了Web服务之间的相互调用及反馈机制,采用基于Base64的预先基因压缩方案来提高SOAP性能。仿真试验证明了分布式Web服务的组卷系统不仅可以极大地减少组卷时间、具有良好的容错能力,同时也能一次生成多套试卷,为构建B/S模式下的机器考试系统提供了依据。
