Although it was frigid outside mid-winter, classrooms in the Business School of Beijing International Studies University are still as warm as spring,because of the passionate teachers and students. Professors were conducting lectures in English, as the students listen carefully and occasionally answered the questions posed in fluent English.If hearing their voices only, audiences might easily mistake that they were in a university in an English-speaking country.'

Translation, Cultural Adaption and Validation of Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture in Kosovo

Background: An essential condition to improve patient safety is considered to ensure a supportive patient safety culture. Measuring the culture of patient safety in all health care institutions may be a first step to target improvements. Creating a culture of safety requires eliminating the culture of blame. In order to formulate actions for improvement, it is important for hospitals to assess their baseline scores for the existing safety culture and to determine the areas of priority. Aim: The aim of this study was first to measure the use, translation in Albanian and adaptation of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) assessment as a tool for improving patient safety in Kosovo Hospitals. The second aim was to measure the level of patient safety culture in Kosovo, in seven hospitals and one University Clinical Center (hospitals with over 50 beds, including psychiatric hospitals). Method: The questionnaire (HSOPSC) was translated into Albanian for use in the Kosovo. It was used forward-backward translation: the questions were translated into Albanian by one translator and then translated back into English by an independent translator who was blinded to the original questionnaire. Results: In the eight-factor model, the internal consistency of the factors and the construct validity of the HSOPSC questionnaire were mostly satisfactory. The construct validity was sufficient for all subscales, except for the 4 other subscale regarding intention to report incidents which correlated poorly with other subscales. In total, HSOPSC has 12 dimensions. Cronbach’s α showed that in Kosovarian society, we could use only 8 dimensions model. Conclusion: The hypothesis that HSOPSC would be a suitable instrument to provide important indicators for the improvement of patient safety culture was tested and it was confirmed, that HSOPSC could be used as 8 dimension model. HSOPSC is suitable to improve patient safety culture and provide each hospital with a basic profile on patient safety culture and recommendations for an oriented intervention plan.

The Basic Role of Cultural Knowledge of Both the Source and Target Culture in Translation

Cultural knowledge of both the source and target culture plays a significant role in the translation. For the reason that translation is an activity of cross-cultural communication, cultural knowledge can bring the important impact on translation, including facilitating the quality of translation, overcoming cultural barriers and equipping translators as qualified intercultural communicators. From above aspects, cultural knowledge is taking up a dominant position in translation and influencing translation effectively.

A Study of the Cultivation of English Cultural Awareness in High School——Based on the Core Competencies and Values of English

Cultural awareness is the basis of communication,and it includes our own cultural values,beliefs and the ability to perceive the world.When students learn English and communicate with people from English culture,cultural awareness becomes very important.Meanwhile,National English Curriculum Standards for General High School puts cultural awareness in the key position of the Core Competencies and Values of English subjects.At present,the academic research and analysis on the Core Competencies and Values of English mainly focus on the language ability,learning ability and students’learning motivation.This paper intends to explore the cultivation of high school students’English cultural awareness through qualitative research and literature collation and there are 5 parts totally in this paper.The first part is the introduction,introducing the background of cultural consciousness and the significance of research.The second part is a literature review,analyzing the previous opinions both domestically and internationally.The third part is a review of cultural consciousness,summarizing the theory,historical development and main genres of cultural consciousness.The fourth part is the exploration of the cultivation of cultural awareness,including the requirements,the problems and methods of the cultivation of cultural awareness in high school English teaching.The fifth part is the conclusion,which advocates the cultivation of cultural consciousness and the development of English subject through the summary and reflection.The significance of this paper lies in the majority of teachers to create a harmonious teaching environment,facilitate the students’cultural awareness,improve high school students’cultural understanding and cultural awareness,as well as improve high school students’English discipline Core Competencies and Values so that it could benefit the development of English in our country.

On the Whole-Process People’s Democracy and the Construction of Citizens’ Cultural Quality

The Whole-Process People’s Democracy has become an important proposition of the socialist modernization democratic theory with Chinese characteristics,and has important value for the development of the new form of human civilization.The Whole-Process People’s Democracy is not only a“democracy”system,its focus is to achieve“people’s democracy”,its unique feature is to surpass“non process”democracy with the“Whole-Process”,and create a new governance path of a new form of human civilization.Of course,the emphasis of people’s democracy on the consciousness of people’s subjective participation in the whole process also puts forward corresponding requirements for the cultural quality construction of Chinese social citizens in the new era,so it is also of great significance to pay attention to the cultivation of citizens’public spirit.

Repetitive administration of cultured human CD34+cells improve adenine-induced kidney injury in mice

BACKGROUND There is no established treatment to impede the progression or restore kidney function in human chronic kidney disease(CKD).AIM To examine the efficacy of cultured human CD34+cells with enhanced proliferating potential in kidney injury in mice.METHODS Human umbilical cord blood(UCB)-derived CD34+cells were incubated for one week in vasculogenic conditioning medium.Vasculogenic culture significantly increased the number of CD34+cells and their ability to form endothelial progenitor cell colony-forming units.Adenineinduced tubulointerstitial injury of the kidney was induced in immunodeficient non-obese diabetic/severe combined immunodeficiency mice,and cultured human UCB-CD34+cells were administered at a dose of 1×106/mouse on days 7,14,and 21 after the start of adenine diet.RESULTS Repetitive administration of cultured UCB-CD34+cells significantly improved the time-course of kidney dysfunction in the cell therapy group compared with that in the control group.Both interstitial fibrosis and tubular damage were significantly reduced in the cell therapy group compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Microvasculature integrity was significantly preserved(P<0.01)and macrophage infiltration into kidney tissue was dramatically decreased in the cell therapy group compared with those in the control group(P<0.001).CONCLUSION Early intervention using human cultured CD34+cells significantly improved the progression of tubulointerstitial kidney injury.Repetitive administration of cultured human UCB-CD34+cells significantly improved tubulointerstitial damage in adenine-induced kidney injury in mice via vasculoprotective and anti-inflammatory effects.

Evaluation of patient safety culture as perceived by nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic

Objectives:A good patient safety culture(PSC)is linked to a reduced risk of patient problems and minimal undesirable occurrences.This study investigated the PSC levels from nurses'perspectives during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:A descriptive cross-sectional design was applied.The Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture(HSOPSC)questionnaire was administered to 315 nurses working at 2 major hospitals in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,a t-test,and a one-way ANOVA test.The statistical significance of the correlation was determined at the 0.05 level.Results:PSC was rated as medium overall according to the nurses,with a weighted mean of 2.88–0.76 and a relative weight of 57.57%.In addition,all PSC composites were rated from medium to high,except organizational learning,which was rated low.The correlation between sociodemographic variables as well as PSC levels was investigated using the t-test and one-way ANOVA test.The association is statistically significant when P≤0.05.The findings revealed a statistically significant correlation between nurse nationality(t=-4.399,P=0.000),age(F=7.917,P=0.000),experience in years(F=3.760,P=0.024),and hospital(t=-0.401,P=0.689).Conclusions:The nurses in this study had a medium overall PSC level,and all PSC composites ranged from a medium to a high level,except organizational learning,which had a low level.In addition,the findings showed that there is a significant relationship between PSC levels,nurses'nationalities,experience in years,and the hospital itself.

Analysis of the Forming Process of Construction Enterprise Culture Based on the QFD Theory

In order to clarify the direction and way of construction enterprise culture,the method of construction enterprise culture based on quality function deployment(QFD)theory is put forward.Firstly,the paper analyzes the QFD theory and the forming process of construction enterprise culture and considers that the two have strong adaptability in the aspects of basic characteristics,implementation process,and logical relationship.Secondly,based on QFD,the basic framework of construction enterprise culture is established,which is divided into three stages:cultural planning,process planning,and implementation planning.Finally,the paper expounds on each link of the cultural planning matrix in detail.

淡水养殖池塘水质评价及与底质相关性分析

在哈尔滨地区面积6 600 m^(2)、平均水深1.2 m、多年未清淤的泥沙底质典型淡水精养池溏中混养鲤(Cyprinus carpio)、鲇(Silurus asotus)、草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)和鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix),春季(4—5月)、夏季(6—8月)和秋季(9月)不同时间采集池塘水体和表层底泥样品,监测养殖周期内水质总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)、硝酸盐氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)和总有机碳(TOC)含量及高锰酸盐指数(COD_(Mn))、p H的季节性变化,利用单项污染指数法、综合污染指数法评价水体污染程度,利用主成分分析法解析水质污染的主要驱动因子,并结合底质指标绘制网络关系图。结果表明:池塘水质整体处于严重污染水平,春季优于夏季和秋季。参与评价时池塘水质为Ⅳ类、Ⅴ类和劣Ⅴ类,水质超标数随着养殖时间延长而增加,TN在全养殖周期内均超出警戒水平;TN、TP、NH_(4)^(+)-N和COD_(Mn)是池塘水体的主要污染物。因子分析结果表明,池塘水质主要受鱼类的生长代谢、溶解氧和投饵的影响,污染物以N、P营养盐为主。水体TP、TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N和底泥NO_(2)^(-)-N呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),与底泥TOC呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。池塘水体和底泥中的有机物污染具有共现性,水体TOC和底泥TOC呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。

数字经济驱动与文化产业高质量发展

基于产业链的研究脉络,立足“价值链—技术链—企业链—空间链”的研究框架,利用2013—2020年省级面板数据,实证考察数字赋能文化产业高质量发展的效果、规律与路径,分析数字经济对文化产业高质量发展的影响效应。研究发现,数字经济能显著提升文化产业的高质量发展水平,且具有边际报酬递减的非线性特征;机制分析表明,数字经济对文化产业高质量发展的促进作用主要通过提高知识产权保护力度、促进创新要素流动和降低交易成本来实现;进一步区分“宽带中国”试点地区、大数据综合试验园区和智慧城市分析发现,政策工具试点地区数字经济对文化产业高质量发展的驱动作用更强。中国未来文化产业的发展应抓住数字化转型的重大时代机遇,推动文化科技融合创新,以高质量文化供给实现文化繁荣和经济增长的双重目标。

文旅融合赋能文化软实力的理论机理与发展路径

文化软实力是中国式现代化进程中文化强国建设的重要方向,高质量文旅融合是提升文化软实力的必由之路。文章首先解析文化软实力的结构维度,提出文化软实力包括文化凝聚力、文化创新力、文化辐射力、文化传播力和文化保障力,并进一步总结文旅资源融合增强文化凝聚力、文旅业态融合提升文化创新力、文旅市场融合扩大文化辐射力、文旅交流融合加强文化传播力、文旅服务融合夯实文化保障力等主要机制;其次,剖析文旅融合赋能文化软实力的关键问题,指出文旅融合产品的文化内涵不足、科技赋能文旅融合效用不显著、文旅融合品牌特色优势不突出、文旅融合背景下入境旅游不景气、文旅融合体制机制边界不清晰,这些关键问题制约文化软实力发展。在提炼文旅融合赋能文化软实力的国际经验的基础上,提出文旅融合赋能文化软实力提升的发展建议,为文旅融合高质量发展和文化软实力建设提供参考。

中国与“一带一路”共建国家文化贸易成效、挑战与对策

加强与共建国家的文化贸易是中国推进共建“一带一路”倡议、促进文化开放发展的重要内容。自共建“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国政府高度重视与共建国家的文化贸易发展,持续推进文化市场改革开放,深化文化交流与合作,强化制度、资金等多方面保障。当前,中国与共建国家的文化贸易取得了突出成效,总体目标方针与具体任务部署更加明确、合理,地方特色更加凸显,基地建设、项目投资取得新进展,中国与共建国家之间的文化产品贸易规模和顺差显著扩大,多个产业的文化产品输出取得了突破。然而,中国与共建国家的文化贸易受到内外部多方面因素的影响,面临文化差异等挑战。新发展阶段,中国要更加重视文化发展、加强区域协调联动、强化理论研究与实践,传承、弘扬中华文明,以高度的文化自信推动与“一带一路”共建国家文化贸易的高质量发展。

建设体育强国进程中的体育文化高质量发展研究

在深入贯彻落实中共二十大会议精神的背景下,体育文化高质量发展是中国建设体育强国不可或缺的重要内容。运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法分析了体育文化高质量发展应秉持的全面、融合、创新、协调的理念及体育文化高质量发展的内涵,提出体育文化高质量发展有6个特征,即吸引力大、组织力强、亲和力好、传播力强、创新力足、融合度高。体育文化高质量发展方式包括以全面发展促进体育文化体系完善、以融合发展提高体育文化共建质量、以创新发展提高体育文化建设质量、以协调发展提高体育文化产品质量。梳理了我国在中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来体育文化建设中取得的多方面成绩,并提出了存在的不足和建设体育强国的体育文化高质量发展的建议。

低盐和淡水养殖模式下草鱼肌肉营养和风味品质评价

为探究低盐养殖草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肌肉的品质特征,以淡水养殖草鱼(体质量为1.83 kg±0.13 kg)和低盐养殖草鱼(体质量为1.37 kg±0.21 kg)为研究对象,分析了两组草鱼肌肉营养成分(水分、脂肪、蛋白质、氨基酸与脂肪酸组成及含量)、挥发性风味物质和质构特性的差异,并进行了品质比较与评价。结果表明:低盐养殖(低盐组)草鱼肌肉中蛋白质、脂肪、必需氨基酸总量、多不饱和脂肪酸总量、EPA+DHA含量极显著高于淡水养殖(淡水组)草鱼(P<0.01),且具有较高的营养价值;1-辛烯-3-醇对两种养殖模式下草鱼的总体风味贡献最大,低盐组草鱼肌肉中呈异味的1-辛烯-3-醇、辛醛、(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛含量显著低于淡水组(P<0.05),具有较好的风味;低盐组草鱼肌肉的硬度和咀嚼性均显著高于淡水组草鱼(P<0.05),具有较好的口感。研究表明,低盐养殖草鱼的营养和风味品质均优于淡水养殖草鱼,具有更高的食用价值。

不同养殖区域的卵形鲳鲹营养品质分析与评价研究

目的研究不同养殖区域的卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)营养品质差异,并对其品质进行评价。方法以海南、广西、广东3个养殖区域的卵形鲳鲹为研究对象,对基本营养成分、蛋白质、氨基酸与矿物元素进行测定,采用主成分分析对营养品质指标进行评价。结果3个养殖区域的卵形鲳鲹氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸含量与鲜味氨基酸含量未呈现显著差异;氨基酸评分与化学评分结果显示3个养殖区域卵形鲳鲹氨基酸组成均衡;脂肪酸结果显示广东养殖卵形鲳鲹饱和脂肪酸含量最高为38.84%±6.23%,海南单不饱和脂肪酸含量最高为37.20%±2.06%,广西多不饱和脂肪酸含量最高为39.27%±4.42%;3个养殖区域的矿物元素含量丰富,常量元素中最高的是钾与钠,微量元素中海南卵形鲳鲹中铁含量最高,显著高于广西与广东,广西养殖卵形鲳鲹中锌元素含量最高,显著高于海南与广东;主成分分析得到的综合得分结果显示广西综合评分最高,其次是海南,最次为广东。结论不同养殖区域的卵形鲳鲹营养成分存在差异,研究为卵形鲳鲹品质评价体系构建提供数据支撑。

广州文化产业园区高质量发展评价及对策

文化产业园区建设对推动文化产业高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究在剖析文化产业园区高质量发展内涵的基础上,从产业、资源、空间、品牌四个维度,构建文化产业园区高质量发展特征评价模型,并以广州文化产业园区为研究对象展开分析。研究发现,广州文化产业园区在不同维度的发展特征不一,每个维度都有发展较好的典型园区,其经验做法值得借鉴。本研究从以上四个维度进一步提出优化策略,以期更好地推动广州文化产业园区高质量发展,并为其他城市的文化产业园区建设提供参考借鉴。

不同发酵剂对发酵牛肉品质、风味特性和安全性的影响

牛肉富含蛋白质、脂肪含量低,深受消费者喜爱,然而其难咀嚼、附加值低。为提高牛肉的口感风味,研究本单位的3株专利菌株——W9-3罗伊氏乳杆菌、M3-16副干酪乳杆菌和MY4马克斯克鲁维酵母制备的单菌和复配发酵剂对牛肉理化、感官品质、生物胺形成和挥发性风味的影响。结果表明,与未发酵和自然发酵的牛肉相比,添加发酵剂可降低牛肉的pH(均小于5.5)、水分活度(降低0.6%~4.1%)、TBA值和羰基值,抑制组胺、色胺、酪胺和丁二胺等生物胺的形成,提升熟化牛肉的亮度和弹性,降低硬度、黏着性、咀嚼性和黏聚性。其中复配组优于单菌组。利用SPME-GC-MS方法从焙烤发酵牛肉中鉴定出86种挥发性化合物,其相对含量和主成分分析结果表明,用发酵剂发酵的烤牛肉的风味物质与未发酵和自然发酵相比形成多种新的醇、醛和酮类。感官评价表明,使用发酵剂能在一定程度上提高牛肉的组织形态、外观色泽、气味和口感。尤其是复配发酵剂可改善发酵牛肉品质,提升风味,抑制生物胺。本文为牛肉发酵工艺优化提供理论依据。
