Re-examination of Fundamental Concepts of Heat, Work, Energy, Entropy, and Information Based on NGST

In order to use the framework of general system theory(GST)to unify the three mechanics subjects of classical mechanics,quantum mechanics,and relativistic mechanics,a new general system theory(NGST)is developed based on a new ontology of ether and minds as the fundamental existences in the world.Based on this new ontology,many fundamental concepts have been detected to be ambiguously defined nowadays and particularly lack of ontological support.In our previous work,some of the fundamental concepts such as universe,world,time,space,matter,ether,mind,life,field,force have been redefined.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the concepts of energy,heat,work,entropy,and information in our NGST.This is an important and necessary step in the development of the NGST.

The Influence of Spiritual Values on Work Motivation, Management Control, and Quality of Financial Information on IFIs in Indonesia

This study aims to investigate the influence of spiritual values on work motivation, management control, and the quality of financial information on Islamic financial institutions （IFIs） in Indonesia. Spiritual values are measured using four reflexive indicators, namely, Shiddiq, Fathanah, Amanah, and Tabligh. Work motivation is formed by four formative indicators, namely, compensation, recognition, work experience, and openness. Management control variable is formed by four formative indicators, namely, planning, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring, and finally, the quality of financial information is manifested in four reflexive variables, namely, relevant, comparable, understandable, and consistent. Data are collected through questionnaires with 125 respondents as samples from three types of IFIs, such as Islamic banking, Islamic pawnshop, and Islamic insurance in Indonesia. Methods of data analysis include the use of partial least squares （PLS） to analyze the influence of spiritual values on work motivation, management control, and quality of financial information. The results of this study showed that the manifestation of spiritual values in IFIs is able to influence the quality of financial information through the media as motivation and management control, but directly spiritual values are not able to influence the quality of financial information. While work motivation and management control significantly influence the quality of financial information.

Information Network System for WDCDS/NCSDI

World Data Center-D for Seismology(WDCDS)is a member of the World Data Center System under ICSU and is one of the nine World Data Centers located in China(WDC-D).During the period from 1993 to 1996,an information network system,called CSDInet,was developed in National Center for Seismic Data and Information(NCSDI)and has become the basic technical supporting system for WDC-D for Seismology.CSDInet consists of four basic parts:computer network center,LAN(Local Area Network),link to Internet,and nationwide PSTN(with dialing-up telephone line)user network.In this paper a "multi-layer multi-mode" management of data flow for this system will be explained and the data and information services will be described.

On Implicit Information Translation of Shakespeare' s Works from the Perspective of Relevance Theory:In the Case of Zhu' s Translation and Liang' s Translation

The Relevance Theory put forward by Sperber and Wilson not only gives rise to a new research on pragmatics, but also provides a new theoretic foundation for other disciplines. Gutt applies the theory to translation and gives a relevance-theoretic account of translation. The relevance-theoretic communicative model provides rational explanation for existence of the implicit information. The appropri ate treatment of the implicit information is consistent with readers' cognitive environment and expectation. Human communication de pends on not only the text, but also the inferential context. The adequate contextual effect is derived from the correct judgment and infer ence of the implicit information in communication. Therefore, the translator should match the original author' s intention with target text readers' expectation to make sure that they yield adequate contextual effects with appropriate processing efforts. Implicitness is one of the features of Shakespeare' s works. It is more demanding for the translators to catch and transfer to the target readers the implicit information. Zhu Shenghao and Liang Shiqiu, the two famous translators adopt different translation strategies to deal with the implicit information in the works.

Integration of Building Maintenance Data in Application of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

A typical building project has a long life in the maintenance stage. Also, the cost at this stage is enormously huge compared to planning, design and construction phases. In the earlier stage, which is planning or design phase, however, many project participants put little emphasis on the maintenance information. As a result, important maintenance data is missing and erroneously feedback to the 3D/BIM model. This research provides a generic process model for maintenance information management for building facilities. The authors have identified that there exist most-frequently used information areas: checking information, material information, equipment information, supplier information, and maintenance history information. Each information area should be embedded in the BIM model in order to effectively feedback to the operation and maintenance stage in the project. Thus, the study has proposed a novel data format structure which can effectively link the 3D/BIM object with the maintenance data. The demonstration project shows how the data format structure is used. The contribution of this study is to provide guidance to a project practitioner by step-by-step approach in dealing with the significant maintenance information in the earlier stage of the construction project.

Cultural Influence,Organizational Climate,Ability of Information Technology to Motivation and Satisfaction Employees of Bankaltim

This research copes to study the relationship between cultural variables of organization,organizational climate,ability of information technology,motivation work to satisfaction of bank employees’performance and activity of BPD in East Kalimantan.This research addressed to analyze the cultural variable of organization,the ability of information technology,motivation and satisfaction.This research of the survey is done by using the approach of pad cross sectional study of 13 sub-provinces and town bank of BPD in East Kalimantan.Technique intake of the sample depends on random proportional sampling.Measurement is conducted with structural equation modeling(SEM)pass courses of AMOS 5 and 150 samples taken by bank employees of BPD in East Kalimantan.Result of examination with technique of SEM,indicated that the model has developed degree of axle.According to research data at moderating storey,result of evaluation of goodness of fit indices indicates result of the moderating to the overalls of constructs in the model.Partially developed constructs evaluate good fit of goodness.In general,all the exogenous variables(cultural of organization,the ability of information technology,and organizational climate)have significant effect on motivation and satisfaction of bank activity of BPD in East Kalimantan.Some hypotheses raised in this research can be accepted.Organizational culture has a significant effect on motivation work employees and satisfaction of activity,and ability of information technology has a significant effect on motivation and satisfaction of activity,while organizational climate does not.

Application of GIS in Hydrologic Information Forecasting

In recent years, China has attached great importance to the research in the field of hydrology, and hydrological work has also made great progress. Hydrological information forecasting is the focus of hydrological work, and it has close relationship with social development and people’s life. After long-term development. More and more advanced information technology has gradually been applied in hydrological information forecasting, among which GIS has effectively improved the level of hydrological information forecasting.This paper analyzes the application of GIS in hydrological information forecasting to provide an in-depth understanding of this technology.

Evaluation of the Living Conditions and Health Perceptions of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Handlers in the Informal Sector in Dakar

Electrical and electronic devices are becoming an increasingly important part of our society. In Africa, and in Senegal in particular, the handling and management of electronic and electrical equipment (EEE) that has reached the end of its life is mainly informal. This professional environment is characterized by the disintegration of the sector and the social heterogeneity that can be found there. The objective of this study is to assess the standard of living of electrical and electronic equipment waste handlers in the Dakar region, as well as their perception of their health. A survey was used to obtain information on sociodemographic background, living arrangements, perception of health status, and good practices to be implemented in case of work-related health problems. Life style, perception of general health and health problems were ranged as excellent, very good, good, average and poor. Informal recyclers in the Dakar region lived mainly in rooms and buildings as tenants (49.1%), or in family homes (48.4%) before starting this activity, and 51.2% continue to live in rooms and buildings as tenants compared to 41.4% who still live in a family home. The perception of health status ranged from poor to excellent, and 4.9% believe that they are limited in work due to a disability or health problem. Informal work is a heterogeneous phenomenon that makes research and policymaking particularly complex. There are several external factors within informal WEEE re-cyclers that can cause health problems or functional disability. However, the living conditions and the perception they have of their state of health are contradictory to the working conditions and the social environment to which they belong. A biomedical approach would consolidate these achievements by confirming or invalidating them.

The Impact of the Digital Economy on Rural Residents’Working Hours:Mechanisms and Empirical Evidence

The rapid development of the digital economy has provided a new impetus for rural residents to extend their working hours.Based on the data collected by the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)in 2014,2016,and 2018,this paper measured the development level of the digital economy in China from the perspectives of internet development and digital financial inclusion,and tested the mechanisms of how the digital economy affected rural residents’working hours.The results showed that the digital economy extended rural residents’working hours by expanding information channels and enhancing human capital,and this mechanism was affected by heterogeneity in rural residents’educational background,age,and social capital.Building on these findings,this paper holds that to increase rural residents’income by extending their working hours and achieving common prosperity for all,it is necessary to expand the opportunities for rural residents to participate in skills training and promote their accumulation of human capital.

基于多尺度工况增强网络及Informer的设备剩余寿命预测

设备RUL预测在提高设备可靠性、安全性、降低维护成本等方面具有重要意义;通过提前发现设备的健康状态和潜在故障,RUL预测有助于降低突发故障风险、延长设备寿命,提高工作效率,确保任务正常运行;然而在面对设备越来越复杂,采集到的传感器数据维度越来越高,传统方法和某些深度学习方法在处理特征关系、长时间序列数据和挖掘重要传感器数据方面存在限制;为了提高预测准确性,提出一种基于MWCEN结合Informer的混合模型——MWCEN-Informer,MWCEN通过动态工况编码算法对设备时序数据进行工况编码,对设备传感器进行一维多尺度混合卷积充分提取特征信息,使用多分支通道注意力机制增强有效特征,增强后的传感器数据输入Informer用于分析设备传感器时序数据的关联性,以实现更准确的设备RUL预测;以基于C-MAPSS的通用涡扇发动机数据集进行验证,结果表明,该模型在4个子集上的RMSE平均减少了5.5%,S-Score平均减少了4.7%,能有效提高设备在复杂工况和复杂故障下的RUL预测精度。

基于Solid Works的零件特征几何信息提取方法研究

介绍了基于Solid W orks特征造型的特点及分类,并从设计、工艺、加工的角度阐述了特征的定义。对如何提取Solid W orks零件特征的几何信息进行了研究,提出了三种特征提取方法。并以Solid W orks中的零件为例,通过VC++6.0语言设计程序,成功地提取了零件特征的几何信息,将之保存在数据库中,为CAPP/CAM系统对数据的利用做好了准备。

Investigating the relationships between facets of work task and selection and query-related behavior

Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationships between different facets of work task and selection and query-related behavior.Design/methodology/approach:An experiment was conducted to explore the issue. The researcher recruited 24 participants and assigned six simulated work task situations to each of them. Each experiment lasted around 2 hours and was recorded by the software tool Morae.Findings: Time(frequency) and time(length) are more closely related to user’s selection and query-related behavior compared to the facet ‘process’ of work task. Knowledge level of work task topic, degree of work task difficulty, and subjective work task complexity are significantly correlated with selection and query-related behavior. Work task difficulty and work task complexity are different concepts. Subjective work task complexity, work task difficulty, and knowledge of work task topic are significantly correlated with user’s selection and query-related behavior.Research limitations/implications: The limitations of this study include a small sample size,limited work task situations, and possible spurious relationships. This study has implications in informing task-based information seeking/search/retrieval research and interactive information retrieval(IIR) systems design.Originality/values: Previous studies usually did not touch upon how different facets of work tasks affected interactive activities. Some studies examining task complexity and information behavior were concerned with how work tasks affect users’ behavior at information-seeking level, rather than at information search level. This study makes contribution to interactive information retrieval,task-based information search and retrieval, and personalization of IR.

信息技术下应用Solid Works软件辅助《机械制图》课程教学

《机械制图》是机械类专业的重要基础课程。传统的教学方式和手段限制了教学效果和教学水平。信息技术的发展,为《机械制图》的课程改革提供了重要的技术保障。利用先进的信息技术更加全面、立体地向学生展示《机械制图》的空间结构和绘图方法是《机械制图》课程改革的主要方向和手段。文章研究了信息技术下应用SolidWorks软件辅助《机械制图》课程教学,从而推动我国《机械制图》的课程教学改革。

The Collaborative Study in the Form of Group Works

Over the past decades, the rapid development has taken place in the teaching and research of English writing throughout the nation. However, due to the drawbacks in traditional teaching of English writing, especially the lack of effective information input （EII）, it is not an easy task for students to improve their writing level in conventional classes. This paper focuses on the study on group work from the perspective of information input. Unlike previous research, this paper intends to demonstrate the role of group work in obtaining effective information input. It starts with a brief introduction to problems in traditional teaching of English. Then it states the definition of group work and the ZPD theory applied in the paper. In the third part, it proposes a case study to testify how group work may improve the effective information input and terminate the study with the conclusion that group work can help to enhance students＇ effective information input. Based on the results of the study, we may suggest that applying group work in an English writing class will finally help students to elevate their writing level.

医院合理用药信息化建设创新实践

目的提高医院药事管理效能,促进临床合理用药。方法医院药学部以原有合理用药信息化系统知识库为基础,建立了以问题为导向的双联合工作机制,主要表现为信息药师针对临床药师事后点评发现的用药问题建立管控方案,编写管控规则,不断完善知识库,通过信息化在处方和医嘱前置审核环节进行管控。在此基础上,对重点项目(如门诊适应证、围术期抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药物管理等)建立系统管控方案。结果2020年至2022年,共改进、优化基础知识库规则5266项,建立了具备564项自定义规则的自定义知识库;实现合理用药信息化系统版本升级4次,系统创新与改进32项;门诊/住院次均药品费用增幅、门诊处方合理率、住院医嘱合理率、抗菌药物使用强度等药事管理指标改善明显。结论构建全面的合理用药监管体系,能有效提升医院药事管理水平与药学服务能力,促进临床合理用药水平的提升。

馆藏绝版作品数字化传播的规范进路

国家图书馆与北京三面向公司著作权纠纷案让馆藏绝版作品的数字化传播问题引起社会关注。为保护著作权并调和社会公共利益,避免破坏正常市场运作机制,我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》规定了馆藏绝版作品数字化传播的合理使用制度。从实施情况看,条例对适格客体条件与传播范围的限制过于严苛,存在违反基本公共服务均等性要求和违背利益平衡原则等问题。借鉴新修订《日本著作权法》中的相关条款,建议我国对于馆藏绝版作品的数字化传播规范宜采取如下改革措施:一是扩大合理使用的范围,建立覆盖馆内、馆际、馆外的传播体系,并设置匹配的补偿机制;二是优化客体适用条件,建立“绝版作品”的动态认定机制;三是探索建立以国家图书馆为枢纽的绝版作品数字化传播运行机制。
