The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation. 展开更多

An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc. 展开更多

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity. 展开更多

This paper introduces the term 'supply platform' as a tentative and open-ended concept that captures characteristics of central importance for the study of export-oriented producers. As regional concentrations of export-oriented suppliers in China and India are maturing, many firms are now striving to build up innovation capabilities. How do we study the transition from production capabilities to innovation capabilities in supply platforms? This paper reviews the insights from the innovation systems and global value chain literatures and discusses how we may build on these approaches for empirical studies of transition. It is found that these literatures provide important hypotheses for empirical research but more conceptual work is needed in order to address adequately the question of interest. 展开更多

For this, a theoretical logic is approached what levels of business model innovations there are, based on the "business model framework (BMF)" theory by Henry Chesbrough. Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS's approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company's earnings and operating cost expenditure. 在数字经济和实体经济深度融合、全球创新竞争加剧的背景下,加快数字化转型和平台化变革,塑造多元互动和整体进化的创新生态系统,是增强制造业企业自主创新能力的重要途径。在传统技术经济范式中引入数字要素和平台理念,构建“技术—组... 在数字经济和实体经济深度融合、全球创新竞争加剧的背景下,加快数字化转型和平台化变革,塑造多元互动和整体进化的创新生态系统,是增强制造业企业自主创新能力的重要途径。在传统技术经济范式中引入数字要素和平台理念,构建“技术—组织—创新”理论框架,分析数字化转型促进组织平台化变革进而提升企业创新绩效的作用机制。在理论分析的基础上,基于2014—2021年中国制造业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验了数字化转型、平台化变革与企业创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:数字化转型对企业创新绩效的提升具有普遍的促进作用,并且对数字化水平更高和股权集中度更高的企业效果更显著;数字化转型促进了企业组织的平台化变革,基于数字平台形成创新生态系统进而增强了企业自主创新能力;数字化对企业平台化的推动作用主要通过专业化分工和企业互联互通实现,这是工业互联网平台发挥作用的两个重要维度。推动制造业企业的数字化转型和平台化变革,充分发挥数字平台的创新基础设施作用,能够提升企业创新绩效,推动制造业高质量发展。 展开更多

工业互联网作为数字经济与实体经济深度融合的关键路径,能够推动我国制造业实现高质量发展。区别于单一视角实证检验工业互联网平台成长影响因素的研究,本文基于整体观视角从创新主体、创新环境、创新资源三个层面构建制造企业衍生平台... 工业互联网作为数字经济与实体经济深度融合的关键路径,能够推动我国制造业实现高质量发展。区别于单一视角实证检验工业互联网平台成长影响因素的研究,本文基于整体观视角从创新主体、创新环境、创新资源三个层面构建制造企业衍生平台创新生态价值创造的分析框架,以35家制造企业衍生平台为案例样本,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究六个前因条件对衍生平台创新生态价值创造的影响。研究发现:(1)单个前因条件不构成引致高价值创造的必要条件;(2)存在四条产生高价值创造的组态,可归为企业主导型(H1)、政府-企业推动型(H2)和政府-市场-企业联合驱动型(H3a、H3b);(3)在一定条件下,实现高价值创造的平台创新生态系统要素组合之间具有替代关系。 展开更多
