The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.

Scheme of Railway 5G Integrated Innovation Test Platform

An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc.

Evaluation and Comparison of Marine Sci-tech Innovation Ability of 11 Coastal Provinces in China: A Case Study of Guangdong

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.

Current Situations of Agricultural Sci-tech Innovation and Development Path in Nantong

Nantong is a typical region of large population and little land.The conflict between resources and environment is growing.Thus,the improvement of independent innovation ability based on current situations,oriented towards the future and relying on scientific and technological force directly decides the effect of strong economic city construction.Through analysis on achievements of agricultural sci-tech innovation works,existing problems and demand for developing modern agriculture in Nantong,we present development ideas,target orientation and basic principles of agricultural sci-tech innovation works in Nantong,and put forward eight paths.

Production and Innovation in Supply Platforms:Insights from the Innovation Systems and Value Chain Approaches

This paper introduces the term ＇supply platform＇ as a tentative and open-ended concept that captures characteristics of central importance for the study of export-oriented producers. As regional concentrations of export-oriented suppliers in China and India are maturing, many firms are now striving to build up innovation capabilities. How do we study the transition from production capabilities to innovation capabilities in supply platforms？ This paper reviews the insights from the innovation systems and global value chain literatures and discusses how we may build on these approaches for empirical studies of transition. It is found that these literatures provide important hypotheses for empirical research but more conceptual work is needed in order to address adequately the question of interest.

Construction and Establishment of Sci-tech Platform for Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions: A Case Study of Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences

Construction of Innovative Rural Sci-tech Service System in China

At the background of structural regulation of agriculture and industrialized development of rural areas,systematic thought and constructive recommendations are put forward on building innovative rural sci-tech service system in China from following 5 aspects. (1) In organizational system,rural sci-tech service associations should become nonprofit organizations that have independent legal entities. (2) In service object,it should take farmers as subject,new rural economic organizations as carrier,agricultural leading enterprises as handle,little village officials as joint,sci-tech special commissioner as link,and agricultural brokers as medium. (3) In information resources,it should enhance practicality construction and sharing. (4) In service methods and reform measures,it should combine information technology,expert technical consulting service,and sci-tech model base. (5) In policy support and input mechanism,it should follow the principle of diversification,set up government special funds,and formulate preferential policies to attract sci-tech talents to join in rural sci-tech services,and protect legal rights and interests of sci-tech personnel in rural sci-tech services.

Upholding Integrity and Innovation to Promote Human Rights Development——Review of the Symposium on the 20th Anniversary of the Publication of Human Rights magazine

Human Rights magazine and the Center for Human Rights Studies of Renmin University of China held the Symposium on the 20thAnniversary of the Publication of Human Rights magazine on May 18, 2022. More than 30 experts and scholars from various universities and academic journals gathered online to discuss such topics as “an in-depth learning of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches on respecting and protecting human rights”, “review and prospect of the 20^(th)anniversary of the publication of Human Rights magazine”, and “the role of the academic journal platform on promoting the development of china’s human rights theories”. They studied Xi Jinping’s important speeches on China’s path of human rights, probed into the original concept of China’s human rights, and developed the discipline system, academic system, and discourse system of China’s human rights, providing insights for such academic journals as Human Rights to boost China’s human rights in theory and practice.

A Case Study on Korea Telecom Skylife＇s （KTS＇s） Business Model Innovation Based on the Business Model Framework （BMF）

The aim of this paper is to assess business performances of a satellite TV--Korea Telecom Skylife （KTS）---to innovate its business model related to current technical events such as hybrid platform, digital conversion, and Intemet connected TV. For this, a theoretical logic is approached what levels of business model innovations there are, based on the ＂business model framework （BMF）＂ theory by Henry Chesbrough. Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS＇s approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company＇s earnings and operating cost expenditure. In conclusion, it will show the feasibility and the limitation to upgrade this firm＇s business model innovation in the smart media business ecosystem based on the last technical event, Internet connected TV.

数字化转型、平台化变革与企业创新绩效——基于“技术—组织—创新”范式的分析

在数字经济和实体经济深度融合、全球创新竞争加剧的背景下,加快数字化转型和平台化变革,塑造多元互动和整体进化的创新生态系统,是增强制造业企业自主创新能力的重要途径。在传统技术经济范式中引入数字要素和平台理念,构建“技术—组织—创新”理论框架,分析数字化转型促进组织平台化变革进而提升企业创新绩效的作用机制。在理论分析的基础上,基于2014—2021年中国制造业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验了数字化转型、平台化变革与企业创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:数字化转型对企业创新绩效的提升具有普遍的促进作用,并且对数字化水平更高和股权集中度更高的企业效果更显著;数字化转型促进了企业组织的平台化变革,基于数字平台形成创新生态系统进而增强了企业自主创新能力;数字化对企业平台化的推动作用主要通过专业化分工和企业互联互通实现,这是工业互联网平台发挥作用的两个重要维度。推动制造业企业的数字化转型和平台化变革,充分发挥数字平台的创新基础设施作用,能够提升企业创新绩效,推动制造业高质量发展。

制造企业衍生工业互联网平台创新生态驱动价值创造路径研究——基于fsQCA的组态分析

工业互联网作为数字经济与实体经济深度融合的关键路径,能够推动我国制造业实现高质量发展。区别于单一视角实证检验工业互联网平台成长影响因素的研究,本文基于整体观视角从创新主体、创新环境、创新资源三个层面构建制造企业衍生平台创新生态价值创造的分析框架,以35家制造企业衍生平台为案例样本,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究六个前因条件对衍生平台创新生态价值创造的影响。研究发现:(1)单个前因条件不构成引致高价值创造的必要条件;(2)存在四条产生高价值创造的组态,可归为企业主导型(H1)、政府-企业推动型(H2)和政府-市场-企业联合驱动型(H3a、H3b);(3)在一定条件下,实现高价值创造的平台创新生态系统要素组合之间具有替代关系。

“一点两线三面”创新实验平台的构建与实践

传统化学实验室功能单一、分布零散、共享性差,导致实验用房和实验设备利用效率低,这种建设模式不利于多学科知识的交叉融合,一定程度上影响学生综合素质的发展。本研究秉承“建优质平台,抓实践育人,树创新理念,育创新人才”的指导思想,在化学实验室资源整合共享、利用率提升、开放式管理以及创新应用型人才培养质量提升等方面积极进行教学改革,经过多年探索,搭建起“以提升学生创新实践能力为着力点”“教学科研两条主线”“教学科研三层面”的创新实验(训)平台,取得了一定成效,将为同类高校的创新实验(训)平台建设提供参考。

商业模式创新对网络视频平台用户价值共创的作用机理

数字经济发展需要互联网技术和数字技术作支撑,引导消费者网络视频消费沿着“简单用户搜索—网络平台展示推荐—网络平台算法推荐”的路径演变,这对企业的商业模式创新提出了挑战。本文基于企业内外部价值网络理论,以“平台质量-用户认知-用户行为”的逻辑分析思路,构建商业模式创新对网络视频平台价值共创的作用机制模型并检验其作用机理。结果显示:商业模式创新的内容质量创新、交互质量变革及创作激励创新对用户认知有促进作用,网络视频平台用户认知对价值共创有促进作用。因此建议:以网络视频平台需求为依据,选择相匹配的商业模式创新方案;加大投入力度,鼓励网络平台关联企业创作视频内容;构建有效链接纽带,畅通平台企业与用户的沟通渠道。

新能源技术创新平台建设问题

在“双碳”目标背景下,应积极抢抓新能源产业发展重大机遇,大力实施创新驱动发展战略,以企业为主体、市场为导向、产业为核心,着力构建以创新链、产业链、资金链、政策链相互支撑的创新体系。文章首先概述了建设新能源技术创新平台的意义,并详细阐述了新能源技术创新平台建设目标及重点内容,分析了新能源技术创新平台业务架构,进而总结了新能源技术创新平台建设和试运行期间存在的问题:缺乏相应的考核机制、激励机制和竞争机制;平台运行经费保障能力有限;人才队伍建设有待加强。针对问题提出加强平台建设的顶层设计,完善平台运行机制;保障平台运行经费;加强人才队伍等具体对策建议。

全方位培养自主学习与实践创新能力的教学体系构建与实践

针对高校创新人才培养中存在的问题,如教育教学方法陈旧、实验教学条件有限和学生实践能力不足,缺乏创新意识等,提出并实施“五个环节”研讨式课堂教学方法,打造多层次、虚实结合的实验教学体系,开展“四化”实践教学模式,建立促进学生自主学习与实践创新能力的考核机制等针对性措施,从而全方位提高教育教学质量,培养学生自主学习与实践创新能力,促进新工科人才解决复杂工程问题核心能力的达成。
