The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.

Endogenous Innovation,the Organization of Work and Institutional Context

Drawing on the results of the third Community Innovation Survey and the third European Working Conditions Survey, this paper develops aggregate indicators at the national level of innovation modes and forms of work organization for the 15 member nations of the European Union in 2000. The analysis based on these indicators demonstrates that there is a close connection between how people work and learn in a country and the way firms＇ innovate. Specifically, it shows that in nations where work is organized to support high levels of discretion in solving complex problems firms tend to be more active in terms of endogenous innovation, i.e. innovation developed, at least to some degree, in house. In countries where learning and problem-solving on the job are more constrained, and little discretion is left to the employee, firms tend to engage in a supplier-dominated innovation strategy. The technological renewal of these firms reflects, almost exclusively, absorption of innovations developed elsewhere.

Evaluation and Comparison of Marine Sci-tech Innovation Ability of 11 Coastal Provinces in China: A Case Study of Guangdong

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity.

Current Situations of Agricultural Sci-tech Innovation and Development Path in Nantong

Construction of Innovative Rural Sci-tech Service System in China

At the background of structural regulation of agriculture and industrialized development of rural areas,systematic thought and constructive recommendations are put forward on building innovative rural sci-tech service system in China from following 5 aspects. (1) In organizational system,rural sci-tech service associations should become nonprofit organizations that have independent legal entities. (2) In service object,it should take farmers as subject,new rural economic organizations as carrier,agricultural leading enterprises as handle,little village officials as joint,sci-tech special commissioner as link,and agricultural brokers as medium. 积极促进员工创新行为对企业发展具有重要意义,高绩效工作系统是影响员工创新行为的重要前因变量,但现有文献对其影响机理的研究尚显不足。基于社会交换理论与社会认同理论,运用多层线性模型探究了组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间的中介作用以及服务型领导的调节作用。研究结果表明,高绩效工作系统对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响,组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间发挥部分中介作用,服务型领导在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间发挥正向调节作用,服务型领导在高绩效工作系统与组织认同之间也发挥正向调节作用,服务型领导正向调节组织认同在高绩效工作系统与员工创新行为之间的中介效应,即服务型领导水平越高,中介效应越显著。

青岛海洋地质研究所海岸带地质工作进展与展望

海岸带是地球多圈层交互带内地质作用最活跃、人类活动最密集的地带,是开展综合地质调查与研究、推动经济社会高质量发展的关键区域。青岛海洋地质研究所的海岸带地质工作自建所以来,一直按照支撑国家需求和服务经济社会发展为导向,主要经历了萌芽发展、快速发展、蓬勃发展3个阶段。作为中国地质调查局海岸带工作的主要牵头单位之一,组织实施了一系列海岸带地质调查工作,特别是在辽东湾、渤海湾西岸、黄河三角洲、莱州湾、山东半岛、江苏沿岸、长江三角洲、闽浙沿岸等海岸带地区开展了重大比例尺的调查,大幅提高了我国海岸带调查程度,提升了海岸带基础地质认知水平,充分发挥了地质工作基础性、公益性、战略性的作用,为国家重大战略实施和经济社会高质量发展提供了有力支撑。新时代条件下,我们应大力加强海岸带地质科技创新能力,全面提高海岸带基础地质调查程度,加快建设海岸带地质综合监测体系,快速提升海岸带工作公益服务水平,推动海岸带地质工作高质量发展。

过劳氛围、过度劳动与高校教师创新行为的研究

本研究基于现阶段“大众创业、万众创新”的新时代发展情境,以及近些年来高校教师“过劳死”事件频发状况,以高校教师为研究对象,通过相关文献梳理,结合资源保存理论和自我损耗理论,利用927份全国高校教师的调研数据,深入探讨过劳氛围对高校教师创新行为的影响机理,利用结构方程模型预测过劳氛围和过度劳动对高校教师创新行为的作用,并从人才制度政策、学校环境氛围、高校教师个体、家庭环境支持四个层面提出对策建议。

中国海洋自然资源调查现状与展望

海洋自然资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要保障,也是海洋强国建设和生态文明建设的必要基础。为全力支撑自然资源部履行“两统一”职责(统一行使全民所有自然资源资产所有者职责和统一行使所有国土空间用途管制和生态保护修复职责),中国地质调查局组织实施海洋自然资源综合调查评价,开展我国重点海域海洋自然资源综合调查与评价试点示范。基于我国已开展的海洋自然资源相关的综合性调查评价数据资料,结合我国重点海域海洋地质、海洋生物、物理海洋等补充调查评价结果,基本查明了我国海洋矿产、海洋能、海洋生物、海洋空间等海洋自然资源的主要特征;通过梳理总结国内外自然资源体系研究进展,基于我国基本国情,以自然资源科学和地球系统科学理论为指导,面向自然资源综合管理为基本原则,结合资源自然属性和国家相关法律法规,初步提出了涉及多学科、多门类的海洋自然资源三级分类体系,从分类体系、空间分层、工作流程等不同角度,提出了3种构建海洋自然资源调查标准体系的方法。下一步,将大力加强地质科技创新能力,加快构建动态海洋自然资源数据库,快速提升海洋自然资源公益服务水平,进一步完善海洋自然资源综合监测体系,推动海洋自然资源工作高质量发展。

多团队成员身份对个体创新绩效的双刃剑效应研究

根据角色理论与个人-工作匹配框架,并基于知识密集型企业员工有效样本多时点问卷数据的实证分析,探究个体多团队成员身份通过角色整合和工作繁荣(积极路径)以及角色冲突和工作疏离(消极路径)对个体创新绩效的整合影响,同时,考察认知灵活性在其间的边界条件作用。研究结果表明:个体多团队成员身份既通过角色整合与工作繁荣对个体创新绩效有显著正向间接作用,又通过角色冲突与工作疏离对个体创新绩效有显著负向间接作用;对于高认知灵活性的员工而言,多团队成员身份通过角色整合和工作繁荣对个体创新绩效的积极影响更强;对于低认知灵活性的员工而言,多团队成员身份通过角色冲突和工作疏离对个体创新绩效的消极影响更强。

“匠心促创新”:工匠精神对员工双元创新行为的影响机制

弘扬工匠精神是“中国制造2025”战略实施背景下,推动产品提质增效、实现创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。然而,目前关于工匠精神影响员工创新行为的中介机制及边界条件的研究较为缺乏。基于工作价值观理论和资源保存理论,构建以工作繁荣为中介变量、差错管理氛围为调节变量的理论模型,利用SPSS、Amos等软件对414名员工数据进行统计分析,探讨工匠精神通过影响员工工作繁荣促进双元创新行为的作用机制。结果表明:工匠精神对员工双元创新行为具有积极影响,工作繁荣在这一关系中发挥部分中介作用,开放导向差错管理氛围正向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系,责备导向差错管理氛围负向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系。
