The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly fierce.Stimulating the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy practice.Based on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation.The results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents.Both innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation input.This study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation. 展开更多

Drawing on the results of the third Community Innovation Survey and the third European Working Conditions Survey, this paper develops aggregate indicators at the national level of innovation modes and forms of work organization for the 15 member nations of the European Union in 2000. The analysis based on these indicators demonstrates that there is a close connection between how people work and learn in a country and the way firms' innovate. Specifically, it shows that in nations where work is organized to support high levels of discretion in solving complex problems firms tend to be more active in terms of endogenous innovation, i.e. innovation developed, at least to some degree, in house. In countries where learning and problem-solving on the job are more constrained, and little discretion is left to the employee, firms tend to engage in a supplier-dominated innovation strategy. The technological renewal of these firms reflects, almost exclusively, absorption of innovations developed elsewhere. 展开更多

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity. 展开更多

海洋自然资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要保障,也是海洋强国建设和生态文明建设的必要基础。为全力支撑自然资源部履行“两统一”职责(统一行使全民所有自然资源资产所有者职责和统一行使所有国土空间用途管制和生态保护修复职责),中国... 海洋自然资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要保障,也是海洋强国建设和生态文明建设的必要基础。为全力支撑自然资源部履行“两统一”职责(统一行使全民所有自然资源资产所有者职责和统一行使所有国土空间用途管制和生态保护修复职责),中国地质调查局组织实施海洋自然资源综合调查评价,开展我国重点海域海洋自然资源综合调查与评价试点示范。基于我国已开展的海洋自然资源相关的综合性调查评价数据资料,结合我国重点海域海洋地质、海洋生物、物理海洋等补充调查评价结果,基本查明了我国海洋矿产、海洋能、海洋生物、海洋空间等海洋自然资源的主要特征;通过梳理总结国内外自然资源体系研究进展,基于我国基本国情,以自然资源科学和地球系统科学理论为指导,面向自然资源综合管理为基本原则,结合资源自然属性和国家相关法律法规,初步提出了涉及多学科、多门类的海洋自然资源三级分类体系,从分类体系、空间分层、工作流程等不同角度,提出了3种构建海洋自然资源调查标准体系的方法。下一步,将大力加强地质科技创新能力,加快构建动态海洋自然资源数据库,快速提升海洋自然资源公益服务水平,进一步完善海洋自然资源综合监测体系,推动海洋自然资源工作高质量发展。 展开更多

弘扬工匠精神是“中国制造2025”战略实施背景下,推动产品提质增效、实现创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。然而,目前关于工匠精神影响员工创新行为的中介机制及边界条件的研究较为缺乏。基于工作价值观理论和资源保存理论,构建以工作繁荣... 弘扬工匠精神是“中国制造2025”战略实施背景下,推动产品提质增效、实现创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。然而,目前关于工匠精神影响员工创新行为的中介机制及边界条件的研究较为缺乏。基于工作价值观理论和资源保存理论,构建以工作繁荣为中介变量、差错管理氛围为调节变量的理论模型,利用SPSS、Amos等软件对414名员工数据进行统计分析,探讨工匠精神通过影响员工工作繁荣促进双元创新行为的作用机制。结果表明:工匠精神对员工双元创新行为具有积极影响,工作繁荣在这一关系中发挥部分中介作用,开放导向差错管理氛围正向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系,责备导向差错管理氛围负向调节工作繁荣与双元创新行为之间的直接关系以及工匠精神通过工作繁荣与双元创新行为的间接关系。 展开更多
