Scientific and technological services are necessary for strengthening agriculture.Under the new situation,agricultural research institutes should give full play to their advantages,strive to innovate scientific and technological services methods,and improve scientific and technological service levels.Combined with the practice of science and technology work of Institute of Plant Protection of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences,this paper made an in-depth analysis on the present situations and existing problems in the scientific and technological services of agricultural research institutes.Based on the analysis,it came up with recommendations including change ideological concepts,strengthening service awareness,adhering to people-oriented principle,enhancing the team building,improving mechanism construction,stimulating innovative vitality,exploring service methods,and enriching service connotation,so as to improve scientific and technological service works. 展开更多

Confronted with severe frost damage to plants,methods,technologies and equipment have been developed and applied during the past century.The paper presents a comprehensive review on the most effective and active technology to protect plants from radiation frost based on air disturbance technology.The working principle of the technology was elaborated with frost protection mechanism,structures and applicability of three types of working patterns:conventional wind machines,selective inverted sink and portable vertical blowing.As an automatic mechanized technology,control strategy,applicable occasion and proper parameters are introduced for each type of working pattern.The operation of the technology and equipment depends on plant critical temperature,prevailing climatic conditions,thermal inversions strength,as well as costs.The frost protection performance and effectiveness of conventional horizontal wind machines,selective inverted sinks and helicopters are discussed and compared from the cost-effectiveness and application aspects,and the feasibility of selective inverted sinks is still controversial.Therefore,conventional wind machines are the best choice for plant frost protection and consequently are widely used in temperate and subtropical areas throughout the world.The frost protection application with helicopters is not easy to use during the frost nights with high cost.The paper also provides researchers with some perspectives on improving air disturbance technology and its equipment,and some practice recommendations for growers. 展开更多

The nuclear power plants are such sources. However, a great number of the developing countries do not possess developed large capacity power systems. Moreover, currently in the developing countries, there are no highly skilled personnel to provide construction and reliable and safe operation of the nuclear plants, which are complex and potentially hazardous systems. In some countries, the level of terroristic threat is extremely high. For that reason, there are specific requirements to the nuclear PSs intended for use in the developing countries. In the presented report, the specific requirements which must be met by the NPT proposed for use in developing countries are formulated, basic statements of the SVBR-100 concept are presented, design and principal scheme of the reactor fa-ility are described, major characteristics of SVBR-100 are summarized. 展开更多

实现高水平科技自立自强是知识产权保护的一贯目标和内生需求,知识产权保护为实现高水平科技自立自强提供保障和激励,二者相辅相成、互促共进。以马克思主义科学技术论为指导,结合文献调研和案例分析,从理论维度论述知识产权助推高水平... 实现高水平科技自立自强是知识产权保护的一贯目标和内生需求,知识产权保护为实现高水平科技自立自强提供保障和激励,二者相辅相成、互促共进。以马克思主义科学技术论为指导,结合文献调研和案例分析,从理论维度论述知识产权助推高水平科技自立自强的内在逻辑,从实践维度对中国知识产权保护当前的成就和问题进行考察。研究发现,中国的知识产权保护已经在促进科技资源投入、激励创新活动和发展科技产业方面展现出巨大成就,但也面临科技资源投入效能不足、科技创新链条存在断点、科技产业发展不平衡不充分等风险与挑战。对此,提出应加强引导提升科技资源投入的力度与效度、深化改革增强优质成果供给力与企业技术承接力、突出优势全面提高产业竞争力,充分发挥知识产权在促进科技创新、缩小技术差距和提高发展质量方面的重要作用,为打好科技攻坚战、实现高水平科技自立自强提供坚实保障和有力支撑。 展开更多

Recently,the growing use of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)for pesticide application has been reported against a wide range of crops with promising results in East Asian countries such as Japan,South Korea and China.This UAV-based application technology for agrochemicals is considered as a high efficiency alternative to the conventional manual spray operations and a low-cost choice as compared to the classical manned aerial application.However,the technology adoption rate and the designed optimal sprayer suitable for drone application for small scale farm remains at the development stage in China and also in Japan.This paper reports the current status of drone pesticide application in China and makes comparisons with its neighbor countries Japan and South Korea in terms of different UAV platforms and their implementation in plant protection for different crops.Challenges and opportunities for future development of UAV-based pesticide application technology are also discussed. 展开更多

With changing climate and farmland ecological conditions,pest outbreaks in agricultural landscapes are becoming more frequent,increasing the need for improved crop production tools and methods.UAV-based agricultural spraying is anticipated to be an important new technology for providing efficient and effective applications of crop protection products.This paper reviews and summarizes the status of the current research and progress on UAV application technologies for plant protection,and it discusses the characteristics of atomization by unmanned aircraft application systems with a focus on spray applications of agrichemicals.Additionally,the factors influencing the spraying performance including downwash airflow field and operating parameters are analyzed,and a number of key technologies for reducing drift and enhancing the application efficiency such as remote sensing,variable-rate technologies,and spray drift models are considered.Based on the reviewed literature,future developments and the impacts of these UAV technologies are projected.This review may inspire the innovation of the combined use of big data analytics and UAV technology,precision agricultural spraying technology,drift reduction technology,swarm UAV cooperative technology,and other supporting technologies for UAV-based aerial spraying for scientific research in the world. 展开更多
