基于Web of Science数据库围产期姑息照护的文献计量学分析

目的分析围产期姑息照护研究现状,为后续研究提供参考。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库自1975年1月至2020年12月发表的围产期姑息照护文献,对外部、内部特征分析。结果检索文献573篇,最早发表于1993年,发文量首位国家为美国,期刊为《Advances in Neonatal Care》,作者为Charlotte Wool。结论围产期姑息照护研究正逐渐成为学术热点,我国在该领域发展仍需进一步探索。

延安时期毛泽东科学技术思想研究

面对全球新科技革命浪潮的冲击、以及党中央关于2035年建成教育强国、科技强国、人才强国战略目标的提出,毛泽东科学技术思想研究成为理论界一个热点问题。针对毛泽东科学技术思想在延安13年为代表的新民主主义革命时期以及之前的相关内容关注较少的问题,通过文献分析和比较论证法,系统梳理和研究了延安时期毛泽东科学技术思想的主要内容、成功实践以及延安时期毛泽东科学技术思想在新中国的延续与发展,认真总结中国共产党在艰苦的战争环境中坚定不移发展科学技术的经验。研究认为,延安时期毛泽东科学技术思想的主要是:人是自然界的奴隶又是自然界的主人,自然科学是人们争取自由的一种武装,实践是科学认识产生的源泉、也是检验科学思想是否正确的标准,系统阐明了自然科学的功能及其与社会科学的关系等,在毛泽东科学技术思想指导下,边区经济建设、科学技术活动以及教育工作取得了巨大成就;延安时期毛泽东科学技术思想在新中国成立后得到了充分延续和发展,并形成了中国共产党“向科学进军”的3个阶段:以毛泽东为核心的党的第一代中央领导集体发动并完成中国人民站起来了的任务,以邓小平为核心的党的第二代中央领导集体发动并完成中国人民富起来了的任务,以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导集体发动并完成中国人民强起来了的任务。

科技金融政策的绿色发展效应评价--基于科技和金融结合试点的准自然实验

将科技和金融结合试点视为一项准自然试验,运用多期双重差分模型评估科技金融政策的绿色发展效应。研究发现,科技金融政策能够显著提升试点城市绿色发展水平,并且政策效果随时间推移呈“先增加、后减小”的动态特征。另外,对于等级较高城市和东部城市,科技金融政策对绿色发展的驱动效应更强。机制分析表明,产业升级、技术创新、政府支持是科技金融政策促进绿色发展的主要路径,其中技术创新的中介效应最为有效。结论启示应进一步完善科技金融政策实施细则,结合各地区情况补充差异化的绿色发展任务。
