Current Situation and Mode of Talent Training in Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

Research on Training Base’s Expansion of Scientific Popularization Function in Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the needs of regional industrial development and technical personnel training,the training base for technical skill as the core function has effectively enhanced the development of vocational education.However,at present,the training base in vocational colleges is mainly applied for students’teaching,and the overall utilization rate is low.It is of great importance in the rational application of software and hardware resources onto the training base to widely carry out popular science activities.The importance of training base construction and scientific popularization is expounded.On this basis,the research team took the S&T racing training base as a case to study its expandable scientific popularization function.The practice results show that using the resources of the training base to carry out scientific popularization activities can greatly improve teenagers’interest in automobile technology.More training bases in vocational colleges should expand the function of scientific popularization.

This paper focuses on the coupling between talent training system of marine cultural industry and collaborative innovation of govern-ments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users. Promote Combinational Researches, Training, and Applied Scientific Technology in Universities and Institutes in Vietnam

To promote the combination of research, training, and scientific technology application is the main policy of the Vietnam Communist Party and State of their management to their meeting of the needs toward their radical and comprehensive renovation with educational and training processes. There are some solutions such as： To develop a national project on combination of research and scientific technology application in social science in Vietnam was administered, to develop a set of criteria to ensure effectiveness of combination of research and training which will be based on the needs of society was assessed, to increase self-control of research institutes and universities of social science sector in combination of research and scientific technology application was examined, to be continued of the renovation management mechanism was managed, the cost norm and means of providing finance research and scientific technology application in social science were founded. The comprehensive legal framework and criteria of combination of research and scientific technology application as a basic for evaluating activities of research and scientific technology application in social science were used. Suggestions that this study was to apply scientific technology in transferring national university and investigation of the key universities into universities＇ researches were provided.

A growing body of neuroscientific literature demonstrates that most vision processes happen as a result of inside-out rather than outside-in neural pathways. Training systems and methods are often being counselled, promoted, and accepted as solve-it-all approaches without statistic and scientific evidence that training improvement can be transferred from training sessions to competitive performance.

Use of SWOT on SI Training

SI,simultaneous interpretation,is always considered mysterious and machine-like.In daily practice,we are still puz zled or even depressed when being told that the only path to success is the repetition of tedious practice.Definitely,practice makes perfect but enacting of scientific method enables a winged tiger.SWOT analysis,which stands for Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,and Threats,provides us with an effective training theory.This article would focus on materializing SWOT into our SI practice.

实验教学中心在科研训练和学科竞赛管理方面的探索与实践

创新型人才培养是实现高水平科技自立自强的必然要求,大学生的科研训练和实验竞赛对创新型人才培养发挥了重要作用。本文结合中山大学化学国家级实验教学示范中心建设的实际情况,对近年来组织实施本科生开展创新实验项目和学科竞赛的情况、遇到的问题及取得的成效进行介绍和分析,探讨实验教学中心如何发挥资源优势,更好地管理和组织本科生的科研训练和学科竞赛,有效培养大学生的科研思维和实践能力,进一步提升创新型人才的培养水平。

阿什里德培训模式在耳鼻咽喉科护理科研培训中的应用效果

目的探讨阿什里德培训模式在耳鼻咽喉科护理科研培训中的应用效果,以改进护理科研培训方法和提高临床护士科研能力。方法选择医院耳鼻咽喉科2018年1月—2019年12月参加培训的79名临床护士作为对照组,采用常规护理科研培训方法;另选取2020年1月—2021年12月参加培训的70名临床护士作为观察组,将阿什里德培训模式的离散阶段、整合阶段、聚焦阶段融入科研培训过程,成立科室护理科研项目管理小组,设计各阶段科研培训方案,在不同阶段赋予不同培训内容和重点。采用t检验比较两组的科研氛围、科研能力、科研压力、科研焦虑及科研绩效等自评指标均数值。结果两组护士的科研压力、科研焦虑、科研能力及科研绩效组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,两组护士的科研氛围、科研能力及科研绩效评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组护士的科研压力和科研焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于阿什里德培训模式设计的科研培训方案能营造临床科室科研氛围、提高护士科研能力和科研绩效,为改进护理科研培训提供有效的方法。

生物样本库建设在临床专业学位研究生人才培养中的作用

当前,我国临床专业学位硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训全面接轨的“双轨合一”模式已在全国范围内广泛开展。新模式明显提升了专业学位硕士研究生的临床能力,但“重临床、轻科研”的现象普遍存在,以致专业学位硕士研究生的科研能力及科研思维明显不足。生物样本库作为临床科研转化医学研究的关键平台,对科学研究、转化应用及人才培养具有重要的支撑作用。在生物样本库的建设过程中,可培养具有创新意识和实践能力的高素质复合型医学人才。文章重点介绍了我国临床医学研究生培养现状、生物样本库发展现状、生物样本库在医学研究生培养过程中的作用、成效以及设想,以期在新时代背景下构建专业学位研究生人才培养新模式。

“双一流”大学教师国际学术影响力研究——结构、评价指标及影响因素

构建大学教师国际学术影响力的三维评价指标和量表,对中国37所“双一流”大学教师进行了国际学术影响力抽样调查和测评。通过结构方程模型方法,拟合验证了所构建的大学教师国际学术影响力的三维结构,即国际人才培养、国际科学研究和国际社会服务。研究结果表明,大学教师的国际学术影响力平均水平偏低,存在较大的个体差异,同时,还会受到大学教师的学科领域、职称、访学时长、访学次数等因素的显著影响。

依托科研团队实施科研反哺教学的探索与实践——以四川旅游学院为例
