Nitrogen plasma treatment effect on GS-CNFs (graphene seeted vertically aligned carbon nanofibers) has been studied. GS-CNFs were grown on nickel coated cupper substrates by DC-plasma CVD (chemical vapor deposition) at relatively low temperature. GS-CNFs were studied by SEM (scanning electron microscopy), HR-TEM (high-resolution transmission electron microscopy), XPS and Raman measurements. GS-CNFs are composed of cylindrical shaped having pure graphite sheets with about 5 μm length and nanometer size tips and roots diameter. Nitrogen plasma treatment causes nitrogen chemical etching on the graphene seeted carbon nanofibers were disordered its fine shape and increase the graphetization due to nitrogen incorporation. 展开更多

Improvement of Live Birth Rate Following Frozen-Thawed Blastocyst Transfer by Combination of Prednisolone Administration and Stimulation of Endometrium Embryo Transfer

The endometrial condition is a significant factor for successful pregnancy. To regulate endometrial function in fertility treatment, prednisolone (PSL) is administered for suppression of increased natural killer cells and stimulation of endometrium embryo transfer (SEET) to enhance communication between embryo and maternal tissues. We attempted to improve the endometrial condition by PSL administration and SEET during frozen–thawed blastocyst transfer (FBT). Patients took PSL (5 mg) 3 times daily for 3 days after ovulation during the FBT cycle. To analyse effects of PSL combined with SEET, we determined rates of chemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy, foetal heart movement (FHM) and live birth. Rates of chemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy and FHM were significantly higher in the PSL(+)/SEET(+) (57.7%, 50.0% and 46.2%, respectively) and PSL(+)/SEET(-) (53.3%, 46.7% and 46.7%, respectively) groups than in the PSL(-)/SEET(+) (30.3%, 18.2% and 18.2%, respectively) and PSL(-)/SEET(-) (22.4%, 22.4% and 18.4%;P = 0.0043, 0.0081 and 0.0055, respectively) groups. The live birth rate was significantly higher in the PSL(+)/SEET(+) group than in the PSL(+)/SEET(-), PSL(-)/SEET(+) and PSL(-)/SEET(-) groups (42.3%, 26.7%, 18.2% and 12.2%, respectively;P = 0.0237). PSL combined with SEET may be a useful adjunct to assisted reproductive technology in women who repeatedly fail to conceive by infertility treatment. 展开更多

目的评估内膜刺激法胚胎移植(Stimulation of endometrium embryo transfer,SEET)对提高冷冻胚胎移植的临床妊娠率及降低流产率的价值。方法前瞻性随机对照分研究146例2017年-2018年IVF治疗失败史的冷冻胚胎移植患者,将其分为SEET实验... 目的评估内膜刺激法胚胎移植(Stimulation of endometrium embryo transfer,SEET)对提高冷冻胚胎移植的临床妊娠率及降低流产率的价值。方法前瞻性随机对照分研究146例2017年-2018年IVF治疗失败史的冷冻胚胎移植患者,将其分为SEET实验组(A组)、囊胚培养原液组(B组)、常规未预刺激组(C组)。在移植前2天,A组47例患者宫腔内注射培养过患者囊胚的培养液,B组46例患者宫腔内注射胚胎培养原液,C组53例患者按科室常规不进行宫腔内预刺激。观察A、B、C三组生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率及流产率。结果胚胎培养原液组相较于常规未预刺激组,生化妊娠率明显提高(67.4%VS 39.6%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.006),其临床妊娠率有升高趋势(39.0%VS 30.0%);虽无统计学意义,SEET组较胚胎培养原液组及常规未预刺激组,临床妊娠率均有所升高(45.0%VS 39.0%VS 30.0%),但并未发现差异存在统计学意义;A、B、C三组流产率无明显差别;不同的失败次数(失败1次组、失败2次组、失败3次及以上组),随着失败次数的增加,临床妊娠率逐渐下降趋势(45.1%VS 36.6%VS 23.5%)。结论1.SEET可使冷冻胚胎移植临床妊娠率呈现升高的趋势;2.随着失败次数的增加,临床妊娠率逐渐下降(45.1%VS 36.6%VS 23.5%) 展开更多
