A new cadmium(Ⅱ) complex[Cd(Hminic)(IP)]n(1,Hminic = 2-hydroxy-6-methylisonicotinic acid,IP = imidazo[4,5-f]-l,10-phenanthroline),has been synthesized by the reaction of a Hminic and auxiliary N-containing ligands with Cd(Ⅱ) ion under hydrothermal conditions.The complex was studied by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.It is formulated as C(20)H(13)CdN5O3,crystallizes in monoclinic system,space group C2/c with α=9.6764(8),b = 26.767(2),c = 14.1332(11) A and β= 97.4510(10)°.V= 3629.7(5) A^3,Z = 8,Mr=483.75,Dc = 1.770 g/cm^3,F(000) = 1484 and μ= 1.237 mm^(-1).The final refinement gave R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0703 for 4151 reflections with I 〉2σ(I).In the structure of 1,two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are joined by a pair of μ2-hydroxyl oxygen atoms giving rise to a dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) unit which is bridged by Hminic linkers to form a 1D ladder-like polymer chain.The chelating ligand IP coordinated to the Cd(Ⅱ) atom,and alternately attached to both sides of the ladder-like polymer chain.Adjacent chains are further bound together by strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds and face-to-face π…πinteractions,resulting in the formation of a 3D supramolecular architecture.Furthermore,the thermal stability and luminescent properties of this complex and the free ligands have been investigated. 展开更多

Crystallographic data: triclinic, space group P1^-, a = 10.375 (7), b = 10.435(1), c = 12.040(1) A.α = 68.503(1), ,β= 86.371(1), γ= 66.231(1)°, Mr = 538.82, V = 1104.5(8) ,A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.620 g/cm^3,μ = 1.035 mm^-1, F(000) = 544, the final R = 0.0380 and wR = 0.0985 (w = 1/[σ^2(F0^2) + (0.0559P)^2 + 1.5319P], where P = (F0^2+ 2Fc^2)/3) based on 3444 observed reflections with I 〉2σ(I). A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Cd2(3-pa)4(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)].3.08H2O 1 has been synthesized by pyridine-3-carboxylate (3-pall) and CdO with exo-bidentate rigid dipyridyl ligand 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) by using a hydrothermal method, its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and its luminescent property was also documented. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pbcn with a = 21.4074(14), b = 27.1119(18), c = 12.3879(8) A, V = 7189.9(8) A3, Z = 8, C34H32.16Cd2N6O12.08, Mr= 942.85, Dc = 1.742 g/cms, p = 1.255 mm-1 and F(000) = 3766. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0891 for 6278 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The most prominent structural feature is the mutual interpenetration of two identical 3-D open frameworks via filling the large void space, which gives a 2-fold interpenetrating architecture during the self-assembly process. 展开更多

A new 1-D coordination polymer [Cd(Hsal)2(bpp)2] 1 was hydrothermally synthesi- zed by self-assembly of the corresponding metal oxide and salicylic acid (H2sal) with exo-bidentate flexible dipyridyl ligand 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp). X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 18.942(3),b = 12.9309(19),c = 16.504(2) A,β = 120.072(2)°,V = 3498.3(9)A^3,Z = 4,C40H38CdN4O6,Mr = 783.14,Dc = 1.487 g/cm^3,μ = 0.679 mm^-1,F(000) = 1608,R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1435 for 3153 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The most remarkable feature of 1 lies in the 1-D chain by repeating [Cd2(bpp)2] units which consist of a 24-membered macrocyclic ring. Assembly of Cd(Ⅱ) nitrate with a new dipyridyltriazole building block 3-(2-pyridyl)-5-(3'-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole(2,3'-Hbpt) and benzoic acid(Hba) yields a new coordination compound [Cd(2,3A-bpt)(b... Assembly of Cd(Ⅱ) nitrate with a new dipyridyltriazole building block 3-(2-pyridyl)-5-(3'-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole(2,3'-Hbpt) and benzoic acid(Hba) yields a new coordination compound [Cd(2,3A-bpt)(ba)(H2O)] which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TGA and XRPD analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the complex belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8972(6), b = 8.8182(7), c = 16.0484(1) A, α = 75.6330(1), β = 85.294(2), γ = 69.3450(1)°, V = 884.76(13) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.778 g/cm^3, μ = 1.276 mm-1, Mr = 473.76, F(000) = 472, the final R = 0.0380 and wR = 0.1054 with I 2σ(I). The Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by three N-terminal atoms from two 2,3A-Hbpt ligands as well as three O-terminal atoms from ba- and lattice water forming a distorted octahedral coordinated geometry. With the lattice water as hydrogen bond donor, the structure of the title complex is linked into a 2D layer-hole structure from the 0D motif. Theoretical calculation based on density functional theory(DFT) for the ligand is also employed to explicate the stability of different conformations. Moreover, the complex exhibits strong solid state fluorescent emission at room temperature which indicates that the title complex could be a good candidate for potential photoactive materials. 展开更多

The title complex,{[Cd2(1,8-nap)2(H2O)2](bpp)2}n(1) ,a cadmium complex based on mixed naphthalene-1,8-dicarboxylate(1,8-nap) and flexible 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl) propane(bpp) ligands,has been hydrothermally synthes-ized.It consists of a one-dimensional chain along c axis,which is derived from dimeric unit [Cd2(1,8-nap)2(H2O)2] linked by a pair of bpp ligands.In every [Cd2(1,8-nap)2(H2O)2] dimeric unit,two 1,8-nap act as bridging ligands to connect two Cd(Ⅱ) atoms,forming a sixteen-membered ring.Each Cd(Ⅱ) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment,coordinated by one aqua,two 1,8-nap and two bridging bpp ligands.In addition,two bridging bpp ligands connected two neighboring Cd(Ⅱ) atoms form a twenty-four-membered ring.The TGA and Luminescence property in solid state of complex 1 have been further studied and discussed in this paper.CCDC:669293. 展开更多

A novel two-dimensional cadmium(Ⅱ) complex {[Cd(bpds)(bpp)2]·2H2O}n (1) with 4,4′-biphenyldisulfonic acid (H2bpds) and 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.900 96(12) nm, b=1.098 84(14) nm, c=1.125 71(15) nm, α=115.907(2)°, β= 92.307 (2)°, γ=105.383 (2)°, V=0.950 8(2) nm3, Dc=1.497 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=440, Goof=1.046, R1=0.028 2, wR2= 0.074 9. Complex 1 shows a novel two-dimensional (2D) lamellar structure and further extended into a 3D supramolecular structure through O-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions.
