Work Ability Index and Work Ability Score: A Comparation between both Scores in a Persistent COVID-19 Cohort

Aims: The present study aims to compare the assessment of work ability based on the use of the Work Ability Index (WAI) with another questionnaire base only on the use of WAI’s first item, termed as the “Work Ability Score” (WAS). Study design: A cohort of 384 Spanish workers included in a Post COVID-19 condition or persistent COVID-19 multicenter research was utilized. Place and Duration of Study: This cohort was enlisted in four hospitals (Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre, Madrid;Hospital Universitario Virgen Macarena, Sevilla, Andalucía;Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón, Madrid and Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Salamanca, Castilla y León), since 2021 until 2022. Methodology: 384 Spanish workers (176 men and 208 women;aged 20 to 70 years) with Post COVID-19 condition or persistent COVID-19 were included. Descriptive analysis of primary scores was conducted. Given the non-normal distribution of data, the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests were employed. Spearman and Kendall correlations were employed to assess the relationship between WAI and WAS, also used weighted Kappa to estimate the degree agreement between WAI and WAS. Logistic regression models were utilized to study determinants influencing WAI and WAS, categorized as poor or moderate. Results: WAI had an average score of 32.98 (SD = 10.28), whereas WAS had an average of 5.95 (SD = 2.77). Significant differences were observed in both WAI and WAS across the same variables. Strong and statistically significant correlations were evident between WAI and WAS (rs = 0.83, p < 0.001). All the variables used in the logistic regression model (gender, the sector employment, and previous chronic diseases) were statistically significant in both questionnaires. Conclusion: WAS questionnaire could be used as a tool for reliable assessment of work ability among Spanish workers with Post COVID-19 condition or Persistent CO-VID-19. 展开更多

The objective of this retrospective study was to evaluate the association between body mass index (BMI) and sperm-zona pellucida binding ability assessed according to the zona binding (ZB) test, which has been described to be a relevant diagnostic tool for the prediction of in vitro fertilization (IVF) ability. Three hundred and six male patients from couples diagnosed with primary idiopathic or mild male factor infertility were included. Correlations between BMI and semen parameters according to ZB test indices were assessed, together with frequencies of positive and negative tests across the BMI categories. In this selected population, BMI was not related to conventional semen parameters or sperm quality assessed according to the ability of spermatozoa to bind to the zona pellucida. The previously described poor outcomes of IVF procedures in cases of male obesity could be due to other sperm defects, such as alterations of sperm capacitation or acrosome reaction. The link between male BMI and biological outcomes during IVF procedures, such as fertilization rates, should be further evaluated. 展开更多

Taking the mechanism of technological construction guidance theory and mode which consists of "objective-construction-evaluation-construction-objective" as a starting point, on the basis of county agricultural technological innovation ability and its index definition, this paper researches the constructing system of county agricultural technological innovation ability. Firstly, on the basis of defining county agricultural technological innovation ability and the definition of index, according to the principle of purposefulness, scientificity, systematicness, integration of dynamic state and static state, integration of quantitativeness and qualitativeness and so on, we construct the multi-level measuring system of county agricultural technological innovation ability, including 4 first-level indices, namely technological innovation environment, technological innovation basis, technological innovation ability, and technological innovation efficiency; 15 second-level indices, such as technological policy, technological system mechanism, technological institution construction, ability of innovation subject, ability of industrial expansion, scale merit, technological contribution rate. Moreover, this system has 45 third-level indices. Then, by using unascertained mathematics method and AHM method, we establish the multi-level unascertained composite measuring model of county agricultural technological innovation ability index. Finally, by using the survey data of one county in Hebei Province, and the established county agricultural technological innovation ability index model, we get the county agricultural technological innovation ability index of 0.711 by calculation, that is, the innovation ability is at the intermediate level, namely the modern agricultural sub-stage. In this paper, firstly, the conception of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented, and the ability could be evaluated with three basic elements the possible seis-mic casualty and economic loss during the future earthquakes that are likely to occur in the city and its surround-ings and time required for recovery after earthquake; based upon these three basic elements, a framework, which consists of six main components, for evaluating citys ability reducing earthquake disasters is proposed; then the statistical relations between the index system and the ratio of seismic casualty, the ratio of economic loss and re-covery time are gained utilizing the cities prediction results of earthquake disasters which were made during the ninth five-year plan; at last, the method defining the comprehensive index of cities ability reducing earthquake disasters is presented. Thus the relatively comprehensive theory frame is set up. Cross combinations from six rapeseed cultivars and lines were evaluated under waterlogging stress condition in order to understand the genetic mechanism of waterlogging tolerance of Brassica napus L.and provide reasonable improvement programs.There were six germination traits investigated on combining ability and heritability using complete diallel crossing method designed for 30 combinations from those six cultivars and lines.The traits included relative root length,stem length,fresh weight per plant,survival rate,electrical conductivity,and vigor index.After flooding treatment,the six traits of parents and F1 were analyzed.The general combining ability(GCA) and special combining ability(SCA) of germination traits were analyzed using Griffing I method.Among 30 cross combinations,the GCA was significantly different among six waterlogging resistance traits.The SCA of these traits was significantly different except the SCA of electrical conductivity.As a representative trait of waterlogging tolerance in rapeseed,relative vigor index had the highest narrow heritability and relatively low broad heritability.The cultivars Zhongshuang 9 and P79 had higher tolerance potential to waterlogging stress.It can be concluded that combining ability and genetic effects of relative vigor index during germination stage could be used to identify the waterlogging tolerance of rapeseed in breeding program. 展开更多

Through building an indicator system for evaluating the marine sci-tech innovation ability of China's coastal provinces,this paper made a comparative analysis on marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces in 2011-2013 by the principal components analysis( PCA) method. It found these coastal regions can be divided into three levels. Guangdong Province belongs to the first level because its marine sci-tech innovation ability is relatively high. On this basis,it analyzed changes in marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces with the aid of DEA's Malmquist productivity index model. Results indicate that the overall marine sci-tech innovation ability of 11 coastal provinces is rising,but there is significant difference between provinces and the influence of regional economic development level is not considerable.Technical progress is main driver for promoting marine sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province and major factor influencing ranking of total factor productivity. 展开更多

Innovative ability is an important indicator for judging the effectiveness of the national agricultural science and technology park construction. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms. 展开更多

润滑油添加剂对保障机械运行的稳定性和安全性、延长设备的使用寿命、节约能耗具有重要作用,由于通过实验获得数据费时费力,故用定量结构摩擦性能关系研究方法,来获取抗磨损性能数据成为一种简便而高效的方法.为研究酰肼类及磷酸类润滑... 润滑油添加剂对保障机械运行的稳定性和安全性、延长设备的使用寿命、节约能耗具有重要作用,由于通过实验获得数据费时费力,故用定量结构摩擦性能关系研究方法,来获取抗磨损性能数据成为一种简便而高效的方法.为研究酰肼类及磷酸类润滑油添加剂抗磨损性能与结构的关系,定义并建构了新的氢谱修饰指数^(0)H,并计算36个酰肼类及磷酸类分子的电性距离矢量,筛选了M_(2)、M_(3)、M_(21)和M_(59),将这5个结构描述符作为BP神经网络的输入变量,磨损体积量度V s作为神经网络输出变量,用5-3-1的神经网络结构,构建了神经网络法预测模型,模型相关系数0.944,磨损体积量度V s的预测值与文献实验值的平均相对误差为2.61%,优于文献方法结果.结果表明:酰肼类及磷酸类润滑油添加剂抗磨损性能与氢谱修饰指数有良好的非线性关系,影响抗磨损性能的主要因素是分子中原子特性、基团片段的—CH_(3)、—CH_(2)—、>CH—、—O、—N—和—P—等.该研究对指导合成新型抗磨损性能好的化合物分子有理论意义. 展开更多

家庭养老能力事关社会养老服务需求与发展,亟需构建科学有效的家庭养老能力评价指标体系。文章利用CHARLS2018年调查数据,构建出由自我养老能力、配偶养老能力和子女养老能力组成的3个准则指标,共有9个子准则指标和17个观测指标构成的... 家庭养老能力事关社会养老服务需求与发展,亟需构建科学有效的家庭养老能力评价指标体系。文章利用CHARLS2018年调查数据,构建出由自我养老能力、配偶养老能力和子女养老能力组成的3个准则指标,共有9个子准则指标和17个观测指标构成的家庭养老能力综合评价指标体系。采用熵权法和复相关系数法确定指标权重,并运用U检验、H检验和空间相关性分析家庭养老能力及其分维度的分布特征。结果显示:子女养老能力、自我养老能力和配偶养老能力权重系数分别为0.555、0.288和0.157。家庭养老能力的得分为0.433±0.091,子女养老能力、自我养老能力和配偶养老能力分维度得分分别为0.121±0.056、0.066±0.019和0.245±0.069,均呈现右偏分布,子女养老能力维度失分最多,自我养老能力维度差异性最大。女性、农村和西部地区老人的家庭养老能力显著弱于男性、城市和东部地区老人。低龄老人自我养老能力和配偶养老能力显著较高,但子女养老能力也显著低于高龄老人。中国家庭养老能力居前三位的是上海市、北京市和新疆维吾尔自治区,云南省、甘肃省和安徽省居后三位。研究发现中国家庭养老能力总体得分不高,自我养老能力与子女养老能力之间呈现“互补”态势。家庭养老能力分布呈现性别、城乡和区域差异性。养老服务体系需基于当前家庭养老能力及其分维度的地区差异性,因地制宜发展。 展开更多

热水解对鸡粪和牛粪厌氧消化及重金属风险的影响

为探究热水解预处理对鸡粪和牛粪在厌氧消化过程中产气效率的提升作用以及对消化残渣中重金属形态变化及潜在生态风险的影响。该研究以鸡粪和牛粪为处理对象,采用热水解处理技术,开展了连续中温厌氧消化试验。考察了热水解对畜禽粪污可... 为探究热水解预处理对鸡粪和牛粪在厌氧消化过程中产气效率的提升作用以及对消化残渣中重金属形态变化及潜在生态风险的影响。该研究以鸡粪和牛粪为处理对象,采用热水解处理技术,开展了连续中温厌氧消化试验。考察了热水解对畜禽粪污可生化性和重金属迁移风险。该研究还评估了连续施用厌氧消化鸡粪和牛粪15 a后土壤中重金属的积累量和Hakanson潜在生态风险指数。试验发现,鸡粪中木质纤维素含量占干固体总量的25%,牛粪为57.7%。热水解处理能够增强牛粪中木质纤维素的水解,热水解后木质纤维素的降解率为19.2%;但热水解对鸡粪的木质纤维素水解影响不明显,降解率仅为5.3%。鸡粪挥发性固体(volatile solid,VS)产气率为482 L/kg,热水解后产气率提升了12.4%;牛粪产气率为321 L/kg,热水解后产气率提升了31.2%。仅通过热水解不能降低鸡粪中重金属的迁移风险;而经过厌氧消化后,除Hg和Ni外,其他重金属迁移风险均降低到了低风险水平。牛粪经过热水解和厌氧消化处理后重金属向残渣态转换,但迁移风险没有明显改善。连续施用鸡粪和牛粪15 a后,土壤未出现的重金属积累,且15 a内总潜在生态风险等级处于低风险。该研究结果可为鸡粪和牛粪的能源化、无害化处理以及土地利用应用提供了理论依据和数据指导。 展开更多

为了筛选出扦插生根能力较强的传统秋菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)品种,对39个传统秋菊品种扦插12 d的8个根系形态指标进行差异分析、相关性分析和主成分分析,并对这些传统秋菊品种的扦插生根能力进行隶属函数分析和分级。结果... 为了筛选出扦插生根能力较强的传统秋菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)品种,对39个传统秋菊品种扦插12 d的8个根系形态指标进行差异分析、相关性分析和主成分分析,并对这些传统秋菊品种的扦插生根能力进行隶属函数分析和分级。结果显示:供试传统秋菊品种的总根数为3.3~44.0,总根长、平均根长和最长根长分别为2.463~129.174、0.632~4.470和1.610~7.964 cm,根直径为0.200~0.405 mm,根投影面积和根表面积分别为0.102~3.062和0.319~9.619 cm 2,总根体积为0.002~0.079 cm 3,且多数指标以‘火凤凰’(‘Huofenghuang’)最小。这些根系形态指标的变异系数为15.789%~51.605%,其中,总根长的变异系数最大,根直径的变异系数最小,其余指标的变异系数均大于32%。供试传统秋菊品种的多数根系形态指标间存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。主成分分析结果显示:前3个主成分的累计贡献率达97.976%。隶属函数分析和分级结果表明:供试传统秋菊品种的扦插生根能力分为优秀、良好、中等和偏差4个等级,‘龙都春丽’(‘Longdu Chunli’)、‘玉楼人醉’(‘Yulou Renzui’)、‘龙都月华’(‘Longdu Yuehua’)、‘圣光华宝’(‘Shengguang Huabao’)、‘龙都秋枫’(‘Longdu Qiufeng’)、‘龙都春晓’(‘Longdu Chunxiao’)的扦插生根能力优秀,综合得分均大于0.70。根投影面积、根表面积和总根体积在不同等级间差异显著。研究结果显示:不同传统秋菊品种间扦插苗的根系形态指标变异较大,其中,‘龙都春丽’等6个品种的扦插生根能力较强,可作为传统秋菊品种遗传改良的亲本。 展开更多

职业精神和专业能力的塑造与培养,是内部审计能力建设的重要内容,也是新时代新形势下全面提升审计质量的重要保障。在系统梳理现有研究成果、定位研究价值的基础上,通过能力要素法与功能分析法相结合的方式,从政治素质、职业精神和专业... 职业精神和专业能力的塑造与培养,是内部审计能力建设的重要内容,也是新时代新形势下全面提升审计质量的重要保障。在系统梳理现有研究成果、定位研究价值的基础上,通过能力要素法与功能分析法相结合的方式,从政治素质、职业精神和专业能力等6个方面、43个评价指标,分析构建外汇管理内部审计人员职业精神与专业能力评价的双层指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各层级指标权重、明确遴选评价的重点。以此为基础,搭建审计人员与审计项目相适应的遴选匹配模型,并分别针对不考虑和考虑特定审计项目两种情况对模型应用进行对比分析,充分证明外汇管理内部审计人员职业精神与专业能力评价模型构建的合理性和应用价值。最后,结合模型的构建和应用结果,提出未来应根据政策、工作重心等变化保持对评价指标的动态更新和指标权重的优化调整,根据审计职责差异实施分层遴选,强化科技赋能提升评价效率,加强对人员的培训交流等发展方向和政策建议。 展开更多
