Analysis of the Role of Problem-Based Independent Learning Model in Teaching Cerebral Ischemic Stroke First Aid in Emergency Medicine

Objective:To analyze the effect of using a problem-based(PBL)independent learning model in teaching cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)first aid in emergency medicine.Methods:90 interns in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into Group A(45,conventional teaching method)and Group B(45 cases,PBL independent learning model)by randomized numerical table method to compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The teaching effect indicators and student satisfaction scores in Group B were higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the PBL independent learning model in the teaching of CIS first aid can significantly improve the teaching effect and student satisfaction.

Challenges of Nurse Tutor Utilization of the Teaching Aids

Introduction: Nursing is the largest healthcare profession in Malawi with more than 11,000 registered nurses (RNs), nurse technicians and midwives (NTM) practicing in hospitals and other settings like nursing colleges nationwide. Student preparation is mostly done by nursing tutors in all the nursing colleges using numerous types of teaching aids. Methods: Descriptive exploratory design which utilized both qualitative and sequential quantitative methods was applied to Iterated Purposive Probability Sampling (IPPS) of 10 nursing colleges in Malawi. This was done to 129 students and 82 nurse tutors in two structured questionnaires, 40 nurse tutors in-depth interviews and 10 students focus groups. There were 32 variables for the teaching aids under five ranked Likert scale and the Cronbach’s Alpha was found to be 0.932 without standardisation and it was 0.952 after standard-disation. Results: Although nurse tutors show that they use manikins to teach (0.011 < p = 0.05), students seem not to agree on the utilization of the manikins during teaching both in class and at the clinical area (0.05;p = 0.05). There is also increased discrepancy between students and nurse tutors on internet utilization as the teaching aid as the Beta Coefficient value was (B = 0.202) for the nurse tutors and (B = 1.061) for the students basing on their experience. Use of patient as a teaching aid is very common in Malawi and both the nurse tutors and students agree that it is the realistic and best way in teaching and has a strong binary logistic regression with a model outcome of (OR = 1.431;95%CI (0.890 ± 2.304);p = 0.139). Conclusion: There is a need to develop the teaching strategies that would be conducive with the current scarcity of the teaching aids. Use of patients if ethically followed remains the most effective and efficient teaching aid in developing countries.

基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学在中医临床专业研究生急救能力培养中的作用

目的评价基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学在中医临床专业学位研究生急救技能培养中的效果。方法根据入科月份随机将2022年9月至2023年8月北京中医药大学东方医院急诊科轮转的中医临床专业硕士研究生60名分为传统教学组和混合式教学组各30例。评价入科、出科成绩,急救技能成绩及教学满意度。结果混合式教学组的理论成绩[(84.07±9.89)分]和技能成绩[(84.77±8.55)分]高于传统教训的理论成绩[(78.93±9.85)分]和技能成绩[(80.27±8.17)分](P<0.05);混合式教学组的教学满意度(90%)和传统教学组(80%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);混合式教学组急救能力获得感评分[8(8,8)分]高于传统教学组[7(7,8)分](P<0.05)。结论基于混合式教学理念的急救技能模块整合教学有助于提高中医临床专业学位研究生急救能力。

Advantages and Limitations of Translation Memory in Translation Teaching

With the rapid development of translation technology, great changes have taken place in translation teaching. The traditional translation teaching can not meet the needs of the market, and the market is in urgent need of translators who are proficient in information technology. Therefore, translation memory is gradually applied to translation teaching. Translation teaching has been liberated by translation memory to some extent. And translation memory makes translation teaching avoid a lot of repeated knowledge and processes of translation. It is no doubt that translation memory has some limitations. As a result, the advantages and limitations of translation memory in translation teaching are discussed.

Solidworks应用于《机械设计课程设计》课程教学

在《机械设计课程设计》课程教学中引入计算机辅助设计软件Solidworks作为辅助教学手段,通过该软件特有的运动仿真功能,建立闭式齿轮传动、锥齿轮传动、开式齿轮传动、链轮绞盘机构的虚拟模型,装配各传动机构,检查、优化设计方案,实现了传动装置的运动仿真,完成了该锚机系缆装置的模拟设计,锻炼了学生的软件使用技能,增强了学生对理论知识的深入理解和应用,激发了学生对机械课程深入学习的兴趣,提高了学生的机械设计水平,同时有助于培养学生工程实践和综合应用能力,达到了预期的教学效果。

Application of Drawing CAI in Teaching

This article introduces the system and application of teaching software Of 《Key to theExercises of Mechanical Drawing》 (will soon be published by the High Education publishingHouse). In general, CAI software is intended to be used for watching and listening, but can't beoperated personally. In order to improve the teaching effect, we introduce interactive capabilities intothe software, give students the opportunities of doing hands-on practice, increase the informationcontent of teaching in unit time, and leave more thinking face for students.

基于建构主义和AHP的学科玩教具设计研究

目的面向传统学科玩教具在“玩”“学”双视域的兼容性不均衡问题,结合建构主义教育理论与层次分析法构建一套学科玩教具产品设计方法,使其服务于学科玩教具产品的研发设计。方法首先,通过分析建构主义教育理论,将学习环境要素归纳为刺激差异、主动活动、合作交流和建构评价;其次,将学习环境要素映射到用户需求中,利用层次分析法筛选影响学科玩教具设计的关键要素;再次,以小学低段语文写话为例进行研究,将学科玩教具设计的关键要素与儿童特征、学科内容相结合,确立学科玩教具设计定位并产出方案;最后,结合建构主义理论与用户需求确立评价指标并对方案进行评估。结果以建构主义为框架、层次分析法为工具的学科玩教具产品设计方法能够在教育性、趣味性、参与度与合作性方面均优于传统学科教育产品。结论基于建构主义与层次分析法构建的学科玩教具产品设计方法是可行的,可为学科玩教具创新设计提供一套定性与定量相结合的设计方法和新的研究思路。

基于全国职业院校教学能力大赛视角下基础护理课程教学策略探究

教育部通过职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛,深入推进职业教育转型,深化职业教育教学改革,在数字化、信息化、智能化革新驱动下,职业教育新型设施建设不断完善与发展。数字化技术为职业教育提供了一条新型教育路径,职业教育迎来了新变革时期。随之,职业院校教师迎来教育教学新挑战和机遇。提升教师数字化应用能力,把育人为本教育方针落到实处,是当前及今后一段时期的职业教育重点。基础护理课程是历年参加教学能力大赛高职专业二组的重要课程之一,是职业院校护理专业的专业核心课程之一。通过比赛促使参赛教师深层次认识本课程教学,探索将比赛成果转化导向引领教学。本文以参加全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力大赛为切入点,探讨基础护理课程如何实施数字素养下教学改革,并形成以急救护理项目为例的教学实施报告,为本课程实施教学改革提供思路。

基于大创项目的应用技术开发实践——以数字电源教具设计为例

针对教学环节中的难点和重点内容,基于dsPIC33CK256MP505数字信号控制器芯片,为开发新型的数字电源教具,在降压转换器的电路拓扑结构基础上,利用MplabPowerSmart开发软件,完成了电压控制型数字环路补偿器的设计,实现3P3Z数字补偿器的实时算法功能。

PBL教学法在医院感染“师带徒”培训中的应用

西藏阿里地处祖国西南边陲,受地域、语言、文化等因素的影响,医疗基础薄弱,医疗人才队伍短缺。“组团式”医疗援藏工作为医疗水平发展和医学人才培养创造了有利条件。“师带徒”培训作为“组团式”医疗援藏培养医学人才的主要模式,通过制订一对一带教计划并签署培训协议,建立“师带徒”负责制的方式进行培训。笔者作为第七批“组团式”医疗援藏人员,从日常援藏工作实际出发,在医院感染“师带徒”人才培训中采用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),制订强化理论知识及实践技能的训练,注重临床综合应用及科研等方面能力的培养,通过实践收到了良好的效果,为援藏工作中医疗人才培养提供了参考依据和思路。

虚拟仿真结合社会实践任务在急危重症护理学实训教学中的应用

目的探究虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务在急危重症护理学实训教学中的应用与实践。方法于2023年9—12月选取2022级180名护理专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=90)。对照组采用常规实训教学法,观察组采用虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务教学法。教学结束后,比较两组学生的实训成绩、批判性思维能力、人文关怀能力及教学效果评价。结果观察组实训成绩、批判性思维能力、人文关怀能力及对教学效果的评价均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论急危重症护理学实训教学中,虚拟仿真实训系统结合急救科普社会实践任务可以提高学生操作能力、批判性思维能力和人文关怀能力,教学效果值得肯定。

园林专业计算机辅助设计类课程体系建设探索与实践——以延安大学为例

在分析延安大学园林专业计算机辅助设计类课程体系现状和“园林计算机辅助设计”课程教学特点的基础上,根据延安大学园林专业人才的培养要求,结合园林行业的专业特点、发展现状与发展趋势,从课程设置、教学内容、教学方法等方面入手,探索改革“园林计算机辅助设计”课程体系建设。经过一段时间的教学改革实践,延安大学园林专业的教学水平、学生的专业水平、学生毕业就业率和就业质量等方面都有较为明显的提升。

一种粮仓能源桩绿色储粮原理科普教具设计

为进一步做好研究性教学工作,一方面结合粮食仓储行业“碳中和”目标的实现,创新地将能源桩技术首次应用于粮仓结构,设计了一种粮仓能源桩绿色储粮系统;另一方面,针对粮仓能源桩绿色储粮系统教学难点,从外观应用、技术科普及信息反馈3个方面,采用3D打印技术设计配套科普教具,利用科普教具直观演绎粮仓系统组成、能量传递机理等,给予学生不同的教学体验,使学生在学习基础知识点的同时,开拓视野,提高创新思维。
