现实中,作品千差万别,《伯尔尼公约》将其分为两类:文学作品和艺术作品。20世纪80年代,美国等国将计算机软件作为文学作品,纳入版权法的保护范围。随后,在西方国家的鼓动下,《TRIPS协定》也要求WTO成员将计算机软件作为《伯尔尼公约》中的文学作品加以保护。令人遗憾的是,我国学界未能将"文学作品"理解为一个法律概念,想当然地认为软件与"文学"无关,将literaryworks译成"文字作品"以期涵盖计算机软件。此后,在概念法学的驱使下,又推断出"口述作品"。受此误导,我国《著作权法》以双重标准——作品形式和作品内容——对作品进行分类,致使作品各种类之间矛盾、重叠。为了使我国著作权法中作品的分类更加科学,建议将Literary Works译为"文学作品"。

On the Study of Translation Approaches of Culture-loaded Words in Literary Works

Culture-loaded words refer to expressions and idioms that carry typically culture messages. The peculiarity of one culture cannot be understood or accepted by readers from another culture. The uniqueness very likely makes misunderstanding and may lead to cultural vacancy in other cultures. Due to the culture differences between Chinese and English, it is hard for a translator to achieve complete equivalence at the level of word. This paper discusses the translation approaches of Chinese cultureloaded words in literary works.

Analysis of English literary works based on face theory

Brown ＆ Levinson＇s face theory is an important theory in Pragmatics and it is an influential theory in expounding the phenomenon of politeness. Through an analysis of the functions of ＂face＂ in English literary works, this article intends to shed new lights on literary pragmatics.

An Analysis of Functions of Fuzzy Sentences in Literary Works

Sentences will be either fuzzy or accurate.If every element in a sentence is distinct and precise,this sentence is the accurate sentence.Fuzzy sentences emerged because of the economic principle of language.People want to express an utterance with vivid words and fewer words.They use some words or sentences,which can describe entities economically according to their habit.Apart from that,the classification of things existed in real world can be conceived as a mental process,it caused the category A and Non-A have no clear-cut boundary.All these reasons lead to the fuzziness in language,not only in written but also in communication words.In this paper,four basic functions of fuzzy sentences in some literary works will be analyzed as well as the boundary of these sentences to let readers know the enchantment of fuzzy linguistics.

On Prostitutes in American and Chinese Literary Works

The prostitute image is one of the research topics in literary criticism. Prostitutes are the victims of the desire of human beings. Behind the sexual transaction, evil forces that drove poor women into prostitution are concealed. In the following four literary works: The Sun Also Rises, A Street Car Named Desire, The Crescent Moon and Husband, the inner beauty of prostitutes as a wife or a mother is highly praised and the dark side of the contemporary society is exposed. The thesis begins with the depiction of four prostitutes' individual shining points and weaknesses in personality. And then it describes the family backgrounds and social backgrounds the four prostitutes lived in, and states the influence of those backgrounds on them respectively. The thesis finally puts forward the realistic significance.

Cultural Infiltration of Foreign Literary Works in Senior High School Chinese Textbooks

Foreign literary works are an important part of Chinese textbooks in high schools.However,the exam-oriented education results in a marginalized and unsatisfactory teaching of foreign literary works.Based on the high school Chinese textbook by PEP(People's Education Press),teaching practices,and requirements of the new curriculum standards,this article analyzes the foreign literary works in the textbook,explores its value and the infiltration of cultural spirit in teaching,discusses the problems in teaching,as well as provides suggestions to them in hope to gain attention in the teaching of foreign literary works,broaden students' horizons,and cultivate their humanistic spirit.

中国文学作品的海外扩散机制研究——基于《三体》的考察

本文以刘慈欣小说在海外平台的扩散为研究对象,分别从接触作品、关注作品、扩散作品和评价作品四个维度选择不同的平台为切入口进行数据分析。研究发现,《三体》在海外的扩散肇始于刘慈欣本人和《三体》所获得的各种国际科幻文学奖项,受这些重要奖项的影响,“刘慈欣”和《三体》逐渐演变为象征资本,吸引着出版机构、售书商、读者,扩大了其在海外的影响力。《三体》成功走出去的案例具有三点启示价值:在创作基调上善于将世界性与民族性相结合;在内容风格上善于借鉴他国优秀作品;在传播技巧上重视作家表征资本的积累。

体例谨严,求实出新——评《魏晋文人文献整理与文学创作研究》

魏晋是文人文献整理的繁荣时期,各类型的文献整理蔚为大观。与之前的文献整理相比,魏晋文献整理的文学色彩较为浓厚。作为一种文化活动,文献整理和当时的文学创作有着互动共生的关系,双方相互促进、相互影响。张振龙教授等所著《魏晋文人文献整理与文学创作研究》一书,对魏晋文人文献整理与文学创作进行了全面系统的研究,是一部魏晋文学研究的力作。

古代文学研究的新领域——中国文集日本写本的收藏、整理与研究

域外汉籍中存在着大量中国典籍的汉文写本。这些写本或为中国失传的文献,或与传世之本多有差异。域外汉文写本可以成为中国古代文学研究的新领域,其中中国文集日本写本与古代文学研究的关系最为密切。中国文集日本写本在日本公立图书馆、大学图书馆、公私文库、寺院以及个人手中皆有收藏。自江户时代开始,学者就已经注意到这批文献的价值,《佚存丛书》《古逸丛书》《京都帝国大学文学部景印旧钞本》等丛书中皆有收录。晚近以来,学术界对中国文集日本写本也进行了整理与研究,但仍有大量文献未进入研究视野。应尽快展开对中国文集日本写本全面的调查、编目与叙录,并从“东亚汉文写本学”与书籍史的角度对其进行整体研究,同时深入对五山时代中国文集汉文“抄物”写本的研究。

以文促旅:王阳明居黔作品中贵州文学景观旅游链构建调查

王阳明居黔作品中贵州文学景观旅游链的构建主要以王阳明为文化内核,以文学景观为切入点。依据内容分析、访谈、问卷等调查结果进行数据分析,证明这一旅游链的构建有充分可行性和光明前景,提出虚拟文学景观实体化、构建集体记忆和以“文”达“妙”等发展策略,并剖析构建王阳明文学景观旅游链的文化价值、现实价值与学术价值。该调查为一体化传播王阳明文化和推动贵州经济发展提供了新思路,是对贵州现有文旅项目的补充,也是黔学发展的重要推力。

论《郡斋读书志》别集类提要的史传色彩和文学性

晁公武《郡斋读书志》别集类提要是志人提要而不是志书提要。晁氏剪裁大量史料组成提要并且在其中寄寓褒贬,发扬史家精神,还巧妙运用“议者”这一角色,用史家按语进行人物品评,表现历史判断,使得别集类提要展现出浓烈的史传色彩。形成这一风格特色的原因,一是晁氏具有强烈而深切的历史意识,并想要取得参与当代历史诠释的话语权;二是受晁氏的性格和仕宦经历影响。其中,《郡斋读书志》别集类有些提要呈现出“小说化”和“诗化”的特征,表现出相当的文学性。这是因为晁氏撰写别集类提要多用“文学之辞”,通过辑录细节描写表现人物形象,并多以诗句入其中;他还参照笔记体著作的故事性以及传奇色彩,为晁氏别集类提要的文学性增添了光彩。
