Financial crisis leads to the demand reduction in western countries, and as the largest manufacturing country, China must face overproduction. The role of China as "world factory" determines that fi nancial crisis will severely attack Chinese manufacturing industry. The unsustainable development of Chinese manufacturing industry is mainly reflected in the following aspects: heavy dependence on export, low-level manufacturing link, lack of modern service industry and high-tech industry, weak independent innovative ability, unsustainable exploration of heavy-pollution resources, and lack of international famous brands. How to transform crisis to opportunities is an urgent research topic. Under the circumstance of financial crisis, Chinese manufacturing industry has more external drives to change the current situation. Therefore, financial crisis becomes not only an opportunity for Chinese manufacturing industry to improve itself based on the existing accumulation but also a chance for China to transform from "world factory" into a powerful nation of manufacturing industry in the world. 展开更多

With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry. 展开更多

Since the global financial crisis,global value chain(GVC)have been contracting amid the trend toward economic de-globalization.With GVC participation rate in mind as the core indicator of economic de-globalization,in this paper we create a multi-country general equilibrium model to characterize the mechanism by which manufacturing localization affects GVC participation rate.Our theoretical derivation shows that changes in the local manufacturing status of final products in various countries directly influence the GVC participation rate of those countries.When the local proportion of a country’s final products reaches a certain level,rising local proportion of intermediate inputs,economic growth below the world average level,and technology progress all cause the country’s GVC participation rate to decline,giving rise to de-globalization at the manufacturing and trade levels.We further provide a comprehensive interpretation based on an empirical test of the deep-seated causes of economic de-globalization in relation to such economic phenomena as increasing trade concentration,the“technology backlash”effect of the new industrial revolution,and economic growth driven by the combined forces of trade protectionism and quantitative easing. 展开更多

目的探讨医药制造业的技术创新效率及其与产业发展之间的关系。方法选取2010—2020年《中国统计年鉴》《中国高技术统计年鉴》以及各地区统计局统计年鉴数据,基于超效率三阶段松弛值测算(SBM)模型评价中国29省市医药制造业的技术创新效... 目的探讨医药制造业的技术创新效率及其与产业发展之间的关系。方法选取2010—2020年《中国统计年鉴》《中国高技术统计年鉴》以及各地区统计局统计年鉴数据,基于超效率三阶段松弛值测算(SBM)模型评价中国29省市医药制造业的技术创新效率,然后利用空间计量模型和面板分位数回归模型进行实证研究。结果全国29省市医药制造业技术创新效率的平均值为0.49,东部>中部>西部。医药制造业技术创新效率与其产业发展具有显著的正相关,且该作用在发展水平由低到高的地区呈现边际效应递减的规律,地区之间医药制造业产业发展存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。结论建议中西部医药制造业发展相对薄弱省份改善创新环境与人才供给,以提升技术创新效率;推动技术创新效率较强地区与周边地区之间的交流联系以及合作;促进国内头部制药企业提高创新药的研发投入,积极参与国际竞争。 展开更多

数字经济赋能我国制造业产业链高质量发展研究

新时代我国经济发展的基本特征是由“高速增长”转向“高质量发展”,数字技术成为世界产业变革的先导力量。本文基于30个省级行政区域2011—2020年的面板数据,建立综合指标体系,实证探索数字经济对我国制造业产业链高质量发展的赋能效果... 新时代我国经济发展的基本特征是由“高速增长”转向“高质量发展”,数字技术成为世界产业变革的先导力量。本文基于30个省级行政区域2011—2020年的面板数据,建立综合指标体系,实证探索数字经济对我国制造业产业链高质量发展的赋能效果,并对其区域异质性进行考察。研究表明:我国制造业产业链高质量发展水平除2012年有极小幅度下降之外,其他时间均呈不断上升的发展态势,数字经济一直以来发展迅猛,增速超100%,不同经济区发展情况存在差异;数字经济在全国范围内对制造业产业链高质量发展的作用效果为“U型”,且目前处于显著促进阶段;东部沿海、南部沿海、长江中游及大西南经济区作用效果为“U型”,与全国范围内效果一致;北部沿海及大西北经济区呈线性促进效果;黄河中游经济区的影响效果暂不显著;东北经济区则呈抑制作用,数字经济赋能制造业产业链高质量发展存在区域异质性。我国应继续大力发展数字经济,统筹数字产业空间布局,促进区域数字化均衡,进一步推动制造业产业链高质量发展。 展开更多

随着生产性服务业与制造业的融合发展,两业协同集聚对区域经济高质量发展的影响趋向显著。本研究对新疆十五个地州市2013—2021年经济运行数据进行分析发现:新疆两业协同集聚与经济高质量发展水平变动趋势具有较强一致性,但各地州市二... 随着生产性服务业与制造业的融合发展,两业协同集聚对区域经济高质量发展的影响趋向显著。本研究对新疆十五个地州市2013—2021年经济运行数据进行分析发现:新疆两业协同集聚与经济高质量发展水平变动趋势具有较强一致性,但各地州市二者综合发展水平差异显著。南疆在制造业与交通运输、仓储和邮政业协同发展中存在显著短板。固定效应模型分析显示:产业协同集聚对新疆经济高质量发展有明显的促进效应,并显著促进了创新、协调与开放水平,对绿色发展呈正负外部性影响。文章提出以下建议:针对两业细分行业协同集聚短板,提升协同集聚水平,并警惕产业协同集聚由规模效应向拥挤效应转变,防止其对生态环境造成负面影响。 展开更多
