Architectural Design and Urban Planning in the New Situation

Under the influence of the world economy,China’s economic development is very rapid,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved,and the urbanization process has been accelerated.As a part of urban planning,architecture plays an important role in urban planning and construction,so urban planning must be combined with the future development goals of the city,develop in an all-round way,strengthen architectural design,ensure the consistency of urban planning and architectural design,and create a good environment for urban development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the relationship between architectural design and urban planning under the new situation,clarifies the relationship between architectural design and urban planning,and strengthens urban construction.

Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Based on Landscape Ecology Theory:A Case Study of Waterfront Landscape Planning and Design of Dapo Town

With the rapid development of urbanization,landscape architecture has become an indispensable component of daily life.In order to achieve better landscape effects and protect the ecological environment,landscape ecology theory can be integrated into landscape planning to carry out disciplinary crossing and integration research between landscape ecology and landscape architecture.In this study,based on the basic theories of landscape ecology,the waterfront landscape of Dapo Town was designed,with the aim to achieve ecological balance in planning,showcase biodiversity,and create a harmonious landscape ecological environment which can benefit both nature and people.This design combined artificial and natural elements while improving the natural environment,which promoted a harmonious relationship between humans and nature,thus enriching the spatial organization of the city,and playing a role in regulating the urban environment and climate.

Urban Garden Planning and Design and Ornamental Plant Protection

Due to the rapid economic and social development, the quality of life of people has been significantly improved, and peopled demand for living environment has become increasingjy high, which has increased peopled awareness of landscaping. Because of the development of urbankation, however, most cities have lost their balance in the ecological enviionment although they seem to have the modem flavor of life. Integrating garden design with plant protection is an important measure to protect the ecological environment and maintain ecological balance. How to protect the plants in urban garden planning and design has become a problem to be solved by garden designers. In this paper, the relationship between garden design and plant protection was ekbofated, the status quo and problems of ornamental plant protection were analyzed, and measures to protect ornamental plants were proposed.

Planning and Design of Zhengzhou Forest Park Based on Natural Ecological Experience

Plant Landscape Design in River Renovation Based on Site Characte-ristics——A Case Study of Plant Landscape Design in Renovation of Longwanggang River

Plant landscape design in the renovation of Longwanggang River was taken for example to elaborate that plant landscape designs based on site characteristics are mainly demonstrated as "respecting original landforms, considering original plant species, communities and landscapes, exploring proper indigenous plant species". Plant landscapes of Longwanggang River were oriented as riverfront landscape belt with multiple textures, urban portal and ecological corridor, aiming at returning to the nature, integrating environmental resources, achieving large scales and multiple forms. Considering properties of the neighboring plots, functional areas are divided according to different community types and eco-community structure of the plant landscapes, so as to form landscape nodes, highlight overall plant landscape effects, regional characteristics and low maintenance cost.

Plant Landscape Design Language of Small Street Parks in Tropical Coastal Regions:A Case Study of Zhanjiang City

Small urban street parks play an irreplaceable role in protecting ecological environment of cities and beautifying living spaces of citizens, in these parks plant is an essential landscaping element that can not only improve environmental quality, but also provide visual enjoyment for viewers. There are many small street parks in Zhanjiang City, however, plant landscapes in such parks lack in regional characteristics because of blind copy and random planting. By analyzing plant landscapes in typical street parks in Zhanjiang, and borrowing the theoretical research framework of linguistics, this paper concluded the vocabulary, sentence,chapter and grammatical rules of plant landscape design, in order to explore new methods for the plant landscape design of small parks in tropical coastal regions.

Riverfront Landscape Design of Wojiang River in Longnan County, Jiangxi Province

Taking riverfront landscape construction of Wojiang River and its artery landscape engineering for example, the design follows the principle of "humanistic, ecological, landscape, sharable and open", respects and understands intentions of planning in the early stage, focuses on the extraction of historical elements, explores local cultural characteristics to integrate the features into riverfront landscape construction and create urban landscapes with local cultural connotations.

The Three Levels of Education in Site Design Course of Architecture

“Professional Guiding Standards for Advanced Education Architecture in University Undergraduate Students”(2013 edition)indicates that the education system of architecture should include a section on“environment and site.”It should involve six learning components which are concepts of site and environment,site terrain classifications,environment of two tendencies,elements involved in the sites,elements of environmental impact,and site design.[1]As site design(drawing)has become a significant topic in the examination of registered architects,many domestic architecture colleges have set up site design courses as independent ones.After more than ten years of exploration and research in developing the education system of site design courses,teaching experiences and achievements have been acquired.Site design courses have been gradually integrated with general plan design,registered architect examination,and architectural programming.Teachers have specified relevant learning goals in the regular daily curriculum in addition to the basic and vocational education of architecture.In this way,the site design course would be more in line with the educational goals of architecture.This paper aims to analyze the education of site design courses in hope of developing the future architectural education.

Architectural Skyline Based on Traditional Architecture Aesthetics Perspective

Architectural skyline is an important part of urban landscape, also is the most direct expression of "first impression". However, with the development of the city, the shaping of the skyline that is contrary to the concept of aesthetics and the position of skyline in the urban form has been gradually ignored. Based on the interpretation of traditional architecture aesthetics theories, the paper introduced its rules as a guide into the development of city architectural skyline, analyzed and concluded the aesthetic characteristics of architectural skyline from the aspects of architectural form and naturalism. It provided theoretical guidance and method reference in the consideration of the creation and development on the city architectural skyline.

创建行动导向下美丽乡村联创联建的规划设计方法探索

伴随着浙江省乡村发展愿景从“千万工程”到“美丽乡村”再到共同富裕的纵深推进,以单个行政村为单元的美丽乡村创建模式已经难以适应新的发展诉求。基于自然资源禀赋或基础设施地理空间连续性的美丽乡村联创联建工作,是破解各行政村独立发展的多重瓶颈的创新性尝试。针对具有明确的目标、资金、时间约束的美丽乡村创建行动,基于“产业-空间协同发展”的总体思路,试图探讨一种面向美丽乡村联创联建的规划设计方法,即“二阶三心法”。这一方法从乡村地区的存量资源切入,旨在系统性、创造性地回应创建行动目标,开展面向产业-空间复合型目标的空间规划干预:一是基于“土地矛盾最小化原则”进行空间节点设计,二是基于“空间投入-融合效益最大化原则”形成特色主线,三是基于“优先塑造-示范带动原则”打造示范样板。进一步的,结合湖州市道场乡菰城片区规划设计工作,探讨了该方法在产业策划和空间设计层面落地应用的关键问题和解决策略,为中国先发地区美丽乡村联创联建的规划设计工作提供经验借鉴。

“工业上楼”背景下绿色产业园区规划设计策略

目前,我国正在大力推行“工业上楼”开发模式,这对解决大城市的工业用地紧缺、推动产业升级效果良好。在城市寻求产业优化升级、提升城市形象的过程中,把产业园区建设与“工业上楼”开发模式紧密结合,是当前在城市工业配置中实现绿色低碳和可持续发展目标的迫切要求。在绿色产业园区的规划中,应将产业链生态与功能分区、空间合理布局作为基础以达到产城融合的设计目标。结合国内优秀工程案例,阐述了“工业上楼”的建筑单体设计应如何组合与生产相关的设计要素以及改善建筑形态、提升外立面品质的设计策略,为产业园区未来的低碳可持续发展提供参考。

考虑地域建筑特色偏好的城市主题公园景观规划设计

城市主题公园作为传承和促进城市文化发展的载体,其规划设计非常重要。基于当前城市主题公园景观规划设计中存在的不足,文章在考虑地域建筑特色偏好的基础上提出城市主题公园景观规划设计方法,并进行仿真实验。实验结果表明:该方法提取城市建筑屋顶轮廓较为精准,规划设计城市主题公园驳岸视线、指标以及防洪涝灾害效果均较好,具备较强的城市主题公园景观规划设计能力。

“无废城市”理念下的垃圾处理厂景观设计策略研究——以南京玖生渼餐厨垃圾处理厂为例

快速的城市化进程导致城市人口的急速增长,资源浪费与生活垃圾处理等难题日益突出。在此背景下,“无废城市”理念倡导的以减少废弃物产生和实现资源循环利用为目标,对推动城市可持续发展具有重要意义。基于此理念,诸如城市环保型垃圾处理设施开始受到大量的关注并成为建设热点,其景观设计也应契合“无废城市”的循环再生理念。鉴于此,通过厘清国内外“无废城市”的发展脉络,将“无废城市”理念与餐厨垃圾处理厂景观营造进行关联研究,构建垃圾处理厂景观设计体系理论框架。结合南京玖生渼餐厨垃圾处理厂景观营造实践,从融合生态理念和现状资源、结合资源循环和环保创意,以及耦合社会参与和景观营造三个方面提出环保型垃圾厂景观设计的策略,以废弃物再利用为主要设计方法打造“无废花园”景观,以期为同类景观设计提供新的参考和设计思路。

不同降雨规模对城镇污水处理厂进水水质水量影响分析

以江苏省中部某城镇污水处理厂2021年进水数据为依据,利用夏波洛-威尔克(S-W)检验法、三角形法等方法,分析城镇污水处理厂进水水质分布;结合2021年降雨量数据,研究不同降雨规模下污水处理厂可生化性、雨水混入比例及生活污水收集率变化,以期为优化污水处理厂雨天运行管理提供数据和科学支撑。结果表明:污水处理厂进水COD服从正态分布,氨氮、总氮和总磷呈正偏态分布;随着降雨规模的增大,雨水混入率由11.1%提高至19.7%,污水处理厂设计规模宜考虑乘以1.2的安全系数;中雨时,污水处理厂进水水质处于较好状态的天数占比最高,大雨时可生化性最差;降雨量越大,生活污水收集率越低,汛期(6-8月)生活污水收集率比枯水期(12月-次年2月)降低20个百分点,应强化汛期6-8月生活污水的收集处理,降低生活污染物排放。

草本植物群落的抗入侵性:影响机制与设计策略

【目的】除草一直是园林草本植物群落管理的棘手问题,而提高群落的抗入侵性是降低除草成本的关键途径。群落抗入侵机制作为入侵生态学研究的核心内容,旨在揭示生态因子对群落抗入侵性的影响规律。受制于研究范式的差异,这些规律须经过设计应用转换,才能真正实现理论指导实践。【方法】通过文献分析,梳理群落抗入侵性影响机制,并从风景园林的视角提出群落抗入侵性提升策略。【结果】草本植物群落抗入侵性受生境、群落结构、群落组成和干扰等因素的综合影响,其中群落组成是主要影响要素;群落的抗入侵机制可通过生态学变量和设计变量的关联,转化为具体的生境营造、群落设计、建植途径和管理维护等提升抗入侵性的设计策略。【结论】生态学基础理论可以被转换为对设计具有指导意义的操作方法,关键在于找到生态变量与设计变量的关联,这也是实现生态学与风景园林交叉的“桥梁”之一。

基于BIM衍生式设计的区域性建筑规划方案智能优选研究

建筑区域性规划是对城市空间使用的设计与规制,对城市环境及其内部活动之区位的物理形态、经济功能及社会影响具有重大意义。为解决建筑区域规划普遍存在的设计师主观依赖性和效率不高的问题,本文基于BIM技术和Dynamo衍生式设计的原理,提出建筑布局规划方案设计的智能优选方法,在确定并量化设计规划方案的各类约束条件的基础上,通过多目标遗传算法,实现了多约束条件下的区域建筑布局规划方案参数化智能优选,大大提高了BIM在早期规划阶段的设计能力和工作效率,为我国建设行业更深入地挖掘BIM应用价值提供了参考和借鉴。

宅旁绿化对北京市建筑冬季日照的影响

【目的】当前中国居住区存在植物遮挡建筑,造成建筑日照不足的问题。通过软件数字模拟分析探究植物对建筑日照的影响,能为居住区的植物景观营造提供科学依据,也可为进一步探讨人居环境改善的实施途径提供参考。【方法】以北京板式多层住宅为参照建立理想楼间模型,根据实地调研获取的植物形态结构参数构建冠层模块单元,使用Ecotect Analysis软件分析其对建筑日照的影响。【结果】(1)楼间及楼旁约40°夹角范围内的植物冠层均会对建筑日照产生影响,楼间绿地植物对建筑日照的影响显著高于楼旁绿地,二者的影响在垂直方向上皆表现为高层位置显著高于低层位置,在水平方向上的影响规律则较为复杂。(2)对建筑宅旁空间进行日照影响敏感性分级,敏感性Ⅰ级(敏感)、Ⅱ级(一般敏感)、Ⅲ级(不敏感)区域分别占空间总体积的10.2%、56.2%、33.6%。(3)敏感性Ⅰ级区域不适合植物冠层存在,直接影响建筑日照达标;Ⅱ级区域的冠层分布影响建筑立面的总日照时数,存在影响2层及以上楼层日照时数达标的可能性;Ⅲ级区域的植物冠层不会对建筑日照产生影响。【结论】(1)相比楼旁绿地,楼间绿地的植物冠层对建筑日照产生的影响更为广泛,且楼间绿地植物冠层的影响效果显著高于楼旁绿地。(2)楼间及楼旁绿地的植物冠层对建筑日照的影响存在着复杂的空间关系,不同位置的植物冠层对建筑日照影响的程度及范围呈现出较大差异性。(3)不同的日照敏感分区对于植物种植具有不同的要求。该区域内(Ⅰ级,Ⅱ级)植物冠层会影响到建筑日照时数,需谨慎进行植物景观的设计与管理。

城市公园设施配置标准与设计原则研究——以广州为例

城市公园设施的高质量建设对促进公园游憩服务效益的发挥起到重要作用。目前有关城市公园设施的相关学术研究与标准化工作虽然探讨了部分设施的设计方法与要求,但尚未形成专门且系统的研究结论或设计标准。通过对相关研究与标准化进程的梳理,以及对当前广州市城市公园设施配置情况的调查与分析,试图理清城市公园设施的评价与配置原则。认为城市公园设施宜包括游憩设施、服务设施、管理设施三大类,并提出应从设施的种类、规模、布局、品质四方面的合理性、适宜性和实用性进行设计。以期为今后城市公园设施的新建、改建、扩建工作提供方法借鉴及经验参考,为相关标准的制定提供原则性指导。
