To screen the high efficient mixed culture and understand the bioleaching behaviors of mixed culture for low-grade copper sulfide ore bioleaching,ten mixed cultures were collected and screened from different acid mine drainages obtained from sulfide mines of China.The leaching rate was set as criterion to screen the mixed culture and the metagenomic approach.Community genome array(CGA) was used for analyzing the mixed culture microbial community shift during the bioleaching process.The results indicate that the mixed culture obtained from Yinshan(YS) lead-zinc mine in Dexing of Jiangxi province in China reaches the maximum copper extraction(68.89%) during the one bioleaching period of 24 d.CGA results show that YS culture contains nine kinds of bacteria which are belong to six divisions,and the microbial community structure is changing during the bioleaching process.This provides a good way to accelerate the bioleaching process and reveals the microbial community shift during the bioleaching process. 展开更多

Different shift sequence sets are obtained by changing parameters of the shift sequence. Based on these shift sequence sets, multiple shift distinct array sets with zero-correlation zone (ZCZ) can be obtained by utilizing interleaving technique. It is shown that the resultant ZCZ array sets are optimal or almost optimal with respect to the Tang, Fan, and Matsufuji bound. Compared with previous methods, the proposed method extends the number of shift distinct ZCZ array sets. 展开更多

The interferences in the received signals are can- celled by using subspace projecting technique, and the resulting interference-free signals are processed by a weight vector which maximizes the signal-to-noise ratio. A low density parity check(LDPC)encoder with the codes of(8176,7154)and encoding rate of 7/8 under CCSDS standard for near space communication is designed.Based on LDPC encoding theory,the FPGA-based coding algorithm is designed.Based on the characteristics of LDPC generating matrix,the cyclic shift register is introduced as the core of the encoding circuit,and the shift-register-Adder-Accumulator(SRAA)structure is adopted to realize the fast calculation of matrix multiplication,so as to construct the encoding module with partial parallel encoding circuit as the core.In addition,the serial port input and output module,RAM storage module and control module are also designed,which together constitute the encoder system.The design scheme is implemented by FPGA hardware and verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that the test results of the designed LDPC encoder are consistent with the theoretical results.Therefore,the coding system is practical,and the design method is simple and efficient. 展开更多

In order to meet the demands of underwater acoustic communication in under ice environment,a differential Pattern time delay shift coding underwater acoustic communication method based on parametric array is introduced in this paper.The under ice underwater acoustic channel is characterized by heavy multipath transmission.Under this model,a parametric array emission method of Pattern signal is derived and the system performance is analyzed.A broadband low frequency sound waves with narrow beam-pattern,which will reduce the interface reflections and suppress the effects of multipath transmission,can be obtained by the emission method.The Songhua River under ice trial results show that there is an anti-multipath property and a higher data rate in the under-ice acoustic channel in proposed approach. 展开更多

The Directions of Arrivals (DOAs), speeds and distances of targets are all required for array signal processing. Based on the periodic phase shift of coherent pulse sequence waveform, a new estimation of multi-targets' 2-Dimentional (2-D) DOA angle, Doppler frequency shift and relative time-delay is proposed. Based on a virtual sensor array constructed by pulse cumulating, the estinaations of azimuth, elevation, Doppler frequency shift and time-delay can be obtained simultaneously, and the least number of pulses could be two. This method is computationally efficient even in heavier noised environment, and all estimations are automatically paired in calculation process with no used to any plane sensor array and deal with many spectrum searching. Further more, this algorithm can be targets at the same time only by few sensors. The targets number that can deal with simultaneously is several times to the sensor number, which is the upper limit for normal algorithms such as ESPRIT and MUSIC. These characteristics would be very useful, especially, for aerial systems. Simulations demonstrate the capabilities of this method efficiently. 展开更多

In this article,we report the first experimental demonstration of an eight-wavelength λ/8 phased-shifted laser array based on the REC technique in the 1.3 μm wavelength domain.Measurement results exhibit good linearity of lasing wavelength with+/-0.35 nm wavelength residual.The SLM property was ensured with SMSRs all larger than 38 dB.Moreover,the directmodulation performance was also tested.The experimental results show that the modulation bandwidth can reach up to 13GHz even at the small injection current of 40 mA and the measured spurious-free dynamic range(SFDR)is up to 87 dB/Hz2/3,which shows good linearity.These measurements show that REC-based λ/8 phased-shifted laser array has good modulation performance and it may find potential application in actual fiber-optic systems. 展开更多

When the beam propagates, the spectral density of each lobe and the corresponding degree of coherence have rotating behavior. Especially, not only can array-like lattices revolve arbitrarily, but also they can move freely by controlling transverse plane shifts. Furthermore, we have generated this kind of beam experimentally, and the experimental phenomena are consistent with the numerical simulation results. Such a rotating beam with free movement and revolution may broaden the way for optical applications. More importantly, it inspires further studies in the field of asymmetric coherence gratings and lattices. 展开更多
