Radial Grip Rigidity of the Matching of Lengthened Shrink-fit Holder and Cutter in High-speed Milling

Though the lengthened shrink-fit holder (LSFH) is widely applied in high speed milling of the parts characterized by deep cavities at present, its design and selection mainly depends on the experience and lacks a correct theoretical guidance. In this paper, attention is focus on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter in high speed milling. Based on the experiment modal analysis (EMA) technique, an accurate finite element model of the matching of LSFH and cutter is established firstly. Subsequently, the influence of different interference, grip length and spindle speed on the grip rigidity of LSFH are analyzed. The analysis results show that there is a reasonable interference and grip length between the LSFH and cutter so that to have a steepless grip and have a good radial grip rigidity and at the same time to avoid the strength of LSFH to exceed it’s yield limit which will reduce the precision and service life of LSFH, besides when spindle speed reach a extension the weakening influence of the centrifugal force on the radial grip rigidity of the matching of LSFH and cutter should been taken into account. Finally, the finite element analysis results are verified based on the construction of measurement method of the grip rigidity and the results fit very well. The studies provide a theoretical basis for the design, selection and the serialization and standardization of the matching of LSFH and cutter.

Research on Construction of Pharmacovigilance System for Marketing Authorization Holders in China

Objective To provide suggestions for helping marketing authorization holders(MAHs)to develop an effective and compliant pharmacovigilance system.Methods The construction strategies of pharmacovigilance system of the multinational pharmaceutical companies were analyzed based on the requirements of regulations and laws.Results and Conclusion There are some gaps between local and multinational pharmaceutical companies in the construction of pharmacovigilance system.We can learn from the experience of multinational pharmaceutical companies to improve the pharmacovigilance system,which includes building a sound pharmacovigilance organizational structure,establishing a series of operational system files and cultivating professional talents.MAHs of China should improve the structure of enterprise pharmacovigilance system.Besides,members of Drug Safety Committee should be department managers with higher position so that they can fulfil the responsibilities of risk assessment.If MAHs possess a large variety and quantity of products,a Drug Safety Committee should be established to ensure the timely discovery of risks.In addition,MAHs should pay attention to the implementation of related regulations and laws on pharmacovigilance and establish compliant,effective and operatable files combing with the actual operation of pharmacovigilance system.Finally,MAHs should introduce and train pharmacovigilance talents,and hire pharmacovigilance experts as consultants to solve the problem of talent shortage.

Some Refinement of Holder’s and Its Reverse Inequality

Holder’s inequality, its refinement, and reverse have received considerable attention in the theory of mathematical analysis and differential equations. In this paper, we give some refinements of Holder’s inequality and its reverse using a simple analytical technique of algebra and calculus. Our results show many results related to holder’s inequality as special cases of the inequalities presented.

Credit Card Fraud Detection on Original European Credit Card Holder Dataset Using Ensemble Machine Learning Technique

The proliferation of digital payment methods facilitated by various online platforms and applications has led to a surge in financial fraud,particularly in credit card transactions.Advanced technologies such as machine learning have been widely employed to enhance the early detection and prevention of losses arising frompotentially fraudulent activities.However,a prevalent approach in existing literature involves the use of extensive data sampling and feature selection algorithms as a precursor to subsequent investigations.While sampling techniques can significantly reduce computational time,the resulting dataset relies on generated data and the accuracy of the pre-processing machine learning models employed.Such datasets often lack true representativeness of realworld data,potentially introducing secondary issues that affect the precision of the results.For instance,undersampling may result in the loss of critical information,while over-sampling can lead to overfitting machine learning models.In this paper,we proposed a classification study of credit card fraud using fundamental machine learning models without the application of any sampling techniques on all the features present in the original dataset.The results indicate that Support Vector Machine(SVM)consistently achieves classification performance exceeding 90%across various evaluation metrics.This discovery serves as a valuable reference for future research,encouraging comparative studies on original dataset without the reliance on sampling techniques.Furthermore,we explore hybrid machine learning techniques,such as ensemble learning constructed based on SVM,K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)and decision tree,highlighting their potential advancements in the field.The study demonstrates that the proposed machine learning models yield promising results,suggesting that pre-processing the dataset with sampling algorithm or additional machine learning technique may not always be necessary.This research contributes to the field of credit card fraud detection by emphasizing the potential of employing machine learning models directly on original datasets,thereby simplifying the workflow and potentially improving the accuracy and efficiency of fraud detection systems.

一类由空间粗糙高斯噪声驱动分数阶动力学方程的性质研究

本文主要研究了一类空间粗糙高斯噪声驱动的分数阶动力学方程,其中高斯噪声关于时间是白色的,关于空间的相依结构由Hurst指数小于1/2的分数布朗运动的协方差刻画.基于Malliavin分析技巧,我们证明了该类方程温和解在Skorohod意义下的存在性.同时证明了其温和解矩的上、下界的估计.最后证明了其温和解关于时间和空间变量的Holder连续性.

Analyzing the Effects of Tool Holder Stiffness on Chatter Vibration Reduction in Turning

This paper investigates the effects of tool holder materials on chatter vibration in turning operations.The study uses a complex dynamic turning model with two degrees of freedom for the orthogonal cutting system.Tool holders made from different materials,including Al 5083,Al 6082,Al 7012,and a standard 4140 material,were subjected to chatter vibration to investigate their process damping capabilities.The study found that the standard tool holder 4140 allows for higher stable depths of cut and produces similar process damping values compared to the other tool holders.Finite element analyses(FEA)were performed to verify the experimental results,and the modal and FEA analyses produced very similar results.The study concludes that future research should investigate the effects of tool holders made from high alloy steel alloys on process damping.Overall,this paper provides important insights into the effects of tool hold-er materials on chatter vibration and process damping in turning operations,which can help in the design of more effi-cient and effective cutting systems.

Design of High Precision CNC Vertical Lathe Turning Tool Holder

A large aspect ratio vibration reducing tool holder based on passive damping vibration reduction technology is designed to solve the vibration problem that occurs in deep hole machining of vertical lathes.A dynamic model of passive damping vibration reduction tool holder was established,and the optimal damping ratio,optimal frequency ratio,and maximum relative amplitude were derived.Modal analysis of the passive damping vibrationreduction tool holder was conducted using software.The results showed that the maximum response amplitude of the passive damping vibration reduction tool holder decreased significantly compared to the original one.

国内民事诉讼律师调查令制度建设存在的若干问题探讨

我国法院经过不断探索,建立了律师调查令制度。目前,律师调查令制度存在着需要进一步完善的若干问题。律师持令调查行为的性质、调查令申请条件、听取证据持有人意见、调查令跨省适用等若干方面均有必要进一步厘清或改进。关于律师持令调查行为的性质,需要在“公的性质”基础上,从证据持有人维护司法秩序义务之角度加以审视。调查令的申请条件有必要取消“因客观原因无法自行调查收集证据”的规定,避免制度上的逻辑性矛盾。应当建立听取证据持有人意见的程序,维护证据持有人的合法权益。律师调查令制度应当允许跨省适用,提高律师证据调查收集的效率与实效性。

可旋转悬挂式储痰杯架在肺结核病人中的应用

目的:探讨可旋转悬挂式储痰杯架在结核病区储痰中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年2月—10月我院结核病区的肺结核初治病人180例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将病人分为试验组和对照组,各90例。试验组使用可旋转悬挂式储痰杯架方法存放痰杯,对照组使用常规方法存放痰杯,比较两组储痰依从性、痰液对医护人员和病人造成的不良刺激、痰液观察准确率、痰杯侧翻指标及护理满意度。结果:试验组储痰依从性、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良刺激发生率、总痰杯侧翻率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组医护人员痰液性状观察准确次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组医护人员痰液颜色及痰量观察准确次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过使用可旋转悬挂式储痰杯存储痰液,可提高肺结核病人的储痰依从性,减少痰液对病人和医护人员的不良刺激,提高护理满意度。

中医药传统知识专门保护制度构建研究

中医药传统知识是中医药的核心内容,兼具卫生、经济、科技、文化、生态五重资源价值。目前中医药传统知识面临国外不当占有、盗用,国内传承、保护不力的双重困局,现行法律制度无法实现全面、系统保护,建立专门保护制度已成为必然选择。专门保护制度需要解决四个核心问题:对外防御侵占和不当占有,对内保护持有人权利并规范知识的获取与利用,化解持有人利益与社会公共利益之间的矛盾,处理与现行法律制度的衔接。在此基础上,提出构建中医药传统知识专门保护制度的四个机制,即阻却外国不当专利申请的防御机制、持有人权利保护机制、持有人利益与社会公共利益平衡机制、与现行法律制度的衔接机制,以更好促进中医药传统知识的保护、传承、创新、发展。

基于非线性修饰和零阶保持器的船舶航向保持控制

[目的]为了解决船舶在海上航行时控制器舵角输出大、打舵频率高、控制速度较慢以及控制精度较低的问题,利用三阶闭环增益成形算法设计鲁棒控制器。[方法]首先,利用三阶闭环增益成形算法设计出线性鲁棒控制器,然后,在控制策略中加入双曲正切非线性修饰以及零阶保持器,在不同海况下对该控制器的性能进行仿真实验。[结果]仿真结果表明,相比于基于非线性修饰的传统PID控制器,在一般海况下,所提控制器在延迟时间、控制精度以及能量输出上分别改进了36%,14%和32%;在恶劣海况下,分别改进了27%,7%和16%。此外,不同海况下该控制器的仿真结果都具有稳定的舵角输出,并可以较快地稳定在临界值附近,证明了其具有较好的鲁棒性。[结论]改进的控制器符合工程实践,对于智能船舶的控制具有较好的应用参考价值。

ESG发展对企业新质生产力影响的研究——来自中国A股上市企业的经验证据

文章基于2015—2022年A股上市企业财务报表数据,实证研究了ESG发展对企业新质生产力的影响,结果显示:ESG发展对企业新质生产力水平的提升有显著促进作用;异质性分析结果显示ESG发展对促进非国有企业、中小微企业、实体企业的新质生产力水平的作用更显著;机制研究表明ESG发展能改善企业与利益相关者的关系,降低中间品成本和负债融资成本水平、增加机构持股比例,进而促进企业新质生产力水平的提升。研究结果为促进企业ESG发展,加快企业形成新质生产力,促进企业高质量发展提供有用的经验证据。

考虑空间C^(m,λ)(Ω__)的完备性和所嵌入的空间的问题,对Jensen不等式给出了直接的证明方法,利用Jensen不等式给出了Holder连续函数的例子。指出当Ω是非凸集时空间C1(Ω__)不能嵌入空间C^(0,λ)(Ω__)。给出C(Ω__)和C^(0,λ)(Ω__)是Banach空间证明的具体表述过程,通过建立Holder连续函数空间的插值空间的不等式,给出了空间C^(0,μ)(Ω__)嵌入的空间的证明;在Ω是Rn中的有界开集条件下,应用Arzela-Ascoli定理给出了空间C^(0,μ)(Ω__)紧嵌入的空间的证明,对相关经典知识给予了新的改造表述。

一款小角X射线散射遥控自动换样装置

北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)小角X射线散射(SAXS)实验中,非原位样品的测量通常占据较大比重。使用传统承载单个样品的样品架,实验效率低。本工作设计了一款用于同步辐射SAXS实验的自动换样装置,它一次可承载10个样品,使用无线遥控器在实验棚屋外即可遥控样品的移动、对光和曝光,提高了实验效率。本文简要介绍该装置的基本结构、功能及应用。

汽车车灯支架压铸工艺CAE分析及模具设计
