Single cell trapping in vitro by microfluidic device is an emerging approach for the study of the relationship between single cells and their dynamic biochemical microenvironments. In this paper, a hydrodynamic-based microfluidic device for single cell trapping is designed using a combination of stagnation point flow and physical barrier.The microfluidic device overcomes the weakness of the traditional ones, which have been only based upon either stagnation point flows or physical barriers, and can conveniently load dynamic biochemical signals to the trapped cell. In addition, it can connect with a programmable syringe pump and a microscope to constitute an integrated experimental system.It is experimentally verified that the microfluidic system can trap single cells in vitro even under flow disturbance and conveniently load biochemical signals to the trapped cell. The designed micro-device would provide a simple yet effective experimental platform for further study of the interactions between single cells and their microenvironments. 展开更多

In this article,the reduced differential transform method is introduced to solve the nonlinear fractional model of Tumor-Immune.The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense.The solutions derived using this method are easy and very accurate.The model is given by its signal flow diagram.Moreover,a simulation of the system by the Simulink of MATLAB is given.The disease-free equilibrium and stability of the equilibrium point are calculated.Formulation of a fractional optimal control for the cancer model is calculated.In addition,to control the system,we propose a novel modification of its model.This modification is based on converting the model to a memristive one,which is a first time in the literature that such idea is used to control this type of diseases.Also,we study the system’s stability via the Lyapunov exponents and Poincare maps before and after control.Fractional order differential equations(FDEs)are commonly utilized to model systems that have memory,and exist in several physical phenomena,models in thermoelasticity field,and biological paradigms.FDEs have been utilized to model the realistic biphasic decline manner of elastic systems and infection of diseases with a slower rate of change.FDEs are more useful than integer-order in modeling sophisticated models that contain physical phenomena. 展开更多

This algorithm is carried out merely in the domain of code operation. Based on pure code algorithm, it is more efficient because figure searching is no longer necessary. The code-series ( CS ), which are organized from node association table, have the holoinformation nature, so that both the content and the sign of each gain-term can be determined via the coded method.The principle of this method is obvious and it is suited for computer programming. The capability of the computeraided analysis for Switched Capacitor (SCN) can be enhanced. 展开更多

A new technique for the conversion of ladder based filter into CFOA based filter has been proposed. The technique uses signal flow graph and converts the existing LC ladder based filter into band pass & band stop configurations. The design of band pass and band stop filter has been realized using the proposed technique. The proposed configuration is implemented using CFOA as an active device and all the capacitors are grounded. CFOA based circuits have greater linearity, high dynamic rate, high slew rate and high signal bandwidth. Simulation has been carried out using simulation software P Spice (v10.1). Ultrasound Imaging Signal Analysis of Underwater Topography in River Model Experiment

In this paper, we analyze the feature of ultrasonic image and investigate the effect of topography material, flow velocity and sediment concentration on the imaging of underwater topography by imaging experiments of model sands. These imaging experiments are conducted in river engineering physical model.The results show that the vertical distribution of pixel values is changed hugely at the position of imaging bright band of underwater topography. The imaging of underwater topography is not affected when flow velocity is below 40 cm/s and sediment concentration is below 5.0 ‰. The main influence factors of imaging signals are flow velocity and sediment concentration near the topographical bed. The resolution of ultrasound imaging signals is high, and the topography consisted of model sands with particle size smaller than 0.1 mm can be monitored well in the river model experiment. 展开更多
