Against the background of the current world facing an energy crisis, and human beings puzzled by the problems of environment and resources, developing clean energy sources becomes the inevitable choice to deal with a climate change and an energy shortage.A global ocean wave energy resource was reanalyzed by using ERA-40 wave reanalysis data 1957–2002 from European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF).An effective significant wave height is defined in the development of wave energy resources(short as effective SWH),and the total potential of wave energy is exploratively calculated.Synthetically considering a wave energy density,a wave energy level probability, the frequency of the effective SWH,the stability and long-term trend of wave energy density,a swell index and a wave energy storage, global ocean wave energy resources were reanalyzed and regionalized, providing reference to the development of wave energy resources such as wave power plant location, seawater desalination, heating, pumping. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to o research the control effect to Varroa destructor and Tropilaeplaps clareae whit new raising management methods, and reduce the pollution caused by drug treatment of bee. [ Metkod] We took the method that was replace the hive and comb on test col- onies with the comb Formalin soaking liquid used three days after the dry and sterilization in advance with the hive. The test groups were 10 colonies randomly selected from the disinfected comb in the breeding. This was the first kind of method. The control groups were 10 colonies randomly se- lected by the conventional breeding management methods. From January 20th, statistic analysis on parasitic situation of bees once every month be- tween the two methods, and take corresponding measures to prevent and control the varroa mite according to the varroa mite parasitic number in time, then the control effect of mite between the two methods were compared with. [ Result] The results showed that the first method was better than the second one in V. destructor, the control time of T. clareae delayed about one month [ Conclusion] Good breeding method could restrain I V. destructor and T. clareae parasitism, speeded up the colony development, and reduced the pollution of chemical drugs on bee products, regar- dod as a kind good method of controlling bee mites to make use of the feeding and management technology. 展开更多

Objective:To study the antiviral activity of Guanhuang Ganmao Keli on human respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)in vitro. Methods:The Guanhuang Ganmao Keli was dissolved in pure water and filtered by a 0.22 micron filter to get solution. Cyclopiazonic acid(CPA)was used as positive control. The toxicity of Guanhuang Ganmao Keli on Hep-2 cells was tested by cell counting kit 8(CCK-8). The protective effect of Guanhuang Ganmao Keli on RSV was evaluated under the highest toxic concentration. Results:The TC50 and EC50 of Guanhuang Ganmao Keli is 0.647 mg/mL and 0.014 mg/mL,respectively. Guanhuang Ganmao Keli showed significant antiviral effect when added 0、2、4、6 and 8 h post-infection. Conclusion:Guanhuang Ganmao Keli is an effective antiviral agent on RSV in vitro. 展开更多

We collated and synthesized previous studies that reported the impacts of microplastics on soil parameters. The data were classified and integrated to screen for the proportion of significant effects, then we suggest several directions to alleviate the current data limitation in future experiments. We compiled 106 datasets capturing significant effects, which were analyzed in detail. We found that polyethylene and pellets(or powders)were the most frequently used microplastic composition and shape for soil experiments. The significant effects mainly occurred in broad size ranges(0.1–1 mm)at test concentrations of 0.1%–10%based on soil dry weight.Polyvinyl chloride and film induced significant effects at lower concentrations compared to other compositions and shapes, respectively. We adopted a species sensitivity distribution(SSD)and soil property effect distribution(SPED)method using available data from soil biota, and for soil properties and enzymes deemed relevant for microplastic management. The predicted-no-effect-concentration(PNEC)-like values needed to protect 95%of soil biota and soil properties was estimated to be between 520 and 655 mg kg^(-1).This study was the first to screen microplastic levels with a view toward protecting the soil system. Our results should be regularly updated(e.g.,quarterly)with additional data as they become available. 展开更多
