When the sludge bulking appeared, the removal efficiency of COD in membrane bio-reactor increased slightly through the function of filamentous bacteria. However, the negative effects of the higher net water-head differential pressures, the high block rate of membrane pore and the great quantity of filamentous bacteria at the external surface presented at the same time. 工业生产过程中会产生大量的废碱液,其水质成分复杂难以用常规生物处理技术进行处理,含有高质量浓度硫的废碱液就会给后续处理工艺带来一系列问题。为减轻后续处理工艺的负荷,采用生物强化技术直接处理不经任何预处理的废碱液,生化分解... 工业生产过程中会产生大量的废碱液,其水质成分复杂难以用常规生物处理技术进行处理,含有高质量浓度硫的废碱液就会给后续处理工艺带来一系列问题。为减轻后续处理工艺的负荷,采用生物强化技术直接处理不经任何预处理的废碱液,生化分解废水中的硫化物,考察菌种启动、菌种活性,高pH值、高质量浓度溶解性固体对硫化物去除率的影响。结果表明:采用KMM生物强化菌种,可以直接处理DCC和DMTO混合废碱液,菌种活性较高,硫化物去除率最高可达99%以上。硫酸根与硫代硫酸根的质量浓度比可以提高15倍,能够达到降低硫代硫酸根质量浓度的效果,为后续工艺提供水质保证,同时可以降低化学需氧量负荷,为高质量浓度废碱液的预处理技术提供新的工艺思路和解决方法。 展开更多

In this paper, author will report on the process of rice cultivation in paddy fields using treated water which treated domestic sewage wastewater. Odor problems from sewage treatment plants have been solved by confinement and ventilation, but reducing the color and odor of treated water is economically difficult and is a subject of recycling of discharged water. Humus pellet bioreactors can be attached to existing sewage treatment plants to suppress the odor of the sewage treatment plants as a whole and to prevent sludge from deteriorating and to improve the quality of treated water. The odor and color of the treated water discharged from the sewage treatment plant was reduced. In addition, we were able to obtain performance of treated water with nitrogen 3 mg/L, phosphorus 1 mg/L or less throughout the year. On the other hand, there are many cases of results that cannot be used for paddy rice cultivation and vegetable production etc. by ignoring plant growth and physiology (fertilizer). For that reason, laws and guidance such as having to dilute more than 50 times in order to use processed water for agriculture are being conducted without learning. It is a case of using humus pellets in sewage treatment system and using deodorized wastewater of sewage by adjusting fertilizer when used in paddy field rice production. 展开更多

Direct discharge of municipal and industrial waste waters and leachate (originating from the illegal landfills) into recipients without prior purification is unfortunately very common practice in the region of northern Kosovo. In addition, irresponsible and incorrect selection of sites for industrial and municipal dumps, which are often located in vicinity or on actual river banks, contributes significantly to environmental pollution. Analysis of the leachate from such sites was done by direct sampling and by using TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leashing Procedures) method. Based on the analysis of physicochemical parameters of the filtrated water from the sites Zitkovac, Grabovac and Balaban and analysis of the samples of surface water and groundwater from the site Grabovac, possible steps for removal and reduction of the existing pollution were proposed. Potential permanent solution in form of purification of municipal and industrial waste waters as well as leachate from illegal landfills was suggested. The potential implementation of remediation with a unified system for water purification, by using Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR), which includes the process of stabilization/solidification of a residual sludge, would have as an end product a neutral powder material completely safe for the environment, suitable for a variety of applications. 展开更多

Analysis of Circumstance Influence Factors on HMBR for Waste-water Reclamation in Dwelling District

Circumstance influence factors on Hybrid Membrane Bio-Reactor (HMBR) process for the wastewater reclamation in dwelling district was analyzed. The main characteristic of this process is that sludge and nitrified effluent can be recycled automatically, which simplifies the operation of system and is beneficial to get the high removal of organics and nitrogen. Based on the analysis of circumstance influence factors, it is recommended that water temperature of about 20℃, influent pH of 6 -7 and DO of 1. 0 mg/L - 1. 5 mg/L in the aerobic compartment. Under these conditions, COD, BOD5, NH4+ -N, and TN were removed effectively in HMBR and the average removal efficiencies were 94.5%, 99.3%, 99.4% and 84.7%, respectively. SS and coliforms were both below the detection limits in the permeate of UF membrane module, and turbidity was less than 1NTU. The treated effluent meets the Miscellaneous Domestic Water Quality Standard (CJ25.1-89), and can be reused multipurposely such as watering of green belts, cleaning and toilet flushing water after disinfection. 展开更多

The treated sewage has a color as well as odor and is difficult to reuse.Physical methods to reduce color with odor are costly and more difficult to reuse.Since the color and odor were reduced by pellet-type bioreactor sewage treatment using humus,rice was cultivated for 3 years.Industrially,3 years is sufficient to investigate the stability of treatment facilities,but when biological treatment is applied,5 to 10 years of investigation is required.In addition,in rice cultivation,a similar 5 to 10 years survey is required to investigate the accumulation of low-concentration pollutants.This report is a five-year report and is the result of paddy rice cultivation in a stable wastewater treatment facility.The cultivated rice fully satisfied the edible standards and was able to obtain safe rice,and the effect of reducing fertilizer applied was obtained by using nitrogen and phosphorus from the treated water.In addition,the yield was able to be within the range of the standard yield of 500 kg to 550 kg/1,000 m^(2). 展开更多
