Translation of Four-Chinese-Character Structures——With the Report at the 19^(th) National Congress of the Communist Party of China as Case Study

Chinese is featured with four-Chinese-character structures.These forms are typical in pattern,sound and meaning delivery.The thesis,therefore,with classifications of the four-Chinese-character structures in the latest 19^(th)National Congress of the Communist Party of China,attempts to analyze translation methods such as literal translation and liberal translation as well as translation techniques such as combination,shift,addition and omission.It is concluded that dominant methods or techniques are adopted in translating corresponding types of four-Chinese-character structures.In this sense,not only guidance for translation practice in political regard is offered but also a further understanding of translation methods and techniques can be gained.

China＇ s International Strategic Thought and Layout for a New Era

Over the five years between the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the CPC, the new generation of Chinese leadership, with Xi Jinping at the core, has proposed a series of ideas, theories, concepts and initiatives, built a whole set of organizational structures and mechanisms,enriched and improved foreign strategic plans, overcome a host of territorial and sovereign difficulties through the construction and use of the Belt and Road Initiative, breathed new life into head of state diplomacy and other diplomatic forms, and formulated China's international strategic thought and structure for the new era. 自2017年习近平在党的十九大报告中首次提出“我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段”的科学论断后,高质量发展相关议题就受到了不同领域学者的广泛关注。本文借助CiteSpace软件,对2018年—2020年中文社会科学引文索引来源期刊发表的以高质量发展为主题的研究文献进行了全面梳理和可视化知识图谱分析,探讨了党的十九大以来国内高质量发展的研究现状、研究基础和研究视角,并评述了其研究主题和热点内容。基于不同的研究主题和热点内容,本文认为今后应从新发展理念的不同方面对高质量发展的影响因素和实现路径展开研究,同时将研究的主要区域扩大到欠发达地区,以进一步深化对高质量发展相关议题的研究。

党的十八大以来红色文化研究的热点演进及趋势——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

近年来对红色文化的研究成为理论界的研究热点,随着相关研究的日益深入,取得了丰硕的理论成果。基于CiteSpace软件对党的十八大以来中国知网(CNKI)收录的以"红色文化"为主题的核心期刊和CSSCI期刊的448篇论文进行知识图谱分析,以期准确把握红色文化研究的发展态势。分析结果显示:红色文化研究领域的发文量整体呈上升趋势,载文期刊水平较高;研究机构和作者已形成一定的地域集群,但相互间缺乏合作交流;研究热点聚焦于红色文化传播、社会主义核心价值观、思想政治教育、文化自信等方面;演进过程经历了稳步发展期和成熟繁荣期两个阶段。红色文化的研究方向应从深化基础理论、优化传播策略和提升育人质量三方面着力。

Responses to population ageing in the new era:a national condition report from China

Population ageing is the new national condition of China in 21st century.Responding actively to population ageing should be a long-term strategy of the country.This article introduces the process and characteristics of population ageing as the new national conditions and major challenges posed by it in the first session;in the second session,the author reviews the history of ageing policy system development since the founding of P.R.C.and presents the blueprint of a top-level strategy to respond actively to population ageing in the new era;session three of the article describes the major achievements of undertakings on ageing after 18th CPC national congress.

高等学校廉政建设中存在的问题及治理对策研究——基于河南省高校调查分析

近年来,为加强河南省高等学校廉政建设,河南省纪委监委多次对河南省高校贯彻落实中央八项规定精神情况进行专项检查,发现部分高校仍存在违反中央八项规定精神的问题。基于此,对河南省三十余所省属本科高校进行调查研究,发现部分高等学校在财务管理、“三公经费”、津贴补助等领域存在问题,呈现出问题集中在某些领域、问题涉及人员范围广等特点,且出现新问题的表现形式更趋隐蔽和违纪行为手段升级等发展趋势。进一步研究发现,问题的出现与党组织落实主体责任有差距、纪检监察机关履行监督责任不到位、党员干部勤政廉政意识不够强等方面有关。因此,应聚焦“关键少数”强化管党治党责任落实,坚持问题导向惩防并举提升监督效能,聚焦关键环节构建制度管人管事的长效机制,以及抓实党性教育增强干部拒腐防变能力。

试论党的二十大报告中“人民”一词的三重含义
