The problem of digital controlling of high frequency microplasma arc welding machine has been solved through Fujitsu 16-bits single-chip processor used.Digital welding power sources and their control systems,digital s...The problem of digital controlling of high frequency microplasma arc welding machine has been solved through Fujitsu 16-bits single-chip processor used.Digital welding power sources and their control systems,digital sequential control system,and digital man-machine interaction system were included in digital microplasma arc welding machine studied.Principles,which is about digital sequential control system,digital man-machine interaction system,digital controller and its interface,and controlling software program,were analyzed.It has been showed that full digitalization of high frequency microplasma arc welding machine was fulfilled,minimum welding current of the machine is 0.05A,and arc is stable and can been started unfailingly.展开更多

The stepping arc stud welding gun was mainly made by a stepping motor as actuat...Through the investigation on traditional arc stud welding process, a new welding gun and its control system were developed in this paper. The stepping arc stud welding gun was mainly made by a stepping motor as actuating unit and a screw-driven device as moving unit. A control system with a MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer as main control component was used to realize the new stud welding procedure. This new welding process with stepping stud welding gun is named as stepping arc stud welding. In the new welding process, the stud action can be looked as constituted by some micro steps. The setting and adjusting of the stepping arc welding gun behavior parameters are accomplished independently. It is indicated from the results of process tests and bending test that the stepping arc stud welding process is practicable.展开更多

In this system two...In order to reduce dependence of operating skill ,fuzzy control system is developed, the core of which is a 16 bit Single Chip Microcomputer of Intel 80C196KC.It is realized by software programming. In this system two fuzzy controller are designed. The PID parameter self adjusting fuzzy controller is used to compensate welding current deviation in the process of arc voltage optimized control. To obtain the optimum result of ultimate frequency of short circuit transfer, the self optimizing fuzzy controller carries out the arc voltage self optimizing by under the condition of the given welding current. Arc voltage and welding current are kept the optimum matching relationship by two fuzzy controllers.展开更多
