Background Intelligent garments,a burgeoning class of wearable devices,have extensive applications in domains such as sports training and medical rehabilitation.Nonetheless,existing research in the smart wearables domain predominantly emphasizes sensor functionality and quantity,often skipping crucial aspects related to user experience and interaction.Methods To address this gap,this study introduces a novel real-time 3D interactive system based on intelligent garments.The system utilizes lightweight sensor modules to collect human motion data and introduces a dual-stream fusion network based on pulsed neural units to classify and recognize human movements,thereby achieving real-time interaction between users and sensors.Additionally,the system incorporates 3D human visualization functionality,which visualizes sensor data and recognizes human actions as 3D models in real time,providing accurate and comprehensive visual feedback to help users better understand and analyze the details and features of human motion.This system has significant potential for applications in motion detection,medical monitoring,virtual reality,and other fields.The accurate classification of human actions contributes to the development of personalized training plans and injury prevention strategies.Conclusions This study has substantial implications in the domains of intelligent garments,human motion monitoring,and digital twin visualization.The advancement of this system is expected to propel the progress of wearable technology and foster a deeper comprehension of human motion. 展开更多

针对现有基于三维表面重建的图像重照明方法存在纹理噪点、重照明质量不足及特征空间利用率低等问题,文章提出一种基于单张量辐射场的数字服装重照明方法。该方法首先利用球面高斯函数和多层感知机,分别模拟环境直射光和服装表面间的间... 针对现有基于三维表面重建的图像重照明方法存在纹理噪点、重照明质量不足及特征空间利用率低等问题,文章提出一种基于单张量辐射场的数字服装重照明方法。该方法首先利用球面高斯函数和多层感知机,分别模拟环境直射光和服装表面间的间接反射光,以构建一个精准的入射光场;接着通过引入梯度引导平滑策略,优化从特征空间中提取双向反射分布函数模型参数的过程。最后,利用简化的反射率方程,结合入射光场、双向反射分布模型及特征空间,成功地渲染出高质量的服装重照明图像。实验结果表明,该方法有效地减少了服装纹理噪点,显著降低了服装重照明的失真现象。相较于先进方法,该方法在生成服装新视角图像方面,各项评估指标的平均提升约9.922%;在服装重照明结果方面,各项评估指标的平均提升约4.549%。 展开更多

绿色信贷是实现绿色发展的重要推动力,能够有效调节资金配置。针对服装行业中小制造企业进行绿色生产时融资难的问题,建立消费者绿色偏好及碳交易驱动下的政府、银行、纺织服装中小企业及核心企业间的四方演化博弈模型,分析四方参与主... 绿色信贷是实现绿色发展的重要推动力,能够有效调节资金配置。针对服装行业中小制造企业进行绿色生产时融资难的问题,建立消费者绿色偏好及碳交易驱动下的政府、银行、纺织服装中小企业及核心企业间的四方演化博弈模型,分析四方参与主体的相互影响机制及演化稳定策略。研究结果表明:当纺织服装中小企业进行绿色生产时的成本、碳交易的收益及间接名誉收益之和大于绿色生产所支付的成本时,企业才会选择绿色生产策略;政府监管力度和消费者绿色偏好的增加均能提升银行实施绿色信贷的意愿,降低纺织服装中小企业绿色生产的成本;碳交易价格的上涨能够加快纺织服装中小企业绿色生产的演进速度;相对较大的服装生产订单能够引导纺织服装中小企业主动进行绿色生产。 展开更多

The severity of the hot and humid conditions to which miners are exposed increases as the depth of the work site increases.This can cause heat stress that can greatly affect the health and safety of workers.To resolve this,a cooling garment has been developed that uses an atmospheric discharge of liquid CO2 to create a cool microclimate with an average temperature of 12.5(±0.4)℃ beneath the garment.To evaluate the garment's cooling efficiency,19 male subjects participated in an experimental procedure.The two modes,cooling on and off,were compared.Significant physiological differences were found between the two modes after minute 27(p<0.05)until the end of the recovery phase for the heart rate(maximum difference of 10 beats per minute)and the internal body temperature(maximum difference of 0.33℃).It was found that the modes also affected the subjects'perceptions.The ON-mode was associated with better well-being and thermal comfort,and reduced humidity sensation.Perceptions of exertion were lower in the ON-mode condition from minute 2.The findings provide strong evidence of the ability of this cooling garment to reduce heat stress in hot and humid conditions similar to those encountered in deep mines. 展开更多

To minimize heat stress, protective equipment may be worn, such as personal cooling garments. This paper presents and discusses the performances, advantages and disadvantages of existing personal cooling garments, namely air-cooled, liquid-cooled, phase change, hybrid, gas expansion and vacuum desiccant cooling garments, and a thermoelectric cooling technology. The main objective is to identify the cooling technique that would be most suitable for deep mining workers. It appears that no cooling technology currently on the market is perfectly compatible with this type of mining environment. However, combining two or more cooling technologies into a single hybrid system could be the solution to an optimized cooling garment for deep mines. 展开更多

This paper deals with three types of washing (enzyme, softener, Silicone) effects on 100% cotton Single Jersey T-shirt, Slub Single Jersey T-shirt, Double Lacoste (5% Lycra) Polo shirt, Single jersey CVC (T-shirt) and PC single Jersey (T-shirt). Typical industrial washing procedures and techniques were followed and then physico-mechanical properties were analyzed under standard condition. It is observed that after washing, weight of each garments has increased from 5% to 36%;stitch length of the constituted fabric has decreased from 1% to 10% approximately;CPI has increased 23% for CVC fabric only for enzyme treatment and for other process it has a little bit or no wash effects. Same effects found for WPI except 100% cotton and Double Lacoste. Shrinkage property both for lengthwise and widthwise remains the same except CVC and Double Lacoste knitted garments and spirality has almost unchanged except 100% cotton and slub fabric. Both the dry and wet rubbing properties have improved after any types of wash except 100% cotton on Silicone wash. Water absorbency property has increased;pH of all the samples is under controlled and lies between 4.5 and 5.0. But there is no significant change of colorfastness to wash and stain after these washing treatments. 展开更多

Garment online shopping has been accepted by more and more consumers in recent years. In online shopping, a buyer only chooses the garment size judged by his own experience without trying-on, so the selected garment may not be the fittest one for the buyer due to the variety of body's figures. Thus, we propose a method of optimal selection of garment sizes for online shopping based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The hierarchical structure model for optimal selection of garment sizes is structured and the fittest garment for a buyer is found by calculating the matching degrees between individual's measurements and the corresponding key-part values of ready-to-wear clothing sizes. In order to demonstrate its feasibility, we provide an example of selecting the fittest sizes of men's bottom. The result shows that the proposed method is useful in online clothing sales application. 展开更多
