The excitation pulse on ... This paper presents a new focusing and scanning method which focuses multiple waves on a target. The key of the method is to control excitation pulses for each element of the transducer array. The excitation pulse on each array element is obtained by time reversing the signal received by the same element, which is generated by an imaginary source at the target. The excitation pulses from all array elements are transmitted and arrive at the target simultaneously, and focusing is achieved. The performance of the two methods is compared in numerical examples, and it is demonstrated that the proposed method achieves a satisfactory focusing and a good signal-to-noise ratio no matter where the target location is. 展开更多

Multiple Scanning Effects in Radiochromic Film Dosimetry: A Method to Reduce the Increase of Optical Density

In this work, a method to reduce increase in optical density (OD) caused by multiple scanning in radiochromic film dosimetry in combination with a flatbed scanner is presented. Gafchromic EBT3 films are scanned with Epson Pro 1680 Expression scanner and time intervals of 15 minutes and 30 minutes are observed between consecutive scans to reduce the increase in temperature of the scanner. The maximum variations in OD after consecutive scans are calculated and compared to the values obtained for scans without interruption. For film irradiated to 3 Gy, a time interval of 15 minutes between two successive scans leads to a reduction of the OD increase of 56.2% compared to when films are scanned without interruption. Reductions of OD increase of 86.72% and 78.72% respectively for film irradiated to 1 Gy and 2 Gy are obtained when a time interval of 30 minutes is left between two successive scans. These results show that when time intervals are observed between consecutive scans, the increase in OD has significantly reduced. However, the method has the drawback of increasing the time needed to perform radiochromic film dosimetry. 展开更多

In cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), there are often cases where the size of the specimen is larger than the field of view (FOV) (referred to as over FOV-sized (OFS)). To acquire the complete projection data for OFS objects, some scan modes have been developed for long objects and short but over-wide objects. However, these modes still cannot meet the requirements for both longitudinally long and transversely wide objects. In this paper, we propose a multiple helical scan mode and a corresponding reconstruction algorithm for both longitudinally long and transversely wide objects. The simulation results show that our model can deal with the problem and that the results are acceptable, while the OFS object is twice as long compared with the FOV in the same latitude. 展开更多

Due to the reservoir heterogeneity and the stress shadow effect, multiple hydraulic fractures within one fracturing segment cannot be initiated simultaneously and propagate evenly, which will cause a low effectiveness of reservoir stimulation. Temporary plugging and diverting fracturing(TPDF) is considered to be a potential uniform-stimulation method for creating multiple fractures simultaneously in the oilfield. However, the multi-fracture propagation morphology during TPDF is not clear now. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively investigate the multi-fracture propagation morphology during TPDF through true tri-axial fracturing experiments and CT scanning. Critical parameters such as fracture spacing, number of perforation clusters, the viscosity of fracturing fluid, and the in-situ stress have been investigated. The fracture geometry before and after diversion have been quantitively analyzed based on the two-dimensional CT slices and three-dimensional reconstruction method. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) When injecting the high viscosity fluid or perforating at the location with low in-situ stress, multiple hydraulic fractures would simultaneously propagate. Otherwise, only one hydraulic fracture was created during the initial fracturing stage(IFS) for most tests.(2) The perforation cluster effectiveness(PCE) has increased from 26.62% during the IFS to 88.86% after using diverters.(3) The diverted fracture volume has no apparent correlation with the pressure peak and peak frequency during the diversion fracturing stage(DFS) but is positively correlated with water-work.(4) Four types of plugging behavior in shale could be controlled by adjusting the diverter recipe and diverter injection time, and the plugging behavior includes plugging the natural fracture in the wellbore, plugging the previous hydraulic fractures, plugging the fracture tip and plugging the bedding. 展开更多

Neurolymphomatosis, defined as invasion of cranial nerves and peripheral nerve roots, plexus or nerves by Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is a very rare clinical entity. We describe a case of 69 years old gentleman, who presented to us with asymmetric, painful sensorimotor polyneuropathy. He was admitted with 2 months history of dry cough, constitutional symptoms, paraesthesias on right side of face along with painful asymmetrical quadriparesis. Nerve conduction studies were suggestive of asymmetrical sensorimotor axonal and demyelinating neuropathy. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed mild pleocytosis with raised protein. FDG-PET showed intense uptake in both adrenals, abdominal lymph nodes, sacral nerve roots and brachial plexus. Fine needle aspiration cytology of adrenal mass revealed evidence of diffuse large B cell Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As patient succumbed to illness, an autopsy was done, which revealed diffuse large B cell lymphoma involving adrenals, brachial and lumbosacral plexuses. Our report provides important insights into a rare cause of painful demyelinating multiple mononeuropathy and emphasises on increasing role and diagnostic utility of PET imaging in evaluation of patients presenting with multiple mononeuropathy, especially with regards to paraneoplastic or neoplastic causes such as lymphoma. 展开更多

采用液相色谱-三重四极杆复合线性离子阱质谱法定性定量检测烟用香精香料中苹果酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、酒石酸、己二酸、乙酰丙酸等9种有机酸。取0.1 g烟用香精香料样品,加入20 mL水,超声提取10 min。取上清液1 mL,... 采用液相色谱-三重四极杆复合线性离子阱质谱法定性定量检测烟用香精香料中苹果酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、酒石酸、己二酸、乙酰丙酸等9种有机酸。取0.1 g烟用香精香料样品,加入20 mL水,超声提取10 min。取上清液1 mL,过0.22μm水相滤膜后用水稀释10倍,按照优化的仪器工作条件测定。在Synergi Hydro-RP色谱柱上用不同体积比的0.1%(体积分数,下同)甲酸溶液和含0.1%甲酸的甲醇溶液的混合液梯度洗脱分离各有机酸后,用电喷雾离子源负离子模式电离,多反应监测-信息依赖采集-增强子离子(MRM-IDA-EPI)模式扫描,MRM模式定量,保留时间结合EPI标准品二级质谱库定性。结果表明:9种有机酸的质量浓度均在一定范围内和定量子离子峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.003~0.018 mg·L^(-1);对实际样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为73.3%~112%,日内(n=6)、日间(n=5)精密度试验所得测定值的相对标准偏差分别不大于10%和不大于15%;方法用于142种烟用香精香料样品的分析,检出率较高的4种有机酸为乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸和柠檬酸。 展开更多

液晶高分子薄膜的热处理及结晶行为

为探究液晶高分子(LCP)薄膜在热处理过程中结晶行为,利用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪对LCP薄膜进行热处理,考察了在不同热处理条件下LCP薄膜熔点和熔融焓的变化,并分析其结晶转变。非等温结晶实验结果表明LCP薄膜熔融后的再结晶快过程难以避免... 为探究液晶高分子(LCP)薄膜在热处理过程中结晶行为,利用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪对LCP薄膜进行热处理,考察了在不同热处理条件下LCP薄膜熔点和熔融焓的变化,并分析其结晶转变。非等温结晶实验结果表明LCP薄膜熔融后的再结晶快过程难以避免,且形成新晶体的熔融特征与降温速率无关。等温结晶实验结果表明慢过程无法完全抑制快过程,且LCP薄膜经慢过程形成新晶体的温度上限为270℃。不同条件的等温热处理实验结果表明,低温段热处理有利于提高熔融焓,熔程上限以下的高温段热处理则更有利于提高熔点,在240℃等温热处理60 min得到最大熔融焓为3.87 J/g,在290℃等温热处理60 min得到最高熔点为306.8℃。通过分峰定性LCP薄膜在不同热处理温度下的结晶趋势,分析得到慢过程中形成新晶体、原晶体生长(包括熔融-再结晶的晶体)与冷却快过程形成新晶体的最佳温度分别为LCP薄膜的结晶温度、熔程下限温度与熔程上限温度。最终,结合LCP薄膜热处理前后的晶体结构模型,总结LCP薄膜在热处理中的结晶转变,为规模化制备高性能LCP薄膜提供参考。 展开更多

目的基于线性离子阱质谱的多重反应监测-信息依赖采集-增强子离子扫描(multiple reaction monitoring-information dependent acquisition-enhanced product ion scan,MRM-IDA-EPI)二级谱图筛查方法,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultr... 目的基于线性离子阱质谱的多重反应监测-信息依赖采集-增强子离子扫描(multiple reaction monitoring-information dependent acquisition-enhanced product ion scan,MRM-IDA-EPI)二级谱图筛查方法,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)定量检测和定性筛查野生菌中15种蘑菇毒素。方法野生菌样本通过甲酸-甲醇-水-乙腈(1:40:40:19,V:V:V:V)混合溶液超声提取,QuEChERS试剂提取净化,采用UPLC-MS/MS和MRM-IDA-EPI方法对15种蘑菇毒素进行定量分析和定性筛查。结果通过野生菌样本前处理方法和色谱条件优化,对15种蘑菇毒素进行0.04、0.10和0.40 mg/kg三水平加标回收实验,方法准确度为76.6%~109.2%,精密度为0.3%~7.6%;15种蘑菇毒素的线性范围为10~1000μg/L,线性相关系数(r)在0.9980~0.9994之间;其中α-鹅膏毒肽、β-鹅膏毒肽、γ-鹅膏毒肽、光盖伞素和鹅膏蕈氨酸的方法检出限(limits of detection,LODs)和定量限(limits of quantification,LOQs)分别为10μg/kg和30μg/kg,二羟鬼笔毒肽、羧基二羟鬼笔毒肽、羧基三羟鬼笔毒肽、毒蝇碱、蝇蕈醇、甲基裸盖菇素、鹿花菌素、脱磷酸裸盖菇素、奥来毒素和鬼伞菌素的LODs和LOQs分别为20μg/kg和60μg/kg,采用QuEChERS前处理方法对野生菌样本进行处理,样本基质效应系数K值在0.91~1.08之间。结论所建立的野生菌样本前处理方法对15种蘑菇毒素的定量测定无基质干扰,15种蘑菇毒素的UPLC-MS/MS和MRM-IDA-EPI分析方法结果准确、重现性好、灵敏度高,该方法适用于有毒野生菌引起的食源性中毒定量分析和定性筛查。 展开更多

The cereals and their products,which have been easily infected by fungi and contaminated with mycotoxins,are serious threat to both human and animals alike.And yet,detection of these unknown fungal infection and mycotoxins contaminates remains a great challenge.In this work,a holistic approach based on multiple characteristic structure fragments scans and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)was proposed for discovering unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The structural similarity of the same class of compounds provides a direction for the discovery and identification of unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The following steps were carried out:the fragmentation pathways of four types of mycotoxins were elucidated through comprehensive fragment analysis.By the combination of fragmentation pathways,the multiple characteristic structure fragments were screened out,with the common fragments were obtained by Veen diagram.Finally multiple characteristic structure fragments scans were carried out to find the unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The approach,first proposed by us,was proved to be effective in discovering and identifying 5 structural analogues of mycotoxins in real samples.It was proved to be a simple,fast and accurate method for early detection of fungal infection and mycotoxin contaminants,even for trace amounts of chemicals in complex matrix,and is of great significance to prevent hazardous substances infection from the food supply chains worldwide. 展开更多

针对目前地面激光扫描树木点云精确分离枝干点和树叶点成分困难的问题,提出一种基于多尺度几何特征的单木点云语义分割的方法。首先将水曲柳和樟子松样地点云数据进行单木分割,再计算多尺度点云协方差矩阵特征值,之后选择特征分类器,并... 针对目前地面激光扫描树木点云精确分离枝干点和树叶点成分困难的问题,提出一种基于多尺度几何特征的单木点云语义分割的方法。首先将水曲柳和樟子松样地点云数据进行单木分割,再计算多尺度点云协方差矩阵特征值,之后选择特征分类器,并根据特征值重要性选择最优特征值,最后对树木的枝干叶点云进行分割。通过比较支持向量机(SVM)、极限梯度增强(XGBoost)和随机森林(RF)3种分类器的训练时间和精度,选择XGBoost作为最终的分类器,并根据特征值重要性选择出6种最优特征。结果表明,2块样地枝干点和叶点的分割精度都>0.88,并且F1值和IOU也都在0.8以上。提出的方法能够有效分割出水曲柳和樟子松树叶点云和枝干点云,有较高的识别精度,研究结果为后续单木三维模型构建及生物量估算提供了条件。 展开更多

针对传统接触网静态检测方法在复杂站场环境下检测效率低、对运输秩序存在潜在干扰等问题,设计了基于激光点云的接触网静态检测系统。通过多站点云快速精确配准、接触网点云要素提取和静态几何参数精确计算等技术,实现了站场接触网点云... 针对传统接触网静态检测方法在复杂站场环境下检测效率低、对运输秩序存在潜在干扰等问题,设计了基于激光点云的接触网静态检测系统。通过多站点云快速精确配准、接触网点云要素提取和静态几何参数精确计算等技术,实现了站场接触网点云场景的快速精细重构、接触网接触线与钢轨几何结构的准确提取,以及接触网导高与拉出值的精确计算。以天津西高铁站实测点云数据进行应用验证,结果表明,该系统能够对多站点云数据进行高效处理,对接触网关键几何参数的计算精度达到±5 mm,显著提升了站场接触网静态检测的效率和准确度。 展开更多

目的探究能谱CT定量参数在脊柱转移瘤(MST)与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取60例脊柱恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,并根据手术或穿刺活检结果将其分为MST组(39例)和MM组(21例),均行脊柱能谱CT扫描。比较2组能谱CT定... 目的探究能谱CT定量参数在脊柱转移瘤(MST)与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取60例脊柱恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,并根据手术或穿刺活检结果将其分为MST组(39例)和MM组(21例),均行脊柱能谱CT扫描。比较2组能谱CT定量参数,并分析其对二者鉴别诊断的价值。结果MST组患者的临床表现和病变部位与MM组相比无明显差异(P>0.05);MST组在40~90 keV能量水平对应的CT值和曲线斜率K高于MM组(P>0.05);2组在100~140 keV能量水平对应的CT值比较无明显差异(P>0.05),且2组的CT值均随keV能量水平的增加而降低。结论能谱CT定量参数40~90 keV能量水平对应的CT值和曲线斜率K在MST和MM的鉴别诊断中具有一定的应用价值。 展开更多

目的:研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)SPECT/CT骨显像的影像学特征,探讨SPECT/CT在多发性骨髓瘤中诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析31例确诊多发性骨髓瘤患者SPECT/CT骨显像的表现特征,分析融合显像对多发性骨髓瘤的诊断意义,并对部分患者... 目的:研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)SPECT/CT骨显像的影像学特征,探讨SPECT/CT在多发性骨髓瘤中诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析31例确诊多发性骨髓瘤患者SPECT/CT骨显像的表现特征,分析融合显像对多发性骨髓瘤的诊断意义,并对部分患者进行动态观察,评价其在疗效监测中的作用。结果:①31例患者骨显像阳性率80.6%,共发现病灶130个,以脊柱、肋骨最常累及,绝大多数表现为放射性核素浓聚(128个),仅2个病灶表现为放射性分布减低;②SPECT/CT融合断层显像23例次,对于平面显像难以诊断的59处,明确鉴别了良恶性53处;对于6例单发病灶患者给出了明确诊断;③11例患者共行23次动态显像,结果提示4例病情好转,7例病情加重。结论:SPECT/CT骨显像对于多发性骨髓瘤骨病的诊断及疗效监测具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多
