Faced with unprecedented changes in the world,China has chosen to continue expanding its opening-up and actively cooperate with other countries.Internationalization of education is one of the important directions for the future development of universities.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of Sino-foreign cooperative education policies have been successively released,forming a relatively systematic and complete policy system.Under the promotion of policies,Chinese universities actively engage in Sino-foreign cooperative education,with increasingly frequent educational exchanges and a clear trend towards internationalization.The scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also constantly expanding.It is worthy to explore how to draw on advanced teaching experience from overseas,continue to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education,and improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

The continuously expanding program scale and increasing student enrollment number of Sino-foreign cooperative educational programs in recent years have demonstrated their increasing acceptance among Chinese students.This paper aims to explore and analyze the reasons behind the growing popularity of Sino-foreign joint educational programs.

Research on the Teaching of Landscape Engineering by Foreign Teachers in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in SUCC

Sino-foreign cooperative education plays an important role in undergraduate education.It has also proved itself popular in higher vocational education in recent years,in which foreign teachers are undertaking the task of teaching some specialized courses.The teaching by foreign teachers has certain irreplaceable advantages,but nonnegligible disadvantages as well.Questionnaires have been distributed to the students majoring in Landscape Engineering from Shanghai Urban Construction College to investigate the teaching of specialized courses by foreign teachers.Based on the statistics,the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching have been analyzed,and several suggestions on how to adopt the good points and avoid the shortcomings are offered,so as to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational college.

Promoting China-U.S.Arctic education cooperation:challenges,opportunities and recommendations

Arctic education refers not only to the teaching,but also to research,communication,dissemination as well as popularization of knowledge related to the Arctic.This article reviews joint efforts between Chinese and American educators and researchers to promote cooperation and understanding in Arctic education and research,and examines the facing challenges of China-U.S.Arctic education cooperation which include current political or economic tensions between the two countries,the differing perspectives and priorities on Arctic policy,the disproportion in Arctic scientific research,different research methodologies and discourse system in social science.This article also argues that there are opportunities for the two countries to cooperate in Arctic education.Common goals and interests in the Arctic,Arctic-dedicated institutions with significant Arctic research capabilities and partnerships around the world provide foundations for Arctic education cooperation.The implementation of a new science-based Arctic treaty of the Arctic Council is an opportunity for China-U.S.Arctic education cooperation.As for future cooperation,it suggests that in addition to promoting the direct bilateral cooperation,cooperation within international cooperation platforms and mechanisms,especially within the Arctic Council also needs to be further promoted.

Exploration and Consideration of the Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation of Higher Education——A Comparative Analysis Perspective Based on the Data of Municipal Universities of Wuhan, Hubei Province and China

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan.

U.S.’ Recognition, Evaluation of China-U.S. Educational Cooperation and Its Enlightenment to China--Analysis Based on the Survey Reports by U.S.’Policy Elites

Educational cooperation is one of the key factors to embody humanistic exchanges and promote the development of international relations.Through the analysis of four survey reports on China-U.S.educational cooperation,it is found that American policy elites generally attach importance to the distribution of power,the application of law,mutual benefit between the two countries in educational cooperation,and pay attention to the potential motivation and influence of China.China should rationally refer to the views and suggestions,strengthen the effectiveness of dialogue mechanism,enhance the credibility of international discourse,and at the same time encourage the negotiation and governance among cooperative universities,so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of education cooperation.

The Cultivation of Cross-cultural Communication Ability for Students of the High Vocational Tourism College in Sino- foreign Education Cooperation

In recent years, with rapid development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges, it puts forward higher requirements for students＇ English comprehensive ability. According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges of tourism, as well as the author＇ s own teaching experience, this paper elaborates the characteristics of English teaching in the Sino-foreign cooperative education, and the ways to cultivate and improve cross-cultural communication ability for students in tourism colleges.

关于大学国际化办学的政策与思考

在教育强国建设进程中,高等教育必须统筹国际、国内两个大局,提高大学国际化办学质量和水平是高等教育的重要职能和时代担当,也是教育强国的应有之义和紧迫需要。推进大学国际化办学,需丰富深化内涵、结合本土特色、考察发展历程、应对问题挑战、建立实现路径。中华人民共和国成立以来,我国大学国际化办学受到党和国家的高度重视,实现了多方位自主交流,法制化、规范化也得到进一步强化。经过多年的努力,我国高等教育的国际竞争力大幅提升,国际影响力进一步增强。但不能回避的是,在后疫情时代,战争冲突撕裂了世界格局,西方冷战思维制造对立,我国大学国际化办学在战略规划、深层次合作、国际化保障等方面面临一系列困难。在这一历史背景下,大学国际化办学更要把握机遇、克服挑战,在拓展全球合作、提升全球声誉、汇聚一流师资、深化学术合作、培养全球英才、完善保障体系等方面加大力度。探索大学国际化办学的实现路径具有重要的现实意义:一是可以提升我国教育领域的国际话语权;二是可以开创高等教育对外开放合作新局面;三是可以履行高等教育国际交流合作的职责和使命。

基于PMC指数模型的产教融合政策量化分析及优化

为深化对产教融合政策的全面、客观、准确认知与评价,进一步审视反思政策制定和执行中的问题,综合运用文本挖掘分析及PMC指数模型方法,构建产教融合政策的量化评价体系,对12项代表性产教融合政策进行评价。研究发现,我国产教融合政策总体设计合理,但仍存在政策目标相对局限、政策内容尚有缺失、政策受众略显失衡等薄弱环节。针对上述结论,从政策目标、政策内容及政策受众等三个方面提出针对性建议,以期为我国产教融合政策的修订与完善提供科学合理的依据。

“双减”政策下中小学德育教育家校合作共同体的构建

职业教育校企合作中的问题与促进政策分析
