Strategies for Cultivating Public Funded Targeted Normal Students Based on Goal Management Theory : A Case Study of East, West and North Guangdong

Public funded targeted normal students are an important component of China's teacher team construction.Since its implementation in 2007,a large number of outstanding rural teachers who have been striving on the front line of education have been trained.Based on the theory of goal management,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures in the training of public funded targeted normal students.It strives to solve the problems of low willingness to teach and high default rates among public funded normal students,and hopes that the suggestions proposed in this paper can further promote the effective implementation of policies for public funded normal students.

A Survey Study on TPACK Framework for Normal Students of English Major in Ethnic Colleges and Universities:Empirical Analysis Based on Structural Equation Modeling

With the continuous advancement of education informatization,Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK),as a new theoretical framework,provides a novel method for measuring teachers’informatization teaching ability.This study takes normal students of English majors from three ethnic universities as the research object,collects relevant data through questionnaires,and uses structural equation modeling to conduct data analysis and empirical research to investigate the differences in the TPACK levels of these students at different grades and the structural relationships among the elements in the TPACK structure.The technological pedagogical knowledge element of the TPACK structure was not obtained by exploratory factors analysis but through path analysis and structural equation modeling,the results show that the one-dimensional core knowledge of technological knowledge(TK),content knowledge(CK),and pedagogical knowledge(PK)have a positive effect on the two-dimensional interaction knowledge of technological content knowledge(TCK)and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK);furthermore,TCK and PCK have a positive effect on TPACK;and TK,CK,and PK indirectly affect TPACK through TCK and PCK.On this basis,suggestions are provided to ethnic colleges and universities to develop the TPACK knowledge competence of normal students of English majors.

On the Cultivation of Innovation Ability of Mathematics Normal Students Based on the Second Classroom

This paper analyses the mathematics teachers need and urgency of cultivating the ability of innovation,discusses the mathematics students innovation consciousness lack of factors,put forward the theoretical basis for using first class,through the second classroom for mathematics teachers to carry out flexible space,rich contents,various forms of activities,promote students using the brain and hand,give full play to students’subjective initiative,in time to find new problem solving new problems,so as to promote the innovation ability of students.

The Effect of Life Skills Training on the Mental Health and Level of Resilience among Teachers of Normal Students and Teachers of Exceptional Students in Zahedan

This is an experimental study conducted on two groups of control and experimental using pretestposttest design, applying psychological intervention on the study sample. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of collective education life skills on mental health and resilience of teachers in Zahedan. The population of the study included all teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students in Zahedan, among which 60 teachers at normal schools and 20 teachers at exceptional schools were selected and placed in two groups of experimental and control, respectively. Initially, members of the experimental group were taught 10 basic life skills in 10 2-hour sessions. Mental health and resilience questionnaires were distributed and gathered before and after the training sessions. Results indicated the positive effect of life skills training on mental health of teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, which meant that the more the life skills training to teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, the lower their mental health scores would be. Results also indicated the positive effect of life skills training on resilience of teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, which meant that the more the life skills training to teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, the higher their resilience scores would be.

Emotions and Stressing Situations Adaptation of Nursing Students in the New Normality

Background: New normality is uncertain in every sense, specifically in education and for many health disciplines. Being immersed in COVID-19 pandemics brought serious consequences for mental health, and is very important to handle emotions and stress coping strategies to obtain positive outcomes. Objective: To identify the most frequent emotions, as well as the adaptation strategies to the new normality faced by the students of nursing. Methods: Qualitative and phenomenological research, with the participation of 20 students from both genders in the middle term of nursing career at Faculty of Higher Studies Iztacala, National Autonomous University of Mexico, from August to November 2021. Information was collected from a focal group for ten sessions;analysis was according to De Souza Minayo, and there was a signed informed consent letter from participants. Results: Four categories emerged with sub-categories. Category I Maximized emotions. Sub-categories: 1) Frustration, anger, disappointment;2) Personal disappointment, hopelessness, uncertainty;3) Depression. Category II Support elements close to the new normality. Sub-categories: 1) Family communication;2) Education for mental and physical health. Category III Stressing situations that exceeded the student. Sub-category: Disease in lovely ones. Category IV Stress coping strategies. Sub-categories: 1) Friends and relatives that help to get better;2) Family values. Informers pointed out to have maximized emotion, and having no self-control on its negative outcomes occurred;in addition, the situation was not favorable at home with several losses of loved ones, as well as a poor economy that threatened students to give up studies. Conclusion: Emotions facing this new normality are very important and should be attended to, their proper handling will result in a new learning of socio-emotional abilities, stress coping strategies development, better adaptation and informed decisions taken.

Psychological Support for Public-Funded Normal Students Engaged in Teaching Profession

Among primary and secondary school teachers in China, 70% of teachers believe facing more significant occupationalpressure. 63.8% of teachers clearly stated that occupational stress had caused a tremendous impact on them.And this has had adverse effects on them, such as mental, physical, and personal development. This paper studiesthe group of public-funded regular students from the perspective of psychological support. This paper uses theSCL-90 form to investigate the professional psychology of teachers for the psychological support of public-fundedregular students engaged in the teaching profession. And it conducts a survey on the curriculum setting and satisfactionof the public-funded regular students during their study stage. The experimental results of this paper showthat only 11.9% of public-funded regular students are very willing to take root and serve township education.Moreover, the psychological pressure of teachers at different educational stages is quite different.

Strategic Exploration on the Popularization of Sexual Science Knowledge among Normal Students under the Opening-Up Background

Through the development of interdisciplinary public elective courses of sexuality in the whole school, systematic education of sexology knowledge is carried out for normal students, so that normal students can understand the sexual knowledge of male and female students, such as reproductive structure, function, reproductive health care, sex and sexual psychology, so as to reduce the premarital sexual behavior of normal students, avoid premarital pregnancy, reduce the incidence of reproductive tract infection and sexually transmitted diseases, improve the ability of self-protection of normal students, cultivate good sexual psychology of normal students, and promote the physical and mental health of normal students.

Survey and Countermeasures on Current Situation of Life Education for College Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities

Life education is the precondition of all education.This paper explored the current situation of life education for college students in local normal colleges and universities through questionnaire survey,and traced the history of life education in the world and China.Combined with history and reality,it analyzed the current problems of life education for college students mainly in three aspects,namely,the lack of connectivity in the educational process,the excessive productization of education,and the fragmentation of life education.Finally,it came up with pertinent recommendations in line with these problems.

Research on the Coupling Between the Career Identity of Normal School Students and the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

Stressors in Nurse Students’ Formation in the New Normality Post COVID-19

Background: Mental health has been impaired and at risk due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. The consequences due to confinement impacted every scenario, which directly influenced the daily routine of nurse students;in each setting students faced stressors that trigger fear, anxiety and others, since being in confinement learning of topics moved to the home, laboratory practices in hospitals were cancelled leaving the room that is uncertain up to their return to in-person activities. It is important to highlight the need for innovation and strengthening of theoretical-pedagogic aspects centered at the student’s context as a human being with their own needs and problems, who will interact with others in the continuous process of health-illness. Objective: the aim was to identify the stressors in the nurse students’ formation in the new normality post-COVID-19. Methods: Qualitative and phenomenological research with 27 participants aged 20 - 25 years, nurse students of a public university. The information collection was through four focal groups of 6-7 members each, data analysis was done according to Miles & Huberman after signed informed consent of each participant, and authorized by the chairperson of the Nurse’ career. Results: Category 1, Cumulative stressors with sub-categories 1.1 Uncertainty, 1.2 Isolation, 1.3 Invisibility, 1.4 Mockery, 1.5 Exclusion. Category 2, Expectancy states with sub-categories 2.1 Low self-esteem, 2.2 Insecurity, 2.3 Anxiety, 2.4 Depression, 2.5 Temporary leave, 2.6 Search for authenticity. Category 3, Internalization processes with sub-categories 3.1 Social rejection, 3.2 Self-censorship, 3.3 Discrediting, 3.4 Disempowerment. Category 4, Academic aspects affected with sub-categories 4.1 Deficient studying habits, 4.2 Deficient assimilations of knowledge, 4.3 Archived knowledge in the computer, 4.4 Absence of practice in previous semesters. Conclusion: Once identified the stressors in nurse students in the new normality post-COVID-19, it will allow the creation of settings that help in getting confidence for students, i.e., a safe surrounding promotes the development of abilities and competencies during formation, as well as recommendations of teachers in the classroom and laboratories that contribute to filling space that students perceive as empty, and to intensifying the companionship in clinical settings where students perceive most aggressiveness.

Probe into Post Practice of Normal School Students in Local Universities

As an important measure of educational reform,post practice can not only improve the practical skills of normal university students in education and teaching,but also relieve the pressure of teachers.Based on this,the Questionnaire for Internship Students and the way of stratified sampling with random sampling were used to conduct a questionnaire survey for Internship Students in Sichuan Normal University in this study;and the problems existing in normal students'post practice were analyzed,then some suggestions were proposed to enhance the practicability and effectiveness of the post practice of normal students in Colleges and universities.

The Evaluation of Educational Literacy of Physics Students in Normal Universities Under China’s Professional Certification System

师范生教育实习评价研究综述及展望

教育实习评价是师范生实习中的关键一环,高质量的评价可以有效提升反馈、改进的效率,提升教育实习的质量。而我国现有的教育实习评价缺少可靠的证据支撑、忽视过程性评价、缺乏有效的反馈渠道。该文通过在中国知网CNKI搜索相关文献并进行筛选、分类、阅读和分析,围绕教育实习评价的内涵与主体,教育实习表现性评价与发展性评价的重要作用,教育实习评价的内容与标准、工具和指标构建,教育实习评价的现存问题与改进策略这四个主题对教育实习评价的现有研究进行归纳和总结,旨在探索可以有效提升教育实习评价质量的方法。

高校学前师范生正念水平与专业认同的关系:心理资本的中介作用

为探讨高校学前师范生正念水平与其专业认同的关系以及心理资本在其中的中介作用,采用专业认同问卷、正念五因素量表和积极心理资本问卷对471名高校学前师范生展开调查。结果表明:高校学前师范生专业认同总体处于中等偏上水平,但在年级、专业志愿选择和成绩上存在显著差异;学前师范生正念水平可以正向预测其专业认同总体及其各个维度;学前师范生心理资本在正念水平和专业认同之间起完全中介作用。因此,学校及相关部门应该高度重视学生正念水平的提升,积极推动正念训练在教育中的应用。此外,还需加强心理资本的培养,助力学生进一步提升其专业认同。

河北省师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向调查研究

师范生返乡助力乡村教育是解决乡村师资结构性短缺的有效途径。通过问卷调查的方式,对河北省师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向进行调查,并运用差异性检验、相关性分析及其他统计分析方法分析数据。研究发现,造成师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向不足的原因主要是政策引导力度不足、农村学校吸引力差、家庭障碍、个人信念与能力短板。为提高师范生返乡助力乡村教育意向,应加强师范生的乡村教育意识,提高师范生的综合素质,改善乡村教师的工作生活环境,加强乡村教育基础设施建设。

师范生职业使命感对学习投入的影响研究——基于有调节的中介效应分析

本研究以自我决定理论与职业生涯建构理论为基础,以80536名师范生群体为研究对象,采用职业认同量表、职业目标量表、学习投入量表以及职业使命感量表,探讨师范生职业使命感与其学习投入之间的关系。结果表明:在控制性别、年级、学校类型以及身份的基础上,师范生职业使命感对学习投入具有显著正向影响;职业认同在职业使命感与学习投入之间起到部分中介作用;职业目标调节了职业使命感通过职业认同影响师范生学习投入的中介过程的前半段路径,并且在职业使命感与学习投入之间也起到调节作用。研究结果揭示了在师范生群体之中,职业目标、职业认同、职业使命感与学习投入四个变量之间的作用机理,为增强师范生对于教师身份的认同感,提升其职业使命感以及在校期间的学习投入奠定基础,也为高校培养师范生人才、创建高素质教师队伍提供参考依据。

农村小学全科师范生核心素养体系构建

农村小学全科师范生核心素养体系构建是农村小学教师培养的关键。基于教师核心素养研究的历史梳理,依据学生核心素养发展理论、小学教师专业标准、小学教育专业师范生职业能力标准和教育部关于卓越教师的培养计划,考虑农村小学教育的实践需求和全科师范生自身专业成长的现实需要,构建包括师德素养、知识素养、能力素养三个基本领域,服务农村的社会责任感、定向农村的职业认同感、自我修养、“两专多门”的学科知识、学科教学知识、农村教育情境知识、农村教育教学能力、自主发展能力等八个素养指标的核心素养体系,以期真正培养出“下得去、留得住、教得好”的农村小学全科教师。

基于OBE的问题式教学在师范生课程教学中的实践探索——以“中国地理”为例

师范生既是学生又是职前教师,因此师范生培养既要提升其学科素养,又要训练其教学技能。文章以“中国地理”课程教学为例,基于OBE理念,以学生为中心,通过树立主动学习理念、构建课程内容框架、实践探索逐级训练、开展多元综合评价等策略,探索问题式教学在师范生课程教学中的实践应用,既让师范生掌握“为什么学”“学什么”“怎么学”和“学得怎样”,培养了师范生的地理核心素养,又让师范生把握“为什么教”“教什么”“怎么教”和“教得怎样”,提升了师范生的地理教学技能,有效提高了地理师范生的培养效果。

价值与路径:小学教育定向师范生培养研究

百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。习近平总书记指出:“优先发展教育事业……必须把教育事业放在优先位置。”乡村小学教育是我国义务教育的重要组成部分,它关系到中华民族的兴旺和国家兴衰。但随着城市化进程的加速,乡村小学教师出现“下不去”“留不住”“教不好”的现象,影响乡村教育质量、阻碍乡村振兴的推进,导致乡村小学教育面临严峻的挑战。定向师范生培养作为一种特殊的人才培养模式,是乡村教育师资队伍补充的源头活水,对促进我国城乡义务教育均衡发展起重要作用。本文以当前乡村小学教师为研究对象,在阐明小学教育定向师范生培养对促进乡村小学教育发展的重要性和必要性的基础上,探索乡村小学教育事业的发展需要什么样的定向师范生,并进一步提出小学教育定向师范生培养的优化策略。
